Regarding My docomo gsm number [protected]

Yesterday I have done Rs.299 recharge on my number and i got 200 Rs talktime and 1.5gb internet. I then called 121 and asked them about the 30 minutes 3g pack and the customer care executive told me that i can do the 30 minutes pack and it wont affect the previous data balance. I asked her to confirm again so that i wont lose my 1.5 gb balance and she told it will be carry forward. By believing that today i done that 30 minutes pack and that 1.5gb is gone now. So i called 198 and they told me that i will lose the previous data balance if i do any data packs. They told they cant do anything and all i can do is sent a mail to them... This is 100% fraud from docomo as i confirmed it with their executives before doing the pack and its their mistake. As all the calls are recorded you can check the call I done to 121 yesterday and verify it.
I have a screenshot of the previous data balance before activating the 11 minutes pack. I am going to log a complaint on consumer court for the same .

    This is with reference to my PHOTON NUMBER [protected]. Service Request[protected] Service Request[protected] Service Request[protected] Service Request[protected] In spite of repeated requests to close my account since April 2014 for non usage ..you kept on sending me bills which now amounts to Rs3543 1. First instant i requested you to close my account ... you tried to convince me to try out Rs.300 unlimited account .. but you never implemented the plan and continued with Rs1500 plan. I was told that the marketing executive had given me false assurance and that I must file a complaint against him in the vigilance department. And I did so. 2. After few days your vigilance officer contacted me and said that it was a mistake on tatadocomo's side and that you wont have to pay any amount for the month of may. And that I should just pay Rs.1745 and my account will be closed. I agreed ... 3. But immediately I had another call from tatadocomo and I was told that if I take back my closure request then tatadocomo will give me a Rs.400 unlimited plan and a wavier of Rs.1000 on the previous amount of Rs. 1745 ... so I just have to pay Rs.745 for previous bill and Rs. 400+tax for May bill. I even agreed to that. 4. But the plan of Rs.1500 continued for month of may and today I have a bill of Rs 3543 for absolute non usage of account. I request you to solve my issue as soon as possible and comply to any of your the 3 options you had given me A. Pay Rs.1745 and close the account OR B. Pay Rs.1745 and get Rs.300 unlimited account. Applicable from month of may C. Pay Rs. 745 and get account of Rs. 400 unlimited. Applicable from month of may I have a voice recording of the same. And can furnish it as a proof if required.     Hello,
    Representative for tatadocomo called me and they are not ready to comply to any of the 3 offers they had given me in the past ... neither are they closing down my account yet.
    I would be thankful if i get an advice for someone what further action can I take on them.

    3. Complaint No:[protected] : Called to Customer and Apologized as well as informed that Committed Waiver 1000Rs has been processed and [protected]@400Unlimited Plan request has been processed and same will be effective whenever We'll process waiver for additional rental in upcoming month...Customer Not Satisfied...Hence SR Closed

    Let us get back to your point number 1

    Why dont you comply to the above information you had stated ... your vigilance department said Pay the pending Rs.1745 and your account is closed ... I agreed to that.

    Why dont you stick to that decission????

    Then again you call me and give me Rs.400 plan offer for the month of may and a waiver of Rs.1000 in previous bill of Rs.1745 to Retain ... I agreed ... then you still do not comply to you own 3rd offer and still keep the plan of Rs.1500 for the month of May ... Why?

    You went on giving me offers as per your convinence and went on rejecting the same.

    I have voice recording of the same .. If the forum asks for it.

      Dear sir, I requested to stop and deactivate all services on my tata photon plus Internet dongle baring no [protected] on 05/May/2014. ON 09 may 2014 they mailed that request was closed due to some technical problems. Again after one week i had approached to deactivate my dongle but there is no response from them. Again on 21/05/2014 contacted them same response from that side, though i am not interested in using their services they are delaying to deactivate card. Please take action on that for closing services of photon plus data card on which the bill is unbearable for me.

        when i was trying to fix a password for my mobile in security settings i went to a option call pin code which then forwarded to PUK code and i even tried to make that using my own mobile number and later it displayed a message that "sim has bloced". i dont know why? My docomo mobile number is [protected](blocked number). my alternative number is [protected]. please solve my problem immediately, i don't even have a other docomo number to call to the customer care

            I have a photon plus dongle. Just recharged it to 28 days 11 GB plan worth Rs 1205. However, the data rate I am getting is not of Photon Plus, Its of Photon Whiz connection whcih is very low. I tried reconnecting it several times, uninstalled and reinstalled it agin, but facing the same issue. Tried calling on helpline number [protected] but it always says busy.               My number is [protected]. I had done a recharge of 249 for which I was provided 3GB of data for 2 months. Apart from that I had a talktime balance of around Rs 200. Four days later I noticed that the talktime balance had been reduced to zero. Also the data balance was zero. I called the customer care to enquire about the same. I came to know that the 249 plan had been overdone by a Rs 15 recharge I had done using coupons I had received behind cold drinks bottle. I had been given 80 MB of data which had ended & hence the surfing charges of around Rs 200 were deducted from my talktime balance. Ideally the 80 Mb should have been added to the data balance. It is surreal that a 15 Rs recharge overrode the 249 recharge. This is unfair. Tata docomo should provide back the 200 Rs talktime & 3GB data.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that, as per our records the recharge of 2G data pack of Rs. 249/- was active on your number dated 06-May-2014 for which you have been credited with the data benefits of 3GB and the same has been lapsed by the data pack of RC 15 which was activated on dated 07-May-2014 for which you have been credited with 80MB of 2G data. Hence, there is no discrepancy found for your number. Make a note of the same.

[protected] person who called me more than 6 times and used abusing words when i said I don't need post paid connection and any calls for this purpose. The person name was Neha and she challenged me to go and complain anywhere and used abusing words for me. How can I expect such behaviour from a customer care person, they need to apologize

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I bought new DOCOMO SIM by last 2 months before and my details are as follows, Name:V.Jeyabalaji Mobile no:[protected] Dealer: Near Check post, oddanchatram, Dindigul district Offer : Rs 1200/12 months The dealer confirmed with Docomo office (before buying the SIM) that it comes under Rs 1200 offer and Rs 100 will be added every month against Rs. 50 Recharge. So last 3/5/14 I recharged with Rs 50 and Rs 100 is not added and the Dealer replied that the DOCOMO office they are telling that it is coming under different scheme, where I was TOTALLY SHOCKED.                     Tata DoCoMo has deducted rs 50 from my main account balance today at 5:47pm for I player subscription all though I have never got any source to activate the service, when I asked the customer care they said you have activated it through internet while you were surfing, Then I said ohk if I have activated this service and tatadocomo has charged me the please provide me complete information about the service. Then the official said they don't knw anything about the service then I asked him to transfer my call to senior executive he transferred it but the same answer I got from the senior executive.. Now I want my money back not because you have charged me Bt because your company does not deserve my money as u can't provide any information regarding what are the benifits of the service.                       I am facing network issue at my place due to which i had raised a complaint. They called me back regarding the issue and said they would be visiting my place to check the network and resolve it but as they never turned out rather every time they gave a call an extended the resolving time as well as date. I am totally frustrated with the kind of service they are providing to a post-paid customer . Its annoying and its total mental harassment.

                        Dear Sir There was a call from no [protected] stating that the person is calling from Tees Hazari Court Delhi and that a complaint has been filed against me that there is an outstanding of rs 870 on my previously used tata photon no [protected] which has been disconnected long time back...There has been no contact from Tata people regarding this matter...Is this a way developed by Tata Photon people of extortion of money from people who have used their connection...I have another Photon connection which i am using presently and i feel that i shld not use this connection any further

                          Hi. Today at 0049 hrs I recharged my no. [protected] with rs 35 top-up and I got rs 28. I also have rs 69 rate cutter(local/std 1p/2s) activated on my mobile. I talked only 9 mins and in afternoon I saw my balance was 0. I called customer care they told may be we dont have your deduction details call after few hours. I am trying 198 now but unable to call. Its not connecting to customer care after pressing 9. Please help in returning my Rs. 23-24 by tata docomo. I am facing many problem with tata docomo now m recommending people not to purchase tata docomo SIM cards bcoz they are FRAUDS... Thank you.

                            We are disgusted with the services provided from TATA to us. We have purchased a Tata solar water heater from SVMarketing India pvt ltd. Bangalore on 2nd Feb and from last 3 months we are struggling to get it started. The solar was leaking from the first day, which was informed to customer support and the agency. Not once but at least 5 visits was made by TATA and their team and it was informed to us that the solar will be replaced as it is a faulty piece. We have been calling customer care but there has been no response. Due to excessive heat and the solar was not functioning the tubes of the solar are breaking. Now we are informed that we have to pay for the broken tubes. We do not expect such response from a company like TATA.

                              Hi, My credit limit is 800 rs and I got the sms from Tata docomo that the usage of Rs 1426 on your GSM Mobile No [protected] has crossed the credit limit and your outgoing services have been blocked. I have been asked to pay the bill for Rs 1426 Rs. Why should I pay this much bill if my credit limit is just 800 Rs. Why didn't I got any notification when that amount was crossed. I'm really pissed off and even after calling the customer care multiple times and writing them to cearify the issue I have been insisted to pay the bill first. Please help.

                                I was using the 499 Internet plan. By 17 May my data balance went down to 4MB(got to know later). But Still I was browsing the Internet, within few minutes my main balance of Rs.211 got deduced. While I enquired with the customer care, they were saying as I'm consuming huge data, instead of deducting from the data balance they deducted from main balance. They are suppose to inform me as I reached the data balance limit by SMS or at least with the push message. But without any notification and being the data balance is still remaining, how come they can detect from the main balance without my knowledge??? moreover there was no network for the previous day i.e. on 16th may till 17th may morning..after that i again recharged with the the amount of rs 499 and within an hr or two again deducted my data usage of 1 gb when actually i dint used it.stop frauding and return my balance. and kindly dont keep the plans and schemes if you want to recover like this.i want my balance.

                                and when i tried to contact customer care support they start keeping my no. on hold and disconnected the call.i tried with other no. and they did the same.they are not answering the calls.

                                  Hi last month 20th I was recharged my mobile with 499, which gives me 500 rupees talk time and 2gb internet. This pack has a validity of 2 months. So that was shown until today now suddenly it's saying that insuffient balance to connect internet, but I have 1900 mb. This pack need to expire on[protected] not today. This is ridiculous. These network people cheating customers and causing inconvenience. Please sort my problem Prashanth [protected]

                                    This is Rajesh, i have used the tata photon data card no [protected] from 19 June 2013 to 23 April 2014. And i have applied for the cancellation of account on same date 23 April 2014 and paid the full bill with zero due on that date. And i have been told that my request for the cancellation has been forwarded to the concern team with reference number[protected]. and the same mail was shown bellow. but my account was not cancelled yet. And when i call to the customer care they told my request for prepaid is under process. But i have not given any request for prepaid and my only request is cancellation of my account. I request you to see to the problem and help me to cancel my account as on date 23 April 2014. And I am sure that i can’t pay any more extra amount which was claimed by your officials. I have my last bill receipt with zero due as on date of my cancellation request. Please do the best as soon as possible. Awaiting for your cancellation reply.

I get the request from Docomo to migrate from Post Paid to Pre Paid on May 10th, My request number is[protected]. After getting, i submitted all the necessary docoments in Tata Docomo Store - Thoraipakkam. Still there is no migration, if i called customer care, they are again asking me to submit the Documents, we didnt receive any documents from store. But i saw, the documents was moved from the Docomo store to the Office, now they are playing with me. They are not migrating my sim.Pls help me to get migrated from Post Paid. Thanks, Manoj.                                         Even I called to the customer care executive and saying we are stopping this messages but still same, no change
