I sent my meter reading on WhatsApp and paid online Rs 350- which was the demand in my account.
The house is locked for past 6 to 7 months till date.
I did not receive any bills for previous month's.
I paid the amount to TNEB reserving my right to ask for clarification in this regard.
Please go into my account and if any error is there,...

Im kavitha and im from chinnakapalayam, namakkal district. I would like to inform and complaint about my neighbour velu, who is misusing the government free service. he is using the free current service for the household services for the past 3 years. so kindly take the action about this complaint....

Our Village have 500 familys living. But enough electricity power only have. Two Transforms not enough to produce power supply. Fan, Lights very low voltage.

The above meter is not working since March 2021 and we have already submitted a complaint letter dated: 20-Mar-2021 regarding faulty EB meter and requested for replacement.

However till date, the meter has not been replaced.

Because of faulty meter, we were charged extra during last month. Kindly do the needful on priority....

In sainagar 3 main road area thoraipakkam, unusual power cuts, mostly daily on mornings and in mid night's, we have not slept many nights. Yesterday there was a cable which was burning and they fixed it late night. After 3.30 mid night only we slept. But today for small rain they cut the power. Problem: House locked from Jan 2021, but this time for May the reading taken reference from last year may 2020. Please check last Feb and April readings are minimum and hence no charges since door locked....

Every day in low supply...

There is a an electricity line (HT and LT) is in dangerous conditions (which will fall down any time). Kindly take action as soon as possible...

There is a damaged electrical pole in front of my house for few years due to multiple accidents (hit by vehicles) now the EB replacing it with a new one and placing it in the same place.. This will again damage the pole because its located in a accident prone area and lead to damage and accidents again. It will be good if it is replaced little far from the current location

Had a lovely neem tree of 8 yrs in my street at chennai, amabattur zone n it wasn't even touching the eb lines n yet stil as part of the maintenance process, the eb personnel cut down the tree from the base than pruning it.the entire street, protested n he got away with it.he further added, i will do wat i like, u guys can't stop me. Do bring any vip, nobody can do anything. The arrogance n attitude of these ppl r midnight blowing.i request...

We already informed to the line man and to the EB office, Kotagiri. They are charging huge amount (Appox. 70000/-) as a small former, we can't afford that money in life time. The power did not come even after outage window for today June 26. Outage announced was only till 1 pm. June 26.
Division gowrivakkam/santhosapuram near medavakkam. Chennai 600073.
Kindly look this on priority and resolve this issue....

I reside in vip.city behind Akash nagar which comes under kundrathur eb office. There is no power from morning 9. Tried calling all employees including Ae of kundrathu eb. No body replies to calls. The foreman usually picks up calls and says call office as I am on personal work.
The 1912 number says this number does not exist

It's a very worst response and very bad maintenance by kundrathu eb office. Will.be great if...

Sir as per the attachment EB reading has been taken on June 10.The resident at the address has been admitted to Kamakshi Hospital Chennai on April 08 for treatment and is still at chennai undergoing treatment.Irrespective of power not used the billing has been done . requesting to take proper action on this subject....
