Loan amount not Disbursed after e-mandate and e-agreement sign

On[protected] I was told that I am being provided with a pre-approved loan, and the representative asked me to complete formalities including e-mandate and e-sign. Got the confirmation email that it will be disbursed shortly with some internal approvals. I have availed a personal loan Rs.100000 on 23/08/2021, Current principal outstanding amount is Rs. 7, 84, 342.

Home loan interest rates

With reference to my Home loan account- 9451148.

I have my existing home loan with Tata capital since 2015.
My home loan interest rate is 9.45% whereas several other banks are offering around 7 % interest even with the recent increase in repo rate.

Insurance amount to be refunded taken during housing loan as loan is repaid instead of 30 yearsin 5 years

We have taken housing loan 9529230 from tata capital and forcefully insurance of 2.18 lakh was given . We have already repaid the loan within 5 years instead of 30 years so we must get refund amount but they are saying since we have utilised maximum tenure of loan duration so we can’t get any refund .
