Respected sir/madam,

I am writing this complaint with reference to my personal loan application bearing ID:[protected]. I had applied for the loan on 31 st of July 2023 and by yesterday and day before yesterday all the document verification was completed and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed by yesterday around the time between (7PM & 9PM), but the amount is still not disbursed and despite calling and texting several times I am not getting any status update on my application.
I was waiting with a hope that the loan amount will be credited in my account, as promised but till now the amount is not credited. I am not even able to call the customer care number provided in your website because every time I try to call that number they say that my number is not registered with Tata Capital for any loan service. I feel like I have been cheated upon. It's been almost 3 days. Is it some kind of joke for you people to play with people's sentiments, because the loan was approved by Tata Capital and they promised me that the loan will be disbursed yesterday, so I didn't apply for a loan in other banks.
I request for a transparency in status update and quick disbursal for my loan amount as soon as possible, as promised.

From last 7 days my personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry. Can you or your team provide me an update on the issue

Please note that I have applied for a pre-approved personal loan of 40K from Tata Capital on 21st Jul 2023 and it got sanctioned on 25th July 2023.

I have completed my e-mandate and all procedures and despite telling me that loan will.be disbursed within 6 to 12 working hours my loan is not been disbursed till now.

I have replied and sent an email to Sachin4 Sharma and Pritimaya pratyush Mishra seeking the timeline for a disbursement however there is no revert from them.

Please look into it and disbursed the loan about at the earliest.

Hi, I am receiving a bare minimum 20 calls each day from Tata capital. For the first few days I politely told them not to ring back and I am not interested in any such loan offer but they just don’t stop. It has reached a stage where I my call log is just filled with multiple calls from them and I have started to ignore all unknown numbers since they keep on calling from different numbers. This lead to me missing an important confirmation call for my credit card which was a fraudulent transaction and the bank was trying to reach me to take my confirmation on my debit.
This NEEDS to stop. Tata capital needs to stop any further calls and I wish to raise a complaint for my monetary loss as well incurred due to them. I can share all my call logs for proofs.

All verification of loan app submitted by me is done.
They took all my bank details to automatically debit the loan repayment from the account.
After that, the loan amount has not been credited to the account till now.
There is no response from Tata Capitals.
It was a very bad experience.
This issue should be resolved as soon as possible

I have applied for BLR INSTA PERSONAL LOAN, I have completed all the process and received loan aggrement document but amount not yet credited. Got message from HDFC bank for emandate process.

No money credited to my account, could you prioritize the application and update the application status or withdraw the application. No response from customer care, unable to reach via toll free number

Hello, I have applied for pre-approved personal loan all the process has been done now in status it is showing post approval data entry from last 1 week I m confused what is the status. And I have also mailed. But not received any response from them.please help me out I m in need that's why I applied for this but now I m loosing hope and trust in tata capital.

From last 4 days my personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry don’t know what’s going on I have whatsaap multiple times and called to customer care serval time but still no proper response loan stage is showing Disbursal but don’t know how much time will take to disbursed did not received any call from concern team.

I received daily 15 calls from diffrent number of tata capital. have sent numerous emails to stop calling me .
I have blocked more than 100 landline tata capital number.

Have received a msg from my bank stating that
ALERT! HDFC Bank Mandate reference no. Issues to TATA CAPITAL FINANCIAL SERVICE LTD with value Rs. 1000000.00 and Frequency MNTH is received today for processing.

What is happening???!????????!

No point of contact, customer service number not working

I wanted to close loan with Tata and called them on 1st July. They informed me that they will only be able to let me know the amount I need to pay if I pay 500rs plus gst. I was shocked to hear this and called them again sometime later and the other executive mentioned that I should pay 4% extra to close account. This was another shocker and so I asked them to share this in email. They cleverly just shared the link to their website and asked me to refer the link for charges and they have not clearly mentioned about this anywhere in website. So I called back again and asked them for a link to make payment. They provided me with details but I could not make payment because of technical issue. So I went to their branch taking all the pain and they didn't even let me inside. Forget about the support. Hence I came back and called customer care again and took info from them and initiated money transfer. They Even confirmed receipt of payment; however it was redeposited back into my account without any intimation. When I called them again, they asked me to talk to my bank. I then spoke to my bank only to know this has nothing to do with them. Had to again call Tata and executive now tells me, they never received money and argues no email was sent as payment receipt. All this just looks like an attempt to discourage customers from closing the loan amount. No financial institution should charge customer for pre payment as per RBI rules. This is pathetic. Even after half a months efforts, I am clueless on how to prepay. I was just intending to make a part payment. After looking at the dirty tactics used by you, now I want to close my account and stay away from Tata capital for my life. request number where they sent me payment confirmation on email 27836873.

I have the same issue with Tata Capital - Loan sanctioned letter also released but amount is not yet disbursed. They have taken all the documents and took cancelled cheque leaf for amount disbursal two days back, but the amount is not credited. I would have tried for other banks for loan. Its frustrating when we are in urgent need of money.

I am not able to connect either customer care and the person who took the documents through email is not responding to my emails.

It is still showing post approval data entry from the day of application.

Tata capital i have on going parsonal loan from you my loan id is TCFPL[protected] my loan is due only by just 10 days and i have a reason why my loan is delayed because i am from kutch recently on 15th and 16th june we faced cyclone in that situation i got so many expanse i failed to arrange a my due amount money i was late for just 10 days and i am getting a calls from name of virdipsinh jadeja and Dharmendra sinh jadega he is forcing me to arrange a money and pay otherwise he will come to my home please i am requesting you to give me some time to arrange and don't harrass me with this agent otherwise i have to go to RBI and file a case against you please check screenshot i attached his number

They met with me again to update the emi date and reprocess the identical application, but the money is still on hold and has not been issued.

Why should you tamper with the customers?
It's not fair to play with a customer's emotional state.
Please take action, Consumer Department.

Loan roi reduction, playing dirty game frequently calling with multiple offers for roi reduction and denying for their previously less offered roi .
Harrasment from customer care representative who keeps on offering high roi and saying previous offer invalid in same day.
