Dear sir,

I had ordered a product from amazon on 22nd may, returned it back bcoz of quality issue on 3rd june at the same day i got a message saying refund initiated but still it has not been credited to my account.. The reference id which ive got from amazon is 30005401560143163173158. Please help me out

    I have done payment for 20, 000 on 20/05/2020 through debit card (Ref no[protected], amount deducted from my account but still have not received refund amount. Its been one month and more now kindly refund my account.

      Dear sir,
      I have the above mentioned account with branch. I faced problem on 30th may 2020 while doing the transaction online through my debit card 15664.79 the amount had been detected my account but the receiver didn't received the amount and caused payment failure. Till now the deducted money does not refund my account.
      So, i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problems as soon as possible. All supporting documents have been attached along with this application. My account no-[protected]

        I have 3 refunds pending which are not reflecting in the account. The refund has been processed from amazon's side already they've asked me to file a charge dispute but the bank doesn't have any such service (Sadly). I'm attaching the screenshots of the refunds pending with refund reference numbers in it kindly initiate the refund process or file a charge dispute asap.

              I booked a train ticket through irctc, my ticket was not booked but my money was detucted. So i complain against irctc and they give me the ticket id is :-6998328.                 I was order on 18 may 2020 by amazon. But the order was cancel on 30 may 2020. Then amazon mail me. The refund was send in bank. But when i check bank statement. Refund not reflected. Amazon gave me refund reference number #30005401520139093620994 so, please help me.

                      My name is saakre manjesh and i had ordered bajaj platini px97 torque 36-litres personal air cooler of rs. 4999/- in amazon on 24/05/2020 and on 30/05/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 31/052020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                      30005401530145194548305 and told me to fill charge dispute form but syndicate bank doesn't have such policy, website not opening properly and both customer care executive and bank branch found irresponsible to help. So
                      Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                        I have purchased 2 item from amazon by paying through syndicate bank rupay card. I returned the product that order and they initiated my refund to the same account on 2nd june 2020. I got mail from them that the amount will credit to my account within maximum of 5 days. On 7th june 2020 i got another mail from them that confirms that the amount should be credited in my account by now. And they gave a refund reference for helmet headset product #afmj0g3s0000kactawgd & watch product refund reference # afnt191o0000kacukwgq. But i didn't received the money until now on my account. So please help me resolve this issue and get back my money.
