I am very disappointed with the product delivered to me. I see the product looked entirely different on the site. Attached are the photos. If the product differs from the site, they should be notifying us. When the customers pay a price for the products, they should ensure they deliver a good quality product. As shown below, sneakers colour is Grey and Wedges are of Black colour, And they mention on the site that they cant exchange or refund...

order is not reflecting in order status

Made an order this morning through online payment, got confirmation from bank but the same is not reflecting in my order status, and has not got any confirmation message from sss, please do reply as soon as possible... Its my first order in sss and i require those products atleast within 20 days for my marriage... Apart from that i have almost sent 5 mails and there is no reply from them. Not able to check and track my order details.

I have ordered 2 products from street style store. My order is a prepaid order. The order details are not showing in my SSS account. They are not even replying to my mails and I have been calling them for last three they are not receiving the call and many times they have cut the call. I am really worried. this really an unprofessional behaviour. I cannot even cancel my order and get refund....

There has been no notification about the delivery date of my order.

The status has been "priority dispatch" ever since i placed the order.
This is extremely poor customer service.
If it is not delivered within a week I shall have to cancel my order.

I want to cancel my order

I wanted to order "3 for rs999". I choosed 3 pair among the list. But, they put the actual amount on my bill. Now, I want to cancel it. And reorder it. but, now I couldn't find anyway how.       I placed an order of 6 tops, which was divided in sets of 3 each. today i was suppose to receive the set of first 3 tops and i received a package which had only one top. whereas it says that 3 of them have been delivered . i saw this after i paid. i want my refund please do something about it. even when the product was delivered so late i got only 1 and other shows as delivered but i didn't receive
