    I recommend each one of you to never ever commit the mistake of buying Syska Gadget Secure. They cheat you and fool you. They have taken my money. They have taken my phone. Havent returned my phone yet. Everytime i call them. They only tell me that It is under process. It has been 60 days now almost since i am waiting for my phone. I am done sending mails to them. Done calling them numerous number of times.They are frauds and they only know to give you false hopes about your phone. CIN NO- [protected]. MOBILE NO- [protected]

        I, sashi bhushan ekka with claim no [protected] has been rejected. I had fulfilled all the required documents. Reason for rejection is that my bill is not matching. But it is the negligence of their staff who has put wrong bill number without my knowledge. Now just to save money they are saying that bill doesn't match though i had original bill with dealer's stamp.

            Withdrawal of my VIVO V3 Cell Phone Insurance Claim after a long Irritation with your Service

            I Pardeep Kumar withdrawing my cell phone insurance claim for VIVO V3 cell phone. My CIN-[protected] is Registered on 04-March 2017. Please send me my cell phone as soon as possible in same condition that I have send to you.

            Feedback-
            I personally feel that the company is the worst company in the customer service. As my complaint is register with you on 04-March 2017, Approx 6-Months ago and from 09-April 2017 its showing under repairing. A simple touch screen is damaged of my cell phone. I have contacted more than 70-80 times at your toll free with your Executives and their Seniors. But they always give the pet response, Your device is under repair and the mobile part is not available right now. Your problem will be short out as soon as possible. That is the very-very funny thing with the customer. I Have already send 80-90 emails at your emai id [protected]@syskagadgetsecure for with drawal from 25July 2017 after a long irritation.

              Complaint no. [protected] is not resolved even after one year passed. No one person able to satisfy the customer registered in this complaint. I think to choose syska is biggest mistake of my life. Disgusting service and so poor management. Management has to follow complaint aggressively but this seems to be almost nil in case of syska. You are offering settlement within 120days and what about delays even after one year have passed. I think this company don't care about customers which is very crucial for long term business. Overall performance is very bad from my point of view.

                I secured my iphone 6s through this company and its been 3 months of making the payment of rs.12500/- on damaged handset.I havent received any information where my phone is. The helpline number is useless as they provide only standard answer which is of no use at all. I feel cheated and will lodge a complaint against these cheaters !!!

                  I lodged complain on 12th july, 2017 and my handset had reached pune office of leehan retails pvt ltd on 28th april, 2017.

                  The claim was approved on 29th april, 2017 and since then the status is under repair. I have called on the helpline number number of times but the standard response i get is that the phone is under repair.

                  There was just the screen damage which is nowadays get repaired on the same day and these people for last 2 months are still not able to repair the phone.

                  I now sense being cheated.

                  Can someone help here?

                    I have complained on 1st april 2017 about damage of my pone samsung s-7 edge. After long conversation and efforts i cold send my phone on 12th may 2017. Evern after more than two months i have not got my phone and whenever i phoned it is answered that the phone is under repair. This company is making fool to the customrers. And have tied up with the dealers who sell the phone. They insisted their customer to buy insurance plan and hence the customers are trapped in their cheating net. I pray to the government of india to shut down and bar these companies from india. On the other hand i appeal to all indian customers not to buy such fraudy insurance plan.

                      Sir i am resident of nanded maharashtra.
                      I had purchased my samsung handset worth rs 20000 on 30 june 2016. I had done its insurance under company name syska gadget secure. I paid 1800 rs extra amount for insurance. The insurance validation was for 12 months. On 16 september 2016 my accident incurred in which my handset got damaged. So on the same day i claimed for insurance to syska gadget secure. They have taken my handset & all accessories along with original bill & in return they assured me that they will provide insurance of 15000 rs. 10 months have passed i haven't received any insurance yet. I have contacted manoj sir of syska many times even i have made 100's of mail to them but there's no response from company.

                        Hello i am resident of nanded maharashtra.

                          Dear Indian Consumer Complaint Forum,

                          I purchased a handset insurance policy from Syska Gadget Secure on 1st November 2015.

                          I met with an accident and My cell phone (Samsung Note5) got damaged on 4th September 2016. Same day, I registered my claim with Syska.. as per their policy.

                          I have submitted all the documents and completed all the required procedures they asked me to do so.

                          Even though my claim was approved by them, they told me in April 2017 to personally submit my phone to their Pune centre; which I submitted on 18 April 2017.

                          Since September-2016 i have been chasing them to settle my claim. firstly.. to reverse deliver my phone and now to hand my phone back to me. They have not settled it yet after so many months (almost a year).

                          Even i got same reply from customer care and received a system generated mail which is always same.

                          I have not received any claim amount, my phone and even a single satisfactory answer from their side.

                          Please help me in this case to get my phone back.

                              My phone Samsung S7 Edge was damaged accidentally and when I lodged a complain, I was asked to send the mobile to their Address.. it was sent and relevant email was sent to them with courier details. They took 1 month to acknowledge that they have received the phone while my courier was showing that it was delivered 1 month back to them. Then they completed the procedure and the update was I would get my phone by[protected]

                              My CIN no is [protected]

                              Now its more than 100 days that my R/s 70000 phone is with them and they are not giving it back. Still their " track your complain" page shows that its under repair and it is still showing that estimated delivery date as[protected]

                              For a new phone like Samsung S7 edge, they are saying that the screen is not available for last 60 days, whereas I enquired in Samsung service centre, they say its a job of 2 hours.

                              I have called their customer care more than 100 times but nothing is been done nor they are replying to my mails...

                              Please help me to get my R/s 70000 phone back from such a fraud company

After 15-20 calls i will emailed them. But they again told payment will be given shortly. But now 7 monts will be goan but still payment was not received. So i thought to make a complained against that company. So sir plzzzz resolve my problem.

                                    Sir i will also sent them a letter on there company adress. But no rply will come. I will be payed 7000 rs on this process. So i will make a complained in court to provide me 15000 rs refunded by syska gadget and secure.

                                      My claim number with syska insurance is [protected]. My case was re-opened after my escalation email on 18/01/17. Since then there has been no progress. Even the level 1 verification which requires 24-48 hours has not been completed. I have been continuously calling them and send emails however everytime i get the same reply stating that they have escalated to the backend team so it would handled in priority. That priority has been resolved in last 6 months. I have an impression that this company is a scam.
