Sulekha is not ready to refund/return the campaign/booking fee taken. I have paid them RS. 17700 inclusive of GST initially where they promised all sort of good services, leadflows, assistances whenever needed but to my utter dismay found that the promises made were a bluff & the quality of services were absolutely pathetic.so I contacted them regarding this but they kept giving excuses & rebuttals but did nothing to improve thier Services. So I decided to cancel it & requested for refund. Inspite of complaining to them several times, regarding their pathetic services they did not cater to the services that I registered for but instead kept sending unwarrented leadflows again & again. Finally when I asked them to close the campaign & refund the booking amount/fee, they declined to do so. I spoke to Sulekha customer care on [protected] regarding this when they declined to refund & but upon my insistence transferred the call to their Chennai headoffice. I spoke to Rakesh thier, but as he was not able to provide any solution, I was transferred to his Team Manager Kalandar Shafi who was very rude towards me. He kept intimidating upon me & said no refund will be given as I was late in contacting them & when I asked him to escalate this further, he point blank refused to do so. I requested him to connect me to someone else who can do so, he declined, I requested him to connect me to his manager/boss, he declined & said no-one is available?? And, when I asked him his for his employer/Sulekha ID so I can raise a complaint further, he declined that as well ??? I said I will raise this further onto sulekha's highest complaint redressal dept & also raise it with Online Consumer Helpline; he was least bothered. I have never seen someone more incompetent than him. I am also very Unhappy about Sulekha's callous & Unprofessional approach & Behaviour towards its Clients. As a Customer I have all my rights to ask for refund if I am not happy with thier Services & they cannot deny me of my rights. This is also mentioned in thier Refund policy in thier Terms & Conditions ( for which I am attaching the snapshot below herein ). I am very upset with thier Attitude & Services for their Clients. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest regarding my Refund & so to ensure that they do not cheat other clients in future as I have been mislead & cheated against what I paid & deprived of my Rights as a Consumer. Therefore I am compelled to raise this Complaint. Looking for your timely support, please contact if need be. Thanks !
