I am traveling from nagercoil to coimbatore bus route 664ud 9.15pm with my two hand bags dress and labtop along with i carrying my portable hand drill roughly it's weight is 2.5kg bosch but conductor demanding and charging full tickets for 3kg weights totally it's unethical and if i send even through courier it's cost only 200rs if i sent through transport it could be value 100rs only. So unwanted govt transportor charging this much fare from passenger

I am from dusi mamandur. Here many of them working in sipcot, they don't get bus in office timing (I. E. 8'0 clock to 9'o clockam and 7'o clock to 8'o clock pm) from mamandur colony to mathur sipcot and vice versa. So they are facing struggles to travel. They couldn't afford money to travel in auto. So i request you to sanction small bus from mamandur colony to mathur sipcot in morning and evening

Dear director,

Tnstc kumbakonam ltd. Chennai to mayiladuthurai bus making delay more than running time. Same they stopped bus at chidambaram.. Bus driver and conductor dealing with private buses and waiting for private bus departure. This is unnecessary delay for passengers and way for private bus gaining. Both bus driver and conductor suspiciously work for private bus profit. I attached ticket and bus details below. Both of them not responding properly for passenger queries and make shouting with bad words. This unnecessary dealy and shouting creates mental pressure to passenger.. We request you please take action and avoid this kind of incidents in future..

I travelled in bus from karur to mohanur at 6:40pm. Idon't know the bus number but that is only bus which was taken at 6:40pm from karur. First i gave him 103 rupees for ticket, he told that ticket wsa 15 rupees then i told okay i would search for 2 rs, then i found 20 rs. I though, it would be convient for him to give me change, when he returned to my place i gave hime my 20 rs ask him for ticket, be told that he gave me ticket and i told no, you didn't but he shouted me to search, i searched and remembered no you didn't gave me any ticket he again shouted me to check. I again searched, then after at vangal stop i asked him to give my 5 rs change, he shouted first you told i didn't give ticket and now change too. He hurted me a lot, please take some actions for this. I hurted a lot.

I am suresh. I am working as professor in college in coimbatore. We four persons traveled from coimbatore to manamadurai in rameswaram bus (No: tn38. N3215) on[protected] night. The bus started approximately 11 o clock from ainganallur bus stand. We asked conductor 3 tickets for manamadurai and one ticket for madurai. But he forcefully gave us four manamadurai ticket. We paid four tickets. I dont find any necessacity to pay more than i travel. I dont know his name. But i hope the department will take necessary action against this conductor. My email id is sureshk. இது மிகவும் வருத்தத்தை அளிக்கிறது இதற்கு தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

Everyday my wife uses tnstc bus to transport from electronic city nimhans bus stop in the morning around 7:30 to 8 am.
We are really thankful for the service tnstc is providing. We are also happy to say that even 1 to 1 bus from salem to bangalore stops here and drops at rs 65. All the other buses charges rs 30 or rs 40.
The bus tn 29 n 2904 from tiruvannamali to bangalore (1 to 5) stops here to let the passenger down and never let the passengers in. He usually says it will not stop. But morning it was raining and for some time there was no bus, we approached and the conductor says it will not stop.
I would like to like is there any policy for the above bus that it will not stop? When the passengers are ready to travel and the bus also passes through the same route, why the conductor is not letting the passenger in? When the passengers are even ready to pay rs 65 and the 1 to 1 buses stops here and what is the special about this bus?

நான் காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ளேன். நான் தினமும் 27 சோகண்டி பேருந்தில் காலை பயணம் செய்வேன். இந்த பேருந்தின் ஓட்டுநர் & நடத்துனர்கள் வாரத்திற்கு 3 முறை ஆட்கள் மாறுகிறார்கள் . அதனால்தான் என்னோவோ ஒவோரு ஓட்டுனரும் ஒவோரு நேரங்களில் பேருந்தை இயகுகிரார்கள். இதனால் வாரத்திற்கு இரு முறை நாங்கள் ஷார் ஆட்டோ வில் பயணம் செய்ய வேண்டியதாக உள்ளது..பேருந்தின் சரியான நேரம் 7:20 என நான் நடத்துநர் இடம் கேட்டுள்ளேன் . ஆனால் பேருந்து அந்த நேரத்தில் எடுத்ததே இல்லை.. 7:30 அல்லது 7;00 மணிக்கு மட்டுமே பஸ் புறப்படுகிறது..

I am traveling from perungalathur (7.30am) to trichy by tamilnadu transport (Tnstc). Thank bus hold in mamandure (8.30am) for breakfast. After completed breakfast i searching bus but bus not available. Conductor carelessness missed. I got help by mamandur checking inspector for continuing my journey alternative bus.

Kindly tank action for don't repeat again another one.

என்னுடைய ஊர் எட்டயபுரம். நான் தூத்துக்குடி இல் வேலை பாக்குறேன்.இரவு 11 pm maniku வரும் பேருந்து. வரவில்லை என்றால்... ஒரு சில சமயங்களில் மதுரை செல்லும் வழியில் நான்கு வழி சாலை நிறுத்த சொன்ன எங்கள் மனம் கஷ்டபடும்படி நடந்துகொள்கிறார்கள் ஆணைத்து நடத்துநர்...எங்களுக்கு மதுரை செல்லும் பேருந்து நிறுத்த பட வேண்டும் என்று சொல்ல வில்லை... மரியாதையோடு சொன்னால் போதும்...எங்க வழி செல்லும் பேருந்து வரவில்லை என்றால் மாற்று பேருந்து குட வருவதில்லை...

It's very unfortunate to share my feeling that no bus has arrived in its time worst feeling standing in the busstop and waiting for 3 hrs and i need the explanation from higher authority none is there to explain what's going on i may be late to my work losing pay and my security is endangered standing all alone for a long time who is taking the responsibility to compensate my loss??? And still i'm waiting in the bustand dunno till what time?

Today i was travelling from manali to c. M. B. T on bus number tn 01 an 0180.

When i boarded the bus at madhavaram, i asked for ticket. The bus conductor ignored me twice and went back. After few minutes the ticket inspection members came and directly without any prior information came to me and asked for tickets without checking anyone else. I said the bus conductor didn't give me any ticket and i have asked him twice. He lied on my face saying them, i told him i have a bus pass. I haven't uttered a single word regarding bus pass. The inspection members charged me for rs 400 and humiliated me saying if i don't have a ticket why did i board the bus. I am feeling highly insecure as they threatened my integrity and safely and behaved rudely with me. I am from odisha and now i am afraid to take public transport. People from bus later told me they willingly did this so they will share the money later and it is their trick to rob people. I am a m. Sc student here and i feel highly vulnerable. I want serious action to be taken against them. This happened to me today, 20sept 2019, around 4pm while i am returning from my study tour that is currently undergoing in madhavaram

I am mary from tuticorin district pudukottai place, i used to go eral at 10 am from pudukottai by government bus (Tn 72 n 1688). That bus contactar was abused me very badly and tried to hit me very hardly in front of all passengers.. It makes me hurtful.. I'm a kidney failure patient for this act takes my health abnormal.. Please enquire that incident and take highly possible actions.. Thank u

I have travelled in mtc bus in the morning 8:44 on[protected] from pallavaram to tirusulam.
I gave 20 rs for 11 rs ticket and i told i didn't have the change. Conductor also told he didn't have the change.. But in very rude manner.. Like why i (Conductor) have to give you change. It's not the proper way to treat public. Pls take action immediately.

I got boarded from palladam in tnstc dharapuram to coimbatore bus in that bus there is no space for standing and also the college students standing in the steps and the conductor is worst and he is not giving response and threatening badly to passengers while they asked questions he didn't warned the college students boarded in the steps so kindly take action of that conductor i didn't know his name and bus number but i can identify him by watch him again

I'm travel from chennai to trichy. I'm travelling with two deaf and dump handicapped person's with proper attested original documents. I gave my proofs and ask tickets to conductor. But he and driver is used unwanted words and why you get seat into the bus without ask any questions to me like he said. Driver (Palraj venkatesan) also supporting to conductor.

Then driver started to speak with unofficial words. He don’t have name badge on his shirt. To give complains about him i asked his name he told palraj. Take this complaint as serious and take action against the respective driver palraj and conductor

The conductor of the tamilnadu government bus numbered tn57 n 2383 (Which is running from karur to erode) denied to take me in the bus as i asked him 2 drop me at salaipudur which is a routine bus stop before kodumudi. When the bus reached karur bus stand he just asked only the erode passengers to get in and and others stay back. So i waited for a while and later when i asked him 2 get in the bus, he just behaved irresponsibly and left the karur bus stand. Those things happened at sep 18, 12.00 am. Please take necessary action regarding this...

Poor private bus and two ears totally deaf after 2 kilometer journey from ukkadam to gpm, we have asked them to reduce the sound but their response is not good but not even reduced throwing. pls do the necessary thing, why all private buses are ruling...

After getting down from bus i have sarcastically told driver the audio system sound is too less but he said thank you.

Whether inspection is happening or not, they were not given respect to old people, ...

I took a bus from krishnagiri to bangalore 16/09/2019. Around 4.10 am. Bus no tn29 n2884. I asked the conductor abt the reserved seats for special people where two people were sitting without any concent for the blind man. Even noticed women were standing and men were sitting in the seat reserved for women.. People are completely senseless and the conductor was also not ready to help the needed.. I suggest u pls tear off the stickers stating men women senior citizens and physically challenged. Where there is no meaning of putting it in place.. I see all. Other transport companies like ksrtc and kerela rtc strictly follow these rules.. Tnstc has been not caring for this at all..

The actual arrival time at chennai koyambedu is 3.30 but the bus driver reached 6.30am, three hours late...

And i am asking about the late while traveling and he both are getting angry and the scolding badly...

1-bus started late at 6.00 pm from mysore
2- they holding one hour at bangalore bus stand (Any enquiry pls confirm with bangalore bus stand)
3- standing 5 to 10 minutes at middle of the road - getting traffic (Pls confirm with bangalore bus stop)
4- scolding me badly

So only many people avoiding government bus and moving to private bus...
