Nipun patel said he had a room at 890 bush st and i paid a month's rent and security deposit ($700 + $750). He requested the payment be done by zelle ([protected]@aol.com). Once the payment was done, he said the leasing community had doubled the security deposit amount and i would need to pay additional $750. I called up the leasing office of the apartment to learn there was no person living with that name. I told nipun i could not move in for personal reasons and requested a refund. He has stopped responding to my emails or messages since. Please suggest what i can do. Thank you.

Totally ur company gave me false promises wasted my money and time... I desided this was not help for my company finally i asked for refund but u r not giving proper responce... Ist he take token money from us then he refused to give the facilities he promised us before he take money and one day he messeged at night to my friend that he want to call at 11 pm. This person is a fraud and have done many frauds with the people. Its been more one and half month but till now we are not able to take our money back, kindly help us remove this fraud from your site and help us if possible

        I want to request the attention of sulekha.com supervisors, managers, vice president or president.

        I think there is a big issue going in with your company. Below are the points

        1) your telemarketing team has been calling me and pushing me to try your sulekha.com services with a full refund clause and assured that i will get better services than just dial and i wont regret.

        2) i am already registered with just dial and was almost okay with their services, however no complaints from them, there process and customer service is just excellent.

        3) your sales person came, pushed me to try the services and if i dont like it i can get the refund, he didnt mention your inr 200 monthly charge, and i bought the service.

        4) he insisted me to send the documents, payment right away and the day he came i made the payment and documents. I asked him about the business categories, he said we can do changes, we can delete or upload later on which he said i will come to your office tomorrow to help you install application and guide you everything. I run a placement consultancy for international bpo and call center not a domestic bpo and i need those leads where in other business person knows that this consultancy is not free. He confirmed me everything with the yes!

        5) within the same day i got verification call and i was told about my business categories, payment, all discussion on call is final despite of whatever sales agent has mentioned, it raised my brows, he then also told me that i have to pay 200 inr extra per month, which i told him that sales guy didnt mention that.

        6) he then asked me to contact sales person, to seek the clarity, as the sales guy came on the phone, he was saying "sir wo apke payment mein include hai, apko alag se kuch nahin dena" what the crap, he played smartly on that clause. I let that matter go and accepted the deal.

        7) verifier again confirmed all on which i asked about the refund, he then sd if you are not happy with the services i can seek refund.

        8) somehow at nght or next day i got a lead from sulekha, i was blank as i wasnot expecting the leads until that sales guy come to my office and guide me and help me choose right categories.

        9) i called him and asked, he sd sir aap customer service pe call karke band karwalo, i was literaly pissed off with this behaviour, then i requested him to do this as i dont have any clue about these and these are paid leads for which i am in panick, as i was not ready and also it was coming from wrong category, he assured it will be refunded or he will get it done

        10) next day again, he didnt come, i waited and called

        11) again he went missing i kept on waiting, i called the telecaller guy, he sd he will ensure he will come
        12) next day again he didnt cme
        13) full 1 week passed
        14) again i started getting wrng sulekha leads, no idea how to stop it
        15) called the sales guy, he sd sir office band ho gaya hai, mein bahar hun, aap khud he customer care pe call karke band karwali jiye
        16) called customer care - some south indian people answered the call, accent was different, voice was on and off, clearly some phone issues were there at there end, i could sense it on many calls that i made later on, it caused lot of stress
        17) again i called telecaller to ask what to do, as the guy is not coming, he assured your meeting is fixed sir today he will come.
        18) i kept on waiting for that guy, that entire day went and in the end tele caller sd he will come tomorrow
        19) i again called ashwani the sales guy, he then didnt answer my call and messaged me my daughter is ill. I thought its okay
        20) again the next day no call, no reply to my text, no notification and now almost 11-12 days have passed.
        21) i wrote email to [protected]@sulekha.com in regards to cancellation and refund on 27th august 2019, i got no reply from the email team then i wrote email to telecaller the same guy who has been following up with me from last 3-4 months [protected]@sulekha.net
        22) now things changed, this guy kept on calling me and i asked him to reply me everything in the email, not on a phone call anymore.
        23) today its 30th i called customer support[protected] to check the status of my cancellation and complete refund, these people gave me a touch time again, by saying that you will get a call in next 3 days as your complaint is registered today.
        24) this is the only reason i am putting my complaint here on consumer complaints, to have something as a proof at my side, that how such a big companies, with 100's of manpower cant handle their employees or customers and we giving them money so that we can grow the business. Its a sheer waste of my precious time that i want to use for the benefit of my business, for the benefit of india to grow good business and quality business.

        Shame on those employees who took company name and customer's for granted!

        Please refund my 100% money, sulekha is not yet ready. Need to first finish your internal training, team development and customers response time and better phone line's.

            We have ordered a saree of cost Rs. 1150 from Great Indian Saree but received a totally different saree which is very cheap in quality and low in cost. They have mentioned on their website that in case defective/wrong item received, email details on the given email id and they will refund/replace the item. But when we did so they are not replying neither on email nor on calls. Their given contact nos are always busy or switched off. We have also send messages on whatsapp no but they are reading those messages but not replying anything.
            Rs. 1150/- is very huge amount which has all gone wasted.

              Recently i have engaged bharat packers and movers for shifting my household things and scooter after listing in suleka. Before engaging the concerned person mr muthu pandian has confirmed that the said company is iba authorised transporter. Even though he has given estimate for rs.16500/- after shifting he has charged rs.30500. Further he has given me a bill which is not authorised by iba. However he confirmed that he will give me an iba approved bill. After so many follow up with mr muthu pandian he has given me bill of kalwania transport company. He has refused to give consignee copy for transport of scooty for which he charged rs.10300 and stamp receipt for having received payment. Because of this the my claim got rejected. The person mr. Muthu pandian is now behaving rudely. I request suleka to take appropriate action against him and please don't list such fraudulent people in suleka. Further my sofa was torn and ac copper wire was broken on transportation

                It was to bring into your immediate notice that fraudulent activities happening in Sulekha.com. We are the customer of Sulekha from last more than 7 years in the name of Piford Technologies Pvt Ltd, IT C-7, KMG Towers, IT Park, Sec-67, Mohali (Punjab - India) (Registered Mob- [protected], email: [protected]@piford.com) & this year we are feeling cheated & harassed by sulekha. Earlier we were having yearly tenure based package with sulekha till Nov-2018 and your executives (Mr.Nitin, Harsh) convinced us to migrate from tenure based package to 100% verified lead based package. We trusted them & keeping in mind our company's long term association with sulekha.com & further took lead based package in Nov-2018 & invested around 35k to 40K for few months. As we were committed for 100% verified genuine leads for our training business, we were surprised to see that we got approximately 35% irrelevant leads averagely for which we shared the feedback on Sulekha my business Application as well as informed sulekha executives including Mr.Mathews, Faryad time to time via emails ([protected]@sulekha.com, [protected]@sulekha.com) & calls ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). Among these irrevelant leads, many people says that they are looking for JOB, some says only interested in stipend based training, some says they are looking for freshers to hire in there company, some says they are looking for late evening batches after 7 PM or early morning batch of 6AM or 7AM, some says they can't travel to Mohali or chandigarh, some numbers are regularly switched off or out of service, some says they have not put any lead, etc. After following sulekha team for more than 2 months we were informed that system is not able to scrap these leads for some reason for the other.

                We asked them to share with us there (sulekha) feedback which proves that the irrelevant leads marked by Piford Technologies are revelant or correct. There are sill abound 180 to 200 irrelevant paid leads sent to us from 15-March-2019 to 05-August-2019 which is required to get scrapped or refunded back.Here also sulekha executives denied us in providing such lead based feedback from there end. Atleast its the duty of sulekha to justyfy that the per lead amount charged from us for these 180-200 irrelevant leads (marked by us) are correct & are 100% relevant leads sent to us by sulekha for people looking for paid training.

                Kind Attention: .As it was committed that we would be getting 100% verified leads in sulekha lead based package which is very expensive as compared to tenure based. We took lead based pack on trust & keeping in mind our long term association with sulekha.com. I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority. Either make the things transparent & resolve our issue immediately by scrapping these irrelevant paid leads & continue our long term healthy relationship or else refund us the amount paid to sulekha for these leads. Otherwise things would be getting bitter between us as we would be surely looking forward towards legal action for this malpractice (charging customer for those leads which are simply irrelevant nor giving proof justifying that those leads are not irrelevant declared by you - as these 180 irrelevant leads I am talking about got delivered to us after 15-Mar-2019).

                  Greetings from Piford Technologies.

                  It was to bring into your immediate notice that fraudulent activities happening in Sulekha.com. We are the customer of Sulekha from last more than 7 years in the name of Piford Technologies Pvt Ltd, IT C-7, KMG Towers, IT Park, Sec-67, Mohali (Punjab - India) (Registered Mob- [protected], email: [protected]@piford.com) & this year we are feeling cheated & harassed by sulekha. Earlier we were having yearly tenure based package with sulekha till Nov-2018 and your executives (Mr.Nitin, Harsh) convinced us to migrate from tenure based package to 100% verified lead based package. We trusted them & keeping in mind our company's long term association with sulekha.com & further took lead based package in Nov-2018 & invested around 35k to 40K for few months. As we were committed for 100% verified genuine leads for our training business, we were surprised to see that we got approximately 35% irrelevant leads averagely for which we shared the feedback on Sulekha my business Application as well as informed sulekha executives including Mr.Mathews, Faryad time to time via emails ([protected]@sulekha.com, [protected]@sulekha.com) & calls ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). Among these irrevelant leads, many people says that they are looking for JOB, some says only interested in stipend based training, some says they are looking for freshers to hire in there company, some says they are looking for late evening batches after 7 PM or early morning batch of 6AM or 7AM, some says they can't travel to Mohali or chandigarh, some numbers are regularly switched off or out of service, some says they have not put any lead, etc. After following sulekha team for more than 2 months we were informed that system is not able to scrap these leads for some reason for the other.

                  We asked them to share with us there (sulekha) feedback which proves that the irrelevant leads marked by Piford Technologies are revelant or correct. There are sill abound 180 to 200 irrelevant paid leads sent to us from 15-March-2019 to 05-August-2019 which is required to get scrapped or refunded back.Here also sulekha executives denied us in providing such lead based feedback from there end. Atleast its the duty of sulekha to justyfy that the per lead amount charged from us for these 180-200 irrelevant leads (marked by us) are correct & are 100% relevant leads sent to us by sulekha for people looking for paid training.

Regards already complaint raised against on sn tours and travels agency to apply a passport.                           Please delete my account and contact number from sulekha as it is very much annoying to receive the calls from the agents frequently. I have found the house i needed so i no longer need calls from any agent for the same. And please add a functionality in the account settings page where a user can delete his/her account by himself, making the site much more accessible and user friendly

                            Mrs manju needs to be blacklisted. I have never faced such a creature like her so far. I do not understand how can she be such a dumb. We were first listed in yellow pages and then now in brokers. When will we be listed in our category of promoters and builders? I guess we will be listed properly only after our package expires. What work is she doing in your office? She does nothing for customers not even attending the call. But is always in some meeting? I really do not understand what for is that meeting. I mean every human being should have the feeling of shame or else they are not fit to survive. I am tired of scolding her. We at jhl have already faced the same issue with her, despite of that we provided a second chance to the company since the company is fine. But mark my words, because of manju your company will go into dust one fine day near in future. I actually thought she will someday become responsible but all in vain since she is made up of some different shameless material which never gets affected. Please ask manju to resign since she is fit for nothing simply making her presence in sulekha.

                              I am extremely disappointed by services offered from sulekha.com.

                              Ihave taken a package worth rs 11800/- which i paid last month i. E july 25th 2019, person called mr. Ravi collected the amount after i cleared the amount mr ravi - executive dint bother to receive my calls there after, my person keep calling but he dint have any responsibility to answer nor reply to our calls and msgs., also his senior mr. Gouse not receiving calls

                              The leads forwarded by them not relevant and not according to my request of local area., also leads which they send attended by others two to three hours before by others.
                              Hence i request to follow up cancelation of my account and refund my money return back as per contract., but none of them (Sulekha) are not responding from their end..

                                    I'm from madurai and i've been getting calls from sulekha quite a few times asking to avail those offers, forcing me to buy it on the same day. I told i would need some time to decide. She said if needed, she would send a person to explain. The very next day again i got a call from the number. I said, the person has explained and i need time to think about it. She immediately poured out rubbish words and asked me are we not having any work? And why are all madurai people like this? This is the worst marketing call which i had ever got. That too from a reputed brand like sulekha, it is un-acceptable. To my surprise she herself boasts that she is in this field for 13 years.!!

                                    Issue number 2: in my companies name, some other person is already advertising in sulekha. I ensured that it still exists. If sulekha is getting all the documents reviewed, how can fake names are existing for past 3 years? When i asked this person about it, to my surprise she says coolly, its yours only, only the address is changed and she focuses on getting the order only.
