Dear sir/madam,
I have travelled from mysore to chennai on 15sep time 5.30 tnstc (Pnr number-t[protected]...

Sir/madam
The actual arrival time at chennai koyambedu is 3.30 but the bus driver reached 6.30am, three hours late...

And i am asking about the late while traveling and he both are getting angry and the scolding badly...

They continually following mistake from mysore...

1-bus started late at 6.00 pm from mysore
2- they holding one hour at bangalore bus stand (Any enquiry pls confirm with bangalore bus stand)
3- standing 5 to 10 minutes at middle of the road - getting traffic (Pls confirm with bangalore bus stop)
4- scolding me badly

So only many people avoiding government bus and moving to private bus...

    Dear sir/madam
    I am regularly travelling from erode to mysore on sundays in which bus starts at 10.30 pm.
    I am disappointed with the quality of the busses allotted for erode mysore route.

    During heavy rain, water is leaking into bus and it is directly falling on to the passengers and for some windows there is no proper doors.

    Pls allot new buses for this route especially.

      I from Karaikudi .. today I travel TN 45N 4196 Karaikudi to Trichy ...bus displayed it's point to point nd bus fare also 85rs ..but this bus local bus he stop all stops ..very cheating ...I stil didn't cross Pudukkottai also...very poor service please take action ...

        Salem-7. I go to college to government bus. That bus number is 40.
        Yesterday (13.9.2019) that bus was not stop my bus stop. So i was go to college too late. My area bus stop name is earikkarai, ammapalayam, salem -636 203.
        That bus was travel salem old bus stand to attayampatti.
        Please solve this problem.

          Bhavani iam dropping place but mr. Muthusamy
          Conductor using bad words and fully rain coming time with out bus stop me dropped many cctv footage in that area. My balance change not giving. So kindly take action as soon as passiable iam very feel which am in tamil nadu.

            From hosur to thiruvannamalai there is not having direct buses. We requesting that many passengers are travelling from hosur to thiruvannamalai on daily basis. We request you to fill up the gap of timing which not having buses.
            For some routes without passengers also they are running the buses especially for salem many buses available for salem from hosur, even though bus time keeper allowing more buses to salem but for thiruvannamalai not providing such facility. I am asking why you are running unnecessarily for same routes without minimum passenger count.

              Respected sir / madam,
              I am traveling daily up down hosur - bangalore.
              Today now i am traveling bangalore to hosur in tnstc salem depot bus no. Tn30n1620 at 20:32:24 timing.
              Audio song is playing by the driver very noisy, and i requested the driver to reduce the volume.
              But he replied me,
              Where you are coming?
              I told to hosur,
              Again he replied in rude way... That for hosur tickets l cant reduce the volume, and asked me are you sitting on the speaker or under the speaker.

              Unfortunately he doesn't have the name batch in his shirt, while the woman conductor also told him to reduce the volume but nothing happened.

              So i am kindly requesting you to find the driver and advice him not to behave like this to the passengers.
              For your kind reference i have enclosed the bus ticket copy.

                  Hello sir,
                  I started my traveling from tiruvannamalai to ulundurpet on 08 step 2019 10.30pm due to lack of bus i used to get into the thirukovilure bus (Ticket number are vpm att[protected]rs ticket and vpm af[protected] rs ticket) the mentioned bus driver called and advice me to step down before 3 km from thirukovilure and he said that all tiruchi express will stop over the speed breaker and they will take me to ulundurpet so only i accept their advice but that was not happen i used to walk for 3km after long struggle to catch the bus and i reached thirukovilure bus stop at 2.00 then i wait in thirukovilure bus stop to catch tnstc virudhachalam bus 4.00am but that also not came to thirukovilure bus stop, the vendors in the bus stop are said, "virudhachalam bus always get into the byepass and rarely came to thirukovilure station" that means they to skipped the bus stop and make us to wait for another 30 mins many passenger are waiting for more than 4hrs in the busstand like the homeless is (Did the tnstc worker) you think like a master i lost me sleep today tomorrow i want to be in chennai but my plan also get vain because of your carelessness and untruth speech please make an action for this...

                    My friend and i were sitting on the bus mentioned above but driver and conductor (Name we don't know) are forced us to come down and tell the people of melur that there was no place for the bus anywhere you complain you have no place here and get out... I refused because my foot was damaged..
                    Thus we became very depressed...
                    So we ask them to 'punish' us for their depression.. So i ask for a place to take the bus via melur for melur travelers...

Thekkalur passenger's y u board before start the bus ...rudely behaviour in bus ...Bus No TN 39 N 0155 ...I request u to change misbehaving conductor ...I don't he is working for public people's ...one higher official sitting at front single seat

                      Point to point madurai buses are not allowing us to enter the bus, accepted.

                      Normal madurai buses are also not allowing us to enter the bus.

                      They always ask us to enter when the buses are leaving. It is always full.

                      Is it a bane that those who travel from coimbatore to dindigul should go standing?

                      You already know the train services from coimbatore to down south got stopped 11 years ago. Not restored yet.

                      Please resolve this issue.

                        I am gokulraj from ambur, vellore district. On 07 sep 2019 i boarded a govt. Bus of vilupuram ltd. (Bus no. Tn 23 n 2068) at around 3 noon to ambur from vellore and also i have a pass to travel. Before this bus there is two private buses and a salem ltd bus. So i stepped in and sat in this bus. The conductor named m. Vinoth kumar asked me that where i am going and wheather having pass or ticket. I said ambur and having pass to travel. He then asked me to step down from the bus and step in once passengers getting in... Because i am the first passenger and also with pass he added. Once he saw the id card of reputed institution hanging in my neck he said sit sit... But i refused and stepped down. His approach and behaviour is worst with passengers. I don't understand why am i step down from govt. Bus. So kindly take action regarding this matter immediately.

                          In trichy to karur root... The driver and conductor doesn't allow pettathalai nd nearest area passanger into it.. What is this stupid things... How can passanger will go in between areas... This is actually very poor transport... We are waiting nearly one hour in trichy to karur platform... Pls took this as a serious.. Pls service for people not for money.. Even the bus was not filled up with karur passengers.. Half of the bus seats are empty

                          I boarded Hosur to Pondicherry bus (TN 32 N 3971) . Bus stopped Tiruvannamalai bus stand. During this time, my Bag has been missed. It contains laptop, Id card, charger, clothes. I asked conductor and driver but they are saying that they don't know. Please check and update me ASAP.
                          No one take care of the passengers who go to dharapuram . Madurai theni busses abused the dharapuram passengers and not allowed to get into the bus. PLEAE take an immediate action about this. Coz lot of passengers who suffers with diabetes and more.

M at kannanagam junction of kollencode.629160, kanyakumari dist the tnstc bus route no 82 from thoothor to marthandam, met an small accident with school bus, the back side corner of driver side of school bus got damaged and the bus driver not yet stopped and gone away.

                                20 a, tn 38 n 1963 @ kmch bus stop around 1:20 pm on sep 4 2019, driver started the bus before getting in and for the drivers mistake by putting sudden brake conductor makes 3 of them (Ladies) to get down from the bus by showing their arrogance towards us and also disrespectful. It makes us feeling hurt, insult and also the time taken to get another bus was too late and that results in consuming our own time to something nuisance. Kindly take action against the particular person. I will definitely go to the consumer court for getting my rights.

                                  When i travel from tirumangalam to tirunelveli on 4/9/19 at 8 am... Driver is always speaking with mobile while inquire with co passenger he told that this driver always using mobile phone on driving and he is a daily traveller on this bus... Take necessary action on this driver. While on public transport drivers should be more cautious on driving and should avoid mobile phone.

                                  Kindly take disciplinary action against the driver and this would be the lesson to all drivers on tnstc.

                                      I am a college student i attended my college tomorrow (4/10/2019) so i travel to my college in night time. I am waiting in karapatu bus stop from 9.50 pm, the bus timing is 10pm but the bus is not comming still 11.30, the route of the bus is (Polur to chengam) i am a college student i will be patient but some pregenent lades, mother's with below age 3 baby's are waiting. I think the bus is missing so please search the bus, the conducter and driver was hijacked by pakistan terrest. Please reskew them. Please take any action to the conducter and driver, i will take the screenshot of the compline for safety.

                                        This is happend on 31.08.2019 to 1.09.2019. Me and my family has boarded the bus at manapparai at 8'o clk in 31.08.2019 morning and we have reached velankanni at 12.30, afterwards we have decided to comeback to home so went to velankanni bus stand, there is no direct bus to manapparai at all, dindugal bus conductors and drivers were restricted us to board the bus stating this bus only stop at dindugal, there are around 25-30 people were belongs to manapparai but they were not ready to assign a bus for manapparai. I personally went to help center for bus they just kept on pointing some else and said go and ask that person. Finally one person said you can board dindugal bus but you have pay the ticket for dindugal and you will be dropped at manapparai. We are not good with this deal because for us 5 members in a middle class family not ready ready to afford for what we are not getting. It is all happening between 9-10 pm. Finally we have boraded the bus to trichy tn68 1705 and it has started at 10 o clk. The driver has drives the bus like he driving a rikshaw. The bus wall full at depature but they has stopped it every single stops. People who were boarded the bus at velankanni requested to stop the bus to do our natural calls but they didn't, we have requested at 12. 30 and he stopped the bus at 2'o clk, especially tamales suffered a lot bearing stomach pains and leg pains, the bus has reached trichy at 4'0 clk, and we have paid for express service, utterly 2 hours of delay because of ineligle driver.
