My name is tushar baisoya and i had ordered (Fashionista 18watt fast charger with usb-c) of rs. 4599 in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i cancelled my order by personal reason. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (30005401900189190126411) and told me to fill charge dispute form but syndicate bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ([protected])

    I ordered a mobile phone from Amazon on 29/06/2020 worth Rs10999/- but I cancelled the order before it was dispatched due to some reason.i made online payment via debit card.since then 14 days has passed but I didn't receive the refund.i called to Amazon customer care and they replied that they had already processed the refund on the same day i.e29/06/2020.they (Amazon) provided me a reference no.and asked me to contact Bank customer care but they didn't gave me satisfactory answer.So kindly help me to get my refund.

        Self has submitted cheque book request on 15th june-2020 against account no [protected]. I have been advised to collect after 15 days then i make inquiry to cash withdraw, cash is not available.

        Again today i visited bank branch hasanpur depo delhi, i got same answer still 15 days required. Long waiting line is out side and bank employees are chatting on mobile by putting curtain out side in name of social distance but inside no body was bearing mask. It is an harassments.
        I am also not able to use my funds incurring heavy loss and damages.

              Dear team,

              As notified in my various complaints which i have been raising from last one week. Issue is regarding the payment which is issued from amazon to my bank account but its not reflected into my account.
              Dear sir mam i have been raising this complain from last 3 days regarding the payment which i made to amazon on 9 june 2020 as i cancelled few products they have initiated the refund on 29 june 2020 but i am not getting the payment back into my account this is to confirm that refund for amount 449 and 839 has been successfully processed on 29 july 2020 and the amount should reflect in your account by now refund reference 30005401820161221204076 30005401820161221204076 this is the message what amazon people have given to me kindly look into matter

              This is the complaint which i have raised in syndicate bank portal.
              I have called and spoken twice and raised complaints about the same.

I have connected several time at syndicate bank customer care along ref number, tey not able to solve my problem. Please look into my matter and solve my problem asap.

                                    I orders amazon prime on 27 th june but due to some reason it got cancelled and i was charged. Amazon initiated my refund process and it should have taken till july 3 but i dint recieve my money so when i spoke with amazon they told they have already refuned and gave me refrence number when i called syndicate customer care they did not respond properly and said we will update speak to higher officials but nothing useful. So please try to help refund amount : 974
