My order id is 8845120. I placed order on 23/4/24 i want to return this product because of material bd quality issue.I have initiated return yet no one is come pick up the product

Dear Sir/Ma’am, I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I was travelling from Faridabad to Chandigarh on 17-3-24 and I have received a message on 18-3-24 early morning (3:21 am) for Rs 280 deducted at toll plaza, Jakhouli whereas earlier it use to be Rs 105. Kindly check. My car no is CH01BM 5734.
I have already registered my complaint online on 18th March, 24 and also raised a complaint on[protected] but have not received any updates yet.

I placed an order on 24th march, and the expected dispatch date is 5 April.
I want it to be preponed so that I get the delivery by 1st April.
However, there is no customer service to reach out to them.
I request them to kindly prioritise my order

I'm very disappointed with sss. The order I received did not meet my expectations and so I issued a return. Since sss does not have a refund policy, they sent me a credit note. When I tried to use this note it said that it was disabled. Please give me a refund if the credit note does not work. Please look into this matter

Hello! I ordered footwear on 18 February for my birthday. It has been 12 days but I didn't get my order. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I paid online around 1.1k. I want that orders. Last but not least...I want that product with good quality.

I ordered a combo of 3 flats from the website street style store(https://streetstylestore.com/contact) on 31/12/2023. I paid via snapmint. I recieved one product in January. It was mentioned in the website that partial deliveries are not uncommon. And dispatch period is 3-21 days. So I waited for that period. In the meantime it was mentioned in the website that all the products that I ordered were delivered. I checked with delivery partner (delhivery) to confirm it wasn't a mishap from their end but they told me to connect to the merchant. I talked to the SSS customer support team in the week of February and they said the issue has been escalated and I would get the rest of my order within 2 to 3 weeks. Now they are not responding to my calls or giving any kind o[censored]pdates regarding the issue.

I have ordered 3 clothing articles from your website. unexpectedly the product quality was way poor than it was shown on the website. I have requested for return and refund but none of your delivery partners has shown up and neither I have received my refund. I need my refund back as soon as possible. this is the worst clothing brand experience ever!

I just ordered boots from street style store 1hr ago and I want to cancel the order because I mistakenly ordered the wrong pair of boots but cancel option is not showing in my orders even it's not dispatched yet. Let me give you the context,
I had ordered 3 footwear for the first time from streetstylestore. After delivery I had placed size exchange order for two of them(white & black).
Both footwear were picked up on the same day i.e 4th of January. On 4th black footwear was picked up by one executive first but I did not get any pickup OTP for the same. Same day another executive came in and asked for 2 products whereas I already handed over the black sandal in the morning and the same I conveyed to delivery boy. He cancelled pick up for black sandal since it was already picked by the other person and picked up the white sandal and for that pickup I received the OTP .

In this process I don’t know what went wrong. I again got a pickup request for same black product whereas it was already picked almost a month ago. I am really not able to understand why is it taking so long to fix this issue and I have to raise again and again.

This is really giving me mental stress by explaining same issue several times and getting no updates neither the refund nor the product.
This kind of support is not expected being an ecommerce site.

I have received Pickup OTP only for white sandal and not the black one and now executives are asking for proofs and delivery boy contact number. Why would any customer save the delivery boys contact number. This is not at all trustworthy support.

It’s over and above 2 months on this order and horrible to write such a email. Customer service is useless, they just say we have raised complaint but customer don’t get to know was it really created or not, and just ask us to wait for 24 to 48 hrs which doesnt make any sense because after that also you dont get any update and have to call chasing calls again and again and they keep on repeating the same message and process.

I am not at all interested in the product now I just need the refund back to me.

I urge you to kindly look into this issue at the earliest and resolve. Hoping for cooperation and support.

I had ordered white heels on 19/01/2024. I have also done the payment. Everytime they extend their shipping date. I am frustrated with their service, I want to cancel my order and want my refund back.

I have made an order on 7th of Jan. At the time of order the dispatch showed 19 of Jan then it got extended to 25th of Jan then 31st Jan then again to 6th Feb then to 7th Feb and then again to 8th Feb...the company is not delivering my product. I request you to look into this

hasn't been delivered post 10 days of delivery. I called an expressbees agent who says that my order was shipped to Ashiyana, Lucknow, warehouse and is lying there for the last 5 days. No one from expressbees contacted me over that order. The delivery service official website number i called says, its invalid. Even the official street style store website customer service is busy at all times. I called them 10 times throughout the day. I reside in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.

I placed an order on 15/12/2023 for amount of Rs 3398 with EMI through snapmint. I made a down payment of Rs1133 on 15/12/2023 and one EMI payment of Rs 1133 on 3/1/2024.
Now my order is cancelled and I have not received my amount. I have been calling the SSS customer care but no one is answering. Only getting recorded answer.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Recently I ordered boots from street style store but the boots are not delivered yet, courier service are so irresponsible they tried to cancel my order because I'm not sharing my personal details to them help me out and deliver my order as possible .
