சேலம் GH அருகில் ரோட்டில் உள்ள டாஸ்மாக் கடை என் 7227, 7107 ஆகிய இரண்டு கடைகளிலும் சுற்றிலும் இரும்பு கம்பி கேட் வேலி அமைத்து 3 அடி மட்டுமே உள்ள பாரின் நூலை வாயில் மூலமாக உள்ளே சென்று மதுபானம் வாங்கி அங்கேயே குடித்து விட்டு தான் வேளியே செல்ல வேண்டும் என்று கட்டாய படுத்தி ரவுடிகளை வைத்து மிரட்டி வருகின்றனர் மற்றும் தமிழக முதல்வர் ஒப்புதலுடனும் மாமுல் கொடுத்துதான் விற்பதாகவும் தரமற்ற பொருட்களை யும் விசதம்மையுள்ள பொருட்களையும் விற்று அதை அதிக விலைக்கு கட்டாய படுத்தி விற்பனை செய்தும் மற்றும் அரசால் தடைசெய்யபட்ட பிளாஸ்டிக் பொருட்களை அதிக அலவில் விற்பனை செய்தும் 1 ௹பாய் பொருட்களுக்கு 10 ௹பாய்க்கும் விற்பனை செய்து வருகின்றனர் மற்றும் விடியர் காலை 6 மணி முதலும் மற்றும் இரவு 10 மணிக்கு மேல்லும் அரசு விதியை மீறி திருட்டுதனமாக அதிக விலைக்கு மதுபானம் விற்று வருகின்றனர் மற்றும் இந்த டாஸ்மாக் சுற்றிலும் வீடுகளும் அரசு மருத்துவமனை பள்ளிகள் உள்ளதால் குடித்துவிட்டு பெண்களிடம் சில்மிசம் செய்து கொண்டு உள்ளதால் இந்த பாரின் உரிமை ரத்து செய்யும் மாறு பணிவுடன் வேண்டுகிறோன். மற்றும் இந்த பாரினுள் தீ பற்றினாலே ஏதேனும் அசம்பாவிதம் நடந்தாலே வெளியே செல்ல போதுமான வழி இல்ல ததால் அப்பாவி மக்கள் பலர் உயிர்கள் பலியாகிட நேறிடும் ஆகவே உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டுகிறேன்.

1. கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து டாஸ்மார்க் கடைகளில் உள்ள விற்பணையாளர்கள் மது பாட்டில்களை கூடுதல் விலைக்கு விற்பனை செய்து வருகிறார்கள். அதாவது ஒரு மதுபாட்டிள்களுக்கு ரூ.10/- வீதம் விற்பணை செய்துவருகிறார்கள்.
2. கடையில் விற்பணை இல்லாத நேரங்களில் மேற்பார்வையாளர், மாவட்ட மேலாளர் மட்டும் (Srm) சீனியர் ரிலீஜியன் மேனேஜர் அவர்களின் ஆதரவோடு ஒரு பாட்டிலுக்கு ரூ. 5/- வீதம் பார் உரிமையாளருக்கு விற்க்க கொடுக்கப்படுகிறது.
3. Mc, vsop போன்ற அதிகமாக விற்பணையாகும் மதுவகைகளை இரவு நேரங்களில் சட்ட விரோதமாக விற்கும் நபர்களுக்கு கடை விற்பணையாளர்கள் அதிக விலைக்கு விற்பனைசெய்கிரார்கள்.
4. அரசுக்கு வாடகை செலுத்தாத பார்களுக்கு உருதுணையாக இருந்து மது பாட்டில்களை ரூ. 5/- கூடுதல் விலைக்கு விற்பணைசெய்கிறார்கள்.
5. மது பாட்டில் வாங்கும் நுகர்வோருக்கு விற்பணையாளர்கள் பில் கொடுப்பதில்லை.
6. காலை அரசு நிர்நையத்த நேரத்திற்கு பின்பும் கடை திறக்கப்படுகிறது, கடை அடைப்பதற்கு அறைமணி நேர முன்பே அடைக்கப்படுகிறது. ஏனெனில் பார் உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு மறைமுகமாக விற்பனை செய்ய உதவுகின்றனர்.
7. மேலும் கடை விற்பனையாளர்கள் இடமாற்றம் மற்றும் அவர்விரும்பும் கடைகளுக்கு பணியில் அமரவும் மாவட்ட மேலாளர்களுக்கு கைகூழியாக மேற்பார்வாயளர் நெடுமாரன் இருந்து வருகீறார்.
8. நெடுமாரன் மேலாளராக தற்பொழுது வீரகேரளத்தில் பணியாற்றுவதோடு தன் உறவினர்களை வைத்து சட்டவிரோதமாக மது விற்பனை செய்து வருகிறார்.
9. மேல்கண்ட சட்ட விரோத செயல்களுக்கு கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து கடைகளில் உள்ள விற்பனையாளர்களிடம் மாதாமாதம் ஒரு கடைக்கு ரூ. 20, 000/- வீதம் கையூட்டு பெற்றுக்கொண்டு தனக்காக ஒரு பங்கும் மாவட்ட மேலாளர் மற்றும் மற்ற அதிகாரிகளுக்கும் பணம் வசூல் செய்து கொடுத்துவருகிறார்.
ஆகவே மேல்கண்ட சட்ட விரோத செயல்களுக்கு உறுதுணையாக இருக்கும் மேற்பார்வையாளர் நெடுமாரனையும். நெடுமாரனுக்கு உறுதுணையாக இருக்கும் மாவட்ட மேலாளர் மீதும், விற்பனையாளர்கள் மீதும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும்படி பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

Madhanandapuram tasmac wine shop is kept open from morning 7:30 to late night which disrespects the timing rules. This causes many problems for people residing in this area. Do something and close the tasmac shops so that the country gets productive. You'll get the 4000 crore loss exponentially as a profit in few years if tasmacs are closed. Complained by a socialist. If actions are not taken, i'll lead to media.

Today i bought 375ml british brand, mrp printed on bottle is 380 but they charged me 410. I felt they charged me 30 rs extra i asked about this extra charge about to shopper he just ignored my quirey and said if you want you have to pay nu replayed. This extra charge not only for me every one paying extra per bottles.

I would like to inform you that pazhavanthangal railway station bar is charging more price for water packet and cups 7 rs for each... So poor people started drinking out of bar and it is disturbing people whoever coming out from railway station... Police trying to control the people however people who are poors sufering lot due to the high cost of water packet and cups in bar

Please take action immediately...

There is robbery happened recently near by railway station. Police caught the guy who has fully drunk from pazhavanthangal bar... He is one of server of pazhavanthangal bar... Bar owner has given lot of many new to people le whoever supporting from policy’s background. Not sure whether mla/mp is aware of this.

I had purchased 750 ml of royal challenge whiskey from elite shop situated at parsn complex, kodambakkam high road, chennai on 30 june 2018. The mrp printed in the cover was rs. 760/-, but while swiping the card they were swiped for rs. 795/- (Payment proof attached).

In all shops the sales people charging more than mrp. If we ask they are threatening us.

Please try to stop such practices.

Location: tasamc outlet, saravanampatti - keeranatham route.

I have seen that the person in tasmac outlet charging 40 rs extra for the liqueur whose mrp is 800.
I have asked, for the reason of overpricing and the person at outlet misbehaved at me by telling that "if you have any issue to buy this item, do register a complaint. This is tamilnadu. Here.. Things are like this. If you want to buy an item with mrp, go and purchase from kerala."

I request the consumer complaint forum to take necessary action against the outlet manager

I purchased 4 singha beers, 2 desert stallion forte and one jacobs creek classic shiraz cabinet wine. They charged rs3427.

I paid thru card today at 17, 35 p. M. Invoice no013139. Batch no 000304.

They did not give computer generated bill despite my asking about it.

As per the mrp displayed. Singha beer is 230*4 + desert stallion 290*2 + jacobs creek 1730. Total as per mrp is rs 3230. They charged me rs 3427. Almost rs 200 additional.

Sir, i bought royal challenge whisky. Quantity of 180 ml for rs 195. That shop was at saidapet near saidapet railway station by today {30/4/2015). L am not a reqular intacker. So if i take 90 ml i will feel drowsy. But today even i taken 180 ml i am very normal. Nothing happen to me. Please check there whether they are selling original product there. Thank you.

The TASMAC #640 which is located in the Apartment which is creating an inconvenience to the residents. It is situated in Swathi Apartments 10th Avenue Ashoknagar Chennai. It is in the main road where ladies and children face difficulties to walk. Many residents are facing issues due to this TASMAC.
Please take an action to shut this TASMAC for the Goodness of the people residing there.

I had bought one kingfisher blue beer karur district, krishnarayapuram taluk, mayanur tasmac shop on 26.04.2018. The above stated shop salesman sold expired kingfisher beer with extra cost. Actually above stated beer manufacturing dated is september 2017, best before date is six months of date of manufacturing. Actually mrp is ₹140/-. But the above stated beer sold is ₹150/-. Hence, i asked questions to the sales man. Where is the shop supervisor. And also find out the supervisor. But supervisor is not there. Hence, rectify the above stated problem and also take necessary actions against the shop supervisor. Other i will lodge a complaint against you and kingfisher company. Thanking you. By selvakumar

When ever we are procuring the liquor, for 180ml they are asking additional 5 rs above the mrp, and if we procure beer they are asking additional 10rs above mrp, today i have asked what is the reason for that, with mr. Vinod, sales personnel / counter sales person, he used languages which is not at all acceptable, he is speaking is such a way that, he can change tasmac metrics level to any level he wants.

The tasmac shop in choolaimedu which sells imported liquor is selling items at rates greater than mrp.

When questioned about why the amount they are charging is different from what is printed as mrp, a worker confessed that their salary is low, they have to compensate for bottles which break and for the manual labour they do. This is blatant acceptance of corruption which needs to be addressed immediately.

Please ensure this doesn't happen again and mrp is strictly adhered to.

I wanted to draw your kind attention about the tasmac located in pallikaranai velachery main road near indain bank and hyundai show room i. E. Next to pallikaranai high school is a nuisance for the passerby. Tasmac operates in main road which is completely residential with full of houses, apartments (Jayachandran, casa grandae, etc), shops new jayachandran textile and middle schools govt high school, asan college and school and baynes schol.
Ladies, kids, old age people and the neat by residents are always going by the road crossing this shop. Now the nuisances created by the shop users due to this are:

• no parking facility by the shop - so the shop goers park their bikes/cars everywhere in front of all the apartments/houses
• creates huge traffic nuisance including people consuming alcohol in the main road
• group of men drunk, sat in front of house, when we tried to open the gate to go out, they refused to get up and when insisted they move, they abused us verbally. They even drank another bottle of alcohol and threw bottles.
• most of the time they publicly urinate, vomit, fight among themself and # in front of the house.
• passing urine abruptly, which creates heavy urine smell can be felt while passing through there or staying at home

There is a tasmac (Wine shop with bar) shop at 4th street, kongu main road, tirupur - 641607. The shop is located opposite to few residences.
Most of the time they publicly urinate, voimt, fight amoung themself and # in front of the house. We have been complaining about this to the authorities.

Today[protected] a group of men drunk, sat in front of house, when we tried to open the gate to go out, they refused to get up and when insisted they move, they abused us verbally. They even drank another bottle of alcohol and threw bottles.

The nuisance is increasing day by day and families living in the residences are getting threats and verbal abuses on daily basis.

Kindly consider the safety of people living in residences and shift the shop to somewhere where drunkards can cause less harm to families living in the neigbourhood

This is completely residential with full of houses and apartments and middle schools. Ladies, kids and old age people are always going by the road crossing this shop. Now the nuisance created by the shop users due to this are:

1. No parking facility by the shop - so the shop goers park their bikes/cars everywhere in front of all the apartments/houses. No one could able to go out of the house and they could not able to take or park their vehicles inside
2. Drunkards poking at the building gates, sitting and standing and chatting and sometimes fighting.
3. Apart from the bar, they buy drinks and come out and drink at the entrance of the houses/gates and throw the bottles and glasses.
4. They puke and vomit all the at the gates of the houses.
5. Despite many warning auto rickshaw wait there to pick up people there from the tasmac shop.
6. Loading and unloading of tasmac vehicles create havoc on the street every evening.
7. Because of no parking facility and irregular parking by cars/bikes this road always having traffic and full of noise and dust pollution.
8. Always hectic and noisy atmosphere at the street due to this.
9. There are already fast foods, welding shops, lottery shops, tea shops are making the street very congested and polluted.

This shop is exactly opposite to muthoot finance and before joining periyar padhai from gill nagar park front end road.

This has become very much trouble for the people who are residing there and police do not care with what is going on here.

Please close this shop at the earliest from here to allow the people to reside calmly.

I am regular customer in that shop no.105/krishna kil st, mannady, nera thamnbu chetty st, corner shop, last week on saturday around 9.0 pm i came to shop to buy a quarter bottle & i payed 1 500 rupee note, after taking aquarrter bottle the sop keeper mr. Madan as given me change of rs.45/-only instead of 345/- &the bottle as given by mr. Elumali and i aws forget to get back the rs.345/- after i went back to inside the bar from same building at time of found that i am taken balnce of rs345/ instead of 45/-only & i went and ask mr. Madan once you left is place we ca't now there are so many people coming that time how i will now and he got visting card you come tommorrow if we had extra amount we will call you, today i went and ask with him with the proof my company voucher showing but he was busing me badly. Is is happen to many people these two guys are doing cheating at is time after 9 o'clock & some unwanted people's coming and taking the bottle case in the auto every day pls advise in this regards.
