I joined in sulekha in june month in coimbatore region. I chooses keywords based on my profile.. No suitale leads received yet..2 leads received irrelevant.. Regarding that continueonly complaint in customer support. I'm not satisfied with their support. Senior manager also spoken with me.. Not given the way to take lead or couldn't commit about success lead..

Simply say.. Waste of money. Rs 7080/-

One common dialogue.."i did call back.. You will get call in 3 days"

Worst... Support.

I thought, sulekha has not commercial av requirement profile customers..

They simply said.. We have all catagory customer.

One technician mob no. [protected] came to me for repair of my fully automatic samsung washing machine against my requirement projected in sulekha. The person has taken 6000/- rupees from me and not done the job properly. The machine is now water leaking. Now he is not attending the phone and seems that not ready to resolve the issue. Kindly take necessary action immedately.

I want to remove my number and delete surekha account from Surekha.com.

I want to remove number from it but I cant do it. It has become headache for me to try online and read about how to delete account from surekha.com.

Filing complain here so that Surekha.com will resolve the issue. Very ridiculous app Surekha.com. and website also very disappointing.

We registered for education services which we no longer require unable to remove my mobile number and account on sulekha.com kindly remove and delete account which is created as receiving calls from education agencies which is really annoying. Kindly help to delete account. Asap

Now a days sulekha became the worst service provider.
1. As we call the leads, most of them were switch off, not interested, looking for any other services and some of them were not known that they are inquired something.
2. Sulekha had a scheme that we can scrap at least 1-3 leads per week among the 10 waste leads without much headache, but now they removed that too & it became terrible now. They ask you to call the lead atlest 3-4 times to scarp even-though you call the leads 30-40 times.
3. Even though you get 3 leads (That too invalid) per month they will charge the platform cost of rs.200/month.
4. After the payment if you have some complications or errors in your paid account, they will not receive the call. We experienced this with mr. Libin who is our consultant at sulekha.

Sulekha is not ready to refund/return the campaign/booking fee taken. I have paid them RS. 17700 inclusive of GST initially where they promised all sort of good services, leadflows, assistances whenever needed but to my utter dismay found that the promises made were a bluff & the quality of services were absolutely pathetic.so I contacted them regarding this but they kept giving excuses & rebuttals but did nothing to improve thier Services. So I decided to cancel it & requested for refund. Inspite of complaining to them several times, regarding their pathetic services they did not cater to the services that I registered for but instead kept sending unwarrented leadflows again & again. Finally when I asked them to close the campaign & refund the booking amount/fee, they declined to do so. I spoke to Sulekha customer care on [protected] regarding this when they declined to refund & but upon my insistence transferred the call to their Chennai headoffice. I spoke to Rakesh thier, but as he was not able to provide any solution, I was transferred to his Team Manager Kalandar Shafi who was very rude towards me. He kept intimidating upon me & said no refund will be given as I was late in contacting them & when I asked him to escalate this further, he point blank refused to do so. I requested him to connect me to someone else who can do so, he declined, I requested him to connect me to his manager/boss, he declined & said no-one is available?? And, when I asked him his for his employer/Sulekha ID so I can raise a complaint further, he declined that as well ??? I said I will raise this further onto sulekha's highest complaint redressal dept & also raise it with Online Consumer Helpline; he was least bothered. I have never seen someone more incompetent than him. I am also very Unhappy about Sulekha's callous & Unprofessional approach & Behaviour towards its Clients. As a Customer I have all my rights to ask for refund if I am not happy with thier Services & they cannot deny me of my rights. This is also mentioned in thier Refund policy in thier Terms & Conditions ( for which I am attaching the snapshot below herein ). I am very upset with thier Attitude & Services for their Clients. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest regarding my Refund & so to ensure that they do not cheat other clients in future as I have been mislead & cheated against what I paid & deprived of my Rights as a Consumer. That we got 75% of data which is not relevant to our business and they agreed but are not ready to compensate.

They want us to buy new package and offer little leads in that which we did not agree.

75% of irrelevant data is too much.

Before this we informed mr. Kataria that the lead pause functionality is not working and we were not in position to take leads.

Mr. Kataria sold us this package by enchanting us with the lead pause feature and sulekha app which is more useful to sulekha than the customer.

Previously, whenever we complained about lack of leads they never responded.

At the time of renewal, they will send dummy people who will come to our office and say "we got you number from sulekha".

They never got back to me about my request. They should have some feature for the user to edit or delete the review but there is nothing like that available for the user.

The issue has been by misunderstanding and now it has been resolved

Kenstar ac serviced by sri. Mukhil enterprises with 6 months warranty. But it has become faulty within 2 months. Gas charging for rs 2200. But there was a gas leak and not intimated by technician.

Now call is not being answered.

The dealer is a fraud. He has cheated us and now not answering phone calls to resolve the same.

He is avoiding my number.

He has cheated us by asking gas charging for rs 2200.

Now another person is asking for rs 1500 for additional repair.

Kindly blacklist this technician.

This person may cause a bad name to your service.

We were not able to file the gst process as the total amount mentioned in performa invoice and final invoice are different.
Regarding the same we have contacted multiple times in last 1 year to sulekha, till now they were not able to send corrected final invoice. This is against the government regulations and still they are not responding properly.

We had availed pest control services from Aashutosh pest control association on 13th October 2018. The package included 4 services in a period of one year. However, despite paying the entire amount, they haven't come back for the rest of the 3 services. We tried calling them but they haven't returned our calls or taken any action. Kindly look into this matter. We even have the original receipt.

Suekha.com has collected Rs. 11800.00 to provide me only bulk leads of events. However they are sending fake leads and they don't stick to their promise of replacing any irrelevant or no reply leads. From past few weeks, i have been getting leads where the customers are not picking up the calls or i am getting leads where total business from the leads are only 200.00 to 3000.00 therefore i already given feedback to sulekha to scrap the lead as per the standard process of sulekha. Now, after scrapping, someone is posting feedback on the same lead saying customer is genuine and spoke with others like and not scrapping that lead. So, i am loosing money on those leads for no reason. It looks like it's become a scam or fraud to give such fake leads and then come back with a post that the lead is genuine. Why are you people cheating customers like us??. We trusted you to be our partners in business to help us promote our businesses. But you people are playing cheap tactics to send fake leads and not scrapping them. you people are behaving like some scam company trying to cheat it's own customers. Were are your ethics. You people will loose a lot of customers in a short span with this kind of strategies. Either you people scrap the leads, for which the customers has not replied or you people give me additional leads, but don't cheat. Also, add value to your customers by giving genuine leads all the time. Don't send any fake enquiries where the people don't respond and when we scrap you don't allow scrapping saying it is a genuine lead. I also complain to their chennai head office, but they are not doing anything. Please help me.

I post a ad in sulekha.com, for my requirement i got a call from creative interiors which was located in visakhapatnam, we talked each other for the amount of 4.70lakhs for the work i paid already 4.20lakhs he stooped work and not answering. I suggest dont encourage this type of firms in sulekha.com
For that we lost hope with you and we dont have time to round around them. So please post a certified firms for the customers, which we are able to do a genuine work for my needs with a valuable amount.

I want to delete my sulekha account regarding the bank class post add. Why the hell i am unable to delete it by my own. Worst app and worst service sulekha.!!!
Everyone should be abale to delete their account by their ownself.

Today morning Isearched for colleges and by mistake I came to this website which asked for my number and I don't know why I gave it. Then one by one I got so many calls which I am not interested at all. This is not the way to give someone so much trouble. Please remove my mobile number from your calling list and delete my account. Too much of calls are irritating. Please do the needy as soon as possible.

sulekha.com collected Rs.11, 800/- on the pretext to provide50 value leads for the clients to the advocates but providing either fake or useless clues. I have raised certain queries some 29 days back, but still today, i have not received any proper reply for the same. Mean while, I had insisted the receipt for the amount of rs.11, 800/- received from me. sulekha.com first given a fake receipt invoice with intention to cheat the GST DEPARTMENT. I intend to make a complaint aginst the tax evaders to the concern department.
Mean while i had already informed that unless you give proper reply to all my queries including who is handling the GST in your organaisation, name and desingnation of the individual. It is also requested the name of the directors and their address may be given. It is also requested to provide under what authority, you have paused my a/c without informing me and without my knowledge that too after collecting hefty amount of Rs11, 800/ from me. Name of the person who had taken the decision to pause my a/c without informing me may be given to seek personal damage against him. More over, I had already informed that without providing details dont deduct my account credit in the guise of providing some fake leads. I booked heron event managers for my party decoration. They were so bad and unprofessional that they started asking for more money at the time of event to decorate. After all the argument we surrendered due to the need of the moment and asked them to come for 6:30 party they came to decorate at 6:45 and ensured me that they will finish work in 5 mins with is impractical. I still agreed and got to know they they dnt have material to decorate which I ordered for. Which forced me to tell them to leave. This experience was very bad . I had to carry on without decoration in my success party. Please make a note of the event so that you may be aware of listing such unprofessional unethical set of service providers.
