Sub: Fraudulent Transaction Through Net Banking.


Respected Sir,
As per above subject I would like to bring to your kind notice that fraud has taken place on 28/02/2012 & 01/03/2012 from syndicate bank net banking as "IB funds transfer-[protected]" for Rs. 12,350.00/- (I.E- 6000+5000 on 28/02/2012 & Rs.1350.00 on 01/03/2012). I have not done any transaction to any account from 28/02/2012 to 01/03/2012.
Earlier on 10/02/2012 I have booked a bus ticket from makemytrip.com and transaction done by e-payment gateway Avenues.info, that time I was found in my account history that “IB funds transfer-[protected]” for Rs. 1224.
But this time I don’t know how this fraud has taken place through syndicate bank net banking. I had never shared my login password & transaction password to anybody or I am surfing my net banking only on my personnel laptop.
I have complained in bank and cyber crime cell also for necessary action but on 9 Mar 2012 i got refund of first transaction which is around 6000.00 and other two transaction there is no response from bank also.

This is requesting you to take necessary action on this matter and do the needful.

    Hi,
    I had taken home loan in Syndicate Bank in 2006 and in 6 Sep 2011 RBI has announced that there should not be any preclosure penalty on home loan with Floating Interest Rate (Action number 10 at http://rbi.org.in/scripts/BS_PressReleaseDisplay.aspx?prid=25012). Even after showing the press release, Bank manager is not levying the penalty charge of 2% for the existing principal amount.
    Bank has been adding some intermediate extra charges like Ins Premium, Inspection Charges, EC Charges, Valuation Charges, RN Charges and they directly add this charge to the existing loan account and interest rates will also be added for these charges.
    When inquired about it by visiting the Bank (no complaint letter), Bank staff said that "As you have Internet banking facility, you should be keeping track of it, we cannot inform everyone".

    Correction : Instead of "Bank manager is not levying the penalty" should be read as "Bank manager is charging the penalty "

    Problem in pension

    Under one rank one pension act I should be getting ₹17010 as my monthly pension but instead I am getting only 16160. I had also filed a complaint personally against this matter dated 19 april 2016 and a reminder had also been given dated on 17 may 2016 but i have not got any response till date.

      I want to complaint about the rude behavior from the branch manager of kuvempunagar branch Mysore
      happend on 10 and 11 th of Jan
      I Visited Syndicate Bank Kuvempunagar on 10th Jan 2012 to request cheque book, in my 4 years of banking transaction twice my account balance was below minimum balance. I understand the procedure and requested manager that it will not happen in future but her response was so rude that she didn't response.
      And disagreed to give me cheque book. On top of that she addressed my account as a suspect account how does she say that i strongly object this. Myself being a well qualified and being in responsible position in one of reputed company this statement cannot be agreeable
      The argument went on and next day also though i behaved politely she did not on the other side rather want me to close the account and asked me to open in another private bank.
      Is this the way a bank staff behaves with their customers

        Actually due to non working of my syndicate bank ATM on the particular time I used the alternate ATM. The problem was the cash debited in my account but money was not received.

        Dated: 05/Nov/2011 I used Corporation Bank ATM for that time it show the error on finally “your card has been refused” Again I simply moved to Canara bank and I tried, on that time also it shows the error “Transaction Decline” with the receipt.

        At Finally I used the CITY Union Bank ATM in this bank only I am getting the answer of Insufficient balance. After that I check the balance then only I know there was Rs 5000 was debited my account. But money was not received me. Then I debit only 1500 with successful transaction. In my account it shows the reference No: 8229 for that particular transaction. Syndicate Bank Account Number: [protected]. Debit card No: [protected]

        The third day I launched the complaint to bank with a letter and also bank prescribed format also. Till now the amount was not refund to my account. Kindly do the needful to reverse the payment and also compensation.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Sub:- In ATM Machine Money not received But cash debited in my account.
        I want to raise complaint to Allahabad bank regarding Money not received but cash debited in my account. I had used my Allabhad bank ATM card on dt.11/07/12 for withdraw money Rs.1500/- in Federal Bank Atm machine at Bhiwadi, but i didn’t get my money and money is debited at the same time from my account forwarded the complaint against it in bank toll free no but needed action was not taken by bank.
        Customer care was not raise my complete & told me that we contact to my account opening branch which is Kishangarh, Ajmer, at present I am living at bhiwadi (Rajasthan), distance approx. 400 K.M than how it can be possible I go to Ajmer for this work.
        Till now the amount was not refund to my account.
        .
        SO you are requested to kindly do the needful to reverse the payment and also compensation.

          I am Piyush Sahu, my mother(Vandana A. Sahu) is working in Syndicate Bank Gandhibagh Branch Nagpur. She wants to purchase a home for Some Good Reason, So She has applied for a loan which was approved by the regional office of Nagpur.
          But instead of completing all process and formalities The Manager and officer of Syndicate bank is delaying the loan and is troubling my mother a lot.
          Recently a case of bribery was also occurred regarding such matter of loan and the case is still open in CBI.
          I warn the honest and responsible not to make any type of loan deal or any relation with Syndicate bank Gandhibagh Branch Nagpur to live a trouble less and a good life.
          And I want to ask Question To Syndicate Bank Gandhibagh Brangh :
          1)How Much time Would You take a Give a loan Which has Been Approved by Your Regional Office?
          2)Why Is there a communication Gap?
          3)If there is No problem then what is the commission(or bribe) the manager and officer(lohi) Will take?Please Specify.

              i am bank employee, today i went to Vaniyambadi Branch, Syndicate Bank to get Netbanking application form,
              employees doesn't know how to behave with customer, i dont know how these peoples are placed for the job. they dont know what is Online bank application form, but they know well to comment the customer. is this they got trained during their training period from syndicate bank?


              Its better to teach the employee first how to behave with customer, bcoz of these guys only public started moving toward the private banks. i have plan to close all my accounts and my family members account with syndicate bank soon.
              Thanks for ICICI bank opening in Vaniyambadi to teach lesson to these guys.

                With due respect it is submitted that I am a S.B account holder no.[protected] with your Greater Noida branch. on 09.09.2011.I sent one of my messenger to get deposit a draft in your greater noida branch in the said above account. my messenger was told by your greater noida branch that our bikaner ( rajasthan branch ) has issued a flag in the said ACCOUNT NOT TO ACCEPT ANY cheques/drafts to get clear and draft was not accepted by the messenger.
                it was really shocked to know that how your bikaner branch can issue/mark such type of flag.It seems it is nothing but revenge of your bokaner branch manager Mr. Meena dated my most genuine complaint[protected] which was acknowledged by your corporate office reference no.-Ref. DC 488/1411/CO P & D/Comp. VSPN/G dt.[protected]. Your bikaner branch has to reverse my all undue debits.
                It seems your bikaner branch manager has no work than to put unnecessary harrassment to the most genuine costumers.
                Anyhow you are requested to instruct your bikaner branch to remove this flag,so that I can deposit my instruments within 48 hours under intimation to me.Otherwise I shall be free to knock the door of law.
                Also instruct your bikaner branch manager to not adhere such type of activities in future.Otherwise he shall be sole responsible for all the consequences

                        I withdrew RS.100 on 19th april,2011 from my SYNDICATE BANK account using CITY UNION BANK ATM. after i withdraw amount i found that RS.1000 less in my account. When i talked to syndicate bank officer they told me that i withdrew RS.900 on 18th april,2011 also.but i didnt. please help me as soon as possible.

                          I have personal loan from Syndicate Bank Anpara Sonebhadra branch for the period of four years(48 month) EMI. After submission of all 48 EMI, branch is demanding more money for the said loan and in case of non-submission of balance money bank is threatening me for legal action. I contact the branch for same but the branch had not given satisfactory answer, saying that branch is core banking & the EMI is deducted is correct and to pay the balance money. I have registered a letter about complain to zonal & head office of Syndicate bank before one month but the bank had not replied till now. Pl help me.

                            In this regard I requested the Commissioner, Provident Fund Office, Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, No.28, Wazirpur (North) Industrial Area, New Delhi-110 052 on 5.11.2010 to settle the PF amount of Rs.2488 + Rs.5332 as already given to HDFC Bank may please be issued in the name of "R.D.Kumari, Syndicate Bank, Nandanam Branch-A/c.No.[protected]" and the same may please be sent to my residence of "R.D.Kumari, C/o.C.EASUDOSS, No.12, Kalaignar Street, Valasaravakkam, Chennai-87" at an early date.
                            Since I have not received any reply from the Commissioner, PF Office, New Delhi, a reminded letter has also been sent on 24.3.2011 requesting him to send the cheques either to my residence or to th Syndicat Bank.
                            I am in very ned of money in the poor condition, once again I request the Commissioner, PF Office, New Delhi to look in to the matter personally and arrange to make payment to my account and the fact may be intimated to the Syndicate Bank and also to my e-maid : [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                              Sir/Madam,

                              We are 2010 passed out students of NTTF .We have taken educational loan about 2.85 K.Our institution was located at Chennai (This center has been moved to Bangalore from current year).We used study with the empty stomach. But I have scored 89% with 3nd rank in the foundation. Our father is a farmer. In the last semester itself we have got selected in IT Company with low pay as we are fresher (With 2 year’s bond). (The payment which we are getting is sometimes not enough for the daily bread and accommodation in this metropolitan city).But this month (March) we have to pay loan interest about 30,000 and the manager says that if I don’t pay that it will become CI. Even I and my parents don’t have the situation to pay this huge amount now. We used to visit the bank to know about any concession on our loan payment. But the bank manager keep on saying that the given concession does not destined for NTTF students. As we are from middle families we wanted to get job as soon as possible to support our family. Is that the crime we did? As a normal human being we have lot of dreams yet to catch. We assure that we will pay those loans after getting an average payment for us. Now we just want to get some time for that payment. The authorities do not have the eyes to see our pathetic situation?

                                I am Babitha. I studied NTTF[protected]
                                I have taken the bank loan and i studied. Now i finished my studies. While i was studying without paying the intrest they didnt gave the next semester fee.
                                i suffer alot.
                                now i got one paper from bank about subcd. but i went and talk with bank manager he is telling that this is not applicable for NTTF students.
                                i m under the BPL.

                                  i deposit money to my bro A/c[protected]Gurgaon branch ,from RKPuram delhi branch in every month without any extra charges . i am depositing money from last 8 months .but they never asked any extra charges for deposit the money .but this time when i went to bank for deposit money they asked to me extra charge . and when i asked them they said its rule . sir i want to know which type of rule because i am depositing from last 8 months & they never asked extra charges than why they asked now . tell me why they did not ask before, first i want to know reason & tell me this is which type of rule that follow 1 months and not follow other 8 or 9 months . please see my request and ask them what is this

                                    I, Awadhesh Singh Yadav holding above savings bank A/c No.[protected], today
                                    [protected] at about 03.10 pm attempted to draw an amount of Rs.10,000/- from the
                                    ATM located at PSIT, Bhauti, Kanpur.( ATM ID-A8698002). The transaction took place
                                    successfully and money also came near the outlet window, but it did not come out
                                    completely and stayed a little while. As I tried to pick it out, the currency notes rolled
                                    back into the machine with greater noise. Ultimately, I could not pick out the money
                                    (Rs.10,000/-) while the online-banking system confirmed the transaction for withdrawal
                                    of money through ATM.

                                    It is highly amazing to note that the above ATM was repaired by your personnels just
                                    today forenoon (at around 1330 Hrs). Not only the above, in a subsequent transaction
                                    by a student, the ATM machine repeated the same behaviour and created great dis-
                                    appointment.

                                    With the above narration, I have to lodge my serious complaint and request you as under :

                                    1. Cancel the transaction in your ledger and revive the balance as before the above transaction.

                                    2. As the transaction slip did not come out, the statement showing balance after revival
                                    may be supplied for reconciliation.

                                    3. As the money is urgently required by me, please to rectify the ATM QUICKLY
                                    ensuring no further repetition.

                                        Respected sir, I am ARVIND SHARMA.I take a education loan from syndicate bank.so, i am saving account holder in syndicate bank,branch code 8848,millenium public school baghpat road meerut(UP),account number [protected]. I am insured in bajaj allianz under policy number [protected] and my assignee is syndicate bank. My insurance premium paid annually through bank demand draft.At the time of 3rd premium,15 july 2009,Rs. 10000 debit from my account through demand draft but not deposit in my policy premium account. Due to non payment of premium my policy is lapsed and beared high penalty also. I bear a loss around Rs. 30000. For this losses branch manager is responsible. So, i kindly requested you to take a proper action against branch manager and my demand draft amount and all expenses and losses related to my insurance policy, which is beared by me. THANKS
