charging service charge on DD more as mentioned on the website

I am a non account holder in this bank. On 22/3/2010, I availed the service of this bank at vasant vihar DTC bus depot branch to issue a demand draft having value of 150 Rs. But to my shock I was charged 60 Rs as service charge.
Nor in that bank anywhere the service charges notice was mentioned. I have issued a DD and have the counter foil. After visiting your website it says 20Rs as service charge for issuing of DD, but why did the...

delaying in the crediting of cheque

denial of any assistance for education loan

Hello,

I have secured admission to one of the USA university for Masters in computer science. I visited Syndicate bank's Malegaon branch (Maharashtra) for inquiry regarding education loan. I need loan of 20 lacs. But Bank Manager refused to entertain and talked very rudely with my father. He said there is no such thing called education loan and asked us to leave the bank. ATM withdrawal, but no cash received & a/c balance deducted

dear sir/ mam
I have tried to withdraw cash (Rs.5600) from ATM ID: SIAN 50058201 State Bank of patiala, sector-9 mkt, faridabad.as on 21.09.2009 at 14:51, but i did not received any cash & my a/c was debited by the amount given by me i.e Rs.5600/-. I have submitted complaint in my Bank Syndicate bank, Sector-12, faridabad as on 22.09.2009, but till date bank has taken no action.I have reminded the bank people 3-4 times but still...

With due respect, I want to say that my account is running in Syndicate bank of India Mawana (Meerut) Branch.
