Respected sir/ madam
We are traveling from chennai koyembedu to trichy today (09/011/2019) on setc bus. The driver hault some minets for breakfast near vikravandi viluppuram district, the hotel very worst and very poor food they had serve, and hotel servents are all fraud allso our conducter. Not only setc conducters all government bus conducters also get some amount of particular hotels
All passenger in or out of bus the conducter did not check and driver start and move some meters
Then the passenger pickup the bus.
Please take the needful action

Ayapakkam is a town located interiorly. The nearest railway stations available are annanur and ambattur. The pity is that to reach both the places one has to take a mtc bus or private vehicle. It has become a huge hindrance for the residents of this area to commute due to lack of mtc buses. Kindly take this into your consideration and allocate more buses.

I would like to file a complaint against the private and government buses running in and around coimbatore that many of the busses dont wait for the passengers to get in and out of the bus but only care abt riding fast as they could. And moreover they dont stop at bus stops where there are one or two people standing but only aim for mass occupancy in their buses. And the most important is the bus conductors dont return the balance amount other than the ticket amount and to an extreme in some buses they dont return it even if the passesngers ask them to do so. This is not the case for each and every bus but for most of the buses. Please do take the necessary actions as everyone are not in the affordable state to an extent and some o[censored]s work for even daily wages, some o[censored]s are studying students and this happens for all irrespective of their age. Please do take the necessary actions.

Student bus passes for the academic year is yet to reach children and everyday they are facing issues from the bus conductors despite the govt's advice to allow them to travel for free by showing their id card and old pass. 6 months have gone and there is no clue when it will be provided. Kindly take immediate steps to resolve this issue which causes lot of mental stress to the parents

I was traveling from coimbatore to bangalore timing was 10:30pm from gandhipuram (Coimbatore) to shanti nagar (Bangalore) on tnstc bus no. 721 and my seat number is 22.in a hurry i left my purse under my seat. It has debit and credit card on it and it also have my driving licence. I am worried please help me out.

I have booked a seat in setc through tnstc online on 15/10/2015. Journey date 03/10/2019. Pnr number: t29487343.
Start place : karaikal. End place : tambaram.
Bus id no. E-4516
But this bus came via ecr. I unable to end my trip in tambaram. I am asked to get down at guindy. This is not fair. I have faced lot of problem behind this. Kindly i get to know what action you have take for this.

We are from tirunelveli, while coming from new bus stand to mukkudal, bus route no 129 (Tn72n1345) it was leaking inside during raining. Because of this worst service of govt, lot of people particularly childrens and adults are getting severe issues. We all travel by using ticket, then you are giving this much worst service? Here i request you to repair or replace of the busses which are not having proper ceiling. Thank you.

We fourteen members traveled from madhya kailash to guindy (Bus number : tn 01 n 8291) on 2 nov 2019 nearly 21:25. But we had only 5 tickets received and paid for all 14. Indeed we noticed the conductor, was too not wearing the badge, having similar tickets in his hand. Hence we hereby request you to see through this and solve this as soon as possible. Hoping for better return.

Sir i am frequently travelling from bhavani to mettur or erode for last 5 years. I regularly see bus like kr&co and other private busses filling with more standing crowd and conductors scolding innocent old age people to go or back to tighten the gap between standing passengers. Same time the government busses are not filling even for sitting seats. Private bus owners and agents correct, /changes the timings of public busses for their flexibility by underground activities like paying to government conductors/drivers and so making heavy losses to tnstc daily. Sir kindly take action against these silent criminals.

I am vijesh. I was lived in vizhuperundurai near chidambaram. The bus 48 of chidambaram depo was not stopped without crowd. It was affected the school students. So i requested you to order to stop the bus and the 102b and other periyar buses are allowed to stopped in my stoping it was very helpful to going on school sharply and avoid students are travelled in footboard. Please help my village sir.

I was travelled in tn 38 n 2117 on 30th october from cheranmanagar to gandhipuram (Bus no 68). The maintenance of this bus is in very poor.

1. Vertical metal pipes not screwed in side of bus to hold the passengers.

2. The floor on the top of left back tyre is fully in damaged condition.

Kindly repair the floor immediately to save the passengers.

I am from coimbatore. Many times it is observed that buses particularly private from tiruppur to coimbatore is not connecting avinashi. They are using only by-pass road. For this time (19.10.2019), they are saying traffic, timing etc. Similarly in palladam route also. Buses from coimbatore and pollachi, they are not bothering the people of palladam for travelling and many times, they are not picked up. This and all not genuine and as per norms. I have booked ticket from coimbatore to bangalore on 28/10/2019 at 10:00 am. The authority person who was sitting there in the enquiry office in thiruvalluvar bus stand continuously said bus is on the way. By 11.20am only bus came. And the enquiry office person was not even considering the passengers problem. When we have the bus for 11:00 am, since the passengers have to reach early to the destination, that's why we are booking the bus for 10:00 am. Then once the bus came, when we approached the driver seeking the reason for delay, he says in the depot, the depot officers didn't gave them the bus.

So the problem starts with the depot people and also the enquiry office person who didn't bother about the passenger's travel.

I m a 19 year old girl. On 28/10/2019 (Deepavali) i am looking for getting in to tiruchen during buses.. But i couldn't find any government buses anymore. There is no safety assurance for me. Why can't tn government make available gov buses every one hour? Is there any big deal to do that... If this situation tends to carryon... Then surely there is no sameness assurance for girls..

I traveling goverment bus perungalathur to panruti tickets charge is notrmal bus normal days rs.135 to 140 but dewali festival i pay rs.200 i ask to conductor no response ticket is not billing tickets only old model tickets this is not only this time all festival time same problem

I highly request the govt to ban music system in all tn buses. It is very annoying and couldn't travel with parents and relatives because of the songs they play. It's very annoying to all the passangers who travel. Couldn't do anything and it's very painful, i kindly request on the behalf of all the passengers. Please take action on it sir/madam.

Today morning 5 am i have started my traveling from tambaram to tiruvannamalai. Conductor asked me to take ticket, then i gave rs.200 he gave me ticket at the rate of rs.175 but actual ticket price is rs.152. I asked him why you took 175, he said this is special bus for that we collect extra charges like that he narrated. Then, i asked him whether the tnstc asked you to collect extra charges for the festival season, yes likely he replies.

Even bus too demage bus, suddenly rainwater drops coming inside the bus. This is the way you people are maintaining the bus's?

Tnstc should take this complaint very seriously.

We are planing to go for our native place ulunthur pettai for diwali festival function normally they are charging rs.150-180 as per goverment cost we are already know that but diwali festival day they are taking per person rs.300 this is chennai to trichy cost, we r facing lot of struggles finally we r giving rs. 300 this is really very bad for feel is kindly take action as per our goverment norms we are waiting for your valuable reply

Tn 67 n0925 a bus from coimbatore to sivakasi conductor told the passengers to board if you go to thirumangalam, sivakasi, you may board. We believed, but suddenly bus route changed to madurai. More passengers were suffered a lot. We spent extra amount but we were not able to arrive on time. Conductor and driver doesn't say anything. They have to answer me and have to pay the extra money given to them.

I was travelling from Chennimalai to Erode on Oct14, 2019. The whole bus was wet..and water is coming into the bus continuously from top. the top side of the bus is damaged and water is leaking continually from top.

All the seats are wet and rain was heavy. i was sitting with umbrella in the bus.

Are we maintaining this bus properly? TN 33 N 2731, ?
How infants and old age people travel like this kind of bus.

My ask is fix the damage of this bus and send to me the photographs and call from conductor
