Most regret to inform that power cut is experiencing by Residents of Anbu Nagar Area, Perunalpuram, Tirunelveli City[protected] houses) since 04.40 PM to till now. (10:41 PM, today[protected]

No responsible reply from the concerned officials. Simply saying that work is going on...

Public are terribly suffering...

Please look into the issue and do the needful, positively

      Dear sir/madam

      Kindly see the attached pictures showing email received june bill amount is Rs. 1836, but in tangedco app i am getting more amount bill of Rs. 4070/-.

      Moreover i paid 7022/- on june 5th for april & may bill for which not received receipt not it is reflecting in tangedco app.

      Need clarification on mismatch bill amounts of june bill.

        We are facing daily power shutdown for the past few weeks in Nanganallur. Sometimes it's getting back in few minutes and sometimes later 3 to 4 hours. As we are working from home nowadays and people are staying home due to lockdown and covid panic situation.

        Please take this request to avoid regular power shutdown during this period since it will disrupt our work as well keep people with more suffocation. It would be great if this can be considered and taken care to ensure public wellness.

            I have been paying EB payment through Internet for the past 5 years.
            I have not received my EB Reading and Bill amount for last month. i have compalined about this in the branch office Saligramam before 10 days. they have noted down my Number and EB Number.
            But till now it has not been updated.
            please do the needfull.

                At Dindigul industrial estate area last 3 nights regularly power cut happening. If we call ponnagaram eb office they saying will come shortly.

                Can't bear this with born baby. It's really frustrated. We paid current bill regularly . But still we are affecting. Need to take action immediately pls

                  Please confirm of the Current bill generated for service no.[protected] is correct ?? Last time I visited office the officials has confirmed that the new meter has been installed, still I don't feel the meter is giving the right amount ... pls check and confirm if this bill amount generated is correct ??

                    The complaint to tamil nadu electicity board was registered today mrng and the acknowledgement message "CmplNo52534 :Registered 06/07/2021 10:18:55 allotted to SUBBAIAH/[protected]. Save Electricity - TANGEDCO" and still now it is 02:24pm still now wierman has not reached the spot to resolve the problem and wireman is rude while speaking and said where you have to complaint you can proceed complaining. If proper action is not take on such people with in 24hrs I will escalate it to CM cell regarding the rude behaviour.

                      Address: 9/43, Park Avenue, 3rd Street, back side of VG hospital. Thudiyalur. 641034, Coimbatore

                      Nearest lamp post with street light is about 150 feet from our house on both sides. The front side of the house and road is very dark and lonely in the night. We are senior citizen of age 75 and 80 years. We have already submitted written complaint 6 to 7 years back. We constantly followed up with local EB office, but no response.
                      We humbly request your support in getting the street light Installed near our house.

                          Till my last bill which was generated and paid in Apr 2021, i was able to pay it online. But now tneb site says that my consumer number is invalid. My consumer number is [protected]

                          Please activate my service number on tneb online site so that i can pay my bills on time.

                            We are staying at Ullagaram, near Marupakkam. We are facing power cut daily for atleast 1 to 1 1/2 hours and when we call the EB complaint contact number, no body is responding properly. We are facing great difficulty every day. Even now power cut was there once in today & again now there is a power cut. It was reCently told by Electricity Minister that there will not be power failure at all throughout Tamil nadu. Where as it is just like village where we facing acute power cut on a daily basis.
                            The power cut issue may please be sorted out...

                              On 16 June 2021 made an online payment for consumer No: [protected] for bill amount of Rs.15951 (Rs.16158 including card transaction fee) through RBL Credit card and received message "Transaction unsuccessful". So againmade the payment of Rs. 15951. But the amount of Rs.15951 debited twice (2times) from my account.. So kindly request you to refund the excess amount paid in my EB account.. Kindly do the needful

                                We are having low voltage problem for 4-5 days and because of that we couldn't able to have peaceful sleep and we couldn't attend online classes and regarding this we raised a complaint in iru local EB office but no one reached us oru no interest of action taken on this problem. So I requested that they see through this problem as soon as possible, we people are suffering with this problem.

                                        Our eb bill was very high companies to last two times..actually double.. but we have not used any new appliance in these two months..so I think the eb bill is wrong for us..request to come and check the above issue
