Hi, I booked a flat in a housing project of Supertech named Eco village-2 in Noida extension. Flat no was 405, Tower C-11, Eco Village-2.(My CRN number is 1024642. Unit No.C11-405) When there was a dispute on land of Shahberi village, and Builder lost it, Honourable Supreme court ordered all builders to pay amount with interest to investors. After lots of follow up, I got the principle amount back, but from last 1.5 (around) years, builder is not paying my interest. I have done a lot of mails and met so many times personally but every time they say we do not have any provision to pay that amount yet OR "We have forwarded your concern to related department. We will get back to you", but nobody gets back. Even one time a responsible person(Mr. S.S. Sodhi) there said - "Supreme court has ordered to pay the interest but has not given any timeline so we can pay whenever we want". No money at the name of interest has been paid to me till now. I am tired following up and this is what I think builder wants. Please help me in this regard. I can show the long mail chains in this regard. Thanks, Vibhor Jain [protected]

    Hi, I booked a 3BHK in Supertech Limited in May 2012 in Sector 118 under name of "Supertech Renesa". They charged 20% (~13.5Lac) withing 30days of booking. After taking that money they are not launching the project. Keep saying next quarter then next month. Now they are saying Oct end of 2013 along with "Approval in under process". How can I trust them now?

      Dear Sir, I have purchased a house House No 1401 Tower Nicholas1 in Czar Suites Greater Noida. I have made 20% payment and remaining Builder promised to get my loan sanctioned. Due to some external issues (Noida Extension Issue) Loan disbursement was delayed for 2-3 Months. Now builder is asking me to pay the Interest @2% per month for the delayed amount at the time of possession. Also In allotment letter Date of possession mentioned as Dec 2011 but property still not completed, which he agrees to pay Rs 5 Per square feet as compensation. I just want to know if Builder is charging 2% per month for delayed payment why he will give me just Rs 5 PSF compensation. Bank is charging me Rs16000 Interest per month for my loan amount which I paid to builder but why Builder is only entitled to pay 870*5 = Rs 4350 per month. Delayed possession cause me heavy financial losses, still builder is asking for delayed payment that too I am not responsible for delayed loan disbursement.         I have booked my flat with Supertech on 24th April 2010 in Eco village -2 project and was offered an A/C while booking. This has been clearly mentioned in my booking slip provided by the dealer(Ganesh Properties) and the same has been even accepted by the builder. However the builder is now denying for the same and providing several reasons for this. - First we have approached the builder for this offer during the 2nd Installment payment and they mentioned that once 40 % of the payment is done, this will be provided to us. - Again we approached the builder for this when we made 40 % of the payment however they mentioned that it will be provided to the customer after receiving 60 % of the payment. - And finally we asked for the same after paying 60% of the total amount in July 2013, and that time it was told to us that they need the original copy of the advertisement and after that only it will be provided to us. - I have also asked them if they can accept the a photo-copy of the advertisement or print out but they simply denied in a very Rude manner. - They even don’t know how to deal with their customer. We approached the seniors as well for this as we were not informed earlier by the dealer neither by anyone from supertech. We even sent mails to CRM but they were of no use. We tried our best to get the original copy but were unsuccessful as everywhere it was said that it has been already 3 years and it is impossible. I would really appreciate if anyone could be of any help to us as we are not getting money by simply making fool to the customers like Supertech and this is very embarrassing for us to get such replies from a company like supertech who is making money from the middle class families like us who are dreaming of a home by paying all our hard earned money.

          True............... We have also received a FINAL DEMAND LETTER as reminder else our property will be cancelled. The demand amount is over a property which is being forcibly swapped by Supertech and we are yet to give our consent as they are charging us higher amount than the previous property..... How un-ethical......Lesson Learnt........ NEVER DREAM ANY DREAM WITH SUPERTECH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards, SPM

            I have bought a flat in Supertech and found costruction quality is very bad,in fact if you will scratch the wall by any pen or pencil it is coming out,there is no cement used during plastering as well as in brick work,after three month o[censored]sing RO provided by builder it is now not wroking and paper made by the builder is on the back date,filter is choked so now I need to pay 3000Rs. to rectify this problem.
            So after investing all money of your life you are getting cheating in each and every manner how you can feel.
            Don't buy any flats of this builder or please check all the things before purchase.
            They are just cheating us.

              I booked a 1400 sq.ft. flat in Supertech Renesa , sector 118, Noida last year. I have already paid a total of 20%. Its already more than one year but I have not got any reply from Supertech. There are no construction updates from the builder and also I am not getting any reply from supertech office. Every time, I visit the office, they say it will start very soon and i am hearing the same from last 6 months. Please interfere and manage to get some update when it will start. there are rumors that the construction will not start and the project is cancelled, I want to know the latest status.

                  This is truly the worst company ever I have delt with in my life. The attitude of people in their office, is much worse than any of the government offices I have been to. There are so many things, about them that I can go on and on. Rather than going into those, I would simply discourage anyone (end-user or investor) to buy a property from Supertech. You will regret it at some stage or the other if you do.
                  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do not do any business with them.
                  If anyone wants any specific details, write a mail to me at [protected]@live.com and I can provide you with great details on they will cheat you. Mind you there is nothing you can do once you have paid even a single rupee to them.

                  I am strongly agree that behavior of Supertech's employee is worst. I booked a flat in Supertech Capetown Sec-74, Noida and today I went there with my family to check the progress of my flat but what I saw still there is no progress since last 6 months. {At the time of booking of flat they made a pressure to deposit money ASAP and they confirmed at the time of money deposit and also mention in Agreement I will get possession of Flat in April-13 . But till now there is no progress} . Today when I checked my flat and ask some query to G.M. (General Manager) of sale, there is an employee (Mr. Chaudhary) who is in G.M. office misbehaved and abused with us . Even G.M. is not trying to stop him and G.M. said to us cancel your flat if you have query WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN YOUR QUERY(As per there behavior). So I feel that they do not have manners how to deal with client even with Ladies. I am totally disappointed with them.

                    I purchased a flat in resale in Supertech Ecovillage 1 through a real estate dealer in Jan 2013.When the deal was done and dusted I came to know about the transfer fees.Supertech is cheating its Customers by charging an unbelievable transfer fee of Rs 500/sqft. This transfer fee has already overshooted my budget for buying a home. This is so disturbing and even after visiting their office in Noida mailied them requested them and tried each way but they are not ready to relax the transfer fee.This is mental harrassment and unprofessional approach by Supertech Limited.

                      I purchased a 2BHK flat in resale in Supertech Ecovillage 2 from Investor Clinic in Jan 2013.When the deal was done and dusted I came to know about the hidden charges of transfer fees which wasn't disclosed during the deal .Supertech is cheating its Customers by charging an unbelievable transfer fee of Rs 500/sqft. This transfer fee would eat up the appreciation of the flat,if any in the years to come. This is so disturbing and even after visiting their office in Noida they are not ready to relax the transfer fee.This is mental harrassment and unprofessional approach by Supertech Limited.

                        This refers to our refund of booking amount of Indian Rupees Eighty thousand only (Rs 80,000).

                        Though we have been approved for refund in 2011 through email, the only issue was i was unable to arrange affidavit, once sent by courier didn't reach, and now I prepared upon coming to India after 2 year. Its a clear case of we as customer not returning to India to claim and unable to deliver provide affidavit at that point & time.

                        Now upon meeting now in 10 July 2013, one of their staff, Ms Neha Tiwari, Sr. Marketing Manager with Supertech, I have been conveyed about cancellation policy that 15% of the cost o[censored]nit shall be deducted. I have paid only 80,000 so basically i wont get any thing.

                        This is completely opposite to what their earlier senior staff confirmed. How ever I explained them whats ever be the policy, their own senior managers have approved the refund at one point of time. How can the reverse the approval.

                        The refund request is accepted by Mr Pradeep & Mrs Meenakshi already and now of course late but have approached you to accept affidavit prepared. To which Ms Neha Tiwari has refused to accept the affidavit sighting policy of cancellation as reason.

                        BUT THEN APPROVED REFUND DOESN'T GET ABSOLVED ONLY BECAUSE WE DIDN'T ARRIVE THEN. REFUND IS OUR RIGHT AND WE WILL FIGHT AT LEVELS OF LEGAL SYSTEM TO CLAIM IT.

                        IF CONFIRMATIONS FROM G.M. & SENIOR MANAGERS LEVEL STAFF IN SUPERTECH IS NOT HONORED, WE CAN JUDGE THE LEVEL PROFESSIONALISM IN THIS COMPANY???

                        Following are the chronology of events status of my claim with correspondence with Supertech:

                        (1) We meet Mr Pradep Sharma, their GM mktg & sales in july 2011, at 'Cape Town' project office and agreed to buy the unit - CM-3, 406 1625 sqft (3 BHK Type C).

                        (2) We returned to Oman where we were residing & submitted the form along with documents and sent Rs 80,000 (indian rupees eighty thousand) as booking amount by RTGS dated 08.07.2011 refer number[protected] through ICICI Bank. RTGS screen shot attached here with.

                        (3) We soon saw protests of farmers in Noida / gr Noida and got worried and decided to cancel this booking to which effect we wrote to Mr Pradeep Sharma, & one of the email dated 22 August 2011.

                        (4) Mr Pradeep's - the then GM sakes & mktg approved to refund in full to his fellow colleagues.

                        (5) Mail is below. Upon which Mr Guneet Singh Sodhi directed Ms Meenakshi - then Sr manager mktg to inform me on procedure of affidavit and 3 months period require to refund., We were advised by Ms Meenakshi provide documents, there were communications in this regard as find attached. Also in trailing mail.

                        (6) The mails of Mr Pradeep & Ms Meenakshi are clearly a positive reply to our refund request and states the required documents to get the refund. The mail clearly states that the process willl start on submission of affidavit and would require 3 months referring to the 6th point in terms & conditions of booking application.

                        The only issue was i was unable to arrange affidavit, once sent by courier didn't reach, and now I prepared upon coming to India after 2 year. Its a clear case of we as customer not returning to India to claim and unable to deliver provide affidavit at that point & time.

                        I understand the hassle faced by you due to miscoordination between you and our sales team. But being a proffessional person, you need to understand the company procedures. Any booking cannot be processed for cancellation without proper documentation. Also please note only basic terms and conditions can be mentioned in any application form and its not possible to explain or write all procedures in a single booking form.

                        1. Affidevit for cancellation is a necessity to safe guard any legal action in future. As we have recieved a proper application form and booking amount from your end, we cannot proceed cancellation on basis of simple plain paper application. Kindly coordinate so that we can make your process faster.
                        2. We do have your ID proovs and Bank statement. No need to provide again.
                        3. Kindly attest photographs on your affidevit without which affidevit will not be considered as legal document.
                        4. NOC is a requirement as your commision against this booking is to be released to your broker. Still as you were coordinating with Mr. Pradeep Sharma, he will help you in coordinating with your broker.
                        5. As you have not recieved any reciept or allotment letter from our end. Hence ignore this point.


                        Kindly note the 6th point in terms and conditions of your application form wherein it has been made clear about time period required for refund. You need not to visit India to submit documents. Please send by courier. Your process will get start after submission of required documents.

                        6. Original Receipt or request on ten rupees stamp paper ....................we dont have any original. Only received scanned copy of receipt by email as we are residing in Muscat, Oman.
                        7. Original Allotment Letters if issued…….no original document received till date.


                        Let me make it very clear that I would not wait for 90 days for my money to be returned. There is no such provision in the booking application form or web site any where. I repeat in our specific case if you carefully see, we being NRI, most of check list SUPERTECH itself has not followed and provided with original documents so ther no qusetion o[censored]s providing them to you.

                        Lastly would request you to pay my booking amount at the earliest with out any further delay. Affidavit is not possible as we are not going to visit India any time soon.

                          This refers to our refund of booking amount of Indian Rupees Eighty thousand only (Rs 80,000).

                          Following are the chronology of events status of my claim with correspondence with Supertech:

                          (1) We meet Mr Pradep Sharma, their GM mktg & sales in july 2011, at 'Cape Town' project office and agreed to buy the unit - CM-3, 406 1625 sqft (3 BHK Type C).

                          (2) We returned to Oman where we were residing & submitted the form along with documents and sent Rs 80,000 (indian rupees eighty thousand) as booking amount by RTGS dated 08.07.2011 refer number[protected] through ICICI Bank. RTGS screen shot attached here with.

                          (3) We soon saw protests of farmers in Noida / gr Noida and got worried and decided to cancel this booking to which effect we wrote to Mr Pradeep Sharma, & one of the email dated 22 August 2011.

                          (4) Mr Pradeep's - the then GM sakes & mktg approved to refund in full to his fellow colleagues.

                          (5) Mail is below. Upon which Mr Guneet Singh Sodhi directed Ms Meenakshi - then Sr manager mktg to inform me on procedure of affidavit and 3 months period require to refund., We were advised by Ms Meenakshi provide documents, there were communications in this regard as find attached. Also in trailing mail.

                          (6) The mails of Mr Pradeep & Ms Meenakshi are clearly a positive reply to our refund request and states the required documents to get the refund. The mail clearly states that the process willl start on submission of affidavit and would require 3 months referring to the 6th point in terms & conditions of booking application.

                          The only issue was i was unable to arrange affidavit, once sent by courier didn't reach, and now I prepared upon coming to India after 2 year. Its a clear case of we as customer not returning to India to claim and unable to deliver provide affidavit at that point & time.

                          Though we have been approved for refund in 2011. now upon meeting now in 10 July 2013, one of their staff, Ms Neha Tiwari, Sr. Marketing Manager with Supertech, I have been conveyed about cancellation policy that 15% of the cost o[censored]nit shall be deducted. I have paid only 80,000 so basically i wont get any thing.

                          This is completely opposite to what their earlier senior staff confirmed. How ever I explained them whats ever be the policy, their own senior managers have approved the refund at one point of time. How can the reverse the approval.

                          The refund request is accepted by Mr Pradeep & Mrs Meenakshi already and now of course late but have approached you to accept affidavit prepared. To which Ms Neha Tiwari has refused to accept the affidavit sighting policy of cancellation as reason.

                          BUT THEN APPROVED REFUND DOESN'T GET ABSOLVED ONLY BECAUSE WE DIDN'T ARRIVE THEN. REFUND IS OUR RIGHT AND WE WILL FIGHT AT LEVELS OF LEGAL SYSTEM TO CLAIM IT.

                          IF CONFIRMATIONS FROM G.M. & SENIOR MANAGERS LEVEL STAFF IN SUPERTECH IS NOT HONORED, WE CAN JUDGE THE LEVEL PROFESSIONALISM IN THIS COMPANY.

                          I understand the hassle faced by you due to miscoordination between you and our sales team. But being a proffessional person, you need to understand the company procedures. Any booking cannot be processed for cancellation without proper documentation. Also please note only basic terms and conditions can be mentioned in any application form and its not possible to explain or write all procedures in a single booking form.

                          1. Affidevit for cancellation is a necessity to safe guard any legal action in future. As we have recieved a proper application form and booking amount from your end, we cannot proceed cancellation on basis of simple plain paper application. Kindly coordinate so that we can make your process faster.
                          2. We do have your ID proovs and Bank statement. No need to provide again.
                          3. Kindly attest photographs on your affidevit without which affidevit will not be considered as legal document.
                          4. NOC is a requirement as your commision against this booking is to be released to your broker. Still as you were coordinating with Mr. Pradeep Sharma, he will help you in coordinating with your broker.
                          5. As you have not recieved any reciept or allotment letter from our end. Hence ignore this point.


                          Kindly note the 6th point in terms and conditions of your application form wherein it has been made clear about time period required for refund. You need not to visit India to submit documents. Please send by courier. Your process will get start after submission of required documents.

                          7. Original Allotment Letters if issued…….no original document received till date.


                          Let me make it very clear that I would not wait for 90 days for my money to be returned. There is no such provision in the booking application form or web site any where. I repeat in our specific case if you carefully see, we being NRI, most of check list SUPERTECH itself has not followed and provided with original documents so ther no qusetion o[censored]s providing them to you.

                          Lastly would request you to pay my booking amount at the earliest with out any further delay. Affidavit is not possible as we are not going to visit India any time soon.

                          When we trusted your copy of reciept by email, then sumilarly you should too trust our email.

                            I have booked one unit of 2BHK flat in Supertech Golf Village Project.

                            The Total amount Supertech is asking to pay is different from the price I have booked.
                            The main difference is in BSP ( Agreed Rate was 2328 but not it has become 2425) , Club Membership & Parking rates.

                            The Booking was made on corporate Booking of Jhandewalan.
                            These rates are duly acknowledged by Supertech also.

                            Could u please have look on my booking details and get payment schedule made on revised rate.

                              I ( Navin Rohilla) have purchased the home from supertech limited in the month of November 2012. I have paid my all payment of 5289308 Rs(including service tax) before 23 march 2013 to super tech ltd.
                              I also got the no due certificate from supertech on 8th April 2013.
                              They also collected Rs 265500 (without dated) cheque (cheque number 121047 axis bank)towards the registry fees. I have also the bank cheque receiving copy of Supertech dated 23 march 2013.

                              Supertech ltd Builder has neither given me possession nor appearing for registry at Greater Noida authority office.

                              The entire payment is made by cheque to super tech and I have all receipt with me.
                              This is leading to me 50,000Rs per month rental loss and I am also paying interest on 30lac Rs home loan.

                                1. THat I KK Agarwal Advocate help in free on oral contract the above persons without any legal charge in their matter and they make promised to me to give the suitable job of above Rs 20000/- in their Supertech company in March 2013 after that on several times I helped both of them in free for the undue and others benefit of the Supertech Company. That After that I made several contacts about them for their promised to get full filled they gave full surety that they will appoint me as a legal or office work in Supertech company at Nodia 58 at the wages above Rs 20000/-.

                                2. That now today on dated 11-June-2013 they replied that give a job of Rs 12000/- as entry level while they promised me to give a job of Rs above 20000/- suitable to my qualifications. Both are the very shrewd person and manipulative persons and never ever trust on both of them I request everyone please, If any one do trust them then definitely they breach the trust of that person, makes him fool, play with their emotions and looted his valuable time, effort and money in their ulterior motive to get full fill from you.

                                3. Both are the person who manipulate simple person and take advantage of that person in the desire of their minting the money from supertech in the name of their shrewd dirty work get done from anyone in the desire of getting fixed salary job from Supertech.

                                  respected sir /madam

                                  with due to respect that i had book a flat in ecociti noida 137 in 5th floor in size of 1595 size .as mentioned in booking from through mangllens park by agent faisal khan [[protected]].when booked flat in ecociti It was alloted tower /block no.-I- 1301 which was situated in 12TH floor .
                                  when i was filled abooking from clearly mentioned 5th floor . price of p/sq/ft and mobile no[.was written in nine digit which was not mine .]also difirent from booking form.iwas file police complaint in office of senior superintendant of polic in gautam budhnagar for this fraud and investigation was progress.when i was go to mangllens park office there are no replyon this fraud .i was also mailed ashish [protected]@supertechlimited .com for floor change but nofloor available in ecociti below 5TH floor [except ground floor] was visited to supertech office noida sector 58 for this floor change . by professinal i am anesthetist and several time up and down from 12th floor not suite to me .because average time waste 7-10 min in each time .kindly requeted to u chnage my floor from 12th to below 5th [except ground floor]or refund my booking amount 100% as soon as possible .

                                    I had made an agreement to sale by giving the seller 1,50,000 and 3,50,000 by cash for flat in supertech capectown,noida 3 months earlier. The seller has violated the agreement to sale and now he is not returning the money also. Please suggest how can I get my money back legally.

                                      I had booked a Flat at Supertech ECO Village II in May 2010. (CRN No 1024479) It was at First Floor. I had paid more than 20% amount to Supertech till Sept 2010. Since there was no construction happened at Eco Village II, So due to verdict of supreme court in Shahberi village case the above unit was cancelled.

                                      Then Supertech shifted me to the other unit at Eco village I (at 14th Floor) in Jan 2013 with same price of year 2010 because Supertech could not give the possession at Eco village II.

                                      Construction at Eco village I is already going on & it is almost completed upto 2nd floor slab.

                                      Now I checked my account with Supertech then Supertech informed me that an interest amount of Rs 1.36 L is pending from my side.


                                      When I asked the reason for that interest amount then they told that because now I have been shifted to Eco village I, which is already in under construction. So I have to pay the interest on unpaid amount till date of Eco village I.

                                      Sir, it is illegal because I had booked flat in Eco village II & whenever supertech told me to pay I have paid my installment. So why I will pay the interest amount on demand of Eco village I. And this was not conveyed or told during the shifting me from Eco village II to Eco village I. since I am not on fault then why this unwanted interest amount should be levied on me. Therefore I would request you to help me to resolve the issue.


                                      Sir it is purely illegal & it should be stopped immediately. We had booked flat in Supertech because we had listen that it is a good builder but now we have seen the actual picture which is completely different. Supertech Limited is cheating / fraud organization & his membership should be cancelled. They are just harassing the customer & want to fulfill their losses from customer’s pocket.

                                      Kindly do the needful since we are very small medium people.

                                        My flat was booked in Eco village II Tower-b25 Unit 201. Due to the cancellation of shaberi land, I received an acceptance letter, in which it was stated that same tower and same flat is allotted to you in Eco-village III, I accepted and submitted the letter at supertech office in Noida. I was in constant touch with the people of supertech and they always used some common statements like 'We are waiting for the board of directors meeting', " an internal Audit is going on " , likewise, they have done no correspondence in this regard. Whereas now on enquiring about the flat they say your flat has been cancelled. After keeping the money for almost three years......and when all their recent launch of projects are completed.....they have started to show true colours..... But I am not going to leave these things untold....i have read all the complaints in this forum, we can form a good number in a group and let us educate all future investors about this company.....by all means.
