I registered my firm with this company.The manager of Ahmedabad branch Lavina Chaudhary & Sales executive Manindarsingh When they need business they call 10 times a day when time for giving service or inquires they are trying to fool us not sales person or manager of this company Ahmedabad giving any response they sold me package on very high rate.worst service !!!it is batter to register your company with just dial. Sales person told me sir you will get minimum 5 to 7 inq. per day he make me fool. Totaly fake person.

This is regarding my transaction with one M/s Travel Destiny, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. Reference of this travel agent was sent to me by Sulekha, com through an SMS on 02.12.2014 to my registered mobile no +91 [protected]. I had booked a round trip ticket for my family from Mumbai to New York through the said agent. I paid an amount of Rs 2, 42, 000 to Mr Parveen Tiwari, representing Travel Destiny on 18.12.2014, He provided the travel itinerary with confirmed tickets of Qatar Airways (3 tickets) and British Airways (2 tickets) after receiving the amount. We checked with the airlines and everything was fine. Later we wanted to reschedule seat and meal preferences. When we contacted airlines call center we came to know that Travel agent has cancelled the tickets already without our knowledge and taken the refund. However, we have not received any refund so far. Mr. Parveen Tiwari since then is out of reach and all his contact details have become invalid. We feel this is a big scam. BEWARE it is SCAM !. Please do not use SULEKHA .COM‘s services at all . The people sitting in the Sulekha office are just irresponsible. they always commit to the customer and never response back to you if something goes wrong. There are so many things I have to say for Sulekha .com and have very BAD experience . I would suggest not use sulekha company for your requirement. I have my Transport company with name of Shivaji Cargo packers and Movers and paid to get leads from sulekha, they committed for genuine leads, but it always getting the deads leads or irrelevant to my business, I tried to call people who committed me all these thing and promised me good business not picked my call at all and I tried to reach them via mails, but no response. After all called customer care of sulekha, but again found same thing there, my fake and dead leads never replaced, when sent 10 leads for replacement only 1 lead was replaced. There are so many issues facing just because of sulekha’s bad services. If you are sending a mail for your business profile amendments you will never get response soon and If you have proble with you company profile not showing on sulekha yellow page, it never be shown it doesn’t matter whatever amount you have paid. Because they people does not want work .I was always bothered by sulekha. When asked them to refund my money they just told that they don’t have refund policy, but on the other hand when spoke to the marketing manager Nikhil, he assured me to refund the paid amount, but when spoke to the customer representative he just denied to refund the by saying that they don’t the refund policy . I don’t think so that two people working in the one company following two different polices. So, I would suggest you not to use Sulekha .com to fulfill you requirement. I am a merchant of spa and salon the executives been calling from almost a month to sign me up on sulekha.com ... tired of the calls finally asked the last quotation for regestration ... the quotation given by them is rs 2500 ...i was quite convinced to go with the deal of rs 2500 ... i said ok and than the executive comes to my shop for sighning paper work for the contract and at that time he ask me to give cheque of rs 30000 ... i explained the quotation given to me on phone wad 2500 and i refused to pay rs 30000 and said dont want to sign the contract as i cant afford tht big amt he started giving me the bad words and abused me a lot and not even sorry for tht ... just hate sulekha.com and there customer service. ...

Sulekha.com is not providing enough enquiries and their customer service system is very worst... He has not returned my cheque and not given me the flipkart voucher which he assured to give.. Very worst system compared to just dial... Frankly sulekha is not having sufficient client calls and enquiries...

I have signed a contract with your company two weeks before. Till now i haven't receive any single call from any customer regarding the same i have spoken to the concerned Sales Executive for couple of times but till now i haven't receive any response on that. I my name is Anil ph#[protected] taken contract with sulekha by paying 22000 when they collecting a cheque they have commited that if i am not interest i can cancel my contract amout will be refunded and for confirmation they have send mail also from their company email id. Now i am not getting proper leads from sulekha calling them for cancellation no one response properly and reply to mail WROST SERVICE EVER SEEN and their leads are were worst .

We have paid 11 thousand rupees to get business leads in march 2015. Since then there is no business and no response from this fraud company. We have taken tenure plan, sent few not working/fake leads. They have lead base plan also, that also 100% fake. We have asked them for refund the amount. They told 'we have no such refund plan', any registered company can have the refund policy when the customer feel unhappy. Sulekha .com is cheating people with lot of promises, I have paid money thinking they are fair company, but the management is very bad, they have taken my money and since 2 months they just say they will give the money back, but now they say they cannot give untill the management says anything...reasons if ask, they management is looking into it.. i ask them how long they need ? they are dum... i need help to get my money back...

Sulekha is a cheater company, I have taken paid listing in chartered accountants category for a huge sum of money but in return they cheated me. Their executives Omkar Thanekar, Kavita Shah & Pooja Nivrutti Mande and money others have cheated me. 1. They assured me interest free EMI but I was charged whoping 16% interest on Credit card EMI as ICICI Bank said it is the rate for Sulekha is at 16% plus takes, 2. They assured me flipkart voucher for ₹ 2000 which never came not they intended to give, 3. They assured me 15 key words but I have used 10 out of them, but when I add key words they are asking another ₹ 15000 for same. 4. Now the worse when I compliant to their help line they disconnect my call and when I email for my flipkart voucher whey have blocked my email. 5. I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 1 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '01311495 DP CHGS TILL JAN-15' - - - INR 561.80'. When I created the Demat account, The ICICI representative told me it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. Hi, I have paid the money but till now service not activated. Its been 8 days and still service not started. We are looking for facility management services which includes plumbing, painting, interior works. This is what discussed before taking plan . We have been told for Platinum service. We had taken contract for Tata sky distributorship. It was forcefully given by saying if dont receive 3 leads per day you can cancel contract after 1month. but before 1 month completes we got results of 5 leads in 20 day, hence we tried to contact them via mail and calls, but nobody is bother to even reply. What we should do. Also they asked us to swipe credit card, without any interest, but now Bank is charging me hell lot of interest, by which my investment amount gone upto 16000/-. After all the mess, the started giving leads say 15 in a month but not for Tata Sky, for DTH companies, which we really dont work for. Whom to complaint about this. Please help...
