This platform provides fake leads to you. Their customer service is rude & does not help you resolve issues. They try teaching you about the software which is again pathetic to use. Neither does their relationship manager takes any interest. Gaurav who is one of their associates is highly arrogant & just a sales guy in true sense. He might be a good sales person from the company point of view. But a poor relationship manager from customer point of view.

Hello,
I made an account in sulekha.com to provide tuition classes however in the meantime i got another job. Hence i no longer wish to provide any service ther. However i've been trying to deactivate / delete my account as well as my number and email details but it's it's not happening. I keep getting disturbed by calls /emails and messages.
Kindly look into the matter.

I want to remove my mobile number as well as account also.because my work is done .so I don't want any phone call and msg ..I have mentioned this I don't need this anymore still call are coming..so please remove my mobile number.. this is not a good features of your website.you have to taken care of the customer right also...if you don't care about the customer it will also have some bad reviews about website

I resistered on sulekha on 26 march 2019 for a train ticket.
A agent from you contacted me and told that send rs. 900, I sent that amount. I have every kind of proof.

Now his no. is switched off and I'm not able to contact him.

Kindly help me, otherwise I will go to consumer forum and police.

I have a requirement for transportation of my new motorbike from Ahmedabad to Mumbai I posted the request on your portal within few hours Mr. Jatin Sharma called me up through his mobile no. [protected]-[protected] he claimed that he is an owner of the DHL packers and movers and requested me to hand over my consignment to him. which I had given to him on 14th March 2019, I am continuously trying to call him but he not giving me a satisfactory answer nor he is taking up my call now I am very much worried that the said person is fraud and he had misplaced my cargo(motorbike) I request you that kindly look into the matter urgently and take appropriate action against the same otherwise i have no option left but to take action against you and fraud company (Jatin Sharma)

Dear sir/madam,

I had hired gravitech interiors, warje, pune on 29th december, 2018 for interior designing. The work started on 15th of january, 2019. It was promised to complete the work by 25th of february, 2019 as i needed to move in. The work was 60% done by that time and i was assured that it'd be done by 10th of march, 2019 anyhow. It's been more than 2 months now, 2 months and 2 weeks to be precise and the work is still pending. Plus, the design they shared with me has not been fully executed on site. When i ask about the pending and missing items, they keep assuring me that they'll do but they just delay it for further. Payment has been fully done. Kindly assist!

I am marking it resolved as I recalculated the amount they charged me for whole work and the actual work done. Also, I will wait for a week at most for completion of work. Pending work is just 5%. So they deserve a chance. Following are pending: 1. Trees stand 2. Cushioning for Shoe Rack seat 3. Locks of Wardrobes I'll reopen it if they don't resolve it soon.

I am very much sad and disturb by spam calls missed cals from sulekha.com. How ever i blocked some numbers but its continue by other new numbers. Every day i am getting fake calls. Mrs sumanta samata & arhad kazmi (Kolkata) committed me once issue resolve they will submit the chq. But broke the commitment.
Every day mrs arshad is telling sumanta will visit our house..
But that day is not coming.. Looks like they are not doing well..
Now not picking the call..

Hello..

I have been using sulekha app since one year for rent a car services... And then k shifted to taxi services... I have contacted by mr. Arun... And explained me details of taxi service... Campaign.. And i have send 10000 through credit and through post dated check which is 1800. While i was driving i could not ans the calls from the sulekha call centre... And i was telling them to call before 11 am... But now wen i am trying to call them no one is answering the call... And no response...

This is very sad to say that sulekha is very very poor in terms of providing service.. I have called several times and have shared my problems but no body gave a damm to my problem.

I have asked sulekha to remove my account so many times but no body deleted it my personal details on still on google i dont understand why they are not removing it.
Recently i have called sulekha and he promised me that i will get a call back from his senior in next half an hour but again no body called... You people are so irresponsible and highly improffesional.

At the time of making clients you people add so much butter in your talks and once we enrolled for your company, and next call comes after an year or after package expires.

Please remove my account from sulekha, i dont need your service remove my details from your account

There is a sales person from mumbai named as amit, we made a deal twice with him for online advertisement, i was not very happy with the leads but was satisfied somehow, the only thing was bothering me was the behavior of amit, everyday phone calls, every month he calls me to upgrade the package, all fake promises. Later wen i said i cannot upgrade now i need 2 weeks of time to arrange funds, he started calling using a different name as amit ka manager baat kar raha hu. Lol... I could easily recognize his voice,, he was the only person who pronounced polestar in a very funny way...

So team of sulekha...
I would appreciate if you train your sales team to respect their clients and be little professional. Not just greedy
Only because of this person i am not continuing the package and i will never do,

I shifted few things from poornima packers & movers, nanganallur. They referred a ac mechanic mohan who said he would charge rs. 2250/- but demanded rs. 3000/- from me & kept on pressurising me. And after nagging me so much he took rs. 3000 from me just for removing & fixing one ac and only fixing 2nd ac.

Please look into the matter & do the needful. I am very much disappointed with his behaviour and charging too much money
