Shifting the tasmac shop and bar in vandavasi gandhi road. The tasmac shop licensed in other place and it opened in gandhi road. There is too much trouble and traffic jam in this road due to this tasmac shop.in this road there are three temples and school's and bank's. That area people's are very disappointed. There'sno action to the previous complaint. Soplease do the needful and let live the gandhi road people peaceful

Respected sir, we are the people residing at patel baba street, chunnambupet, behind oldbusstand, gudiyatham, vellore dist area. In our area functioning one the tasmac shop with bar.kindly replace the shop at any other place because drinkers are behaving nuisencely also that shop functioning old busstand nearby mosque, hospitals etc.. . Ladies can't walk alone that side also many school&colleague students are going that side. drinkers using bad words, passing urine, drinking in street . please again we requesting kindly change the shop sir.Kindly take the nessasery action immediately. Tasmac shop at Begapalli Krishnagiri at Venkateshwara layout on Begepally (https://goo.gl/maps/FydKhGYqVM92) Main Road is creating nuisance to the residents staying around the area.

The shop is right in between residential area and in front of Bus stop.

People drink and litter around carelessly. People sit around shops and drink in Public. If general public informs the drunkards that that public consumption is not allowed, the drunkards harass the general public.

Bottles and plastic cups fill the area and the surrounding smells like a filth.

Also due to the TASMAC shop, small illegal food joints are setup in adjoining sites. The owner of the site are also harassed by local goons if he asks the food joint to be removed.

On the whole, the TASMAC shop at Venkateshwara layout on Begepally Main Road Begapalli Hosur Krishnagiri, is creating a lot of nuisance and it should be shifted immediately to more suitable place away from residential area.

In gandhi road vandavasi wine bar is open ed for 24/7 day for 24 hours and it is nearby school and three temples in a row and it is very uncomfortable for women's and children's walking through the temple and school kindly take the better action to avoid illegal activities to public now the road is changing as brandy road instead of gandhi road do the best for...

Kindly make complaint against tasmac bar in namakkal district manappalli panchayat, near sugarmills, shennakkalpudur, tasmac bar is running and open for 24 hours. Kindly file as a complaint and make action against that tasmac shop and shift the tasmac shop to other place. Daily the area people ladies and children's are affected a lot. So kindly make an action against.

Dear sir/madam - we are residents of keerthivasangarden, arul murugan nandavanam nagar, nanmangalam.

Nearby our residential place they have started the construction of a tasmac shop recently on survey no 33, nanmangalam village. There is no proper way for this shop's customers to reach the shop, if this shop is completed. They have to trespass a land of neela vanna perumal located on survey no.31 &34, nanmanglam village, to reach this shop. This will result in the drunkards blocking the way of the resident ladies, children and men who wants to reach the main road, which will not make the living viable here.

Moreover there is already a tasmac shop started recently 100 m away form this shop which is already causing nusence near our residential area. To make our daily living possible, please do the needful to stop the construction and move the shop to other place away from residential area.

For the last 2 months, we have been noting that for 2 nos of rs.88 brandy like topstar, mensclubs etc. They (Prabha wines at muniswamy salai nesapakkam) are charging rs.190/-. Other wine shops are charging only 185/-
Please check for yourself and take action asap. Or else we the public will ensure to close the shop. This is day time open robbery.
We will wait and see for one week.

Hi I bought beer (British empire) actual rate is ₹120 mentioned in bottle but all tasmac selling as ₹130 but I bought it in shop no.9146 tasmac which located in Alapakkam Porur Chennai, they selling at ₹150 I asked them reason they said we only fixing rate for everything i[censored] want buy or else go.. I don't know where to complain about it that's why searched and posting my complaint i[censored] take action I'm very grateful for u thank you.

I m krupakaran from salem I used to buy liquor from tarmac. 3rd of this month I bought some liquors from tarmac elite shop which is located in town railway station road. They charge 5rs for quarter bottle, rs10 for half and rs20for full bottle extra from mrp. Even I had a argument with them I was unable to get proper answer. I told them that I m going to complaint on you, but he replied me to do so whatever I want. So please take further action.

I bought 1 signature rare whisky from elite tasmac, phoenix mall chennai on jul 1st 2017. The mrp is rs 720/- but they charged me rs 755/-
I asked for invoice. They denied to give invoice.
I paid by debit card. I have the receipt of the transaction.
They charge extra on mrp for all the brands they have.

Extra money of 20 rupees is charged extra for all breweries in tasmac outlet through out coimabtore. When inquired the vendor is telling that it is the charge collected towards loading and unloading. Apart from collecting extra money for breweries extra money of rs 50 is charged for card transaction also. If the people refuse to provide the excess charge goods are not been sold. Therefore the needy customer is forced to pay the extra cash and get the breweries.

I am from kattur, trichy. We are facing problem. That is, past 20 days before one guy was located in our area. That person was hoarding stocks from tasmac. Then after day and night any time that home was busy by drinkers and that was created black market of tasmac stock and problem across along the road public people and nearest home peoples especially housewives and children’s. Regarding this issue related already complained to nearest police station but still now no action taken and some commission also given to police. So we are facing robbery and theft and lot of disturb from drunker. Day by day disturbed increased by that hoarding people to public. So, we want support from your side and remove black market from that location, immediately.

Also my advocate recieved letter from tasmac retail corporation, godown no.4, warehousing corporation, angeripalayam roadd, tirupur, 641601 asking my account number and details for refund of my amount. I sent my details to them & still haven't got any reply from them neither my refund.

Now the matter is as follows.

I am aman thukral & i deposited rs. 90, 000 (Ninety thousand only) in one of my customer's a/c in icici bank ltd. From bna (Cash deposit machine), but by mistake the amount was deposited in the another a/c, i. E., tasmac retail collection ac ti a/c no.[protected]. I had a word with the official of icici bank (Sadar bazaar, new delhi-110006) where transaction was made & then he talked to the branch manager mr. Teja in which this a/c is operated i. E tirupur branch but the transaction is still pending since that time. Sadar bazaar manager sent numerous mails to mr. Teja on different days but there is no response from his side.

Note: for your reference i am attaching picture of transaction.
2nd transaction picture is the actual account in which amount was to be deposited.
First rs. 2000 was deposited correctly on same day same time & then rs. 90000 was sent again but by mistake went to other a/c because of wrong button being pressed.

Attaching letter sent by advocate to tasmac retail on my behalf.

Also attaching letter recieved by tasmac retail by my lawyer asking for my account number & details which i sent.

I am living at Adyar, Chennai. In all the nearby Tasmac shops, They charge Rs. 10 or 20 or 30 more than the actual m.r.p written in that. It does not matter for me. But a bottle of pint beer which has an m.r.p as Rs.65/- they sell it for Rs.75/-.
When I wanted to buy a case of same beer (24 bottles) he says, it costs Rs.1800/-. (That is Rs.75 x 24 instead of Rs.65 x 24. ) My question is, why should I pay Rs.240 more when I buy as a case.

Dear sir,

All the tasmac wine shop in Coimbatore take additional Rs 10 with all alcohol bottle when already it has MRP.if I want to buy 4, 180ml bottle I will be charged additional Rs 40 for it.

I checked with many local people and heard that additional money goes to all the government officials and tasmac owner.i am not sure about above statement but I heard it for local people

None of the other city charge this additional rate.i travelled many cities of India.

We found construction works to open 2 tasmac shops near oddarpalayam and vengal reserve fores. About 1000 familes are residing in this area. Moreover the forest which is just 500meter away from the specified location is reserve forest. If the shops is opened then all the liqurers will be crossing the residential area and the reserve forest. By this both people and animals in the forest and the nutural reserve will be affected. Hence request to stop opening the shop in this location.
