Dear All, Please refer my earlier mail on Sulekha's lack of response. Even after this and getting in touch with Mr. Satya Prabhakar, the bangalore team and the complaints team at Sulekha did not even respond. I had to call them today and log another complaint and after 30 mins finally managed to get a complaint no. from Sulekha. 254937. They have said they will get back to me again however like the last 50 times I am sure again they will not call. Awaiting a refund of our payment as our leads have not been relevant and then when the keywords were set right the leads stopped coming. Now we are getting 1-2 leads per week! Such a huge fee for such a sad service is unacceptable. Regards Priya P.S - Sulekha team, even if you close this again without resolving, we will continue to complain again.

Biggest Fraud Employee's (Kalavathi A1 & Ravi A2) at Sulekha. They are just wants payment for Target they are not even mind what they are committing to customer's. I have all mail communication initial they agreed 50000 Three category listing, International Cargo, International Courier's & International Packer and movers leads every month 70 + leads.but leads are not coming.

    My name is chintan pandya I m registered with sulekha silver package (Lead Base ). My customer id is 718534. I tried many time to contact my local ahmedabad branch but after purchase package they are not replying even they r not pick up the phone. I sent mails to sulekha customer care many times regarding my problems but they r not interested to solve my problem. Ahmedabad branch's Parul commit me that sir u surely get the leads after purchase this package. Now she is also not reply me. Such a bad experience with sulekha.com please dont pay any money to sulekha they r fraud people dont give any service. I lost my money. My contact no is [protected]

      Ive opted for Sulekha services from 22nd of this month, your executive told me that they will be a call from Sulekha in one or two days, now its over a week no call, so I filled the below customer response sheet (contact us in your website) and send on the 25th, yet no response, there is no customer care id too. Also the executive mentoined about a welcome call and email with bill for the payment done, none of this has happened, request you to please ask your CC team to get in touch with me, also I havent received a single enquiry wherein the guaranteed and verified enquires promised was 91, he also said 91 is just the start and I might get much more than that, I havent got a single enquiry till date. My order id is 147602, payment made through chq for Rs.5700/- Verification code was 411458. In case your unable to provide with the promised services, I request you to refund the money immediately.         My self Nani, Opted for an service with Siri Enterprises (Mr Prabhakar, [protected] &[protected] in Kukatpally, Hyderabad to avail the rectification of complaint with my SMART 32 Inch TV (Mother board needs to be changed), he came and said i'll order new board and collected money for the same and continuously he was saying that it will come...fianlly he came up with a OLD board and said that this is the new one and he was tried to replace the same in my TV. Later he suspected that power board is not working...power gage is not working...bla..bla...bla... I was soo frustrated and collected my TV back found some of the spares was misplaced and changed with old one... My Humble request is to Sulekha, Plz give me a chance to speak with higher officials reg this flasification of promises and misplace of the parts. I want to caomplain about SIRI ENTERPRISES...Plz suggest to whom i have to call

          I work for a company called Goodhands (Assistage India Pvt Ltd), I had updated a complaint earlier for Sulekha team not responding to our requests. After the complaint Priya K from Sulekha came and met us and understood the issues and updated the same. We had agreed on a 15 day review period for our leads and agreed that we would check the feasibility after 15 days and decide if we want to continue with Sulekha. The meeting was on 15th May and After our meeting again the Sulekha team has been unresponsive and even evasive. Priya K(Sulekha team head) had given her no. as [protected], and [protected]. Now each time when I call this no. I am told she is not available.. There has been no response to multiple mails and calls. We are not getting any leads from Sulekha and the few that do come in are irrelevant. The uselessness of the leads has already been pointed out in my previous complaint. I request strong action against Sulekha employees who do not keep their promise. As an employee of a company myself, I know it reflects badly on my company when I don't respond. Please help us to get our amount refunded. I can be contacted at [protected] for any updates regarding the same.

            in response to my enquiry for travel booking for Los Angles from Mumbai and back one Mr Praveen Sharma mobile no[protected] responded Booked our tickets in the month Feb for travel for journey to commence on4th July He sent printe d copy of his booked tkts with reference no. For Emirates I paid Rs.225000 for 3 tkts but when I checked emirates site for Etkts it was missing apparently this guy has not paid to emirates for booking.I approached Praveen Sharma about this for which he had no proper answer.Now I am seeking refund from him with penalty equivalent to current price So far he has returned only Rs 75000 and his address is not traceable with constant follow up. He always keeps mobile in switched off mode to avoid my call.Therefore please help me in getting his address and delist him from from your yellow pages. Please help

              As per your recomendation I have given my TV kit for capacitor problem to M/s SPEED PLUS with a promise to get repaired by 22//06/15.however the same is not done.Now the Speed Plus is not receiving the Phone.If the same is not get repaired and installed by 9.30 AM on 24/06/15 I will forced to complaint to police.

                Basis on your add I had given contract to Natraj International Movers & Packers Mumbai for the movement of home appliance and my car.they have given me quote of Rs. 25000/- out of Rs. 20000/- I have already paid. Now they are demanding for additional payment of Rs. 5000/- so in total they are demanding 30000/- however the contract was 25000/-. Now the have denied to return my car in Delhi.                   we have paid the money to show our business for 1 year and they will give 250 leads as per the agreement.but afer giving 190 leads for our business have removed from the list in 2 months only, and i have been asked for the extra money to pay again to show the business and give leads. Sulekha promised me to give verified leads only and if any false lead then it will be replaced by new, that also not happened. I asked 3 leads per day but that also not happened, everyday all false leads 6-7 leads given(out of which many leads are invalid and out side bangalore) ; just to finish the contract. Its a clear case of fraud and harashment. we want our whole money to be refund back and we want the compensasation for loss happened in our business. And also we will launge a poice complaint against it as it was not resolved even i am keep on sending mails to sulekha

                          I taken a Subscription from the company in the April month and they even not send me proper lead and telling that they don't refund the money. Because cheating company only said that no refund because they decided to cheat the people. They promise me to give good leads and verified leads but when call to customer care they saying that there is not team to verify the leads. That means they are telling some thing to clients and doing something. So Indian govt. Need to take action on this kind of cheating sites. When I said to my friends I taken a Leads from Sulekha they saying that it was a Cheating company. So I like to suggest my friends not to take Subscription in Sulekha.

                            Some Guy called Pravin Ramchandra Avcht Yadav from Mumbai office committed 412 leads on monthly basis. His senior some Sneha committed the same to me. They offered some premium plan and asked me all the money in one go. Now there are hardly any leads coming from them and they dont even care to respond to mails and they dont call back.

                                they are providing false commitments... first they told that we will provide gift voucher of 1500 but later they are telling that i didnot told that... and also they are cheating people by telling that one cannot cancel the order booked...

                                One time i told that you just cancel my business contract and return my money back...He replied that that is not possible and we will not cancel order and will not return money...

                                  i had put a request for RO filter installation in march 2015. through sulekha. on service engineer called me his mobile number is[protected] and promised to do the installation within 3 days. now it has been more than one month every third day he calls and say he is comming on sturday and like this 5 saturdays are gone. people with out any sense of professionalism are registering on sulekha and sulekha is also not verifying or keeping track of such persons.

                                    I have registered in sulekha on 14 march 2015 and my cheque was cleared 8090 INR. They provided me a order form of another business name not mine. for these reason i am not getting a proper services and for that i complaint on sulekha atleast 1 time a day since last 1 month my complaint is still not solved and they are just manipulating me every day. They agree that i am not getting service properly and i requested them for refund but still there is no revert for my requested refund mail. i took 3 months pacakage from sulekha and more than 1 month already gone they are not doing any thing. please do the need full.

                                      ON 06/04/15 REPAIRS WAS UNDERTAKEN BY SHIVAM NATIONAL ELECTRONICS, SANTACRUZ, MUMBAI THOUGH SULEKHA.COM. THE INVOICE # 3675 DATED 06/04/15 FOR RS. 2, 600 IS FOR THE REFERENCE. SOME PARTS WERE REPLACED BY A MECHANIC SENT BY SHIVAM NATIONAL ELECTRONICS ON 06/04/15 AND PAID CASH RS.2, 600 FOR THE SERVICE AND SPARE PARTS. THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE OF COOLING YET. MR DEEPAK SHARMA OF SHIVAM NATIONAL ELECTRONICS IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY CALLS AND IS NOT COOPERATING FOR THE FOLLOW UP. MY MOBILE # [protected].
