I have purchased an item from amazon by paying through Syndicate bank RuPay card. But later I got cancelled that order and they initiated my refund to the same account on 22nd May 2020. I got mail from them that the amount will credit to my account within maximum of 5 days. on 27th may 2020 I got another mail from them that confirms that the amount should be credited in my account by now.And they gave a Refund reference #830811. But I didn't received the money until now on my account. So please help me resolve this issue and get back my money

Complaint marked as Resolved The refund credited to my account. I don't know it was a coincidence or not, The message from the bank came just within two hours after I wrote a complaint here.
