I am T.shnathi from olugamangalam, we are living in New house but problem is our old house consumer no:[protected]we donot use the current in this house but why bill amount comes higher (2.7.2021) this month bill amount : 170 .please resolve this problem sir.

From 25th June 2021 till 1st July 2021, in the evenings after 7 PM, every day we are having low voltage problems in 1st Street, UR Nagar Extension, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai 600 101. Typically the problem is more often in R and B phase. After 1 hour, there is a power cut and then when power resumes, the voltage is normal. Can someone check the reason for this happening regularly.

My tangedco consumer no is[protected]. My normal bill amt for every billing cycle is only 400 to 500 rs. But I got 2440 rs during may'21. I'm totally surprised and I paid thinking it will be adjusted in future Bill's. But this time during July'21 also I got a bill of 2110 rs. Pls explain as to why such disproportionate Bill's are raised and causing depression to the consumers. Requesting you to resolve the issue immediately failing which I have to proceed with further actions.

We the People of Melpatti, Pernambut Taluk, Vellore District, Tamilnadu(635805).In our Locality area...there is 7-8hours power cut without no reason, when its rainy time there is a power cut is acceptable. Bt, the power cut in Normal time is not manner.We heard about that there is lot of problems trending over tamilnadu due to Power cut.So, the Govt of Tamilnadu should take care of People problems as soon as possible.
Note :There is no power cut in Past Government like Now-a-days.

Dear Team,
In our area (Thalapalayam, Olagadam (P.O), Bhavani, Erode) we are facing power cut issue and low power supply issue frequently, we tried to contact our local electricity board. But no one responding.
Here, more number of youngsters working from home due to covid issue, and in some house babies and handicafts are there. Due to this continuese power cut issue, we are facing lot of business oriented problems, really its very hard time for us. Olagadam and Bhavani TNEB also not attending call.
Please do the needful urgently.
