I filled my details in sulekhs for new airtel dth connection. One of airtel agent contacted with me. I was paid amount mistakenly twice. I contacted him and asked to refund the money then he has saying yes sir i got money, will refund that money that day evening but he does not returned my money.

It has almost 1 month done i am checking with him every day and he is not giving answer properly and spiking rudely.

I need my money back.

I have some questions.

Why you guys are giving the opportunity to this kind of fellows?

Study in rainbow international school kharghar we paid advane fee for next year as school was asking to pay but we had informed them their might be a change we has not continue if we get transferred and they agreed to refund full about which we pay in advice for next grade school now we are going to shift school are now denied to pay our fee which already paid.       We approached below flat for rent and gave 3000 rs advance on 17th of april 2019 and the owner said the house will be available from 22 or 23rd. We informed him that we have a dog and he approved it and took the advance. On 22rd he called and said he will not allow the dog inside the house, so i asked him to give my advance back as i will be looking for another house for rent. Despite giving my advance back he threatened me and said as there is no proof he won't give my advance back. How can i complain about him?

      Do you have any document with the landlord when he accepted you as a tenant and took the deposit from you?
      Did you give the said amount in cash or in any other mode?
      Do you have any texts or emails exchanged with the landlord?
      If the answer to is yes to any two of the above, then you have few rights you can uphold.
      If you cannot prove that the transfer of money ever took place, it will be very difficult for you to recover your money.
      Shed more light and we can see if you have any route to recover your money back.
      Also, please look online on the website, if there are any rights or protection available to the tenants from the business. Sometimes the business can refund your money to protect you as a tenant. But then again you will have to prove the exchange of the money between the two of you.
      Hope it helps.
      Also when i confirmed with the apartment there is no woman called Anaya Kumar staying in that apartment.

          I came across ad for a renting a furnished bedroom with private bathroom in a 2 bed /2 bath apartment in sunnyvale ca. On contacting the person via sulekha, i was contacted by a person called nipun patel with the email address [protected]@gmail.com. Phone number:[protected]

          They apparently sent pictures of their home and quoted the rent to be $900 inclusive of all utilities with a secuirty deposit of $800. I viewed the email on my mobile device, and there seem to be nothing amiss there.

          When i tried to do a video tour of the apartment, alleged nipun patel said that he was not in town and taking care of his sick father in sacramento. He said that i should proceed with the process otherwise the apartment will be gone.

          I insisted on signing a lease, so he sent a "supposed" lease, which looked legitimate at the time. He aslo sen the bank account details of a supposed shaida alabi who was their "leasing agent". They then asked me to transfer the security amount of $800.

          I sent $800 over two transcations of $500 and $300 to this shaida alabi, and got confirmation from the so-called nipun patel that money was received, and a receipt would be processed. Next day, i got an email from nipun patel saying that due to some incidents in the neighbourhood, the leasing agent required the first month rent to be sent over as well. Which was $900

          This got me suspicious, and i re-checked the apartment photos with google image search and they turned out to be some hotel's. Then i looked up nipun patel's phone number and did not get a match on truecaller and similar websites. The most i could get was that the number was voip. I could not find any whitepages details for any nipun patel or any shaida alabi.

          On the context finding alternate arrangements, i asked mr nipun patel to cancel the lease and reutrn my money, because there was apparently a clause saying that money will be returned if tenant does not move-in on time. They never returned my money, not returning texts or emails now, and delayed it for 5 days.

          Of course it is apparent now that nipun patel and shaida alabi do not exist, and this person has been committing fraud on sulekha for a long time. It seems that the website is not very interested in catching repeat fraudsters or scammers, and they do not verify indentity of people posting on their platform. I expect a full refund.

            We have taken business services from sulekha and we are completely dissatisfied. We had maximum irrelevant queries, off office hours calls, got leads in night, wrong number queries, not interested queries, not our services, repeated queries, and many other issues, no one helped me, no one called me, person who sell the campaign to me did not informed about the services completely, my complain already logged in sulekha but no one help.
            You are fooling your partners, completely dissatisfied.
            I need my money back. I had no business fro sulekha.

                I created an account in sulekha for searching for good ias coaching institutes. And i decided i no longer need their help for the same but there is no option for deletion of accounts and i am constantly getting calls from various institutes because of the details shared by sulekha.com. I marked my query as a 'job done' in hopes that the calls will stop but still i am getting them. It is highly incomptent of the website and company.                   I am in atlanta, united states. I am a victim of a fraud. A woman named anaya kumar had posted an advertisement for renting a apartment. At first she told me about the apartment and lured me into paying her $500 as security deposit. After a day or two she said that she is in nevada for her sister's wedding and would be coming around end of may. I wanted to see the apartment but she denied and earlier said that she would send me the keys by post so i can see the apartment but then she never sent me and is now not returning my money. She has blocked my number and so not replying to calls and texts. I am new in the united states so i easily fell for this trap. I want to raise a voice by filing a law suit.

                  The room is available and fully furnished. It's a 2(two) bedroom apartment which both rooms has it's own attached bathroom and it's located at ... I stay in the other room but unfortunately I'm in Nevada for my sister's wedding. We can proceed with the rental terms, there is ease of access to public transport and room is well furnished as seen in the pictures below. I can mail the keys if we reach an agreement. All utilities for each month has been included in the rent.

                  I got the same email for a room in Chicago. This scammer is still alive and active, additionally I got a similar email from another girl named Priya Mundada. Most likely both are linked. Sulekha needs to stop them asap.

                  I got the similar email from Priya Mundada. She is using the same name and the signature in email. This time she told me that she is in the Hawaii in her brother's wedding and asked me to send $400 to start leasing process. She kept on insisting and was down to get only $150 as hold on the apartment. I can say that she is a girl using same username Pmundada everywhere.

                    I had posted an ad about finding roommates. I had taken a premium account. My need has been met. Please deactivate my account and refund my money. I am getting unnecessary notifications.

                        I searched for babysitter in in dore. I called to many people. I found one according to my requirement named pooja maid services. I had conversation with him. He told to transfer 1500 via paytm as a registration fee. He told me he will sent maid n half an hour. I transferred the amount 1500. Now he is not picking up my call. He blocked my number. I tried from other numbers as well. He blocked all the numbers. Please look after the matter.

                          Hi i activated a prime plus package with sulekha by paying 29500 where i was promised by the sales guy that i will be getting exclusive leads with good lead flow. He even told me that i can set the lead limitation to 8 per day as i will be getting good flow of lead which i will not be able to manage. I activated this pack on 30th march now after 10 days i have received only 4 leads out of 3 turned out to be scrap leads. I want to cancel this package and need refund asap. He even told me that there is team working at chennai who is working on leads by doing tele calling to get the flow. When i tried reaching the sales guy for less lead flow he is not receiving the call and when i called his senior he is coming up with new story that i will get lead only when someone enquire in their website. This came as a surprise to me i want cancellation.

                              I have advertised my School Kidzee at Sulekha after your Jaipur representative Mr. Yashpal met be 3-4 times and made certain promises regarding your company service. He told me that you people provide qualified leads which mean we pay only for the relevant leads. As ours is a play school, our catchment area is hardly four Kms. It was promised by Yashpal that if any lead is outside catchment area i.e 4-5 Kms we can reject the inquiry by mentioning that it is from far away location. Till date we did not get a single inquiry from our catchment area and as told by Yashpal, we rejected all the leads mentioning the reason but still our amount is getting deducted. When I contacted Yashpal he promised to get the things rectified but nothing happened. Last week I talked to customer care and they told me that no area bifurcation facility is available in Jaipur. I told him that it means your staff has made wrong commitment which is just like cheating a customer. I took Mr. Yashpal also on Concall and made him speak to the customer care executive. I requested for a full refund if I am going to be charged for non productive leads. They promised to revert back in a day or two. But now Mr. Yaspal has stopped responding to my call for last 4-5 days. I am surprised that your people are collecting cheques with false commitments. It is very clear that I don't want to continue my listing with such cheats and would like to have full refund of the amount paid by me. If no solution is given to me in next two days I would be forced to take all legal steps available at our end. I hope better sense would prevail at management level and matter would be suitably resolved without any further delay.

                                I have been getting unnecessary calls from random numbers. They only waste my time without giving actual or correct information. I require information regarding airlines and visa but i keep getting calls for cars and electronics. Even if i do get calls from any travel agency, they never give enough information and keep on changing their words.

                                  Contacted through no:- [protected](Mr.Srinivas)- Customer mailed regarding irrelevant leads on 7th Apr'19, We have reverted to SP stating that as per the e-order form we have delivered the value to you and campaign has been churned and same conveyed through the mail. We have scrapped 42 leads already. SP is demanding to process refund for this case. Communicated refund can't be processed . Since pending is "0" and communicated that we can scrap few leads & map related attributes. SP denied and demanding to process refund. Communicated same can't be processed. Communicated via mail for this case.

                                    I have a washing machine of onida. My spin dryer was not working so that i have done a complain in sulekha.com so that technician come and make it that's what's wrong with it. As they come and check it and told that your dyer motor is burn. You would have have to change the motor and rubber stopper is also get worst you would to apply the new one. As a i ask what's the price of motor and rubber stopper they told rs.1200 and that of rs.200 and service charge is rs.300 and that total confrm on rs.1700 but no review my washing machine spin dryer working but the water is flowing from the bottom of dryer. I have called technician they come and make it right but again water is flowing and again i am calling but from three times they are only telling that coming mam... But not coming. Even some time switch off they mobile or not responding whatever else. At least i want to say if people don't know how to work then they should not open such types of account's website. The worst service of sulekha. I would have never this service forever in my whole life. Very bad experience of the employees of sulekha.

                                      As mywhilrpool refrigerator was not cooling the contents, i had contacted mk smart customer care at bangalore for repairs. They had sent a technician to repair the product. I was charged rs.6000 for replacement of two components which the technician claimed was defective. A service charge of rs.250 was also paid on 29th march 2019. They claimed that the refrigerator would start cooling in about 3 -4 hrs. Time. However till date the refrigerator has not been working satisfactorily (05th april 2019). Efforts to contact the company/technician have not yielded much results.

                                      Please arrange to get the refigerator repaired properly or refund the entire amount collected from me,
