I placed an order from this website almost 1 month back. Till now there is no update from their side and on raising query and asking them to cancel my order they are not even responding on it and no refund as well. The number mentioned on their website continuously comes busy and on writing emails they dont even respond. Kindly help me with the same.

I have made a payment online of rs.1597. They are taking too long to deliver the product. I would like to know the status or cancel my order if i am not getting it within this week.

Hello, there has been a mistake while placing my order, the day i was placing the order, their site wasn't working too well and somehow it placed the same order twice and i received two same orders and checked and found that i have been charged twice when i only wished to order one of them. This is very inconvenient of the company that they don't provide any number to contact. One number is provided which is always busy. How can i check on my order. It's been 2 months yet the order hasn't been delivered and the status in the order status column is showing as delivered yet it hasn't been delivered to me.

I have ordered a pair of shoes on 2nd of april, 2017 and till date there is no whereabouts of the product. When sent a mail, there is an automated response that the issue has been submitted and thats it. This particular store has no money refund policy, no customer care and no cash on delivery. Utterly disgusting experience. Still there is no mail or assurance that the product that i have ordered will ever arrive. Feeling fooled and cheated....

The product displayed on this website is not even close to what is delivered. The quality, color, design nothing matches to what is displayed on website.

I have placed my actual order 01495038 on 5th may ie 3 for 999/- from which i needed to change the size of one product and the other product needs to be exchanged. But uptill now i have not received my product in change of size and the other one is with me and you not even arranging a pickup for it. I tried to order from the sss site on 2nd june 2017 at 1:05 pm. Order didn't get placed however money (Rs 1074.00) got deducted from my account. They are not responding via the number which was there at the site and now they have made some new interface for complaining however in every option it is asking for order number and i don't have that because i didn't get any confirmation of the order so how would i provide the same. Its very disappointing...

The package didn't contain all the orders whereas they took the whole amount. The white sneakers are not delivered. The courier person didn't have any other package. Moreover, the delivery is too slow. And there is not way to contact them other then emails.
Now, they are not replying to the emails.
There is no customer care number to solve the issue.
