I was looking for a room to rent in Seattle, WA area and looking at some Ads in Sulekha.com So, I responded to one of the advertising for renting an apartment in Seattle, WA downtown on 06/10/19. Guy named Nipun Patel contact no.[protected] contacted me saying I have fully furnished room attached with private bathroom available in my apartment and looking for someone to sublease with me.

I will address this Nipun Patel as a fraudster.

So, the fraudster was asking me to send the security deposit of $700 to finalize the room for me. I was fooled enough that I sent a deposit to Zelle ID - [protected]@gmail.com. And At this time I was not in Seattle, WA but actually flying to Seattle, WA for work after 3 days. After 2 days of sending my security deposit, the fraudster called me and to send first month's rent in advance to book a room. Yes, I sent the first month's rent which was $850 to the same Zelle ID. On my arrival in Seattle, WA, I got to know that the fraudster reserved a room for me to spend the one night in the hotel room which he actually did not pay for but just reserved the room. When I asked him the reason to do that he mentioned my dad's health is not stable so I immediately have to go to the hospital and keys are with me but I will come in the morning and handover the key so you can get into the apartment. I was so gullible that I felt into that story and headed to the Hotel room to spend the night. Very next day I kept messaging him and calling him to know the status if he is at the apartment so that I can come and check-in but he kept making silly excuses. Finally, when I was asking to cancel the agreement transfer money back to my account, he was making fake commitments that I have to go to the bank to have your refund back so I will refund your money shortly but I never got my money back.
I would request my total refund which is $1550(Security deposit of $700 + First month's rent $850) back and hopefully, this fraudster gets caught.
The fraudster shard some fake receipts for the security deposit and first month's rent which I would be sharing here.

Please delete my account no [protected] and account with sulekha.com i donot need it anymore i am geeting unusual calls fron sulekha .com so i want to delete my accpunt number as well as email id from sulekha .com i registered it by mistake so its my request to delete my account and my number and kindly solve my problem i even didint know from where and unknown numbers i am getting calls

I have inquired for air ticket services, sulekha referred me siddhivinayak travels, some person names Rohit phone -[protected] booked my ticket emailed me the pnr detas, i paid 8900 for tickets later after 2 days he cancelled my ticket without even informin me. Ans now his numbers are switched off.
Got feedback call from sulekha, just before 1 day i got to knw ant dis fraud

He asked my address when he went to my house he repair my refrigerator after when he done his work that time my refrigerator ac fan on and after that he told us its takes 24 hours time for cooling after 24 hours it not work properly and ac gives warm air inside the freezer then we called him that he told us i am on the way but after that he foolish us and he suddenly off his phone, I also go to website complain number but they dont give me any response. he takes 1500 ruppes from us for this [censored], dear Sir/Mam please help me.I have my account on this number [protected] on this sulekha.com please help me.

I'm getting way too many calls from institutions every day through sulekha.com. I am no longer looking for services from sulekha.com and want to have my account deleted as soon as possible.

I want my account deleted and all my personal information removed from the website ASAP. thank you.

I got courier service provider's numbers from Sulekha and handed over 2 couriers to AS couriers and cargo for USA. I paid him Rs. 2500 on 30th May. It was a door to door service. This person after picking courier provided a wrong tracking number which is not trackable till date. Also Sulekha customer care is not doing anything about this fraud vendor hosted on their website.

Took the services on sulekha for getting clients who are looking for corporate training. While selling me the services they promised different things like
1. People looking to take corporate services are searching on their websites.
2. Corporate trainers are there on their website who are getting this service
But after i bought services, i got to know they don'y have option or i can say tab for corporate training.
The options are like this :
Example - public speaking.
This option is available in corporate but it has sub options as a) in person b) online.
So the customers either can take individual service or online service but no option available for employees ; and that is why the leads i am getting are the people who are looking services for self not for corporate.
Everytime i am calling them they say we have escalated the matter.
When i called their toll free number yesterday they don't even know that i have this problem.
This can be sorted if they can add a tab (For employees) their or refunding my money as they lied to me.
I paid them 5000, and only the money is getting deducted as they provided leads but none of the lead is relevant.
And yesterday the guy on call told me neither we will refund your money nor we can add this option., that was so rediculious and not expected from company like sulekha.
Fake commitments and no resolution.

Jaswinder singh wanted to share the room i posted in sulekha.
He sent an email from '[protected]@gmail.com' that he works a company 'biocon' and wanted to share my place.

He sent me a cheque for 4100$ and asked me to deposit $1000 for rent deposit.

I tried depositing the cheque and while cheque was processing he started asking me for money in google play cards multiple times.
So i suspected that something was wrong and i said i don't want to share the place.

After 2 days the cheque got processed and 4100$ was deposited to my account.
He asked me to transfer the money back since the cheque got cleared i transferred the money through paypal to '[protected]@stcloudstate. Edu' (Siah tamba)

After 3 days, the cheque got rejected and full money $4100 was deducted.

I asked for my money and he sent me another cheque for 4900$ and asked me to transfer the remaining amount to his account through zelle email id '[protected]@gmail.com'. I didn't transfer the money 2nd time.

The second cheque was also rejected.

I'm asking money even now and he says his company is not paying him the money.

I am running computer service business. I recently contacted by sulekha.com for computer service premium service. They said they will be charging 6200 for giving 50 leads in computer service. I paid full amount in advance and taken premium service from them. Its pathetic and worst service
1. Whenever i get a lead and call back to customer immediately. The customer wont pickup the call or
2. Customer will ask to call back later and never call back or
3. Customer will say i have fixed appointment with another company
I got around 70 leads and 90 percent of are useless.
Sulekha started deducting amount once a call land to my app and send this lead to all computer service groups
I dont want your service please refund my amount back
They never replace a wasted leads
Around 90 percent of the leads are waste and they started deducted 70 percent of my amount already
Please do not goto sulekha premium services

Your executives canvassed me continuously for 3 months. After convinced ourselves, we gave advertisement for oldage home which is in old perungalathur. Your one of your executives collected payment of rs4000/- via cheque without teaching us to how to see the searchers phone numbers.
It is for your kind information that we, the veda trust is sincerely concentrating to serve the society who needs care. I have been under struggle with your executives till today, they are not giving even minimum care to resolve our issue. Please take this issue in a sensitive way to resolve it. We expect speedy solution or if not, we regret to inform that it attracts legal recourse.

A guy name Rajiev Bhatia I believe a fake name called me up and told me that we provide loan on insurance as mortgage.he asked for insurance money and looted me for 29000.His mobile is switch off([protected])[protected]@citicorpfinance.com.he also has two partners(Sanjay-[protected]).

They all are from NCR.I want them to be behind the bars and refund for my funds. Company name is citicorp finance. Please reach out to me at [protected]@gmail.com.i live in Pune.i went to police but they are not helpful.their mobile in switch off mode.

I got a call from "jothi service centre" for request posted in sulekha to repair my air cooler. He visited my home dated 26-May-19 at 2 pm and attended my issue, then he says there is a problem in motor should replace by new one cost 1800rs. As I don't have money currently I refused to do repair and ask him to come once I ready with money. He said OK and ask service amount of 400rs for just attending iam shocked and ask for why. He says in that 200rs should go for sulekha and 200 for me. I refused to pay and call sulekha customer service and raised my concern, they told customer don't want to pay anything unless he intend to give only petrol cost of home service. But the repair man asking strictly 400rs. Again and again he debating with me for that. Finally I paid 200rs for coming on my door steps. Why should he never inform and ask before during cal confirmation and why should he using sulekha name to get money. Don't recommend him to customer as he asking more money than usual attending fees.

I got number of point career from sulekha, they called me for job and demand 15k rs, i paid them cash amount and they provide me receipt and agreement on e stamp but from last 2 day's no is switched off. You are requested to please provide me details of point career as they are registered with u. Attached receipt and copy of agreement, pls resolve the issue within a day or two

Hi, i'm ravi mishra from lucknow. One executive (Mr. Akshay) of sulekha.com call me with his private number [protected] and abused me with sextual slangs. He calls me to promote his sales offer but he started argument very harsly when i denied his proposal and show disagreement with sulekha's services.
Please look in this matter and do needful for the same.

Hi all,

I opted for a led tv repair service from sulekha on 27th april. The technician visited, took the tv and handed over after repair on 4th may.
He charged me 4000 rs and 6 months warranty. The very next day i started seeing the same issues.

I called the technician for revisit but he neither visted nor picked my phone call.

It has been a month and still no resolution. Please take this priority and process the refund so that i can get it repaired via different technician.
I have been really frustrated following up with the services of sulekha.com. Please take the necessary actions.

Please remove my phone number from sulekha.com. It irritates me and people keep calling and texting me evn during my part time works. I'm tired of getting 10 20 calls everyday and people texting me randomly on my watsap. We indians have the right to privacy and no1 has the right to violate it. Please do delete my number or else i have to look for more higher steps than this. I dont want people to keep on irritating me.

I provided my number on sulekha website for yoga instructor. But i am receiving too many phone calls and messages on my phone. The timing of the calls are also very odd. These instructors are messaging me in whatsapp as well. They are calling me during night hours too. I want to deactivate my number from the website now. Kindly consider my complaint.

I have registered on sulekha to find students who need home tutions, as i am a tutor. But i am getting the contact numbers of agencies, agents and consultancies. Even after informing many times, i am not getting relevant response from your side and receiving same kind of messages again & again. I called on your customer care number also but yet no attention had been given to my complaint, hope this time it will work.
