Charged me an amount of Rs.3, 850/_
I never tolerate this much and not affordable.
Kindly take necessary actions in this

Sub: Extra EB charges of Rs.18, 000/- is been demanded unnecessarily for house not in use

We have been charged Rs.18, 000 for 2 months for house that haven't consumed not more than 100 units. Due to meter problem we have been asked to pay such a huge amount which we will not be able to pay. We have already raised complaints to the respective officers inspecific to the AE. But they are not responding to the complaint followed by the disrespectful treatment with lethargic attitude and demanding us to pay the amount. If this issue is not sorted out we might have to take legal step. Please take adequate step to ensure the belief that we have towards the board & Government and take immediate action.

There was no meter was running.

Offlate Power interruption are alarmingly high. Daily one or two times power cut occured. Please try to resolve as early as possible

My consumed units were 1190, and the amount for this unit was Rs.6334, then how come they consume the bill amount of Rs.7224/-.??

Make sure the right amount or else explain correctly with the mentioned amount as soon as possible because the due date was nearby.

No power supply since 8 am today in ullagaram Usha Nagar 3rd street PIN 600091

Please avoid powercut during night time.

No power for the whole night in main road, pudupalayam cuddalore area.

Dear sir/ madam,
Now this covid situation all did their work from home. After the election, the power cut is too worst. As a middle-class family even can't sleep at night time. During the night time more than 2 hrs, the current will shut down. In this summertime, all are very low to live due to overheating at home. Please consider and treat every human who has wanted to live peacefully. Please suddenly take the actions do the needful.

In Villupuram district, vanur taluk, power cut(more than 10 times a day) happens very often every day especially after the election results. not sure about the reason why TNEB is providing such a bad service. it affects all the work.

மேலும் எனது தொழிற்சாலை கொரானா காலங்களில் உற்பத்திப் பொருட்களை உற்பத்தி செய்யவில்லை தொழிற்சாலை மூடப்பட்டிருந்தது.அப்பொழுது நாங்கள் மின்சாரம் பயன்படுத்தாத காலகட்டத்தில் நீங்கள் எவ்வாறு மின்சார அளவை கணக்கிட்டு தொகையினை வசூல் செய்தீர்கள் என்பதனையும் தெரியப்படுத்தவும்.

We are disturbed with regular power cut during evening time without any prior intimation for about 3 to 5 hours continuously.

Further we found many times power cut in our area for some 15 to 30 mins for regular intervals. Kindly resolve the issue

We get power cut problem offen..
Day and night

Location: Ambattur (Venkateswara Nagar, KKR street, Pal kadarkarai salai)
Our households are getting very low voltage(around 130V). When we called and complained to AE he is asking "why are u calling so late?". The reason i called late is i am not able to get the correct AE number. When i said this, he said there are 1000s of poster in EB office. If i want to complain after coming to EB office, why i would call him?
Also there are frequent power cuts. Even on sundays. Please do the needful

The Current fluctuation is getting really bad in our area. Suddenly, the current is coming very high and then surging low. Home appliances (lcd tv and fridge and fans ) are getting affected. This is majorly please check

Last month dint take eb reading is my area but I will receive email billing same day I will make complaint no take ene action again today but 1200 units bill coming alradey I will pay last month 1010 only less 1000 but total unit bill me

There is interupted current supply for past 4years. Low voltage supply. If i swtich on tv or fan whole lights are getting off….
I have complainted for many times through 1912 help number … they are coming and doing temporary solution … again after 15days same problem is repeating for past 4years
