I had tried withdrawal 3040/- amonut wide customer account number is [protected]. Txn failed but money deducted from customer account on 26/05/2020.. Still not get refunded

    I have purchased an item from amazon by paying through Syndicate bank RuPay card. But later I got cancelled that order and they initiated my refund to the same account on 22nd May 2020. I got mail from them that the amount will credit to my account within maximum of 5 days. on 27th may 2020 I got another mail from them that confirms that the amount should be credited in my account by now.And they gave a Refund reference #830811. But I didn't received the money until now on my account. So please help me resolve this issue and get back my money

    The refund credited to my account. I don't know it was a coincidence or not, The message from the bank came just within two hours after I wrote a complaint here.

        Last month on 21st I order a product in Flipkart but due to some issues it was cancelled for which money is debited but the customer service said it will be credited by 29th of may but I haven't received it yet...I contacted them but they are of no use...so iam seeking help from u

            Sir have cancelled a order on amazon on 24 my but still i have not got refund in my account. Refund refund no is 219000.

                      Refund of rs:158.00 was processed by amazon on[protected] but the amount is still not reflecting in my bank amount
                      When contacted the bank customer care they had no clue of it and said me to contact amazon again.

                            I made an electricity bill payment of rs350 on amazon on[protected] and the amount is deducted from my account. But unfortunately the order gets cancelled and received a message from amazon as rs350 is successfully refunded and it should be reflected in your account within 3-4 business days. But still[protected] i didn't received a refund. When i contact amazon customer care they said the refund is successfully processed on[protected] you have to contact your bank's customer care. But when i contact the bank's customer care they said there is no refund send from amazon and we can't do anything.

                              I have purchased some products from amazon. Due to some issue it's went return and they put refund but it's not showing in my account they created on 18th may 2020 but till the date i didn't get.                                 Hii this is g srikanth i have an account on syndicate bank in ananthasagaram branch nellore district ap.. I already complaint for this issue so many times but they didn't slove the problem soo that's why i'm registered a complaint this way.. The problem is when ever i try to do install and add bank accounts to third party application it's doesn't shows the bank account when selected mobile num. Third-party applications means like google pay, phone pay... I already spoke to their customer execute they said the problem is not ours it's a bank server problem soo plzz solve my issue sir kindly waiting for u r call
