Reduction in balance

I had Rs.93 balance in my docomo sim. After sometime my balance reduced to Rs.87. When i called customer care executive they are saying that money is credited by mistake. He disconnected my call without my knowledge. The same kind of incident happened before where my balance is reduced by Rs.15. Worst response from customer care executives....

Misinformation and data balance loss

Regarding My docomo gsm number [protected] Yesterday I have done Rs.299 recharge on my number and i got 200 Rs talktime and 1.5gb internet. I then called 121 and asked them about the 30 minutes 3g pack and the customer care executive told me that i can do the 30 minutes pack and it wont affect the previous data balance. 3G Stick Service

I have also raised so many complaints about the speed issue to them and everytime their customer care center was registering the complaints. Tata photon max wifi
