I would like to inform U that an amount of Rs.75 was deducted from my main balance due to one o[censored]r page redirects of some Moviworld App on 15 of June 2014. I immediately tried to contact your customer service but, did not recieve any response from them and my call went unanswered. Later when I called the next day, i.e 16/06/14 & told my problem, I was assured a refund of the said amount into my account within 24 hrs. But dint received any response.. So Iv Called again on 18/06/14 & was again assured a refund within 24 hrs. Today (24/06/2014) its been almost more than a week & I still havent received my refund.On calling back your customer care, I was connected with one of your Senior Executives, but he too started on the note that I should have informed them within 24 hrs, well, I did try to.. But I[censored]r customer care executives do not respond to our calls then that is an issue U should be solving instead of harassing your loyal customers. This isnt the first time this has happened to me. Last month Rs.50 had been deducted from my balance...on complaining I was refunded Rs.30... & again its happened this month. Kindly look into this matter as it is pure harassment deducting from our main balance without any intimation.

I appreciate your resolving my issue and returning back the amount that had been deducted from my balance. I hope this problem is not repeated in future as it was a very harassing experience for me.

    I have a complaint for unwanted promo before my caller tune. My caller listen some promo before my caller tune on my number [protected] when I complaint on costumer care they say it is the company policy. It is very disturbing as i pay for the service and the company plays its own promotions! hoping your kind concederaion Thank you.

      I was using a tata photon dongle no [protected] since 2 years time.In march'14 i had an outstanding amount of inr 1100. The company threatened through a lawyer from delhi for suit. I immediately paid the money through online sbi. I had told them to disconnect my connection. But since last one month i am running behind them for reinstate my connection from postpaid to prepaid. I had submitted as per the advice of customer service ([protected]) the required documents two times in their brand store in balasore orissa, cinemabazar. After enquiring for the same they are now saying that the conversion is not possible and i have to purchase a new dongle. But my compalin is that they are never saying substaantial ground for non conversion. They humiliated and misled me since last one month. I had called them thousands of time since last one month. Now only they said the connection could not be renewed. Brand store is saying it requires seniors approval. But the customer care persons never allowed me to talk to seniors also.

      Tata Docomo personnel called me only once. They are yet to resolve the issue. I could not understand what is the ground behind the same. I require urgent solution for the problem

      Why Tata Docomo is not letting me know the current status and how I shall get back my connection. Just one phone call after a huge gap and not giving any reply. Why these bogus companies are playing with responsible consumers.

        I have applied for tata docomo wifi connection [protected] (Photon3G+[protected]@750) and got update from tata docomo shop that connection will active with 24 hours, however its not activated in 48 hours.Even after calling help desk, its not activated in 4 days. As i need urgent connection to comple the work and its not activated hence i requested to cancel the connection and took the connection of other vendor. Then confirmed me on call that they will process the request.Latter after one month i got the bill to pay the charge even i have not use the single bit of data.Now they are calling and saying that they will send the legal notice if i have not pay the amount. Need your help to resolve this.

            Docomo has discontinued its services in Bihar. And providing basic network (2g ICR on Aircel or Reliance) only for receiving and making calls. It means you cannot use rate cutters, Internet or any VAS. So its useless in smartphone. Also day by day it getting difficult to get recharges of Tata Docomo from retailers here. Complaining to Tata Docomo since 1 year but they only give fake assurance o[censored]pgrading network. Now its clear that Docomo will die here. So my request from Docomo is to make us fully shift your ICR partner (Aircel or Reliance) with the help of MNP or any other program. I could try MNP myself. But its really hard to get Ported out at right price (19₹).

                I recharged my CDMA Prepaid no. [protected] with Rs.99 in Dehradun to get the benefits laid down in your brouchere i.e., 750 MB data and calls at half rate. instead, i got 250 local mobile minutes for 28 days. it is of no use and i want the offer as per your brouchere.                   Its been several times that wrong bill plan is implemented then I keep writing to listen and then the executive waives off but again in the next bill cycle I am penalised and when they are asked to send confirmatory Email they do not send . It is a big mental harassment quoting my letter "1.I wish to inform that the service of your tata Photon executives is very poor . The phone that flashes on the TATA photon icon is incorrect . 2. Whenever we call we are not able to hear anything when Mr. Nitesh is there at the call centre . When we can hear all the tones clearly but the moment Nitesh starts speaking there is a problem. I think you need to change him since I have a feeling he is deliberately doing it to harass me. The call I made was at 7.40 today morning. 3. I have been regularly harassed by your call centre as far as bill is concerned. I was told that the plan is of capping and would not get bill more than 500 Rs. Yet every time I am getting the bill many times more than that. My account number is :[protected] fro Tata photon 4. Most of the time there is connectivity problem . Kindly the excess charged to me should be refunded . And late fee payment as well since delay in answering was from your side. Another problem is with Cell phone bill : I had topped up for Thailand under your scheme INR 500 Rs. And for 3 seconds call entire 500 was swapped out . My cell number is [protected] If my problem is not sorted out within 15 days this should be taken as notice since I would move to consumer Forum . "

                    I Have received the bill for the month May'14 / June'14 & bill amount is Rs 826..

                    Earlier I have received a mail that say, if we make online payment 250 MB data will be free.

                    Hense, my total extra usage will be 35 MB only.

                    Fyr calculation is as below

                    Tariif: 2GB (2048 MB) FREE @ Rs 450
                    My total usage : 2333 MB
                    Extra FREE (Online recharge) - 250 MB
                    Total Free 2048 MB + 250 MB = 2298 MB
                    EXTRA USAGE : 2333 MB - 2298 MB = 35 MB.

                    Request you pls work the billing structure as per the above calculation and send the bill.
                    I have attached last tile online billing screen shot for the reference.

                      HI, I Have experienced worst servive from the tata docomo photon. i got a call from the TATA DOCOMO telecaller to my vodofone no [protected] regarding TATADOCOMO DATACARD + 3G SPEED DATA PACK OFFER and i asked them to check 3G SERVICE in my place and they said 3G network support is there... then i ordered for the device and when i got the device i checked for the 3G network but there were no 3G network in my place... there after i complained about the same to customer service about some 20 times... i asked them to Lodge my complait as CHEATING AND MISLEADING but they took my complait as only network issue and they never rectified my complaint... they asked only sorry for giving wrong information about the network connectivity and it was CHEATING AND MISLEADING By the TATADOCOMO

                        Dear Sir, My old complaint was not resolved...that complaint details below "(Dear Sir, This is THEIVA RAJ.A. I'm using Tata Docomo pospaid mobile Network. My number is [protected]. i use 2GB Internet pack. i'm getting very low speed Internet connection when i use. Initially they assured me Internet speed of 30 t0 40 kbps for this pack. but after using this pack i get only 5 to 8 kbps. Even i can't open home page. In last month After this issue i complaint to the TATA DOCOMO customer care and tata docomo.listen.com. There is no proper response.After that again i have complaint for this issue on 15'th June. That time one floor supervisor attend my complaint. But she scold me bad words. Still now i did n't get any solution for this issue.)"... Still now my complaint is not resolved...

                          Respected sir i have seen tata docomo have wrong policy for internet i have recharged my no. [protected] by 250 rs and get 175 rs talk time plus 1gb 3G internet. i have left 42mb internet balance and was downloading 21 mb video they people deducted all my 97rs. from my main balance on 29.06.2014 when i called the 198 they said your net balance was 2mb so i told them before deducte my balance you must confirm even i have 2mb left and they deducted my 97rs for browsing charges 10kb 10ps sir there is bunch of customers who had same deduction please sir make some rules for or limits for 10kb 10ps its very worst and company like tata docomo they didnot inform me even you have 2mb left they start deducting balance

                            After introducing Photon Max WiFi, Tata DOCOMO service turned out to be too frustrating - Poor Signal Strength (less than 20%) - In Bangalore also, we are getting Photon Wiz ONLY, even though the service is of "Max WiFi" - Lots of disconnections - Wrong Internet Usage Details in "My Account" page When we raise a complaint, they take at least two days, even though they say that "We'll call you back within 4 Hrs" My Account details: Name: Pundaleek Photon No: [protected] Location: Bellandur (560103), Bangalore, Karnataka Complaints:[protected],[protected]in last 3 days) Thanks, Pundaleek

[protected] (airtel user) at 12.52pm after telling i am calling from here ...slowly he said "I Love u" and disconnected call. Its really shocking that unwantedly call comes and your caller uses unwanted terms which has no sense. Its very shameful that your employees are this much illiterate or no manner what to speak n what to say.                                 I subscribed the post paid type Tata Docomo dongle based Internet on 14, Dec 2013, initially I paid 4999 for three months. My account no. is [protected]. After starting using it, within two days I felt the Internet speed is not up to the level, when I am buying it, they promised that I will get at least 50% of max speed, but most of the time I will not even get 20%. Also the net will get disconnected often by itself.

                                Seeing this I visited the center where I bought the dongle, they were helpless and they acted very unprofessional manner. Then I filed a complaint to the customer care over the phone and I sent several mails to them. Whenever I file the complaint they will make a call and say that the speed what I'm getting is above the minimum speed and they can't do anything. And they will close my complaint without solving the troubles and sent a mail saying their officer visited my home and resolved the issues. But that is not true, these things have piled up and created so many frustrations.

                                At one point I decided to close the account and requested for refund. They said I should use their service for minimum 6 months. As I'm already frustrated with their service I don't want to use it further, hence at the end of third month subscription I requested to change my plan to prepaid so that I can use whenever I have a need of it.

                                I visited their centre to change to prepaid plan. If they had an option to raise this request via mail then my problem would have ended. I visited them for almost daily to get the physical form but always it was out of stock. So I had sent a mail to them to either cancel my account or change to prepaid as I am not interested with their service and I won’t be responsible for any further bill generation.

                                1. They gave a false promise about the Internet speed.
                                2. They didn't rectify my speed problems.
                                3. They don't have policy to cancel and refund my amount.
                                4. At least they should cancel after three month subscription, but they didn't consider my mail.
                                5. They denied my mail to change my plan into prepaid and the physical form is always out of stock.
                                6. They didn't cancel my account and generated the bill for 0% usage.

                                Now, they have sent a demand notice to pay additional Rs.3947. Paying the bill for 0% usage is not fair. Already I had paid 4999 rupees and I didn't get the best service for it. Tata Docomo should take responsible for creating so many problems and poor services, and also they should refund my 4999 rupees.

                                  I have been using TATA Docomo from 2011. I have upgraded to a 3G mobile in 2012 and have been regularly using their 2G and 3G services. There were no issues initially. However, recently, an amount of more than Rs.200/- was deducted from my phone in a period of 2 days. I have called up the customer care (CC) to find out the details of deductions and was informed that it was for my internet usage. I have a special 3G recharge pack (Rs. 251/253) and have been on the same pack for the last year. This pack gives 1GB 3G data and 200 talktime. When I informed the CC exec that this was the case, he has replied that i have used chargeable websites. I do not believe that for a second. The only websites i use were fanfiction.net, google. irctc, etc. So I asked him to give me the details of the websites. He has mentioned that he could not see the websites but can tell that they are chargeable. I have explained that I still had free data left. Then he says that since I was using multiple applications that use internet, the balance is deducted from the main account balance. This was never the case. After much argument, my call was transferred to another dept. where i got the same response (even more rudely). This guy says that the cause for this was because I have used multiple applications that use internet. This was never mentioned in the Pack. I have got a confirmation from the same. I have told him that this is unfair and that I will go to the consumer forum. He asked me to do what I want. I humbly request justice. My Phone number - [protected]

                                    engineers didn't attend my complaint so once again i went for service at vst motors service station which is on
                                    29-JUN-2014 (Job complaint sheet sl.no -210) and my truck deliverd on 01-july-2014 but my problem din get solved, iam not getting proper service one
                                    of the main problem in truck is rear wheels getting jamed because of
                                    this iam facing problems like accident, milage decreasing, iam loosing

                                      We had Opted for a tata docomo Broadband connection on 24th june 2014 by filling forms after which the person representing TATA committed that the connection will be installed by next day i.e 25th June 2014 but it is still not installed .The sales executive (Mr.Raj ) was not recieving calls and when he recieved he said the internet connection is not feasible in my area and will return my money by 6th July. This is complete nonsense. I want them to install the connection within 2 days or give me the refund with compensation because of the inconvenience caused and wasting my precious time.

                                        Sir/Ma'am I'm Navneet Chauhan of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.My current Mobile number is registered with TATA DOCOMO, because of their poor facilities I decided to Port my Current Cell no. to VODAFONE.. For the same I approached my nearby VODAFONE Mini Store for mobile number portability On 19 JUNE, 2014. It was promised that my number will be Ported to VODAFONE in 7 working days.But, since then It has been 12 days(including 2 Sundays). I received a Call from TATA DOCOMO for not porting my number to VODAFONE.I asked the representative to Kindly process my Portability request further.Yesterday after 12 days I approached the nearby VODAFONE MINI STORE but they had no processed request for my Mobile Number. From their I came to know that TATA DOCOMO's representative Cancelled my portability request without my permission and now when I'm calling them they're not telling me about my request.
