I was traveling in tn33n2621 a tirupur bus to gandhipuram service bus stand on 11/12/2019, me and my friends travelled from cmc stop, the conductor didn't even getup from the front seat to give tickets to passengers after reaching near gandhipuram he came towards us and shouted he asked us to get down from the bus before the bus stand he got amount for tickets but he didn't give tickets please take action

Normally comparing many states, Tamil Nadu is having very nice transport facilities. This complaint is submitted against the Transport Department because of the ignoring attitude by the concerned transport crews. Many times and many days it is the plight of Panagudi town common public, who are plying between Nagercoil and Tirunelveli. Among many to cite one example, the bus coming from Sivakasi to Nagercoil, after the halt at Tirunelveli Bus Stand, they are making to as point to point to Nagercoil or a byepass rider to Nagercoil. It is visible to any ordinary human, as there are normal route buses, carrying some extra displays viz., end to end between Tirunelveli and Nagercoil and like some wonderful displays. Already, it is found there are end to end between Tirunelveli and Nagercoil, even though it is learnt the number of Buses are less than 10; there are more than 30 buses are plying as end to end. A humble suggestion in this regard is submitted for kind consideration. Between night 10.00 pm and morning 05.30 all the buses are to be taken as normal route buses. They will have positional stopping at Nanguneri, Vallioor, Panagudi within the Tirunelveli limit atleast, thus your kind transport department will serve the public more effectively. I took the above said vehicle no at trichy bus stand on 10th dec 2019 around 6 am.

Complaints
1. The conductor did not give me balance ticket change and argued. (Paid 200/- for villupuram).
2. Did not wear name batch
3. Allowed small children's from ulundhurpet toll to sell books in side the bus.
4. Stopped the bus in many place irreverent to the stopping
5. This is happening regularly it seems, because i am facing problem for the 2nd time in the same bus

I request to take necessary steps / action against the activities in bus. Please revert back to me as soon as possible on the same

Sir this is mahendiran from thozhdur. I have started my travel from thozhdur today morning around 7.20 am. Bus reached villupuram at the moment but went to rest room hardly taken 1 mins. But bus started without information and any kind of passenger missing.

Now i missed the bus and my travel luggage also. I need to register my complaint against the driver and conducted...

The bus was coming from sitra and going to gandhipuram, coimbatore. I had to get down at a bus stop called peelamedu. The conductor blew his whistle 3 times when the bus neared my stop and thr bus driver didn't stop the vehicle. I got irritatrd and shouted to stop the vehicle. The driver didn't budge and he finally was going to stop because of the red signal. I was already around 1 km from my bus stop. The conductor told me not to cause a ruckus and get down at the signal. And when i was going to get down, the bus driver started the bus and i almost fell on the road. My leg got a minor sprain because of this.
I just want to make it known to people and ask them to be careful. I want strict action taken against the bus driver.

This experience caused me both mental agony and physical pain just because the driver was too lethargic to stop the bus at the designated bus stop. If i had fallen of it could have been fatal given the traffic around 5 pm. I really don't feel there is any value for life in this country where it is okay to get down a running bus and even the bus driver will suggest it.

Honorable government undertaken TNSTC,
Vedasandur is a town in north district of dindigul. Here literacy rate as nearby 90 percentage. So large number of students in this town. They studied in an institution which is nearby town like dindigul, palani and faraway like tiruchy, coimbatore, karur, salem etc. So students should travel for long journey. But here sufficient bus facilities are not in the town. So provide more buses for the town to travel long distant areas. I hope the solution will give soon. Thank you

I am Mr.M.Shanmugasundaram, passenger travelled from vellore to Chennai on 03/12/19 between 3:15pm and 6:00pm through the TN govt bus no.TN 01 AN 1107(Bangalore to Chennai)..The bus fare was Rs.150.I had to give Rs.200 since I had no change..The balance amount of Rs.50 was promised to be given by the bus conductor after sometime and the same was recorded at the back side of the ticket for remembrance..but the conductor got down from the bus before the destination (CMBT)without giving my balance which I came to know later..When I took this issue to the bus driver there was no response and he used unparlimentary words..This gave me mental stress and I want him to return my balance..I request the higher authorities to take necessary action to prevent such happenings in the future..

I am belong to coimbatore district.. I experience a worst behavior of conductor and driver as mentioned above bus number.. They have to stop the bus at every bus stand but they didn't do that... We ask conductor they verbal communication is worst.. As a indian come student even they behave like this.. I strictly take care of passenger... Every passenger is important because they are the people who form government and gave you a work.

I had booked a from Bangalore to pondicherry on 28 nov 2019 through goibibo application. I was supposed to board a bus by 9.25pm.
But the bus did not turn up on time and the bus was delayed by 2 hours. However no intimation was given. No call or no msg from the bus driver.
At last I found alternate solution to travel to pondicherry. After boarding the other bus the driver calls around 11.50pm for pickup.
I need the complete refund of my booking.

I travel madurai to coimbatore till night 10:00pm to 3:40am

He tread me very brutely and he also give me not a balance amount i ask to him give me a balance amount 330 then he reply very brutely and he also haven't badge
Then he speak bad words to me
He didn't give me a balance amount till he have balance amount

My name is prakash from mayiladuthurai. I am working in chennai.. I have booked setc bus to travel from mayiladuthurai to chennai via ecr. Bus timing is 9.30. While travelling bus driver drives the bus very rashly. All passengers are in fear mode. I hope this is not a safe travel. Pleade help us..

I/we have mostly affected by the worst service at night time if govt., buses. Myself and co passenger along with their family ladies start from tirunelveli to karur. Not available of direct bus we catch madurai from there erode buses display with karur. But conductor and drivers fight with us to drop down from the bus without any reason (Same at other buses also). The tickets also they coded for karur with erode charges and next one is they drop ours in bye pass at 3 am.

This is not for myself all the citizens and i want to bring to government knowledge.. Pls show your support and action..

Dear sir/madam, for boarding bus from salem to coimbatore on 01/12/2019 i reached salem new busstand more are less @4:30pm, before boarding bus i searched for amma drinking water counters it was not functioning on that day, therefore without any option i have opted for the shop which are locted inside the bus stand (The shops near to aavin, which sells tea snacks, water bottle) there are nearly 10 shops of this type. I brought a water bottle the seller demanaded me 28rs for 1 lt of mineral water (Aquapari) not only this shop nearly all the shops of this type is selling the water bottle at a price more than mrp. (The actual mrp is 20rs). I have argued with the seller person, at certain point he turned his back. With high frustration i moved to another shop and paid 28rs (Rs8 more than mrp) and brought a water bottle without any options. By this way they have been looting common people who were travelling through govt. Bus stand. Most of the people who have been looted are below poverty line people. Adding to this the amma water bottle counter also not functioning at that time this arrises a question whether it is an attempt to create artificial scarcity and increases revenue to private tea shop owner who were looting poor people's money.. Kindly take necessary action.

Rain water is leaking from the roof... We can't travel comfortably in the bus... We getl wet even in bus... What the tamil nadu government is doing... I request our honourable transport minister to correct this i'm the citizens of the tamil nadu was responsible to complaint this to you and absolutely it is your duty to fulfill our needs... I am living in anumanpalli situated 17kms from erode district. Near my village, there are more than 10 villages (Not developed) connected only with my village and are about 5 to 7 kms. So my village is the centre for marketting. Anumanpalli is the main route for perundurai to vellakoil, karur, dinugul, sathy, gobi to karur. But the village is not well connected with heart town erode district which is 17 kms away. One have to pick public transport at arachalur and vellode which is 5 kms away from anumanpalli. And this is so complicated for people lives in interior village.. There are only 3 buses running to erode on this route, 1 from chennimalai, 2 from arachalur. Their frequency is minimum 45 mins and maximum 1.15 hrs. So it is useful, if tnstc will operate additionally 1 city bus and also,

If possible, route buses like "karur to erode, vellokoil to erode, palani to erode, mulanur, kangeyam, dindugul, trichy, pallapatti, velur, dharapuram, ottanchathiram, madurai to erode buses" can also be able to ply on 'arachalur-anumanpalli-vellode-erode' route.
This will make just a delay of 10mins (3 to 7kms lag). This will improve the connection between other cities like karur, trichy, dindugul, vellokoil people with perundurai, gobi, kavidapadi, thingalur, chennimalai people.

And also, new routes
1) gobi-perundurai-vellode-arachalur-karur

2) sathy-perundurai-vellode-arachalur-karur-dindugul

3) perundurai-vellode-kodumudi-velur

4) perundurai-vellode-vellakoil

5) erode-vellode-arachalur-vellakoil

7) perundurai-vellode-muthur-ottanchathiram - theni-kumuli

8) erode-vellode-arachalur-vellakoil-dindugul

9) perundurai-vellode-arachalur-kodumudi

10) perundurai-vellode-arachalur-kodumudi-velur-kaatupudhur-thottiyam

These routes can develop intercity connection and also covers many parts of erode with vellokoil, dindugul, karur. If these routes are generated, my village people can also enjoy the benefits. Please don't skip this problem. I also add the bus schedule in our village. Please verify using that image

I am travelling from Tenkasi to Tirunelveli veli(one to one bus) with my family while getting in the the bus exactly at the corner of the seat welding projection damaged my new pant unfortunately there is no injuries in my leg, the bus no TN72 N-1936 bus timings 6, 45 pm on Thursday evening 28.11.19, so please check and avoid such welding projection.Its my humble request sir. It’s totall unpleasant travel for me. Please check it sir.

Dear sir / madam,
I purchased ticket for my self and my child age under 10 years old through bus no. Tn32n4309 footprint no. 347621 dt. 28.11.2019 time 09:01:11 from perungalathur to chennai. But the conductor charged me inr.50 for both, even though i was insist him to give one adult and one child ticket, but he was behaved very badly and not respect my civil rights and law. I need proper inquiry from the department, why he charged full ticket for my child. Also, he was arguing that the department told him to collect like this.
I need proper answer for this immediately, otherwise i will take this matter very seriously. Because, i have all the evidence and taken necessary photos and videos for the same.

I am regularly travelling madurai to trichy by bus from mgr bus stand every morning around 8 am, mon to friday every week but today the bus i travelled plays loud music i can't listen to. I complaint the conductor about this but no response from them

Im Arumugam.S, s/o. Sri Ramulu, 324, middle street, Mankulam village, Rettakurichi post, veepur taluk, cuddalore -606304. Today i went on a journey from v.kuttu road to sirupakkam bus fare was Rs.15 and i returned within few minutes i got into Delux bus from chidambaram to salem. I again travelled from sirupakkam to v.kutt road bus fare was Rs.20. I enquired the conductor about the fare. He did not responded properly and behaved very rudly to me. The bus number is Tn 32 N3919 time was 4.00 p.m dated 25/11/19. I need a proper explaination for extra charge for same distance of journey...

Hi sir, i am from dharmapuri working in bangalore, every weekend im traveling from bangalore to dharmapuri, im not getting bus from dharmapuri to bangalore i saw so many people waiting for the same to travel towards krishnagiri, hosur and bangalore around 6pm-11pm, sometimes we are getting bus from salem to bangalore via dharmapuri. But there is no seat available in that bus and people who are traveling from dharmapuri are more but bus was very limited and moreover we are getting bus from krishnagiri to hosur or bangalore around same timing. Nowadays it was very hard to travel from dharmapuri to bangalore so i am requesting tamilnadu transport corporation to provide us with frequent bus from dharmapuri to bangalore especially on sunday.
