I booked a flat in Eco 3 and was told that First transfer would be FREE. Later shockingly Supertech demaned Rs 500/SFT for adm. fee for transfer which were reduced to Rs 250/Sft. on by protests and objections. I clarified them that why did they misled at the time of booking. They could not clarify. I have filed a Consumer Case against Supertech Limited for demanding thses so called exorbitant, unfair and hidden charges for transfer of Allotment which to me seems to be illegal. Consumer Forum has issued a Notice to Supertech Limited with reference to my complaint. I hope to get justice and the ruling shall be serve to thousands of current and future Buyers of all projects of Eco Village, Greater Noida. Buyer facing similar issues may also file cases against Supertech Limited.

    i bought an property in Supertech green village G-107, Meerut in Dec 2008, as i was first time buyer and has not much idea about documents.. i booked that property in CDP plan ..they assured me that there project is approved by all authority and i can get home loan...later i was informed that there is some problem in getting approval for homeloan..so please wait and we will inform you once our project get these approval..later i found out that it was not approved by Muncipal authority of merut... Later when they provided me required document i avail the homeloan and my bank made the payment, before that i made an regular payment of two instalment on time. i was assured that there will be no interest charged by them ..now after delaying the possession for more than 4 years ..they asked me to pay 5.80lac rupess at interest of 36 % per year for not making payment according to agreement. my booking form says that if i did not make payment on time they will cancel my allotment automatically after one month.

        We booked two flats through Supertech Builders in project named “Green Village “at Meerut (G 214 and G 215 – Both 2 Bhk). We booked 2 flats in Pre Launch offer on[protected] and made a payment of 1 Lakh (each flat ) at time of booking and also made payment of Rs. 50000(each flat ) after 2 months. On booking we were not given Xerox copy of agreement form nor any schedule to make payments. We received a welcome letter on 08-11-08 saying that flats are booked under DP plan but no schedule of payments to be made was given to us. Between Dec 2008 till 2010 WE DO NOT RECEIVE ANY DEMAND NOTE FOR PAYMENTS in any form –neither by letter nor orally from Supertech office and in between we keep asking them to sign AGREEMENT which they keep on delaying. In 2010 finally they agreed for agreement to sign of both flats. For the first time we came to know about payment schedule. Since after we made all payments as per their demands by different demand letters (see attachments to this mail).Till 2011 we made all payments of 11, 16, 975/- each flat as per their demand. After that they demanded for the service tax of Rs. 20, 675/- each flat. After making payments of 11, 37, 650/- till March 2012. Every time on asking for possession of flats they keep shifting /delaying the deadlines. In 2014 we requested for final demand note of both flats and to our great surprise they imposed fine of Rs 9, 63, 384 on both flats. Rather than compensating my discomfort of delaying this project for more than 3 years, they demanded penalty as late payments. TILL DATE THEY ARE UNABLE TO EVEN PRODUCE PENALTY CALCULATIONS

          Go to hell !!! Or throw ur hard earned money would be much better rather than trusting this cheat fraud company...This is a sweet poison. They took my money for more than 4 years, just imagine 4 + years and cancelled the flat and returned back my money without interest. There is no law against the big builders. Here everything comes with a price even law and justice as well.

          Trust small builders whose reputation is good, but never ever get under the trap of this Supertech. Koi pairvee nahi hoti hae bas jeb me paise hone chahiye...Trust me boss u'll waste ur time, energy and would realise when u'll ve nothing left for urself.

          Never Trust SUPERTECH... Plz I beg u...BIGGEST FRAUD and CHEATER...They misbehave and abuse customers...

              i have recently booked a flat in ecovillage-4, Today when i went to supertech office in sec-58 (Noida) to sign the agreement i was shocked to see the possession date as Dec-2018, its 4.5 years from now. Generally 3 years is expected time for completion of a project and ecovillage-4 is not that big project. The broker(Investor clinic) in between told us the possession in 2017 and its only today we came to know this date. Please let me know why the date is kept as dec-2018 and what is the expected time of construction start. ? Also in supertech office nobody has latest brochure/specification for this project and in agreement it was mentioned that Alotte has physically seen all the approvals and specification. When i posted this question to supertech officials the answer was that documents are in printing and they dont have any documents ?

                Supertech is sending one form B to trying to take sign from buyers, this is altered form as originally given by gov. After signing this allows builder to change layout/apartment society as per his wish.

                  My unit no. is R0190H10809. I had booked a flat in supertech in 2010 under CLP plan and all the payments were made according to the CLP plan whenever demanded. But supertech cancelled my booking without any prior information though all the payments were made timely, where the false excuse was given that it is an order from the court. Supertech cheated me on this and after so many years they says that take your money back whereas they should provide me with a flat against the previous one. Supertech takes money from the flat buyers uses that money and later cheats the same buyers. Mankesh Kumar

                    The project Ceyane and Apex in Supertech Emerald court sector-93A are delayed projects.I have flat in Ceyane Tower 10th Floor (1104)and had bought in the year 2010.I have been paying huge rent for current accomodation and loan EMI's with interest from past 4years.
                    Now an high court order has come for demolishing this project due to non compliance of safety rules and the project is sealed.I have contacted supertech CRM team after MR.RK.Arora issued a statement to media that he has no issue refunding the money to buyers who want to leave this property.But all in vain, there is no response from their team side and now this project may get demolished or get delayed even further.

                    I cannot keep paying rent and EMI for long and i wanted to sell this property but after court orders no body is ready to buy.I want refund of my money with 14% compounded interest of 4 years.There is a lot of difficulty with people buy property for themselves and save each penny to pay their loan but these rich owners(builders) will never understand.
                    I regret buying this property and i am unable to sell it.I just want my refund back soon so that i can buy a flat somewhere else and save on my rent.
                    If the builder does not listen we would file a case against the owner.

                      My daughter has bought a fully furnished apartment in Supertech Ltd's project "Czar" Suites at Greater Noida on down payment basis on the assurance from the builder that she will be given assured returns @ 12% of the total investment till time of possession. Builder has always delayed the payment of the assured returns & now suddenly stopped the payment without giving any reason. The possession of the said Service apartment was June 2013 but he is not issuing the PDCs to the client this has put my daughter in a very embrassing situation as she has to pay her EMIs to the bank. All past request to the builder has fetched no positive result.

                        I would like to draw your kind attention towards the malpractice being followed by the Supertech limited who is forcing or arm twisting its customers of its project 34 Pavillion in sector 34 Noida to deposit the Full Registry amount in their bank account 3-4 months ahead of the completion of the project & even "Occupation Certificate" has not been received by the builder from the Noida Authority. It is a gross violation of the rules & simplest way to earn handsome interest on such deposits which are forcefully received from its customers who have already paid full amount towards the cost of the flat but waiting to receive the keys of their respective flat. Secondly this project was delayed by a year but Supertech is avoiding to pay the megere delayed penalty of Rs.5 per sq.ft.to its clients on some pretext or other.

This date was arbitrarily changed to July 2011. At the time of booking there were only about 800 flats in the project which has been increased to 1370, increase of over 71%. The possession of flat is yet to be given even after 6 years of booking date. Even now in January 2014, facilities like club is not ready. God knows when we will get the possession of our flat.                             Supertech has changed possession date at least 25-to 30 times in last 6 year. They are not sure when they will complete the project.Though booking was done in January, site excavation was started in June 2009, 18 months after accepting the booking. This is very unethical, when you are not in a position to start the construction why start the booking process. This is nothing by cheating by Supertech. They should be heavily fined their own association, The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI).

                            I hope the CREDAI will look into this matter.

                              Hi, I've recently bought a flat in one of the projects of Supertech Limited in Noida extension. At the time of booking, I was told that, my preferences will be taken into account while issuing the allotment letter. Also that, I will get good 6 - 8 months to clear my initial amount. Right, after almost a month of booking, I'm finding that, they are not listening to my preferences committed at the time of booking and they are asking me for heavy amount to be submitted by next month only as the tower is complete. I've been trying to address the issue to multiple sources at Supertech Ltd. and all of them are redirecting it to CRM. Now none of them are responding and I am completely blank on what to do. Please suggest a way forward.

                                  Uncle and Myself had booked two flats with Supertech ie. R025ELS1511 and R025ELS1306.

                                  We had booked it via Prithvee. The booking was done in Jan, 2013. As per the company policy Supertech had to start the construction and give us the details till Feb, 2013. We got the first letter from Supertech after 8 months of delay in which they confirmed our booking with them.

                                  As the booking was done via a broker, so there was some amount to be adjusted from our brokers side. We had chased and got everything settled. Now all the details are already updated in our files and we have got photocopies of the amount paid. But still we are constantly getting reminders from Supertech Recovery Agent, Mr. Alam about the delay in payment. The delay is from the accounts department.

                                  Secondly, when the form was filled and accepted in Janauary. It was confirmed that we would be getting an extra 40, 000 discount. But because, of delay from Supertech they went ahead and now are adding that amount as well in our payment schedule.

                                  All the delays are happening from Supertech side and we are constantly being harrased by the recovery deparment of Supertech. This is a total unproffessional behaviour i have seen from such builders.

I tried hard to know the status but not able to get information about further action I am required to perform. I have heard that some new agreement was being signed and has also been raised with the other customers but till date I am still not able to know the exact situation. Most important thing is that the builder has demanded rs.500/sft.extra from me to give new possesion but in my knowledge some people have got their new possesions without any extra demand of money and even I am aware with those people and if needed i will give info about them too.Please take this thing in consideration and cross-check it. I earnestly request you to personally look into the matter for expedient redressal. The uncertainty on the status is putting me under mental agony and financial duress. Expecting your kind concern.                                       This is to bring your kind concern that I, Abhilasha chaudhary, am residing in Palmgreen residency in meerut since the time I purchased this flat in October 2011, but there are few serious problems regarding the maintenance of the society. The incidence happened to me was of eve of diwali, when a huge piece of plaster from cracked beam from 3rd floor fell down over my scooty and damaged the body badly. When I complained this thing to the maintenance manager, Mr. Harbeer singh, he gave a very irresponsible answer to me that Supertech society is not concern with the parking of two wheeler vehicle, and they are not responsible for it. You tell me if any person would have been there instead of scooty, that time also your society is not responsible for this thing. I am really disappoint with the behavior of your manager. Now his behavior forced me to complain you or shall I complain to police regarding the irresponsible behavior of the society. Kindly look into the matter and let me know what should I do.

                                        I had booked a flat with Supertech Group in July 2010 in their project by the name of Socrates at Greater Noida in complex Czar suites. I was promised that I shall be given return cheques of 1% basic flat value every month (1.e. 12% per annum) till flat possession. The MoU also states that post-dated cheques were to be issued till possession. However, the PDCs have been stopped for 7 months now and despite repeated reminders/ requests and visits to their corporate office in Noida, there has been no response from them. I had given them a written complaint on June 1 as also written many mails/visited their CRM without positive response. I am informed through resources that some customers in the same project are indeed getting the PDCs which is against fair competition practice of the competition commission of India guidelines. Now since they have violated the terms of the signed contract on govt. bond paper and not responded despite repeated reminders, I am staring to have the feeling of having made a big mistake by investing in such a project, but am going to make sure I reciprocate their gesture. I am proceeding to file legal case against them and prepared for the long haul. I have also come across sordid tales of similar experience by some other customers and aligning them to be part of this battle.
