Today morning i have received google form for updating kyc of sbi, vichumbe and your account has been suspended, new panvel i have fill it and send google form and there was call introducing i am staff of sbi and working from home due to corona virus lock down asking verification and witness for verification and asking any other bank account details and i have received syndicate bank otp not mentioning amount to transfer and my amount transacted has been debited rs.30009/- from syndicate bank by ib pg txn[protected] ccavenue.com

I have received phone calls and sms

I request yo to kindly trace and help me to credit the amount debited

    Syndicate bank, chittur branch, palakkad district, kerala.

    The assistant manager - geetha has no aware how to handle the customers and he is behaving very roughly to the customers. I and my family is syndicate customer since the branch is opened. There was no complaints before the staff named geetha joined the branch and all other staffs was polite and friendly. She had did several mistakes and saying that she is right.

    Some of the issues i faced with assistant manager geetha

    A few month before i went to change my bank mobile number at that time she said you need to change your atm since the chip card is useful in future and it will be free since your card is not yet expired so in total my family has 3 atm cards again i asked to them that is it free or need to pay extra then she said it's free so i agreed then after getting new card activated the money was debited from all 3 accounts and i again went to them and asked about the same and she said that sometimes they will charge and she is not agreeing that.

    Went to take nri account for my cousin and he came for vacation and he visited the bank and provided nesessary documents and all...
    Next day geetha called him and tell her that all are ready and you can come tomorrow and collect atm as well as passbook and my cousin is staying 22kms away from the bank.. And next day he visited the bank and the geetha told it will take some more time and told him to again visit the bank after few days. Then why did they call and told him to visit.

    Like this me my family, friends and all faced a lot of issues with this staff.

    Hi,
    I have a loan account in syndicate bank under customer number 53134760.
    The loan repayment never works before due date. Since its always an issue with the online repayment portal, if I am charged with any penalty, I will not entertain but complaint it to consumer forum of the fraudulent transaction.

      I have an account in syndicate bank, jind (Haryana). On 17/03/2020, i gave an cheque for rtgs of amount 3, 83, 878 to vijaya bank, kaithal. We fill all beneficiary details properly but due to wrong feeding of account number by an bank official the amount goes to vijaya bank, bombay. The following amount does not reflect/returned in my account till today. We are facing so much difficulties and there is no any response from the side of bank officials. They are showing very negligent behaviour about this matter. Please, take some step on immediate basis.

        I ordered a tws from flipkart and returned it due to some quality reasons the amt was of rs450

        Mode of payment debit card

        I ordered the tws on 13th march 2020

        Had to cancel the order on 13th march itself

        According to flipkart amount would have been refunded by 24th march but still no refund has been credited

        Flipkart says they have processed the refund success fully

        But no amt is credited they provided a

          Since almost 1 and half month my syndicate atm card is not working. I have told enough number of times in vidyanagar branch, requesting them to address my grievance but no response. Everytime i go they keep postponing the problem that i am encountering. Really this looks so absurd that this problem of atm is not being addressed. Please look into my complaint.

              Sir
              i request you that my father self harilal kalyan has passed away on 5/01/2020, whose savings account is [protected] k. R college opened in mathura branch. There is about rs 1400 / - in the account. I want to close the account for security. When the account information was taken from the bank, it was found that the account holder has no nominee. On this, the bank asked to complete the paperwork of the bank, as per the instructions of the bank manager and the bank employee
              I completed the entire proceedings of the bank.
              But the bank manager and the bank employees have been troubling for two months by removing small deficiencies. The extent has become that on 13/3/2020 my mother malti wife swa harilal kalyan is almost 70 years old. Two sisters arpana archana are married.. It is not possible for everyone to come together. Asked to come to the bank, two sisters and four brothers have nominated their mother. No objection certificate has also been signed. But the bank wants everyone's presence. Which is not possible to come together. The problem is that for a nominal amount of rs. 1400 / - you cannot come together for a day's vacation, from this you can guess whether the bank is troubling or not.
              When urged the bank manager to solve the problem. So the bank manager said with indecency that this is my bank, here my law will run, do as you say. Overall, the staff here is not practical. On the next day, some skirmish can be seen from the bank customer. My mother is elderly. We are also busy and cannot go round the bank every day.
              I request you to please resolve the problem of my death claim.

                I had taken a home loan (A/c no. [protected]) from mbic bareilly branch of syndicate bank. During sanctioning the home loan, on the behest of bank i took a bajaj allianz policy. The bank is assignee of that policy. A copy of bajaj allianz policy statement is enclosed. I have re-paid the entire loan amount in 2016. Certificate of bank is enclosed. Since then several times i requested the branch manager to provide me original policy but despite several requests bank did not respond positively. I contacted bajaj allianz office alongwith receipts of premium and loan payment certificate. I requested them to end my policy and requested for payment of accrued amount but they told me that the policy has been assigned in the name of syndicate bank and without order of syndicate bank the policy cannot be transferred back to my name and no encashment can be done. I again contacted the branch manager and request to do the needful but no action has been taken. Since i have already re-paid the loan in 2016 but still i am not being allowed to take back my policy assigned to the bank. I am not able to withdraw the accrued amount in my policy which will be around 1.5 lac. I am in need of money. I visited syndicate bank website to submit my grievance but customer care number reflected on the website is no longer in use. Facility to submit the complaint by registration is also not working. It is a use less website for grievances. It is requested to please do the needful at the earliest.

                  I had submitted cheque book requisition slip at my home branch at syndicate bank, central revenues building, i. P estate, new delhi - 110002 (Branch code 9067) on february 05, 2020, in respect of my sb a/c [protected].

                  However even after 17 days, the bank has not provided me the new cheque book. I have made numerous rounds of the branch but in vain.

                  As this is my salary account and i have to make numerous payments to creditors, i am suffering social embarassment and financial loss. Kindly expedite.

                  They are not providing proper information about loans and they are lean bother about customers. If we ask any questions relevant to loans re payment he says that you have to pay more amount including intrest and principal amount.

                        Hi my pigmy account number is 22351. My pigmy agent isn't coming for collection since 1/1/2020. I had raised this issue with my home branch but they said i cant get my full amount. Bank isn't giving any interest for it nor is the agent coming so in this case need my entire amount with out any deductions earliest. I had camplian to ro of the bank but it's been almost 42 days nothing has happened. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks.

                            Refund was Rs:349.00 was processed by amazon on 03/02/2020 but the amount is still not reflecting in my bank amount
                            When contacted the bank customer care they had no clue of it and said me to contact amazon again.
                            But the refund reference number is also provided by amazon which is--Refund Reference # 900012
                            This was the message sent from AMAZON::

                            Synd bank is a ### bank, i dont know any bank with such silly refund issues, people arguing about privatisation of nationalized banks, shut up and see what happens when dumb banks like syndicate bank should be privatised or removed, worst bank in human history

                              Addanki branch syndicate bank employees are not responding properly and every time facing servor issue, i am facing this issue frequently at addanki syndicate branch. My crop loan last due date is today, if payment not done by today you are going to charge more intrest and penalty, how to close the loan, suggest me.

                              Verify your camera records, Cashier asking people to come after 2 hours, I came after 2 hour and hearing same answer.
                              What should I do, your manager also not available in bank, so to whom should I contact.
                              Please escalate the issue to next level and suggest me how to escalate to RBI.

                                  I ordered on medlife site, a health product, the payment for which has been made through amazon shopping app for an amount of rs. 170.85/- but later on i cancelled the order. The merchant bank has refunded the money on 22/01/2020 but i didn't receive the amount till now. The reference number given by amazon shopping is-74332740022002144318230
                                  The merchant bank is showing that it has processed the refund transaction successfully.

                                    I had ordered some products from amazon but had to return them. Amazon has issued a refund for the returned items but it hasn't been credited in my bank account.

                                    I have even given an application for the same at the branch along with the return reference id for the products but i haven't received my refund yet. It's been two months since the product was returned.

                                      I had ordered a product from amazon on 6th of january and i returned the product i had made a payment of rs 1589 from my debit card of syndicate bank and refund was initiated on 9th of january but i haven't received the refund yet in my bank account i contacted bank customer care and also the branch but they refused to help me amazon has also send the refund reference no. I am attaching the same kindly check and help me in this please thank you

                                        Awaiting clarification for the attached interest certificate provided from your branch. Since in the below trail email i'm trying to get proper calculation for prepayment done against my home loan. Seems it takes month for a branch to calculate the pre payment amount. Also share the principal outstanding.

                                        2018-19 and 19-20 prepayment done. Calculation required.

                                        I made a payment using my syndicate bank platinum rupay debit card, the amount (Rs. 4, 241.00) was deducted from my account The same payment hasn't been received by the party (Tikona), also neither have I received any refund on it. So I request you to look into this and help me find a solution to the mentioned problem. Thank you.
