[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Connection Disconnected Without proper Notice and Response

Hi, I am using a docomo unlimited 899 plan for more than 2 yrs now, Till date there was no problem with my number. All of a sudden I received a SMS saying " your number [protected] has been used for commercial purpose inspite of several reminders and it will be disconnected" on 13th June 2014 at 1:16 pm. I called the customer support and they suggested me to write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and I did the same. I simply received below mail, Hello!Greetings from Tata Docomo We have received your e-mail regarding unlimited plan misuse dated:13-06-14 for Tata Docomo number: [protected].We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused for the same and also for the delay in responding to your mail. we assure you that the problem is being addressed.As per your mail, you have expressed your dissatisfaction towards the inconvenience caused due to unlimited plan misuse alerts. In this regards, we would like to inform you that, your usage pattern is matching with the defined criteria of commercial usage set in the system, and as per this plan any commercial usage by any individual customer, who has taken the connection for person use, is not allowed.Kindly note that, your number has been barred as per the below mentioned points1. Customers with > 300 uniquely called numbers in a week.2. Customers with < 15 minutes of incoming usage in a week.3. 95% of outgoing calls originating from one cell id continuously for a week.4. Customers with off net outgoing minutes o[censored]sage > 700 in a week.If there is anything else that you want to share with us, we are all ears.You can call us at[protected] or write to us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com. Take care! N Pradeep, Customer Care -Tata Docomo. I replied asking for the direct contact number and the logs if any or any complaint against my number for using it for telemarketing. There is no reply and all of a sudden my number is completely disconnected on 16th June 2014 @ 7:00 pm. When I call customer support, they said incoming is active, but my number is not getting registered. They say application is down and ask to callback after 1 hour and shared a Email ID appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com, I complained on the email ID as well. But there is no reply from TATA. They have disconnected my number and also not sharing the requested data. I want to know why my number was not used for commercial use from last 2 years and Whether TATA has any complaint against my number for using it for telemarketing ? Hello,

Can some one tell me how to file complaint against TATA docomo, they are unnecessarily harassing me asking money for the period for which my sim was already de-activated by them and flooding mails to my mail box.

My issue is still not resolved and its almost 3 years now and I am getting continuous Email saying my bill is pending. And charging me a bomb for the duration where I have not even used the services.

If you guys cannot resolve my issue, at least stop sending me email and begging for money everyday like beggars.

Hello,

Please tell me, how to file case against TATA. Its almost 1 year and there is no response from them.

Every day they are flooding my mail box with emails asking to pay 3400 bill and when I respond to that mail it bounces back. They give some numbers to contact and most of the time that numbers are switched off. Only once the number got connected but the lady Nidha who answered my call had no clue about my case.

I am waiting for the data I requested from 9 months and till date they have not responded, but unnecessarily flooding my mail box.

Please tell me the procedure I want to file case against these guys for disconnecting my phone connection and not responding and also for sending SPAM mails everyday to my mailbox.
