I want to stop my query asap because i am receiving continuos calls and i have changed my mind and i don't need the service any longer but i dont know how to stop it that is the reason i am raising a complaint and i want it to stop immediately and i should not receive any more calls because i am getting disturbed very much and moreover if i wish to continue with the service i will log in again but as of now i changed my mind so i want to stop receiving calla

      I have sent so many emails, messages but there has been no response.

      Would like to have a review deleted from the website as the issue is taken care off however sulekha team has been non responsive

        We request to have appointment with Mr Neeraj Kumar at his office in Sulekha, Pune on ASAP.

        He is not taking calls after selling services which are below average and sub standard.

        We are dealing in Commercial & Industrial Online UPS Systems above 11 KVA and are also mapped for the same.

        However we are receiving Residential enquiries also.

        The probable reasons may be as follows..
        You have a category of 201 KVA to 600 KVA which is of Commercial & Industrial use.

        However the residential customer is confused between VA ( Lesser Rating ) and KVA ( Higher rating)

        For Eg The Residential customers get confused between 600 KVA and 600 VA which is less than 1000 VA
        Hence you should have one category of 100 VA to 1000 VA which at present is of 0.5 KVA to 1 KVA ( 500 VA to 1000 VA) which is gen

                    Hi,

                    I have registered my clinic on sulekha. Before buying the package there were lots of promises but so far it has been very very poor customer service. The sale person mr saroj. Made lots of commitment but now when we have already purchased the package there is no single response. I tried multiple times but there is no resolution to my problem. There are only false lead and my had learned money is getting deducted. Now a days even they are not picking up the phones and customer care are very rude.

                    Even i am not able to change my profile/area in app.

                      From Sulekha I found pic flash photographer for function where it had good reviews and ratings so from the given list I selected it on function day I spoke to one person but he sent his friend and he also said that will sent 2 videographer and photographer but came only 2 persons after which I paid for amount for photography but didn't receive photos and after almost 1 month they are not responding to my calls and they say that they are busy in some other work which is irrelevant for me
                      So please my request is provide genuine review in website don't give fake reviews

                                  I made a payment of rs. 7316 on 8th august, 2019 and got a balance of rs. 6078. On 20th august, 2019 another rs. 7316 was deducted from my account. Apparently caused by auto-recharge.

                                  But i do not understand why recharge would be initiated just 12 days after starting campaign. My sulekha balance at the time of recharge was around rs.[protected]. Neither the balance was zero nor the the 1 month period of the package was anywhere close to ending.

                                  I was informed that this balance has been added to the next month package which i never agreed to in the first place. This is blatant misuse of credit card details of individuals.

                                  I need a refund of the additional amount that has been deducted.

                                      Sir, i have registered as sbi life insurance advisor in sulekha to get insurance leads and paid rs. 5900/.

                                      But all the leads sent to me were not genuine and fraud. Soon after sending a lead you deduct amount from my account.

                                      For every leads i gave feedback and informed customer care to refund my amount. But i got reply in 3 days you will get refund. There are more than 10 days have gone, my amount has not been refunded.

                                      I am not satisfied in sulekhas service.

                                      Therefore, i request to refund my full amount rs. 5900/- immediately since
                                      I didnt get not even a single genuine lead. All records are with your app, kindly check and refund without any deduction.
                                      If you deduct any amount i will have to claim through legal.
