I have been operating syndicate bank account since 8 years and ATM card also. On 15th August 2013 I went to purchase sun glass through visa debit card issued by syndicate bank Navunda branch but it wad not working and I consult Customer service the reply was card had been blocke, I could not purchase any thing then leads to huge loss to personal and financial leading lots of disturbing and taking money from some other people to my personal expenses. Kindly give me justice regarding this issue.

    Hi Sir/Madam

    My self vijay mutta, My fater was an government empolyee and his salary account was in syindcate bank.My dad has been guranter for one his collegues personal loan. Unfortunately my dad passed away on 26th Dec 2012. So when i approached bank people to transfer the my dad money to the nominee account. bank peoples are objecting me stating we should first clear the my dads collegue loan amount and when we contacted my dad collegue he is not ready to repay his loan. but bank people were holding our money instest of contacting the loan person. please advise what should i do now

      My Syndicate bank Debit Card got stuck in an ICICI Bank ATM in Moolakadai, Chennai-600060. I called the below customer care numbers but both were invalid or not reachable or not in use. I went to the Syndicate Bank Branch in Madhavaram (My Visa debit card# [protected] falls under this branch). But the people in the branch did not care to listen to me since I went there after business hours. Now I am afraid that my ATM card stuck in the other bank might be used illegally. I don’t have any way to block my card. please tell me what should i do now...I cant get through the ICICI bank customer service too whose ATM did not have an emergency contact number or a security person.

      Housing Loan Closure

        I was swiped my card to withdraw money from Syndicate Bank sarjpura Branch for the amount of rs 2000rs, but i didn't receive money and ATM machine showed message as " your transaction has timed out and transaction has been cancelled". .But amount is deducted from my account.         ATM MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PAST 10 DAYS

        Dear sir, ATM machine is not working since almost 10 days at Gandhidham - at Gujarat state. When we are getting inside in the ATM room Machine says " sorry i am temporarily out of service" Please advise

          I had availed credit card, home loan, car loan and personal loan from ICICI Bank, Personal Loan & Credit Card from Syndicate Bank. These loans were repaid before time to the bank. We have payment receipt, foreclosure letter and No dues certificate for the same from both the banks.
          I came know that bank have not updated my records in CIBIL CIR report, which I have informed banks and CIBIL.
          With Syndicate bank very indecent behaviour been observed, they are following illegal practice.
          1) Personal loan was closed in 2006, they have updated my record in 2013.
          2) In CIBIL 2011 report there was no outstanding of Credit Card payment and NO remark / status mentioned.
          3) In 2013 CIBIL report two different credit cards entry is mentioned with settled remark / status. When contacted bank they gave me outstanding + One Time Settlement and waiver on balance amount.
          4) Today also there is two settled remark in CIBIL report and Syndicate Bank is not doing anything.
          5) Finally i have decided to close this issue and requested foreclosure letter from Bank, i have received letter from bank and have to pay Rs.1,30,205/- cash including 30% interest.
          6) I have paid Rs.1,30,205/- on 26/06/2013 to Syndicate Bank.
          7) This whole matter is brought to RBI, CIBIL and Syndicate Bank top management notice, but no buddy is ready to resolve or help.
          In due course last 4-6 years my CIBIL score got reduced due to banks mistake and no bank is giving me loan and credit cards. Many loan and credit card application have been rejected further to that my score got again reduced.
          Now banks have updated their records in CIBIL CIR report. No buddy is taking ownership CIBIL is not taking ownership since they are not authorised to change/modify data. I am getting very standard answer from CIBIL as follows: (However, it is important to note that each Credit Institution (that chooses to use the CIBIL Trans Union Score) has its own benchmark of the number that constitutes a "good" score. For example, a score of 670 may be an adequate score for some members but be inadequate for others. CIBIL does not recommend what score should be used as a cut-off for loan application eligibility.
          The Credit Institution applies its own credit application appraisal techniques in order to determine whether or not to grant credit. CIBIL is not involved in this decision.)
          In last 2-3 years i have gone through very rough patch, mental trauma and mental agony. Which affected my health. Since last two year I could not sleep properly nor able to monitor my business. Due to this my physical health is affected, we lost many business, we could not take up new project due to finance issue and so many business loan application got rejected.

          Hello Team,

          I have not satisfied with your service, after the telephonic conversation I have calculated all the things, you are cheating the customer. I want the details about my PLoan status.

          I have got the Original Amount: 2, 20, 000/- on 18th of March 2007. In the January Statement is was reflected Balance is 1, 35, 374/- how you told this amount.

          Per Month I have paid around 6, 450/- the total amount comes around 1, 48, 350/- then how you told the balance amount is 1, 35, 374/- without giving the details i will never pay single paisa to you.

          Note: I will never pay late payment. If you cheat the customer then I will go to consumer court. So don't cheat you customers, send the detailed statement to us otherwise sorry.

          I am not interest to cheat others, I want to behave as a genuine customer, let us know if you have any questions, Thank you.

          credit card & home loan of syndicate bank — regarding my loan

          Dear sir,
          10 days ago i apply for my HDFC Personal Loan top-up but it was reject due to some Credit Card due of 1.25 lac & due in home loan show onb your CIBIL . but i like to inform you that i don't have any due of 1.25 lac from my any crdit card & my home loan is on my fathers name and it is already regular to bank. i don't know how this problem will come. how you can show 1.25 lac due on credit card when i don't have the same due for any bank pls inform me about m,y problem it will effect my credit. i don't know how the CIBIL is working & from were he got data. it was wroung & from your lapses i have to survive.

          ICICI Credit Card — Foreclosure and settlement Issue

          Sir,
          I recived a Bill of 31003.42/- Credict Card Number: [protected], I have issue a check for 32000/- for the same to HSR Layout ICICI bank Bangalore Branch and They have mis placed the check....well in the next bill they have added the latepayment for the same.....I have made serveral Calls to Custmoer care and always they has asked me to do the Min Amount Pay....untill the issue get resolved, but I never heard them back saying that issue can be solved.....

          Finally I have asked for the settlement and in 14 Oct 2010, when I did the min amount Pay of 2000/- they have told that you won't recived any calls and do the final settlement of the card by payment in total 31155/- and they will isssue the Lettle for the same....and given me a service request Number: [protected]....

          But from the month of November they started again the late payment on the residual Amount I was keep on following.....for that....but no result....,

          I have the ICICI salary Account and on 9 Feb they have blocked the amount of 32000/- in the account itself and asking me to clear the fund....

          My Question is Do we have to do Settlement each and every Year.......even the Fault is from the Bank side, I am not responsible for loss of Check....But do coustmer has to bear the Charges always.......
          Even my Card is not linked with me Bank account even though they have blocked the amount which I have not used its all there Late charges and Interest......

          I do have Car Loan from SBI bank and Education Loan from HDFC which is linked as ECS with my Salary Account, Now all of them get affected after blocking 32280/- and my account baleance is showing negative 6433 balance and due to which I am not able to clear my Car and Edu cation laon for Feb Month....


          I went to meet the Branch Manager for my Sal Account at BTM Layout Account#[protected]...
          But he is also not able to resolve my Issue.....

          Can you sugguest what I can do with this problem........

            Sir,

            I made a POS payment of Rs. 1600 through my Syndicate bank debit card on 7 Feb 2013 to Milan Hotel, Civil lines, Allahabad. The amount Rs.1600 was debited from my account but was not received by the merchant. Till now, the amount has not been credited back to my account.

                cashier doesn't update our account immediately after receiving the money, so i was waiting near cash counter and just asked the cashier that whether he updated my account or not.. all of a sudden he started scolding me - just by adding 100rs to your account don't come and dance on my head ....so and so in local language ( actually i waited till the counter was empty then i asked him), seeing this manners i hate to bank with syndicate bank. Government employees act like this because they think no one can affect their job safety. Here by i request the authority to take proper action on that cashier ( i don't know his name, other employees in that branch are good ). I still believe that gandhiji told 'customer is our god' , so don't ruin his words.

                  Pension Payment Order copy lost by Syndicate Bank

                  My Self Narender Pal singh was a Haryana Govt. pensioner vide PPO No.134204-S/HR dated 30.04.2006. I deposited original copy of PPO along with other documents in Syndicate Bank Sohna, Gurgaon(Haryana). I am in contact with Bank manager & other official (pension official) in Syndicate Bank Sohna since June 2011 for retrieving my original PPO copy back but till date I have not received my vital document PPO.I have visited in Syndicate Bank 5 to 6 times during last every time he would ask me to come on later date as he was busy & would retrieve it next time.Now he says the PPO copy has been lost by the bank & HAS ASKED ME TO GET A DUPLICATE COPY FROM TREASURY OFFICE. Syndicate Bank Sohna have betrayed, misguided, befooled & harassed me . Would the higher officials in Syndicate Bank intervene & do justice to me before I decide to fight for my civil & consumer rights

                        ATM Withdrawl, Amount debited from my account but i dint get the cash from it.
                        Dear sir,

                        I tried to withdraw cash from ATM Mehdipatnam syndicate branch ATM sum of Rs. 300. My transaction ID is[protected]. The amount is debited from my bank account but I couldn't get the money from the ATM. on 1st DEC 2012 from morning the syndicate bank servers are down. The bank employee said the amount will be rollback once the servers are settled up. But its been 2 days i dint get money back. Please take this action severely as we have complete dependency on ATM centers. We need security for our money. Please take this issue serious and get my money back soon.

                          My wife Dr.Deepa.M.P had deposited a cheque(no.698389 for Rs.11500/-, Syndicate bank, Banaswadi branch, a/c. no. [protected], account holder : PRANAV DIABETIC CENTRE) in favour of "ICICI credit card" for monthly bill payment, in ICICI bank drop box- HRBR layout- Bangalore. This was done in the month of August 2012. But almost for 10 to 12 days the amount did not get credited. When verified by ICICI credit card customer support, we were informed that the cheque has not reached them. When we checked the statement of account holder, it was shocking to notice that this amount was withdrawn by name- Hemant, in one of the Syndicate bank branch in Mumbai. We are still not able to understand how a crossed cheque in the name of Deepa, can be withdrawn in another person's name. We have filed a complaint to Syndicate bank manager of Banaswadi Branch, Bangalore on[protected]. This manager was polite and has also sent a letter to Syndicate Mumbai asking for a photcopy of the cheque, on[protected] ref:0459/BWDI/2012/CLG.

                          When we followed up with the bank manager on the status, he regretted that the cheque photocopy was not received from Mumbai. He informed us that the same was faxed again to their Mumbai office on[protected], but is yet to get a response. He has got tired that their mumbai office is not responding.

                          There seems to a serious issue in their Mumbai office operation, thus they are not even sending a photocopy of the cheque to their Bangalore branch.. We have copies of following documents :

                          1) Complaint letter by Dr.Deepa to Syndicate Bank, Banaswadi branch, Bangalore dtd[protected]acknowledged by bank manager)
                          2) letter sent by the Syndicate bank, Banaswadi branch Manager to the Chief Manager, Central Accounts office- Syndicate bank, Mumbai
                          ref : 0459/BWDI/2012/CLG dtd[protected].
                          3) Account statement, a/c no. [protected], reflecting withdrawal of cheque no.698389 of Rs.11500/- by Hemant.
                          4) Fax bills for fax sent by Syndicate bank to their mumbai office.

                          Since I have not paid credit card in time, it has affected te payment cycle and would have also reflected in CIBIL. It is almost 4 months since this issue has occurred and we still don't have a solution from Syndicate bank.

                          I want help for getting my money with losses reimbursed.

                            Here i submit my compliant against syndicate bank about my FDR interest query.

                            The bank make a mistake in calculation of interest and also insulted many times
                            about it. after my complaint about it in banking ombudsman they give interest amount
                            two times but not as per my rate of interest. Here i attach all my correspondence documents.

                              on 08th july 2012, Sunday @ 9.42 a m , I have used my HDFC international debit card to withdraw a cash of inr 2500 from the syndicate bank atm located at Tnagar, pondybazar , opp. To Globus Showroom. Even after giving the new details about the present permanent address .                                 Attached are the slips I received from ATM and the proof of application sent to my home branch regarding account debit after a failed transaction.

                                In attached pdf you can see Rs. 1000/- were withdrawn in transaction no 1335 from ATM DA138801 of OBC Bank in Sector-63, Noida.
                                Next time I initiated transaction for Rs 2000/- but transaction failed and account debited and this time ATM did not print my transaction slip.
                                Again I initiated another transaction no 1337 for Rs 1000/- and this was successful.

                                But the debited transaction was not reverted back. For this issue I posted (Speed Post No: EU[protected]IN) an application in my home branch and also had words with Bank Manger of Syndicate Bank , Ramganjmandi, Dist-Kota over phone no [protected] and they said that no such transaction was done. If this transaction was not done than your account should tally.
                                At 19:17 O'Clock after Transaction ID 1335 I had Rs. 9022.33 in my Account and at 19:19 O'clock after Transaction ID 1337 the remaining balance is 6022.33.

                                    I make Kisaan Credit Card from the Sindhi Cate Bank of the amt. Rs. 243000 on 10 Apr 2011 and submit on 26 March 2012 with the interest rate 9%.
                                    But according to the RBI, the interest rate on Kisaan Credit Card is 7%. and if it return by with in 1 year then interest rate is 4%.And give the 3% subsidies from government.
                                    But bank refund the 1.5% amount on the interest on 243000.
