I am continously harresed by unkown recovery agents (Gundas). I dont know that person whether he is really from tata or some other recovery agencies. As per supereme court order recovery agents should be trained well mannered.
(2) they should not use abusive language or harresed by visiting home and harrising negihbours.

I am PRABAHARAN have taken personal loan no. 5307629 from tata capital . not able to paid loan last 13 months Last month some official of bank meet me and i discussed my problem and he assured to forward my case for ONE TIME SETTLEMENT WITH 4 EMI OPTIONS

While taking they had said there is no preclosure charges. In the sanction letter also it's written 0%. I applied for a pre approved loan from paisa bazaar which I sent all documents regarding loan and all my verifications completed there is no response from the tata capital which is been a huge flaw In providing status and it is still in post approval data entry only past from 10days I had even also contacted customer care they simply sent me case id number
