Booked wagon r cng on 02/08/21 from t r schwnay meerut showroom delhiroad by name sharad shrivastava and given committment of its delivery on 13/08/21 but failed to do so creating inconvenience to me and i suffered loss of my business working day.
Kindly arrange confirm delivery as early as possible

Dear Sir/Ma’am.

This is to bring into the companies notice about the serious inconvenience caused to me (Maqsood Ali Malik) . I booked the personal car (Alto) on 11-april-2021 and my payment got disbursed on 16-june-2021 from axis bank of rs 346800. On the same day I paid the rest of the amount rs 1lac to the Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD Rajouri Garden New Delhi-110027. I was briefed that my car will be delivered on 21-June-2021. On 21st june i was waiting for the dealer's call for my new car's delivery but unfortunately there was no response from the agent or company, so I called the agent about my car and the agent told me to wait for the next 10 days. After 10 days there was again no response from the agent and I made a call to the Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD, but they told me that my car had been delivered back on 21-June-2021 to the customer (Maqsood Ali Malik) but I had nowhere abouts of my new car. They were briefing me that records show that the car was delivered to mr. Maqsood Ali Malik. I told them that I have not received a car and they told me to wait for some time so they will check the delivery of the car. After some time they shared the information about the car like Invoice(16/VSL/[protected] and TCR (DL2021-TR-6751B) etc. and added that my booked car is in a workshop and had met with an accident on 21st-june-2021. Then the company told me that they will repair my accidental car within 45 days and will deliver the same repaired car which I strongly denied. And when I was asking them to deliver me a brand new car they were just making excuses. Like this there were many excuses every day and i was reminding them everyday about my new car updates. Finally I have listed some questions that were carried out without my knowledge as mentioned below.

1) If the company had delivered my new car to the agent, why did not the company inform me?
2) If my new car had an accident, why didn't the company inform me?
3) if the accident date was 21-june-2021 according to them, how they had insurance on my (Maqsood Ali Malik) name on the same day and I had no information regarding the matter.
4) If the accidental car is in the workshop, how did they claim insurance (Car Engine No. F8DN6528572) on my (Mr Maqsood Ali Malik) behalf without bringing in my notice.

So due to this frustration I complained this matter to TEAM MARUTI with complaint reference number [protected] and I was called by Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD. urging me to take my complaint back and assuring me that they will give me the same repaired car with some compensation and asked them to give me in writing since the company has become trustless for me. And there was no response.
Finding no response, no solution I had come to complain in the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with docket number 2837416. So I am requesting the sir to work on my matter as soon as possible. Till date I have not received a car.

So I kindly request to you return my 600/- repuees.

I had my car number DL3CCS9165 service done in Okhla, where after washing my car, was its washing completely useless? and They told me that if you get a call from Maruti Suzuki, you speak service is fine and Shikha call came to me, she said, "Sir, don't talk to anyone, I will fix your washing later. They had sent me a coupon."

I compromised with Shikha but, she did not compromise at me.

I want you to have a screenshot of the service record and I am sending you the number of Shikha, you ask how to talk to the customer.

By mailing me within 24 hours, tell me if there was a problem, I need a reply within 24 hours.

Very bad washing and staff behaviour are very bad to washing of Maruti Suzuki t r Sawhney gokulpuri

My car NO.DL1CAC5825 MARUTI SWIFT .I visited T.R SAWHNEY for 2nd service on dated 5.3.2021.when i inspeceted my car after service l shocked saw my car totally fake service done and harressment by mr.atul Kumar and senior of atul Kumar they did not know how to talk consumer, behave, and satisfaction of consumer. Manhandling by somebody. T.R SAWHNRY GOOD distributor I think resolve the matter with me futher I will case in consumers court and some image can't send .

I bought a Ciaz Auto BSIV from T R Sawhney. I paid full amount and 10 days after I bought it was lockdown. They sold me a car which they are unable to get registered in DELHI NCR and are now suggesting me to take illegal ways to get that done.
At this point the car doesn't have a temporary registration or a registration. The insurance is also invalid because of this for this period.
Who would want such services. They will only keep procrastinating.

DONOT BUY from NEXA T R SAWHNEY GURGAON

If you will search you will find many such cases, the whole franchise chain itself is corrupt. Dont buy from TR SAWHNEY

Dear Madam / Sir

This is to inform you that booking for 1 no. Maruti Ertiga Tour CNG car was placed with your Mayapuri / Naraina Branch through your manager Mr. Prabhat Jha vide NEFT transfer of Rs.7, 50, 000/- (Ref no.SDC[protected] dt. 10/10/2020.

Mr.Jha promised to deliver the car on 11/10/2020. But on the 11th he informed us that the car supposed to be delivered was accidental and hence a new car will be delivered on the 13th. But again he failed in his promise. Since the said car was meant for commercial purposes and the purpose was defeated as we could not give it to our client on promised date. We told him to cancel the booking & refund the amount. Again for refund he promised us 3-4 days of time. But again he failed. Now every day he makes a promise but fails. From today he had stopped taking our calls.

Should I escalate the issue with Maruti India and make this a legal issue.
I want the refund on immediate basis unless we will be forced to follow it with Maruti and legal routes

I major shelly sood am posted in indian army. I booked maruti eeco with t. R. Sawhney motors mayapuri near golden banquets through mr. Manish walia. The process of harassment started when mr walia told us to deal with jarnail singh, another employee who is not even authorised to deal with costumers. Before booking they made me wait for 7 days unnecessarily saying we will get vehicle tomorrow. I finally booked the vehicle on 15 sept and paid rsvp 10000 as advance. After booking their behavior changed and they were extremely rude and also mr walia would even switch off his phone. I finally got fed up and cancelled the booking on 19 sept. I went to the showroom myself as none of the employees was responding on phone. I met asm mr yash and asked him to return the booking amount. He said it takes about one week but he will try to get it sooner. But even when more than 10 days passed, i had to escalate the issue to sm mr. Tyagi. Even after repeated calls to mr tyagi, i haven't got my money as on today 8th of october. While accepting booking amount, they were even ready to accept payment from my husband's account while the vehicle is on my name. But now at the time of returning money, no-one cares to respond and mr tyagi is telling my husband to send him reminders as if it's my husband's job as an employee of t. R. Sawhney motors. I am completely harassed at this point and hence forced to complain. You are requested to refund me my amount at the earliest

A dent was found after re-visit in your Sahibabad service center due to poor service. Irrespective of paid washing, your staff didn't clean my car for which I have to inform Mr. Chander Prakash your executive.
When I came back to home, it was found that a dent was there on fuel tank and I have informed Me. Sandeep regarding this. Later on I got a call from Chander Prakash and your works manager was also with him and he was agreed upon to repair this dent as per my comfort .
Although your team provide a solution but it's very embarrassing when such type of silly things happen in the authorised service centre and customer is visiting again in your service center with service related complain.
My humble submission is that please look into this and also ensure that this type of mistakes will not be repeated in future.

I was purchase a car maruti swift lxi from mohan nagar showroom last month they don't give me docket of my payment of car, car accessory not given to me, downpayment receipt not given else, gm sir also regret me they unale to provide me that of help, kindly help us asap. Thanks

Due of not registering my mobile number and email i can't get any information about my insurance and rc

And your agent was come on my home address on 22 feb'2020, and i have provided all document and check no. (130787, amount is 18978) for royal sundram insurance pvt ltd. You manager promise me (Amar mob no. [protected]) that your policy provided by courier in two days but my policy has not received yet.

And any one are not reeving my call i have lot off no. Your company but no reply and i have all detail in audio recording.

Please take action {madhu, samya, and amar (Manager) and inform me as soon as possible.

My car reg no. DL 8CAV5251 was purchased from.pushpanjali showrom by executive mr somesh chauhan and fastag was issued by mr manoj in guidance of mrs. Ranjana now when i got to know that fastag was not activated i asked them to activate it they said we are not reaponsible for that and they were again asking me for purchase of fastag
Its my request to ask them about the problem in detail and issue me a new fastag as early as possible

I am a regular customer of maruti motors but the behaviour of your team is so bad.
I am very disappointed.
I purchased maruti ecco yesterday.
But behaviour is so worst, next time i will not purchase any car of maruti.
Team leader ravi of tr sawhney behaved like an uneducated person.
If you will not take any action than next time i will not remain a customer of maruti.

I am getting regular calls for the insurance of my car breeza vitara from customer care of t r sawhney motors and when i put and inquiry for renew of policy and tell me the details and break up of policy from rajender nagar industrial area branch we didnt got any positive response from mr pramod as he is too busy and always remain busy and dont have time to entertain the insaurance policy, so i think we should move to a different branch for policy renew or different plocy provider as the person is so much busy as i cant believe it total non professional attitude
