I had ordered 3 dresses from streetstylestore website on 23rd may 2017. Today is 19th june and and i have no idea about the status of the product. When i tried to follow up they said that i will receive my order within 5 days. But now its been a month and there is no news. I am still waiting for my dresses. Kindly help. My order number is #1546388. Please get it delivered as soon as possible.

You have sent me only one pear of this shoes, but now the same product price is change to 898 for exchange, doesnt it feels thats you are extortionist company, cheating customer by unfair ways, so disappointed, remember wrong doing will always fail and caught.
What is going wrong with your service and customer support
I which for the refund of the one pair of the shoe which is 499 back to my accord, highly dissatisfied and unhappy
Not expected from street style store

I have ordered your product by carefully looking at the picture, but i feel that the product showing in the picture and the actual product is way poor in quality, shapes, color and finishing of the shoes. They are not as good as it shows in picture, this is not the first time i am buying product from your company sites and not all your product is bad in quality, however this time i am disappointed by the poor quality of this products,
I have order this time, i am not asking for money or any complaint but with due respect, i never imagine this product would not look the same as it shows in picture and quality would fail, its some way deceiving your innocent customer who fall in love with your product. We all believe in being fair and honest to customer and truly show supportive to your customer for good relations.

Also your have unrealistic and wrong policy of not refunding money if customer is genuinely not happy with the product or given an option for them to select other product instead, if your company truly care for customer, you would never do that but understand the kind of position you created to customer with no choices,
I really want the product to be returned and would like to purchase another product for the same money,
Also the size 38 is too lose for my feet, so there is certainly size issue which needs to be change, i am hoping and praying that you will resolve this issue and we all will be bless and happy again.

I ordered a product on 12/18/2016 which got delivered to me on jan/2017 end.

I returned it because of size issue and a replacement order was placed. 2 replacement orders were placed and the latest one was placed on 03/29/2017.

I didn't got my order as that product was out of stock. So i raised 2-3 queries to send me some other product which is of same price but i didn't got any reply from them.
And without replying to those queries they closed it.

Now they are not even returning my money back and not even replying to mails and phone calls.

Please help in getting my money back.

I have ordered the products two months back and the expected delivery date given to me was 18 may but its 18 june today. I have mailed the company many a times but there's no rply to my questions.
My every mail from last week is unanswered.

I have ordered shoes on 10th april and the same has not been delivered yet. Asked queries many times but getting same response every time that it will be delivered soon. I have requested for refund as well but that also didn't work for me as refund is not possible before delivery. What needs to be done for getting the refunded amount as this product is of no use for me now.

I had place an order which they couldn't delivery due to reasons best known to them. They issued my refund in the form of credit note which was of an amt of 300rs but the amt paid by me was 550rs, 300 was from my account n 250 was paid through a credit note which was already in my account. Have contacted them 3 times through email but they aren't responding.
Hell customer service... Horrible service...

There have been no update on the order about its status or delivery date. Its still showing payment accepted and nothing else.
They dont have a contact number and neither are replying to my complaints online.
I want the order to be received as soon as possible. And if not i want a full refund for the same.
Its been very long i have been waiting for my order.

I am really fed up of this.. Before 2months i ordered 3products and paid for it too. But even after the wait of 21days i still dint get the items. So i cancelled my order as if has been paid i ordered other items. Even that order has not been shipped.
What the hell is company doing. If products are not availabe just close the site and go home.
Just resolve my issue thats it before it worse.

On 30th March 2017, I have ordered a dress from street style store and have paid for it as well. I asked for a size exchange which has not yet been delivered. Their contact number is never reachable and no one replies to emails sent to

I already paid Rs50/- for cash on delivery the first time and them for the replacement I was asked to pay Rs 200/- which I refused. Since then I have not heard a word from them

I have submitted a complaint before about the issue and i have been writing to the company itself but they are not answering
They have not provided me with all the products that i ordered and i have paid the whole amount to them
The courier person does not have any information or package
They are not replying to the mails moreover there is not any other way to contact them
Please look into the matter

Its been a month today since i have booked my order, i still have not received my order yet. Its also been 10 days after the expected delivery date.

My queries posted on their official site are also not being answered.
This is completely unfair to the customers who have already made the payment.

I have purchased a product from sss and i did not liked the product at all. The color shown on the website is different and the fitting of the product is also not at all good. The length of the slipper is my size but the fit of the slipper is very very loose. It does not fit me. I cannot order a size smaller of this as it will not fit the length of my foot and the size which fits my foot is quite loose. I need help to exchange my product with some other product.

I have cancled my order on 28th may, however i didnt get my money back to my account.

I tried to call on their contact no's given on site, all number.

All the numbers are coming switched off.

I will report a legal case against this site, they are waisting my time and i will also add cost for the same.

My order id is 1559968 it was ordered on may 31st 2017 its been 14 days but its not been delivered yet. And moreover not replied to my e-mail about my product. I am going out of dimapur for my further studies and i'm facing a problem here because of not receiving the product. If you do that the costumers will lost their interest and will stop ordering the shoes and all. Please track my product and reply me at the earliest. It is very urgent

I placed an order order[protected] on 26 april 2017, today it is 14 june 2017. The only response i get from them is we are working on this and will get back. I want my products or money back in my bank account. It has been so so long since.
They are taking too long to deliver the product.

I called their partner cc avenues which took the money, they share dthe sss contact details but all phones are switched off there is no response from them. Really worst experience i ever had in online shopping.

Please ask them to respond asap. No other site does this. This company should be shut down. They are making fool o[censored]s openly.
