    I had placed an order for shoes (Nice to sweet you flats - shoe size : 39) on 5/05/2017. I got email confirmation for placing the order. Its been almost a month and i have not heard from them since then. I have no clue about the shoes. They haven't updated the tracking number. Even after mailing them i haven't got any response from them. Also the contact number provided by them is either switched off or continuously busy.

      I have ordered taking attention boots (Black) but have received white canvas shoe. And when i told them that i've rcvd wrong item they took back the order and told me they'll deliver the correct order asap but it's been more than 12 days but i haven't received my order and if i call them to ask regarding the delivery they ain't receiving my calls orelse their phone's are off!

        I had placed an order on 27/04/2017 which was supposed to be delivered on or before 22/05/2017. After mailing and complaining them several times, they have not taken any action to resolve except for putting the order on priority despatch which still has no use as the tracking number provided by them for overnite express seems to be invalid. Neither do they deliver nor do they refund. My money is blocked by them. Also, the contact number provided by them is always switched off.

          With reference to my order id 1458166 mentioned in subject i placed an order of three flats in 999 + Rs. 50 for delivery charges. Out of the three styles i order there was on style in the order named Cupid Flats, size - 39 which was really large. Hence, i placed a replacement order for it which was size 38. I recieved this order fater 1 month and again i found the the smaller size is also very large. Then i again placed an exchange request and asked for Size -37 which is not even my size but since this style was so large in other two sizes that i thought the very small size would fit me. Again after 1 month 1 recieved the replacement but the delivery person refused to deliver the order because he was demanding Rs. 200 for exchange. Then i spoke to the customer service on the spot by delivery boy's fone and he told me that he will deliver me this item next day and am dont have to pay anything for this. now it has been two months. I have written about 20 mails and did not get reply for a single mail. Neither they deliver my order nor they refunded the money. Please help me. I want the refund of the Price i paid for this footwear which is Rs. 349/-. If they can't refund then please deliver my order.

            They take your money and do not give you your products.

            Its been 30 days now since i ordered. They do not have any phone number or customer care number

            These guys are thugs...

              I placed an order at 11th of May and I haven't got any confirmation email regarding the order placement. The delivery date is June 1st.                 I haven't received my products yet. Neither the site has a proper customer care number nor do they reply to mails. As i have already made the payment i am really worried about my products. They have put the status as "priority dispatch" from last 2 weeks. Moreover, by looking at the other issues with "street style store" i really don't want my products and want whole refund of my money asap...they ahve issued the credit note of Rs 399 and I have paid RS 499 earlier so why they ahve issued rs 399 instead of RS 499.. WHY RS 100 I WILL PAY. CONTACT ME [protected] IS MY NUMBER.

                  I had placed an order number is 1419840, it wasn't delivered at all and after almost 10 emails i cancelled and reordered, i have also ordered one more product because i used to like the stuff from sss but for both the current orders 1493943 and 1495309, no update is there, i also this that this carrier online express has some issues, whenever products go to them it's never delivered, please do something i really want that stuff.

                        SSS is the worst service i have ever seen. None of the customers are satisfied with the service or products. This is trying to fool the customers. These type of Sites and services should be closed. Worst!

                        I have ordered on December 1st (made online payment while ordering) and till today the product has not been delivered.I have dropped more than 50 emails to SSS but there was no response. Then, I raised a complaint on this in Consumer Complaints post which SSS provided me with a voucher as a kind of compensation of the amount that i have paid for the product.

                        If they are not delivering the product that i have ordered, they must return my amount in the same form how i paid while placing the order. Instead they have sent me a SSS voucher.

                        What kind of trick is this? If they send me a voucher, do they think customers will shut their mouths and use that voucher again in SSS and place some order??

                        I don't want to step into the pit again by using that voucher in SSS. I need my money that i have paid to the product, to be credited to my bank account.

Using that credit note I order 2 more products, now its is May 2017.And till now there is no new about the product. No response to any of my complaint. m very much disappointed with their service.

                              I had ordered a heels. The heels which i received are of extremely poor quality. The sole is very very hard and even not in place. I won't be able to walk properly. The footwear has a very bad odour. They are only providing an option of exchanging a size but what will i do of a product with such a bad quality that is not even wearable. I tried to contact the site millions of times on the number they provided yet no one picks up. Please refund my money back or let me at least order something else in it's place... Pls help me regarding this asap.. Pls its a request.

                                Hi i order for a couple of products from street style and it almost a most i havent got any information about the product neither am i getting any response for my mail nor they have contact number.
                                My order number is 1512937 the logistics is mention as bookmypacket (Which i am hearing for the first time. This is the tacking number as provided by street style bmpp98210067.

                                I got a mail and message on the 24th telling they tried to deliver the product and they could not and if i need it i need to contact them through mail, i replied to the mail they asked me for the tracking number i sent the tracking number and thats it havent heard anything form the shopping site or the logistics i have already paid for the product online.

                                  It took 1 month for my Shoes to arrive and now there's this size problem and I need one size bigger than the one I ordered
                                  I have already sent an exchange request but it hasn't been acted upon.
                                  Please make it ASAP as I'll be out of station for a month then
                                  I ordered footwear 3pairs which doesn't fit to my feet even if they exchange...worst and no quality..very unhappy with the policy of sss as they do not hv money refund policy as well with that exchange policy only we hv exchange with the same product in case of size and if the product is so ugly we are not suppose to exchange with clothing or some other in website..how I can leave my money with that rubbish good..how i can compromise. Need an immediate rply

                                  And still haven't got any delivery details the website says it will be delivered in 3-21 days only. No tracking details. How do I cancel the order. I want my refund or the orfer to be delivered asap as I am leaving my town in next 10 days.

                                  I have ordered my pair of sandals on 15th december 2017. There was no expected date of delivery along with the order confirmation. My order status reflects only shipped till date and it has already been 6 days. Please look into the matter and get it delivered soon.
                                  My order Id is 1978567. I received product on 24thDec 2017 on the same day placed an order of exchange and exchange product was taken on 27thDec 2017. Delivery person told exchange product will be delivered within 7days and yet I have not received. On 9thjanuary 2018 evening I am going out of town before 9th jan evening I want product to be delivered or refund. I hope you will solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I had ordered a pair of bellies 2 months back(March) but have received them today, 30th june. The bellies received are of extremely poor quality. The threads are coming out and even the sole is not in place. The footwear has a very bad odour. They are only providing an option of exchanging a size but what will I do of a product with such a bad quality that is not even wearable. I tried to contact the site millions of times on the number they provided yet no one picks up. Please refund my money back or let me at least order something else in it's place.

                                      This is no solution, if I don't like the quality of the product what will I do of another size in it? The shoe fits me but it's uncomfortable and poor in quality. Stop giving vague steps and procedures. Be precise and have the courtesy to at least discuss this issue on call as this is unacceptable.

                                        I placed an order for footwear on 21st March 2017. It's been 3 months now and i still haven't received my order. There is no tracking no. provided by them. I made online payment, so in a way my money is stuck. I tried contacting the customer care number provided by them on their site but it always goes switch off.

                                        I have raised tickets with them for inquiry 7-8 times on their site, but no response.
                                        Pathetic service ever.

                                        If someone can look into this, it would be of great help.
