I bought a lumia phone which has an offer of 3gb 3g data for 3 months. This data offer is valid till 30.06.2014. So, I bought a new docomo connection hoping that I will get my data offer on my account. I bought the phone & inserted my docomo sim in that phone. I waited for 3 days that this plan would be activated automatically but even after 3 days nothing happened, I requested the company to give me my data offer . At first they said that we need your Imei number etc so I gave them all the requisite things they asked. But then they became so reluctant they don't even listen to me & used to give abrupt replies to my e-mails. I send them 9-10 emails but they just told me that "we are working at your concern. Kindly co-operate with us" but nothing happened & the worst part happened when they told me that "this pack has already been activated on your account at 05.07.2013. I mean it's rubbish. How can this be possible when this offer came into existence on October so how could this be already be activated on my account at July. Even I bought the sim 10 days ago so it is not possible that this can be activated on my account at 05.07.2013. Moreover, this data offer is only for lumia 625 which came to India on the month of February so how could this be already activated on my account. It's unfair & just a way to make innocent people fool.

    I have had a Tata Docomo Broadband connection (Account no.[protected] for the past one year. I had raised a complaint on 18th March that my connection was dead and there was no response from your side. The repairs did not happen even until 29th March, so i disconnected it on the same day. My billing cycle is on 17 of every month, so practically i did not use a single kb of data in the last cycle due to the connection being down. Yet your billing team is charging be ~Rs.500 for last month usage! This is absurd and i do not intend to pay for a dead connection. Please look into the issue and cancel any outstanding amount in my account. I have already paid all arrears until 17th March. Just for your information, my experience with this relationship has been pathetic, but it wasn't due to Tata's fault. Connections in my area are through a local firm called milestone communications, which has a monopoly in the area and provide horrible service while also charging a much higher installation cost! (Rs. 2700!). My connection was very badly wired and installed due to which my line was down every week or two. In the end, my connection was down for weeks together at a time! Now after such a bad experience, you end up harrasing me even after disconnecting the connection!

    Now the customer care repeatedly sends mails threatening to involve dispute settlement although they have not responded to any of my complaints and provided no satisfactory resolution. Read one of the complaint mails below.

    I have already raised a complaint with the Appellate officer as well as your CEO grievance redressal service. Request you to check these details and get a complete understanding before sending out such mails.

    That waiver is only partial. It is only from the date of complaint, 18th March to the date i asked for a disconnection, ie. 29th March. The connection was disconnected 7 days later and i have been charged Rs. 581 for the same.

    Now you tell me, the complaint i gave on 18th March was never resolved at all.
    You wrongly marked my complaint as resolved when i gave my disconnection request on 29th. It was never resolved and no engineer even bothered to come to my house..
    Then why am i charged for usage after 29th March when my connection was not working and i have already given a disconnection request?

    My billing cycle is on 17th of every month. So technically the only day internet was working was on 17th. Not a single day after that.

    I cannot get any clearer than this. Look into the issue in depth and try to understand the problem here.

    I just received an email from you that legal proceedings will be initiated against me!
    This is extremely poor customer service.
    I received a call from Irfan in the first week of June saying that the outstanding amount would be waived off in the following billing cycle on 18th of June. He said he is sending a detailed email with the confirmation of the waiver.
    Now I am being harassed by your collections office with no proof to show regarding this call.
    If things don't work out, i intend to file a case against Irfan and the parent company!

        subseqtenuent t this i had contacte service center so many times and every time get a stero typed reply that his is not refleted in their account. this is not my issue, am telling that it has been debited to my bank account, why you cannot reconcile with banker, one ms subbulakshmi form call center giving idiotic and stupid answers, am suffering evn now with a low balamce, , am complaining to trai and the ombudsman, have made on line recharge for rs 150 about 7 days back, but till date even though account is debited the company is not adding the amount in the balance, a cheating company, always this happens, no service from such a brand tata, trai should look into this

          I had Rs.93 balance in my docomo sim. After sometime my balance reduced to Rs.87. When i called customer care executive they are saying that money is credited by mistake. He disconnected my call without my knowledge. The same kind of incident happened before where my balance is reduced by Rs.15. Worst response from customer care executives.

            Regarding My docomo gsm number [protected] Yesterday I have done Rs.299 recharge on my number and i got 200 Rs talktime and 1.5gb internet. I then called 121 and asked them about the 30 minutes 3g pack and the customer care executive told me that i can do the 30 minutes pack and it wont affect the previous data balance. I asked her to confirm again so that i wont lose my 1.5 gb balance and she told it will be carry forward. By believing that today i done that 30 minutes pack and that 1.5gb is gone now. So i called 198 and they told me that i will lose the previous data balance if i do any data packs. They told they cant do anything and all i can do is sent a mail to them... This is 100% fraud from docomo as i confirmed it with their executives before doing the pack and its their mistake. As all the calls are recorded you can check the call I done to 121 yesterday and verify it. I have a screenshot of the previous data balance before activating the 11 minutes pack. I am going to log a complaint on consumer court for the same .

[protected] is not been disconnected even after multiple cancellation request.I got a message stating the cancellation request has been resolved.But I am still getting monthly bills.                   I have a tata docomo connection in Karnataka with number [protected]. I had recharged with Rs.28 roaming pack which would provide me with 7 days validity for free incoming. The plan has been discontinued by Tata Docomo unilaterally without giving any reason within 3 days. The customer care is not even able to justify the sudden discontinuation and have gone to the extent saying 3 days=7 days of validity. The complain now registered would take 4 more days to resolve which has not yet been done. I loose my money, my savings on roaming and lots of time talking to brainless customer care executives. Whats the use o[censored]sing docomo if they can provide proper service?

                  With reference to my above complaint, Tata docomo was very prompt in responding with a possible solution within 24hrs. The situation post to the call was the worst ever customer experience you will come across. My service was deactivated without any notice or reason. The customer care is unaware about the reason for deactivation. The status on the solution proposed for reactivating is not known, when contacted customer care including the higher ups have no idea when it will be done. Every call/online chat ends up with next 48hrs or EOD time extension for resolving the issue. Its 10 days since my complaint and im back to my home circle with no requirement of the roaming plan, no answer to my problems, deactivated number and lots of money lost in incoming while on roaming.
                  I've always had high regards towards Tata companies which has taken a major dent now. I would request Tata Sons to sell off this entity at the earliest so that more people like me don't associate Tata brand to be of such low level of customer service. A big DOWN-DOWN for Tata docomo. Im already exploring for my new connection as I'm no more not interested to associate with an highly unreliable mobile service provider not concerned about their customers.
                  I'm eager to know what tatadocomo has to answer for this fiasco.

                    To whom so ever it may concern.
                    I applied for a COG connection with Tata Docomo in the month of April through a representative of TATA Docomo. After the formalities and lot of struggle only two of my numbers were activated out of four. After long hours of call and arguments for days my other two got activated.I actually had to fight and visit the local office for activation and argue as if I was fighting for independeance.The sales guy always had reasons for the faults.After the first billing cycle I got all my bills in which a new problem was observed. Firstly the numbers was not under COG connection due to which we were getting charged for calling between our numbers. Secondly for only one number I opted for unlimited plan, rental- Rs.899 but two of numbers had the same plan.When this problem was brought to the notice of TATA Docomo they advised me not to the bill as they will try to resolve the problem. As per the suggestion of TATA staff I didnot pay the bill because of which the services were bared. Again I had to give them requesting calls to activate the services. This drama happened for at least 2-3 days and finaly my services we activated. Till date my problem has not been resolved. My bill is outstanding.

                    After all this trouble the tension was not over on the 28/May/14 one of my no. was deactivated as I missed out on the bill amount of Rs.35 with my old service provider. I immediately paid my bill and visited the local Tata Docomo center in Bhopal for activation of my services. Since then its been four days and my number is still on hold. I registered my request on the call center but they had a simple answer -"sorry we cannot do anything from our end its the the local center which can help you". I have made 18 calls in a day to the representative of TATA but still my problem has not been resolved. I have been jugling between the office and the call center but no solution. To summaries I have really gone through tensions and embarrassment through this complete process. I have been ignoring my priorities at my work place as I have been wasting my time sitting at the TATA Docomo office in Bhopal. They never had any solutions. The sales managers keeps on blaming the superiors and the superiors have always been giving false excuses of the mails they are exchanging with HO.

                    So its my sincere advise to everybody please never take the service if TATA Docomo. They have the worst customer service any company can have. I am just waiting for three months to complete so that I can port to a better service provider.

                        Sir, I'm ABHISHEK M.B My docomo no is [protected] Sir actually I was using data pack, and today mid night it was closed.. I forgot that and today morning around 9am I turned on my data pack.. And suddenly I rememberd that my data pack was expired today mrng.. so suddenly, within a fraction of seconds I turned off the data pack.. it might be consumed less than 60-80kb.. but they had deducted 100/- I was shoched.. and I called to customer care.. bt they are telling ir-relevent answers.. sir please help me to get back my money.. that is really big amount for me.. I hope you will resolve my problem as soon as poosible... Thanking you sir,

                        my problem was resolved.. :) :) :) i'm very thankful to consumer forum... thanks a lot sir... without this forum.. it was highly impossible to get back my money... Great done sir.. thanks a lot.. i got call from 4066570560 this no. they refuse to refund the money once again.. but after some more arguments they transferred the 85/- rupees to my account.. Once again thanku sir.. :)

                        Once again today morning i called to docomo customer care at 11.40am regarding this complaint..
                        today one customer care executive lady telling that we didn't deducted any money at all.. after some arguments she trasfferred the call to Superviser Vinod.. first off al he don't know how to behave with customers.. he don't know how to respond.. within a 15-20 seconds it's highly impossible to consume 10MB of data.. because they are not providing 1Mb or more than a MB.. they are providing in kb/sec..
                        it may mayn't be a consumed more than a MB of data... huff.. i fed off with this network.. so am planning to PORT my no. to Airtel or Vodafone..
                        but before that i want my valuable money back.. it is not possible to ignore the deducted amount bcoz its not a black money.. its my hardworks money.. so i want my money back that's it..
                        Sir please help in this regard.. i am requesting u sir pls..

                          I have tata docomo 3g stick and I am using since last one year. I am not satisfied with the speed that they provided for browsing. I have also raised so many complaints about the speed issue to them and everytime their customer care center was registering the complaints. However, after few days complaints gets closed by their team member without resolving the problem and without confirming with customer. This is very poor customer support service provided by them. If anyone is buying 3g service then don't go with Tata Docomo 3g service as they provide very poor wireless broadband 3g service. I hope that they will improve their attitude towards customer as well. I am one of the unfortunate customer of TATA Docomo 3G data card service.

                            I use tatadocomo prepaid connection ([protected]).. I was debited Rs.67 for data charges while i had enough data balance in my data pack.. the customercare guy says its due to multisite accessing.. what the .. if i have data how can a company charge for the same.

[protected], I am now Docomo service, I have recharge 35 from your Docomo outlet at Bijoygarh Kolkata. for full talk time, Before recharging he checked on his mobile by my no. there it is showing RC 35 Full talk time and I have received massage, But after recharging 35 it is changed it become STV recharged successfully 35 validity for 30 days @1.2p/2 sec, my previous power has been changed. How it changed? Why it is changed? Give the details of it... It will be helpful for me if you give the details for continue the docomo service... Thanks Sanjay Paul

                                Complaint against Tata docomo The funny company - Tata docomo Actually these company should not give any adds caus they dont have brains to do business, for past few days i am trying my no to port in to tata docomo, but all the outlets in mumbai dont have facility to issue prepaid card for port in, they said only post paid card will be given . What a loser company

                                  Dear Sir/Madam I am user of your DoCoMo number [protected] there is issue in my bill and bill plan which is not acceptable to me, as per plan in a month 200 sms and 200 mins free in a month for Rs-150 plan. As discussed with your customer executive he said this plan we are not providing this facility .this card used by me for last eight month on postpaid plan. As per my knowledge I didn’t used this much which you are sending bill of Rs-720 so I am requesting you please re-consider my bill and send me new bill and I expect minimum bill from your end.

                                      Hello, My name is Paras Mehta.I am using TATA DOCOMO 3 G DONGAL.my tata docomo no is.[protected]. I regularly pay bill by cheque.but from costumer care service therating and pressing me to pay my docomo bill.In my account department they gave all information for cheque. but they continuously call on mobile and land line no regarding the payment of bill.this is daily happen 8 or 10 times in a day.once i change the registered no but they call regularly on my mobile. Kindly help this unnessary call on my mobile
