I boarded the bus from bangalore to chennai around 7:30 at shanthi nagar bmtc terminal, and got the ticket till vellore, sat near a window seat. Bus stopped at hosur and there was no two attached seats for a couple. The conductor forced me to sit in another seat as there was two together seats. But i refused to go, the conductor kept forcing me to sit in another place only to make the couple to sit. Since i kept refusing, he started abusing me, pulled the bags from me and was almost gonna throw it away. The behavior of the conductor was totally annoying and his treatment towards the passenger is so cunning.. Shame at tamil nadu corporation buses. Is this how the government buses treat the passengers? If he had asked me politely, i would have sat in other seat. But he started to force at the beginning itself.

    I'm a resident of chennai (Female driver)
    The bus driver of a bus from vilupuram to chennai on july 15th, 10pm (Tn 32 n 4320)
    In the koyembedu junction, the bus was close enough to hit the side mirror of my car, when i honked for an alert, he used some unparliamentary words.
    And after some 40m distance he purposefully knocked off the side mirror of my car and pointed out more words at me just because i'm an woman driver.

    Respected sir,
    I was not given my reserved seat and i was asked to stand by bus conductor about 70 km.

    The way he spoke to me was not in the right manner. He humiliated me by speaking tough words..

      Dear Sir,
      Today 15th July 2019 I have traveled from Tuticorn to Tirunelvelli setc bus(changanacherry bus) 7.50
      Ticket number 99410 /30 rupees
      20956/. 25 rupees ticket
      I am not sure which seats aloted for conductor in this bus I was seat in second seat left hand side after few minutes conductor asked me change your seats.
      I shifted to front single seats same left hand sides. Few kilometres away again conductor shouted me why you sitting here's badly very worst manner. Water CAN (bottle 20 litres) kept in my footrest. I asked conductor to change then water bottle into
      Other side.
      They badly shouted and driver suddenly stop the bus form run way.both are threatened to me.
      They used few bad words to me also
      They don't know how treat as passenger in bus. I have attached seat photos.
      Request to you please action against bus conductor and educate to them how to treat a passenger.
      Also request to you please change the water bottle/can relocate to somewhere without passengers disturbing.

        I am studying in psg college coimbatore.i used go in KMS bus today evening.time:4:30pm.date:15.07.2019.i have taken ticket for thekkalur.while crossing my stop i asked the conductor to stop.but he not repond and go by the byepass.after crossing next stop avinashi after bus passengers scold he go to avinashi bus stop.i stand there for nearly 2 hours and one traffic police helped me take me my stop.in that case i not have any money to go home.NOTE:1.i have the ticket of my stopping.2.unless police helped me i not able go home & he told me to complaint in transport commission.

          Karur to trichy 1to1 bus service has been stopped for past 10 days. Iam working as a manager in karur bank.I'm daily using that bus only, it is more comfortable for me. Now it is suspended without any reason. Kindly look into it and start the 1to1 service from karur to trichy again. It is more comfortable for job going persons like me.

            Bus couldn't stop at bus stop

            Dear sir / madam, i'm working on tisaiyanvilai. My village name is panankulam, near moondaraippu. Today[protected] and everyday i'm waiting for the bus tisaiyanvilai sfs from tirunelveli - tisaiyanvilai. I put hand for hold the bus. But they shouldn't stop at tha bus stop (Time: 8.25 am). Then i'll chase the bus daily two wheeler to tollgate (From some helping people) and i lift the bus. But missing the bus late for my office! Iam very sad daily! You should take immediate action for that above complaint. If the given details are enough to make action please contact me with my email id..

              Am travelling to thuraiyur from chennai to namakkal bus no : tn30 n1940 date :11.7.2019 lot of bus seats are empty after bus starts moving i was sleeping and after few minutes contuctor wake up me for change seat for 1 couple but many seats of free with out passenger and am inform to this seat is comfortable for me but conductor told me for return my ticket amount & middle of the way he's told me to left from the bus who's took a permission for this conductor for this illegal activity for passenger please take a necessary action

                Respected sir/madam, i'm from irumbadi village. People of our village are suffering a lot because of irregular timings of the bus.in fact we have got a bus once a hour. But we are used to it actually. Now the greater trouble is irregularity. Bus driver and conductors are irresponsible to be frank. They used to be irregular regularly. We are suffering a lot because of that. It makes us to wait for hours together to reach home. So kindly take this complaint seriously. Thank you.

                In Musiri, for chennai reservation we have to go directly to the booking office. But they will not give first 10 to 15 seats saying that are for VIP. Then what about equality in India. Because of this many people's can't get the seats. If you convert it into online registration then it will be good.

                  The buses (Plural) from ukkadam to pollachi doesn't take kinathukadavu pasengers. The conductor point at another pollachi bus and ask us to board that. That bus conductor too does the same. It was late evening, i cant see ukkadam to kinathukadavu bus anywhere. And i was in need to reach kinathukadavu as fast as possible to board another bus there to reach home. Everyone elder than me pointed their fingers and stayed quite. And then i boarded a pollachi bus itself. And then i was charged 20 rupees for 15 something ticket. I was standing in that busy bus stand at late evening in a country which isnt safe for girls. If i were that conductor's wife or sister, atleast then will he allow me to baord the bus?

                      Bus from neyveli to chennai cmbt 199ud should eave at 10.45 but departed early today 08.07.2019. I have booked 2 tickets for my parents. No one to contact or no one to even complain. Such a irresponsible department. I'm not able to even cancel the ticket. I need the refund and the compensation. Without prior notice or any information, the bus left even with the reservations. It is not fair from your part to have a public service like this.

                      I requested driver and conducted both of them to reduce the volume of sound system . But they refused and using bad words. I requested the tamilnadu government to take severe action against both of them. Time midnight 10:30 to 2:30

                        I’m from thiruthalaiyur village, musiri (t.k), trichy (Dt) our route bus (7.00am) suddenly stopped or suddenly route changed here is the near 120 passengers travel daily. it’s near 70 school girls and boys all of others passengers are daily wages workers bus route changed suddenly all of them suffer to move on I’m regularly travel that’s time near 7years.i was given complaints lot of time Irregular route change via phone call but no one take actions please solve this problem.

                          Good morning...
                          At about 0800 hrs approximately today, 8.7.19, want to board the bus bearing reg no: tn 32 n 4374, bound to neiveli ts, to hosur, but the conductor who was on duty, blatantly refused me from boarding the bus by saying it only stops at hosur bus stand and thus deprived me of transportation facilities meant for general public..

                          He was not at all ready to hear me and not bothered about revenue of the corporation. Thus he failed to perform his primary duties.

                          I kindly request you to look into the matter and suitable advice may please be given to such employees who makes deliberate loss to the corporation...

                            Now i am travelling from coimbatore to erode. Started at 4 am now only crossed 40 kms. Regularly all the government bus took too much of travel time to cross minimum kms. Even without traffic on roads all his drivers are riding buses in a slow speed nd then why charged a express fare. Always public will be suffer and no one cares about public. Early morning no traffic but lazy people's. Shut the public into private they will maintain timing nd cleanliness.

                              Every sunday in vellore bus stand passengers are waiting for tambaram bus government have arranged one bus at 12am to tambaram every day but it's not convenient for sunday because 130 to 150 passengers are travelled every weekend (Sunday) to tambaram always passengers are disappoint with availability of bus from vellore to tambaram because around 130 to 150 passengers are waiting for one bus (12am bus) it's not a one hour travel with standing in bus because it 3 to 3.30 hours journey we cant able to journey with standing in the bus so please arrange another bus at this time 12am or 11.30pm at every sunday some passengers are not able to travel with standing in the bus at this time today 07-july - 2019 am going to travel in the foodbord

                                Am facing the problem everyday regarding the t70 bus service frequency from thiruvanmiyur to cmbt during peak hours, because the bus frequency in this route is very less during peak hours. Many it employees are waiting for the t70 bus during the peak hours for this bus. The buses are available in this route only after 30-40 minutes during peak hours.. So i kindly request the tn transportation to increase the bus frequency in this route.

                                  I was travelling in bus (Number was tn.30 n 1734) around 6-6.30pm on (6-7-19). The bus was little rush, few people are standing. I entered the bus at front side steps. Conductor was in back side. I was searching him but i can't see him, so i thought he might come front at next stopping and give tickets. After few minutes he started shouting at me to took ticket. I can hear him but i can't see him. On that point i feel so embarrassing. Most of the passengers in the bus got irritated. He not even move a inch from his place until bus reach the bus stand. He didn't do his work properly and he was so harsh to me. I felt so bad about him & his behavior. I request you to take necessary action regarding his misbehaviours act of the conductor and need not want this to happen in future.

                                    My TNSTC: PNR:T28496397
                                    DOJ:06/07/2019. I am travelling to Velankanni with my family. When the bus was stopped at Thirunelveli, I asked about the next stoppage where my kids can have dinner. They felt very hungry that's why I insisted to ask the Driver. Instead of replying, the Driver harshly behaved with me and used unparliamentary language with me. I shocked and became speechless. Further I asked the conductor why you senior staffs are behaving irresponsibly with the passengers. He himself ignored my plea which I badly felt that the system itself running like this with immatured staffs. My family members were shockingly watching all this stupid behaviour of the Driver and conductor of the bus as both the staffs are in Blue uniform. I felt ashamed for my question which I asked for the hungry of my kids. I need it's immediate reply or response else which TNSTC will be held responsible for the legal consequences. Thank you very much

                                      On 5th july, 2019 my wife, daughter and mother-in-law boarded bus tn 63 1555 at around 9.30 in karaikudi to thirupathur (Sivagangai district). Conductor was so rude and inhumane to them.

                                      I need action to be taken against such irresponsible conductor for
                                      1. Asked my wife to take ticket for 2.5 years old daughter. No proof asked for simply he started shouting on them to buy ticket.
                                      2. Verbally abused my 2.5 years old daughter - on her looks and acitivities. This is non of his business.
                                      3. He fought with my wife and in-law when they asked him not to abuse my daughter.

                                        I'm traveling from dindigul to paramathi in night, there is no local buses available in night time for paramathi but each and every bus should go through paramathi byepass. Point to point can go through byepass other than buses can go inside paramathi but they not going then how people can go their. This not an good serivce from government. Please take solution for those thing more over all over tamilnadu small area people facing this problem.
