In my area we are facing power cut frequently as we aware of that due to Pandemic we all are doing work from home so it's impacting our work every day 4 to 5 hours power cut it's not acceptable. Please check this issue and clear it.

        My consumer number is[protected] and my meter reading as on 21.05.2021 morning is 6321.9 and meter reading at the last bill was 5730 and total consumed for this bill is 591.9 units whereas the bill generated is showing 1030 units. Pl. correct the bill and resend to pay the amount. photo taken on 21.05.2021 is attached for ref.

          Hi sir, we are gnanammal road david nagar, PADAPPAI power cut is happening frequently for last 2weeks, from yesterday night till now its worse, need to knw why and when it will get rectified or tell me whome we need to send an email regarding this. We all are working from home and 10days Bco of this frequent power cut we will lose our job. Please take an action and rectify it immediately

            Hi Respected Sir/Mam,

            I could notice a incorrect "previous assessment amount billed" in my current May 2021 charges and huge difference between previous cycle amount and current amount, used unit.
            Last assessment cycle March 2021 we used 190 units and this assessment they have give a unit used of approximately 560 units.Request you to revisit and generate the correct billing amount .

            We know due to pandemic COVID situation TNEB uses/generates "previous assessment amount" to current cycle, but this May 2021 charges for service number[protected] is totally incorrect with previous amount so please do the needful to correct the bill amount accordingly.

                I am Shankar last 8 month more billing amount I received I am using normal family using thinks. Not using Ac, I received every 2 month once metter reading below 450
                I pay below 1000 Rupees but past 8 month I received 500 to 600 and I pay 2500 above this month 900 above reading going.per day 100 metter increase. I given letter complaint to near by EB office manager from Chennai manali branch last week till now not resolved my problem pls help me.

                  My house meeter is not working since Oct 2020. I raised my first complaint at Manapakkam EB Office, Chennai. But after two weeks, they said, the complaint letter is missed. Gave complaints twice again in person at branch. Meeter is not replaced. So I raised complaints tnebnet website itself. But the complaints are closed by stating "Person will check". But no one cam e and fixed it. Every time the EB bill was generated. On enquiring about EB bills, "average of last two cycles is used to generate the bill". But this time, May 2019 bill is put which is Rs.2704. We do not use electricity of that much since we are new tenant from Nov 2019 only. Please help to replace the eb meeter.

                  I spoke to AE of Manapakkam EB and AEE of Ramapuram sub division. Their behaviour is also not good when I asked the status of complaints too.

                  I have followed up with them more than 2 months. But they are not responding properly. So I dropped the follow up and registering here.

                        Sir, This month we consumed 488 unit but in our eb zonal they are saying us to pay the last year's may (may[protected] rs) as this month's (may 2021) . We are in financial crisis due to lockdown. We are not able to pay the large amount. I have attached the eb reading with this complain.
