My Photon number is [protected]. I've been a Tata Photon customer for the last 7 years and had a Tata Photon + connection which was satisfactory. Tata sold me a Tata Photon Wifi Max and charged Rs 2000 for it. Later on I discovered that there was a customer upgrade pack which I would have been eligible for costing only Rs 1000. So they did not inform me about this when I bought the device. Moreover when I tested the device it gave me 2MB + of download speeds which is not great but adequate for my requirements. Later on the speeds dropped to about 0.1 MB and I registered a complaint. I was told that I mostly log in from a zone 1 area which does not have good coverage. I was however not made aware of this when they sold the device to me and did the verification at home! Moreover I'm not sure how I could get speeds of 2 MB+ when they sold me the device since coverage cannot fall in such a short time. I'm totally dissatisfied with the product and would not recommend anybody from using the same in the future.

Thank you for your reply, however as per technical evaluation by your team, the area that I use the device does not have 3G coverage. When I purchased the device and had tested the device the speeds were good and they dropped suddenly. I have not got a satisfactory reply for the issue so far apart from the coverage (which should be good given that the concerned are is well within Bangalore city limits) I'm disconnecting the account despite the loss in device charges..

    Hi Sir, I have a Tata Docomo postpaid connection([protected]) few months back and recently i noticed in my bill they have added "GSM NEW ALL INDIA 600 SMS [protected]@29 Monthly Re" plane to my number last 4 months i was paying for that free off cost without using, Recently i was raised a complaint[protected] on this issue they said you are asked to activate this service, I really shock and i dont know when i did this, I am sure for i never do this thing, They simple saying we cant do anything, So requesting you to please help me .       I have raised the upgrade request to Tata photon to Tata max wifi and before getting device, I have confirmed by tata executive regarding activate process they said it will activate with in half hour after only i have switch to tata max wifi device and On 21/05/14 i have received wifi device but till not activated .each tata care person having each replay for show executive said it will activate with in half hour and chat room executive said 72 hours and call center executive said on monday it will activate but not activated? all are wasting my time and money. i like to cancel my account but they dont given my money back else i need to waiver for unused day in my bill .         My no. is [protected]. I ported from Vodafone to Tata docomo network. Yesterday I received a message that porting will get complete on 23.06.14 at 22:18. In the morning I found that My old sim got deactivated, but until now my new sim is not yet activated. Please do this as soon as possible. I am not able to get any calls or messages.

          It has after to me for more then thrice. Whenever my internet pack is finished n even i forget my mobile data for 30 mins it deducts all balance. i have lost like Rs. 100 balance thrice. N i hav a proof i dint use much of data its sudnt cost me a 100 bucks. Android phone calculates it mobile data... n i had 17 mb left in my internet pack n i downloaded 24 mb. this exceeding 7 mb costs me 100 rupees thats sick. I called customer care for help. and the guy jus ends the call saying our system is down call us later. and next when u call, no representative picks up the call. The same happened last tym too. I hav my proof of wat i downloaded.

              Deducted Rs.200 extra from my account .I have tried to connect to customer care but they are not attending phone .And even tried to register complaint in there Tata Docomo site but that also not working .When i given my number in the site filed its not responding .If the that deduction is right or wrong they must clarify, they are not doing that .

                We sincerely apologize for the delayed response on your email and assure you that your concern will be addressed at the earliest.
                As per discussion over the call on your mobile number we would like to inform you that as per our records I have found that the balance deducted on your account of Rs.175/- was due to GPRS browsing as there was less data in the account on[protected] at 05:06 PM. Kindly note that when data in the account is less than 10mb and volume content of the size browsed is more, then the balance will be deducted from the main balance. Hence, refund is not possible.
                For further clarification, you can request for the prepaid bill, for that you have to send a SMS as PREPAIDBILL <email id> to 121 in which you will get the details for 30 days. However please be informed that an amount of Rs.25/- shall be deductible from the main account balance for this facility.

                  I tried to recharge my tatasky dth online with my SBI debit card for Rs.100/- but was unsuccessfull but an amount of Rs. 200/- was debited from my account.                     Hi, Tata photon number: [protected] I purchased tata photon max wifi device on 13th of june and it was supposed to be activated on 14th of june. There was some problem in the activation process which had to be addressed by the technical team. I raised a call on 15th of June and the ticket was logged for the same but there was no reply from the customer care side.After that I called continuously till 19th and still there was no resolution besides false commitments that I'll receive a call. Finally I had to get my call transferred to the senior executive they raised another call which was supposed to be resolved maximum by 21st June 12 pm and still there is no reply from their end.I have been trying repeatedly to call customer care and the line is going busy continuously.I am highly disappointed with the customer care service as they are unable to resolve it and not even notifying me the progress. It has already been 9 days. Customer care executive's behaviour had been very annoying in my case. They denied transferring my calls to senior executives and even disconnected my calls pretending as if there is network issue. I must say... very annoying behaviour it is. My complaint number is 07063039. Is there any escalation matrix were I re-escalate my issue. Thanks

                      I have a t24 mobile connection no. [protected] purchased through bigbazar. It is not working since past 1 month and message shown is pin blocked. On enquiry at bigbazar, i was told that since i have not charged, it has now become invalid. This way i lost almost balance of rs 170.00. It is surprising to note that without any intimation or sms how the company has done this?

                      I visited your outlet and they informed that pin is blocked as i have not charged it for more than six month. I would say that no such compulsory recharge condition was informed to me. Without information how company blocked my pin. had they informed i would have charged. i have lost around 170/- balance also. i should be given an opportunity to regularise my sim.

                          on june 19th 2014 while using the internet on tata docomo having mobile number [protected], free internet data pack having 40mb was being used. Only the websites of gmail and an another google page was kept open for approximately 8 minutes. once the work was done we turned of the data pack only to see Rs.314.00 getting deducted from the main balance which is a very huge amount. when i spoke to the customer care they were not ready to launch a complaint. My concerns are 1. i didnt get the message when the data pack got expired. 2. how can Rs 314 be charged if one keeps 2 web pages opened only for 8 minutes. Kindly look into the matter and please help us to refund the amount deducted.

                            My Tata Docomo Photon No. is [protected] and account number[protected]. I had opted for a PhotonMax 4GB datacard (750 monthly plan) from Tata Docomo on 22nd Feb 2014. Within a week, I recieved a bill amounting to Rs.1700 from them and paid the same. After this, my Internet connection never worked and hence there was no usage ever from my end. Inspite of which I continued receiving bills from Tata Docomo. I went and complained to the retailer (TTML Nerul, Building Number F/2, Shop No. 2, Sector 15, Nerul) to which no action was taken and I continued to receive heavy bills from Tata Docomo. On enquiring with the customer service, I was told that the datacard was being used. Either Tata Docomo was billing me wrongly or someone at the retailer was doing some fraud by using my device.On making several call for requesting the Docomo team to cancel my account, none of my complaints were recorded or attended to, instead a technical issue ticket was raised. On 18th June 2014, I started receiving collection calls from an individual at Tata Docomo who continued to use abusive language and threatened me that they would come home and collect the money from whoever is present at home, including women. This behaviour with a senior citizen is completely unethical and unexpected from a brand name like Tata. Owing to all the harassment, we filed an FIR with the Nerul Police station. The calls still continue to come in from different numbers. I hope someone more responsible from the Tata Docomo team will look into this in a reasonable manner or we shall be forced to report this to the press.                               My mob no [protected]. Rs 347 has been added to my bill. I called to the customer Care. They answered that sigiling model in dive in has activated. While browsing the internet it automatically activatwith out my notice. It should ask for and can display that charges applicable. No information nothing. They said that dive in activated what is the [censored] dive in activated with out my notice .worstly tata DoCoMo gaining income by roberring the customers. Tata DoCoMo should refund me & ensure that in future it should not happen. R else I would take it

                                  I had raised a request for change in plan on 4th of May (request discussion reference #[protected] and sent a follow up through email on the same day, since my past experience with the Tata Docomo staff have failed me in the past. On 5th & 6th Tata office made calls to my wife's phone instead of mine and I got to understand from them that they saw this as a 'new' connection request and they agreed that it was feasible for them to meet the plan requested. I did explain that I was an existing customer, to which I was promised that they will progress request further. When I didn't hear any confirmation or progress, I called them up to confirm if my request is being progressed to only find that the request was completely ignored and infact my call and my email were 'untraceable'. When I asked that a complaint be raised I was transferred to a supervisor, who refused to take the complain since I didn't have any request 'registered' with them (Inspite of above reference number and also the proof of my email). Such high handedness and attitude was uncalled for and when I asked what would be the next course of action in the absence of him agreeing to take the complaint, he asked me to write to the Appellate. I did the same and asked Appellate to provide a supporting complaint number, to which there was no response initially. After much persuasion, I got a standing response that they are 'looking' at the concern raised, but still no complaint number. I have been requesting since for a complaint number to ensure my issue is being looked at, to only receive a cold response that the service requested is 'not feasible'. Yet no complaint number, No answer to the complain about the High Handedness of the staff, No details shared of alternates or what next. My plans had been reverted back by their staff earlier to a low speed high price plan (which has been discontinued) promising I would be able to change it the next month. Now it is the 3rd month on the same high price plan and the Appellate is turning a deaf ear to my concerns. Ideally I would shift, but I am aware the service with others is no better or worse. And then there are procedures set to ensure consumers are not taken for a ride. But this nonchalant approach of the Appellate and the staff makes me seek alternate means of getting required attention for those in the management of Tata Docomo and the Respected Board members. I would not like to follow this process and I did request the same of Appellate, but they seem to by denying me the right of complaining by not registering it or responding to my numerous emails since 46 days.                                     I have been using Tata photon plus data card for almost 4 years and they slowly keep increasing the plans by few rupees every month Rs.1348. My plan was 11 GB monthly unlimited. I lost my device and when I requested on May 26th, they said they will send me the device and after calling 3 times the device never was sent. Besides, the customer service representative did not even mention that the device needs to be delivered in the data base. Finally I fed up after calling 4th time, I requested for cancellation on June 2nd. They took their own sweet time, cancelled only on June 6th after confirming several I really wanted to close. Now I get the bill of Rs.1000 even after I was told that I will be charged only Rs. 348 at the time of closing. If they take their own time for cancellation, why would I get charged and they should stop charging from the time I lodge the complaint since they failed to deliver the device.

                                      my mobile no [protected] prepaid since two year using this number .tatadocomo has unnecessarily deducted my amount so that reason I will change to another service recent I applied port no TX159826 after I got from tatadocomo one message . if your special offer recharge with 49 RS ( all L+S call @36/m for 60 day and 50 L+S sms free so i think that this ok i was recharged but that offer not provide me tatadocomo after i was call d to customer care center they say i will update as soon but as of now they are not provide unnecessarily i will lose some money . I am asking one question ? why there are sending fake message and why there are cheating to customer i was number of times tried to customer care center every time lines are busy
