    [protected] is our consu.er no on the name of MS. Sumatra Gopalan. The online charges shows rs.15178 whereas the current consumed is 1900 units (current reading is 77680) and it comes around only 11000. Please correct the reading and the charges to the present given value so that it makes convenient to pay during this cocid hardship period. Thanks.

      Tuticorin corporation Athimarapatti village south zone street light was not blowing in last five days, for this area near most of cover Forrest unwanted trees so peoples are scared for poisoned insect and snacks. Please rectify the issues as soon as possible

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        This is Subramanian, I used to stay in Ambal Nagar, Pallikaranai. But now i have not stayed in the flat for more than a year, as i am in outside of town. But June month bill shows very high as Rs 1040. Also last 6 months bill cycle was Rs 0 except this month, If they asked to pay the bill of previous month it will be Rs 0 only. But not sure why they put Rs.1040 and it is not been used as much as this unit its unoccupied in the flat.
        So please check this issue and revert the bill as we did not stay in the flat.

            going below 120 volt suddenly maximum voltage getting 190 volt and UNABLE TO START OUR DAILY USAGE DEVICES & GETTING FAULT FREQUENTLY. our tv grinder water pump motor damaged and repaired. unable to sleep on night bec fan will not run in speed.

            informed to our Section 456-Arumanthai, also informed to AE sir, no steps have been taken so far.

            i have raised a complaint on below website.. and the complaint was raised on may 20th, simply closed within 2 days, but my issue was not resolved now more than 20 days over still not. given an answer by mail stating we done heavy work to resolve the issue and the issue got resolved, build-up is more here, no work has been done.

              Hi Sir/Madam,
              This is Ramesh, I used to stay in lake view road, west mambalam. But now i have not stayed in the flat as i am in outside of town. We unplugged the fuse box as well in my flat as we are not there, But this month(june) bill shows very high as Rs 3628. Also previous month bill was Rs 100, If they they asked to pay the bill of previous monthe it will be like Rs only, But not sure why they put Rs. 3628 and it not been used as much as this unit its unoccupied in the flat.
              So please check this issue and revert the bill as we did not stay in the flat.

                  My house was vacant from Aug 2018 to Apr 2019. Meter stopped reading at this period. Tenant occupied house on 7th May 2019. after 20 days EB bill was generated as Rs4057. Though a complaint was raised in Tangedco portal with complaint id [protected] date:11/06/2019 00:06:00 there was no action taken and complaint got closed. I had paid the bill amount Rs4057 on 12/06/2019(due date is 17/06/2019).
                  After 2 years, now in May 2021 with bill date 19/03/2021 and due date 05/05/2021 we have been billed Rs14308 as CC arrears stating the reason as non payment of bills from Aug 2018 to Apr 2019 apart from current consumption bill Rs.3958.

                  When we raised this complaint at eb office they are asking us to pay bill otherwise power fuse will be taken.

                  Please revert this 14k bill.In this lockdown we are highly suffering financially.

                          We're facing power cut often in Thiruverkadu - Rajarajeshwari nagar area. Especially between 10 to 4 and late nights. Today power cut happened by 12 and still it's not restored. It's really difficult to do work from home and kids are struggling to attend classes. Kindly take necessary action.

                              I am a tenant at No 8/4, A4, Green Mothers Villa Appartments, Mani Street, Peerkankaranai-New Perungalathur. I am a customer who did not made any delay in EB pay for any previous month.Currently from month of January 2021 i am not at the residence as i am at my native place.My past billing cycle the amount is zero .The billing cycle starts from 20th of every month.For the current month i.e June the meter reading has not done.Without any meter reading the consumption is charged as rs 3641.I have called Perungalathur Eb and tried reaching multiple customer care numbers but didnt get a response.Kindly help me as this bill seems to be wrongly generated.

                                Ny name is Piyush, I use to stay in Vimalachal Apartment but from Jan 2021 i shifted to Alwarpet. My flat is not been used by anyone since last 5 months. When i checked my bill amount for the unoccupied flat it mentions Rs. 8182 for 1470 units consumed. This is impossible as no one has entered in the flat since last 5 months how can the reading state that 1470 units have been consumed. The reading taken for 01.02.2021 dated, as per the earlier record, is Rs. 155 for 190 units consumed. How can the reading jump from 190 units to 1470 units when the flat is still not occupied.

                                  Due to this pandemic as per government rule we should pay the last paid eb bill amount as same for this month but in our region the eb officer asks our peoples to pay the most highest bill amount paid during the past year and uploaded that amount in our cards without respecting gov orders and even without taking the watt reading as per used by our peoples.

                                    Hi Sir/Mam,

                                    I have raised complaints multiple times in the TNEB portal to change the meter reading for the May month billing cycle. I even called and messaged AE multiple times the details, but the data is not yet corrected. My billing deadline is 16-Jun.

                                    They have billed the same amount as 2019 May month bill, but during that time the house was locked and the bill was Rs.0, now previous tenant has used more than 400 units (April-May) and we have occupied this house by mid of May. If this month bill is not updated, we will have to pay the amount next month for more than 800-900 units including the units which are not billed this month, which will be of heavy burden to us in this COVID time.

                                    Please update the meter reading for[protected] as below.

                                        For past 1.6 yrs due to covid am at my home town leaving the tenant house. Till last month there were no units being charged . But this month I have been charged with 700 unit, without even going to Chennai . Now as am in my hometown in another state can't physically present to complain in EB office.
