Hi,
My mobile is samsung s7 edge and i have bought syska gadget secure along with mobile. My mobile got damage in an accident and i have raised claim with syska in jan 2017 then on they have asked so many documents proofs and asked me to courier documents as well and finally approved the claim and asked me to courier my device for further repair and assured to be delivered immediately after repair. I have couriered my device and it has reached them in april 2017 and they updated the status in website saying it is under repair and will be delivered on march 8th 2017 but then it wasn't delivered then they said due to shortfall there's a delay it will be delivered very soon. From then till now there is no update or even a call from their side and there is no current status and the only source to contact is customer care who don't know anything regarding the company and there is no manager as well. I have been calling them but getting sake response as wait.. And i want my device back immediately.
Even if i send to another country it will come back by now...
I kindly request to look into this on priority

    I have called more then 10 times to the customer service center.
    1. Your customer services are #... Absolutely disgusting.
    2. Takes too much time to receive a call.
    3. I have filled a complaint to replace my speaker since june.
    4. # didn't reacted for 1 month.
    5. When i called them.. They said the speaker is in warranty and would be replaced.. But no one came. One guy called from indore yelling at me saying you have given the wrong address, but the truth is i clearly mentioned in the mail my current address. That dickhead didn't even listened to me properly.
    6. Every time i call at customer center, they always say the same #, " sir, we have registered your complaint and your speaker would be replaced within 15 days." but no one comes.
    7. If you can't take a responsibility to replace one speaker, then close your #ty customer center.
    8. People, don't ever buy any mobile accessories from this company. They don't give a dam whether you are troubled or not.
    9. If you still have a little bit shame left, then kindly replace my speaker.

      Dear sir/madam

      I send my mobile for repair as per syska gadget secure instruction since 29/11/2016. The device delivered to service center on 26/12/2016.

      After april 2017 company status changed to "status:claim has been approved. Subject to term (S) and condition (S).
      "..

      But they didnot gave me solution, every time i ask they said accept our sincere apologies forwarded your details to our concerned department.

      They didnot give me any timeline
      Requesting you to help me to get repaired / back my mobile.

        In april i met with an accident and my phone got damaged which was under the security secure plan of "syska gadget secure". I raised the claim on 02/05/2017 (Cin. No.- [protected]) but till now i didn't get any claim. I paid ₹600/- for this phone insurance but i think they are cheater and they are not responding me for the claim. Now i have to go in consumer forum.

            Syska power bank — syska power bank
            I have bought this power bank n it was nt wrking.. It was nt getting charg.. So i contacted syska service.. N asked for replacemnt after 2mnth i got my replacement n dat to was fault piece after no of complaints dey took bck power bnk bt dey hav nt provided me replacemnt yet. So i asked them for refund but still i have neither received my power bank - nor refund. It has been more den 4mnth.
            Syska customer service emails and toll free numbers have already stopped responding to the complaints.
            I have purchase this things from flipkart,
            Very bad service... Syska. They have a very poor support team and there is no proper customer service. I have a bill for this product still i am not able to use this product a single time. And i lost my money and product both. I don't have any faith in sysks. Worst support and customer service.
            I have lost faith in syska.. I want it to get banned..
            Dnt knw hw many pple r going to get fooled by syska.. Beter stop using ol d syska product..

                I have taken insurance with syska gadget secure, it was my biggest mistake, its been more then 1 year but i haven't received my payment.
                My complaint id is [protected], and the status is showing "pending for customer payment", inspite of regular complaints over email and phone calls, these people are not doing anything, except saying that we will proceed for your payment on highest priority. Everytime i have to follow up with them and my call is ended by saying your payment will proceed at the earliest. This is just a fake company never ever buy insurance with this company. There is no response for my payment since form last 1 year.

                    My samsung a8 mobile handset is accidentally damage which is insured with syska gadget secure and i have registered a claim with them that claim cin no is [protected] they have approved the claim and collected my handset also in october 2016 itself and now almost 10 months is over they are not paying my amount whenever i call they said we forward your complaint to concern team and u will get it as soon as possible but no definition of there as soon as possible they not ready to say specific time what can we do about this kind of fraud

                        My name umesh vijay jadhav. I had lost my mobile last year on 28/07/2016. I was having insurance of syska gadget insurance and call log number is [protected]. I applied for the claim on 28/07/2017 and submitted all documents to branch and on 2/08/2016 my claim was approved from your side. After that i called your call centre many times and also mailed but it was not satisfactory result. It's almost 1 year i was waiting for the claim amount. I am very much dis satisfied with the services which is given by syska gadget insurance..

                          I have never seen such a fraud company in my whole life, from last 5 months they are just telling soon money will be transfer in ur bank account, but still they have not transferred a single penny. Very poor service, praying to god that every indian should know about this fraud company they are the big cheaters plz stay away from all the syska product especially insurance never ever take..
                          I[censored] want to buy insurance then just read this twice before taking it.
                          And then too u want to buy go for any company i am sure they will be like anything but not like this fraud company. Soon they are going to shut down there business

                            I request everyone not to buy syska insurance for any of their gadgets
                            They are liars and cheaters who are ready to do anything to sell their insurance plans and products. Their customer service is pathetic and worst
                            They are been taught one single line that we will will forward your complaint to the concern team...# you #, you swines! You are sucking your customers valuable time and still don't give any satisfactory answers. It's been almost a year since my claim of rs 12329/- is not been initiated even after going through your company policies which tortures everyone to either drop their concern for refund of money or # their mind to complete all documentation which is not required at all... Attached is the image of my claim for rs 12329/-which is not been refunded yet and it's also clearly proves that syska play with feelings of their customers and promise something which they can't commit anyway.

                            Yes, They have appointed there staff for this thing only, as they say they don't have authority to do this and that always ended up the call by saying that your payment will be initiated at the earliest as we have forwarded your request to concerned department.

                            Now tell me what to do against this company. Because i want to shut this company really disappointed.

                              My phone was accidently damaged. I have submited my handset to syska 5 months before from now on april 2017. I am contacting syska since 5 months and they keep on saying that our concern department team is working on your case.

                              Today 140 days has been crossed and i still didn't get my cell phone.
                              Also they are cheating as by putting the false status of device on their website. The status is device repaired but the service center says that no work has been done on mobile yet. Every time i am calling their customer care i am getting a new reason behind delay.

                                I parceled my phone to syska before 3 months they asked me to pay 12, 500 rupees i paid them the rupees but still till 1 month they kept me telling its in process and than gst came so they asked me to pay more of 1637 rupees i paid that to and it 1 month from that time and they are not giving me any response and have taken my phone and money and not returned anything.

For claiming my insurance was [protected].. This companyis just a scam... This company rejected my claim request which was damage just because of silly reason that the phn was not in my hand... There was nowhere written in your terms and conditions that if the phone will damage by someone else then we will not consider the claim they didn't ​informed me before when i was purchasing the insurance from this scam company they were just keep tryingto manipulateme that time whatsoever happend to the phone we will take care of it and now they have rejected my claim request when i need that all i want is either justice or else i'll take this matter to the upper place like social networking site and i will sue this scam company..                                     Since, my claim was approved on 17/07/2017 and i suppose to pay inr 14, 601.00 against that which i already paid on 26/07/2017 after that they updated on their website that "postal team decide to return mode" and then i got a call on[protected] from a lady from syska to confirm my address, i confirmed the address with her.in the evening, when i checked the status on their site it says "delivered to customer" which i never got. Now i'm waiting to talk to them over the phone or their email response to see what they are saying now.

                                    I got a faulty power bank from syska for which I demanded a replacement as it is under warranty but the company responded after 1 month of complaint for the pick up and even after multiple calls and mails for 2 months the company has not replaced my product.                                       To,

                                      Syska gadget secure
                                      4th floor, sapphire plaza, plot no 80, s. No. 232, new airport rd, sakore nagar, viman nagar pune pune district maharashtra

                                      1) i purchased samsung mobile model s7 edge, smg935fzduins price of the model rs. 55, 900 on
                                      17.10.2016

                                      2) i insured the purchased mobile with syska gadget secure for rs 2399/- for a period of one year date 17.10.16 to 17.10.17

                                      3) the mobile was damaged and a claim was made by me on 22.3.17.
                                      Claim no [protected] amounting rs 55900.

                                      4) i submitted online claim form and attached all softcopies required on 22.3.17

                                      5) i courier the handset to your office 0n 1.4.17. And it takes 5 days for approval.

                                      6) on 8.4.17, i got the message from your side that the phone is under repair. And that was the last message i got from your side till date.

                                      7) after many follow up and many complaints via phone and via mail no action has been taken.

                                      8) after taking to your managers mainly mr. Mehran has given me the assuarity that my phone will be delivered in 7 working days but till date the same old story..

                                      9) a continuous follow up was made by me for 45 days (50 phone calls and many emails) but each time got only one reply “job card under process”

                                      10) if the mobile was repaired in local market it would have taken 1 or 2 days

                                      11) the last update was that the expected delivery date is 25.5.17, and no further update is done on the portal. Same old thing is written:-
                                      “your device is under process”

                                      12) claim date 7.4.17 to 4.7.17
                                      Period of 90 days is over but i have not received my mobile for which i have paid my hard earned money

                                      13) i have lost not only money but also suffer excruciating mental tension and tortures for no fault of mine.

                                      14) the mobile was purchased for personal use and due to your fault i was deprived of my right to use the mobile for over 90 days
                                      I request you to take proper action and return my mobile at the earliest

                                      15) that if you fail to take immediate action and do not comply with the demand made here in with in ten days from the date of receipt of this notice i will have to file
                                      A complaint under section 11 and 12 of the consumer protection act 1986

                                        Sir, my cin no is [protected]. My handset repaired on 28/03/2017 but not dispatch after repaired. Last status after 13/04/2017 is postal team decide to return mode have no change. Pl insure why do not dispatch my handset. I am calling to customer care anymore time to this subject but no action to my complain. Sir pl check what's problem to dispatch my handset.
