I have ordered a mobile phone, Redmi 8 of Rs 8999 from flipkart on 7th of may 2020. It was cancelled from their site and they gave a last date of refunding my money that is on 15th of may 2020 but it is already 27th of may 2020 and i have not received my money. whenever i call them for information they tell to contact the bank and provided an ARN number as per them the seller has already refunded my money. So please help me with my problem....

I made payment with my debitcard on 16/05/2020 the amount s 799rs but when contacted amazon customer care they told to submit the charge dispute form to be submitted to amazon and gave the reference id and the reference id is 113486 i gave the same to syn bank they said they did but money was not credited still.

Order placed on amazon returned on 12 may. Amazon initiated a refund of rs3041.23 with the return reference no. #988917, it has been 12 days still the amount is not credited to my bank account...
