I got a call from "jothi service centre" for request posted in sulekha to repair my air cooler. He visited my home dated 26-May-19 at 2 pm and attended my issue, then he says there is a problem in motor should replace by new one cost 1800rs. As I don't have money currently I refused to do repair and ask him to come once I ready with money. He said OK and ask service amount of 400rs for just attending iam shocked and ask for why. He says in that 200rs should go for sulekha and 200 for me. I refused to pay and call sulekha customer service and raised my concern, they told customer don't want to pay anything unless he intend to give only petrol cost of home service. But the repair man asking strictly 400rs. Again and again he debating with me for that. Finally I paid 200rs for coming on my door steps. Why should he never inform and ask before during cal confirmation and why should he using sulekha name to get money. Don't recommend him to customer as he asking more money than usual attending fees.

My account on sulekha is 'sana' with contact number [protected]. I posted there but now my job is done. Still i'm getting contacted for it. There's no option to delete the post or my contact number from the profile. I didn't get if you provide an option to delete our account or not. But i want it to get deleted n the post using the account too... Kindly work on it asap....

I got number of point career from sulekha, they called me for job and demand 15k rs, i paid them cash amount and they provide me receipt and agreement on e stamp but from last 2 day's no is switched off. You are requested to please provide me details of point career as they are registered with u. Attached receipt and copy of agreement, pls resolve the issue within a day or two

Hi, i'm ravi mishra from lucknow. One executive (Mr. Akshay) of sulekha.com call me with his private number [protected] and abused me with sextual slangs. He calls me to promote his sales offer but he started argument very harsly when i denied his proposal and show disagreement with sulekha's services.
Please look in this matter and do needful for the same.

Hi all,

I opted for a led tv repair service from sulekha on 27th april. The technician visited, took the tv and handed over after repair on 4th may.
He charged me 4000 rs and 6 months warranty. The very next day i started seeing the same issues.

I called the technician for revisit but he neither visted nor picked my phone call.

It has been a month and still no resolution. Please take this priority and process the refund so that i can get it repaired via different technician.
I have been really frustrated following up with the services of sulekha.com. Please take the necessary actions.

Please remove my phone number from sulekha.com. It irritates me and people keep calling and texting me evn during my part time works. I'm tired of getting 10 20 calls everyday and people texting me randomly on my watsap. We indians have the right to privacy and no1 has the right to violate it. Please do delete my number or else i have to look for more higher steps than this. I dont want people to keep on irritating me.

I provided my number on sulekha website for yoga instructor. But i am receiving too many phone calls and messages on my phone. The timing of the calls are also very odd. These instructors are messaging me in whatsapp as well. They are calling me during night hours too. I want to deactivate my number from the website now. Kindly consider my complaint.

I have registered on sulekha to find students who need home tutions, as i am a tutor. But i am getting the contact numbers of agencies, agents and consultancies. Even after informing many times, i am not getting relevant response from your side and receiving same kind of messages again & again. I called on your customer care number also but yet no attention had been given to my complaint, hope this time it will work.

Please disabled my add and contact number. I already finalize d one caterer. Please delete my number now it's getting irritated getting calls continuously. I inquired about astrology on Sulekha.com on Sunday night. A guy from Shivrudra Jyotish on Monday for the same. I was busy so I called him on Tuesday and told my problem. He said I guarantee a +[protected] percent that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. He asked me for 5500rs for the ritual. It’s been more than 24 hours now he is not answering or reply to me. I was on Sulekha.com and they are responsible for everything. They called me from the website reference. I want my money back. This is clearly cheating and scamming people. I want my money back. He called me from +[protected]. He also gave me his account details. But I sent the money by paytm.. I have the screenshot attached.

On 23rd march 2019, i have registered a request to get my sonly bravia led tv repaired on sulekha.com. Soon after a i registered the request, i received a call enquiring the tv complaint details and my address.in the next moment, tv technicians started to call me. The very first person called me is mr. S sheik mohammed from shifa electronics. Also, he informed that, it will cost 3500 rs to get it repaired. I agreed his conditions and asked him to come home. Later few other technicians also called me, few guys told me that they can try to repair it with low cost. But told them that, another technician has agreed to come before they call me. Next day (24th march) mr. S sheik mohammed came in the evening. Once again, he reminded that, if tv gets repaired he will charge 3500 rs. He opened the tv, did some tricks which i have watched already on youtube with the title “how to fix double imaging on sony bravia”. He did as seen in that video and that tricks did not work. And he screwed back the tv. The mechanic told that, we need to replace the display panel and he must order it from delhi. The total cost will be 12500 including his service charge for that. Collected cash of rs 7000 from me as an advance amount for this purpose. Also he has agreed that, within a week, he will come and replace the panel. Later he did not contact me. After 2 weeks, i called him and asked the status. He told that, he did not get the new display panel yet and told me to wait few more days. I waited for another 2 weeks. He never called me after collecting the money. April last week, i called him again. We must dial his number several times, because he never attends the call. Sometimes he will attend the call and tell me like, “he has received a lot previous day, he will check the required display panel in that lot and let me inform. But he never calls back us. He told the same story to me 2-3 times in a gap of 1 week. After few days i called him again. After several missed called, finally he attended my call and asked my name and address and then he put the phone call on hold. Later he said me that he has received few lots and he found a sony display panel. And he added that, 700b series panel he has received and mine is 700c. He told that, he will use an adapter and verify that panel can be connected to my tv display. He told he will call me back on next day. But he did not call me. Then i called him after 2 days. To get the call connected is a herculean task, because he never attends the call. Even if he attends the call also, after telling our name he will put the call on hold for a minute. Meanwhile he will check who is this customer, what story he had told to that customer. Then will continue to speak the rest of that story on call. Everything is lame excuses. He will attend the call till he collect the cash from customer. Meanwhile i just typed his mobile number on google. I could see lot of bad reviews against this man. He has cheated many people since 2016. Collecting the advance amount for tv parts, absconding with tv, not covering tv warranty etc. Then i started to collect information about this guy. He has kept multiple address on internet to mislead the customers and not to find him. I found his shops are closed more than 6 months before, from the neighbor shops i got better clarity about this guy. Everybody shared the same answer, he is big fraud. I have verified all his shops. Nothing is genuine, and everything is fake. When he realized that i am chasing him, he shouted at me, asked that what i will do and told me to go and compliant to police and he has no problem at all. Also, i asked him to return my advance amount. But after that call he messaged me on whatsapp, he is ready to pay the amount. But still he did not pay. He will tell today tomorrow like that it got extended.. Same story was repeated all over again. Meanwhile i met 1 more person who is cheated by the same technician. Mine is 7000 and his was 15000 and that too collected on 2018 december. We both reported this incident to pallavaram s5 police station. Next day i went along with police to check his address. Shop was in closed state. And it looks like nobody has opened that shop for months and nobody was there and moreover we can’t say it’s a tv repair shop. It’s like a pump-set room under the staircase of 1 apartment. Police inspector called this guy over phone and asked to report in station in an hour.in police station, he behaved like a decent guy. There he settled our amount. I have all proofs (Call records, what’s message screen shots) against the owner of shifa electronics. Most of the positive reviews are fake done by him or his friends. No one should be cheated like us in future.

I have registered on sulekha.com regarding searching of travel agent

Just after registering a travel agent called me and said he can give me the confirm ticket.

After i gave him the details he asked me for payment and after i paid him he switched off his phone and his number is saying that it's a invalid number.

His call number is [protected]. He called me from this number and for the payment he gave me another number which is[protected].

Please look into the matter
And do the needful.

Dear team, it's really disappointing to see such a worst response from your marketing team member mr. Varun for the issue not abel to call the leads.

He said all flourishing things until he sold the package and now he is not even picking the call.

Is not a unprofessional thing to charge for the leads not able to call them? First up all we are losing the precious time over that we are charged for the leads for which we are not able to connect with them..

If this kind of issues spread in the social media, then sulekha will see the heat of it..

I demand you strongly to look into it before it becomes a big issue..

I keep getting calls from institutions even though my work is done. Kindly permanently delete my number from this account as it's turning out to be extremely bothering. The customer services are extremely poor and pay no attention to your needs. Please respond as soon as possible because i call frequent calls during my office hours and that is inconvenient.

Although i have posted that my job has been done, i keep getting calls from institutions during work hours and it's extremely bothering. Kindly remove my number from the account so calls of all kind will be banned. I tried contacting your customer service helplines but they seem to pay no attention. I would appreciate it, if y'all did this as soon as possible.
