And on 8 january 2020, i returned this order due to personal reason. And on the same day i. E. 8 january 2020 refund was initiated.

I had transferred rs 11, 500 from my hdfc bank account to syndicate bank account on 2nd jan, money got debited from my hdfc bank account and got a transaction success message.

But the money is not credited into beneficiary bank account in syndicate back, i enquired with hdfc bank and they confrimed that the transaction was successful from their side and asked me to check with syndicate back.

On or about 26 sept 2019 two uk cheques for 1000 pounds sterling were deposited to the vizhinjam branch, they debited to the account holder of said account on 25 nov 2019, but have still not been credited to the account of mary perpectul. Why such a unreasonable long delay? Ten weeks, are you a serious bank, or just inept.
