The cashier Vijayan not response for customer he always insult customers..when aged people come to branch and withdraw 500 or 1000rs means go and take via ATM.. here we have lot of works so 1000rs we can't give via withdraw slip..
its not a perfect response for customers so take great action for this..

    Dear sir while i was doing transaction at rail way site www.irctc.co.in my account got debited three times, but also my ticket was not booked, infact when i tried to contact your customer care they disconnect my phone stating that it was not helpline for complaints instead of redirecting me to complaint help line the total money which got debited from my account sums up to 1597.40 this informaion is as per the message i recieved on my registered moble number my account number is [protected], please resolve the issue as early as possible regards r kunjar singh

        Hi, Today I received the call from some unknown number [protected] saying that he is from eBay. in and he need to refund the amount of claim of Mobile purchase. He asked all the details about debit card no and other details, then I given the details to that person and that guy made 2 transactions from the account in total some worth Rs. 20000. Here are the details of the transactions: On 13-Oct-2015 01:44:31 & 01:45:46 pm - for POS txn at [protected][protected] Through State_Bank_Buddy_SBI.

          I have sent a voucher with my signature and the pass book to the branch along with a mail requesting the transfer of funds. This mail was sent 8 working days ago. Neither have I received any kind of communication from the Branch nor my funds have been transferred. When I called and followed-up with the Branch Manager, he was not only unaware of the situation but also rude in his behavior. To give a prelude to the whole episode, I would like to inform that I had a Syndicate A/c opened in my college campus extension centre at Manipal. I wanted to withdraw some money from the a/c but since I got relocated to Bangalore, it wasn't possible for me to go to the branch and withdraw the same. That is when I inquired in the Syndicate branch near my hometown at Rajarhat and they suggested I transfer the a/c to their branch and then funds can be easily withdrawn with the help of a voucher & Pass book. I got my a/c shifted to this branch as per their suggestion. Next I was instructed to send a mail requesting transfer of funds along with a scanned copy of my signature. After going through all this process, still I haven't been able to get my money transferred.

            Respected sir, I have taken the same matter to cmd, internal ambudsman, customer service of syndicate bank. I purchased three properties in e-auction conducted by your bank. I successfully bid and followed the procedure of auction. I have been issued sale certificate for one property and interim sale certificate for two properties from pheezadhiguda syndicate bank branch, hyderabad, telangana state. each property 158.8 sq yards of site with survey numbers 12, 14 of pavathapur village and gram panchayat. basing and relying on these registered documents given by you, we have purchased and went to the property, surprisingly there are so many objections from the local area people.then I enquired deeply about the property and I came to know as per the rectification deed (2499/2011) the scheduled property lies with survey numbers 12, 14 and 15 of another village salarjung kancha village. sale deed given by your bank which I purchased through e-auction you mentioned parvathapur village with survey numbers 12, 14.but actuall village is salarjung kancha village with survey numbers 12, 14 and 15. after all the objections I made writingly to your officers, they are not in a position to listen. so I went for registration on[protected] along with your bank officials from regional office, khairathabad, hyderabad gone to registrar office for registration. the registrar rejected and says it is not possible to register the documents as it is full of flaws.( one the document is in prohibition list as per actuall position and link documents has to be rectified by the bank). so I made an appeal to refund my amounts by the way of rtgs to my account [protected], kotak Mahindra bank, ifsc code kkbk0000571 which was ignored by your officers of syndicate bank. your bank is not in a position to register the properties auctioned by you and also reluctant to return our hard earned money. so I request your kind selves to take legal action against your officials involved and responsible to this auction process and negligence carried over for 5 long months with out minimum consideration towards moralites and trust towards customer(iam not a customer, I donot know what name iam related to your bank). thanking you best regards s.prathibha flat no 403, sailand mark apartments, surodaya colony, l.bnagar Hyderabad. mobile :[protected] .

              Branch of syndicate bank bamni khera .. There is a cashier named gaurav who misbehave with me when i goes to cash counter to deposit the cash .. I asked him to deposit but he was busy in talking with his co-workers.. And said me that wait for.. I request him many times.. But he was same as before.. And other employee of this bank branch talk in a hard way with peoples..so plzzz take a right step against those type of employees.. Thank you

                I have an account in syndicate bank sector 61 branch since it open in sec 61. From last 3 months Staff behavior is so rude. They even don't care whether person is Senior Citizen, heart patient. I didn't face this issue in last 5 years but from last 3-4 month new staff members behave bad and asked to close the account. No one listen about the complaint. I am a senior citizen and don't know whom should I complaint. I have my pension account in this bank that's why I have opened account in Syndicate sec 61 as it near to my house but it unbearable. The person use the false language and make fun of me in front of others. In bank they have put the warning board that if any customer misbehave then what the penalty according to law but if Staff member misbehave then what's the penalty and whom should contact, there is no information regarding this. Please help me.
                Syndicate sec 61 had become worst bank in last 6 months
                They even misbehave with women. I have also seen them misbehaving with senior Citizen. Staff member only motive to have less account so that they do not need to work. I think we should complaint about it in woman welfare association and if there is any senior citizen association. no one listen in bank.

                Worst bank experience.
                I agree, I am a women and I have an account with Syndicate sector 61. Earlier I have an active account but from last few months I do not visit the bank because staff member behavior is very bad. I asked my husband to go there if there is any bank related work.

                Senior officials of syndicate bank should take action against it.

                          We have been using the Syndicate Bank facilities for the last 30 years as all our salary accounts are located in the NPL Pusa Branch. Traditionally we used to find friendly and amicable atmosphere there - beginning with the branch Manager. Ever since Mr Mahavir Yadav is posted at this branch, we have been feeling let our and the quality of services have deteriorated. Mr Yadav is not competent in matters of guiding the customers in their needs and usually mis-guides them. Through this mail, we request you to consider transferring Mr Yadav out of this branch and post a friendly and competent person in his place

                                My wife used the ATM card with no [protected] four times to withdraw amount of Rs.10, 000/-, Rs.5000/-, Rs.5000, Rs.5000 in SBH zaheerabad on 25/06/2015 frm 11.30 am to 11.40am. At the 3rd transaction the money not came and repaid. But while doing last transaction the money did not came and told that limit per day exceeded. But the same has bin debited from my account.                                   I have recently paid amount for recharge for Videocon d2h.I got a message that an amount of 590 is debited.But there is no money in my Videocon account.The result in transaction history is showing a tick mark for my transaction.So how do I know that the amount is actually deducted from my account?

                                    i have been trying to access the net banking site as per the login id[protected] and PW but without success. i have also tried to change the PW, but did not succeed. Kindly help/advise. the message printed is always the same-invalid id or PW.

After that on next day i visited the Bank Branch and told all matter to bank manager Mr. Pawan Sangarna. He told me bank cannot able to do anything in this matter, this is a cyber crime and you have to go for FIR(police). Please help me out from this case. i m not going to bleming bank but need their assistance to provide above transaction detail ... that where the hell of my money has gone and who done this.                                         I Take a New Visa Card from Syndicate Chhawla Branch and When i trying to set a secure code this message is shown to me Due to the number of failed attempts we are unable to register your card at the moment. Syndicate bank Chhawla Branch does not resolve my Problem yet Please Help me
