Sir i have purchased a car on 5th jun 2017 it's very poor quality of the car
Compliant of my car i have faced in this 5 days
1) door are having very sounds
2) horn compliant
3) while i am switching off my engine lights are not switching off even i offed my light's switch
4) signals are not working in some cases
5) while i have been driving in second gear the vehicle is vibrating a lot

    I gave my car for servicing in kraft service, near sujata chowk, ranchi. They return me dirty car without doing
    A anything, then i complained about it, after that they took it and return me after washing it, but this time they destroyed​ my music system. It was running well before handing over, but afterwards it stopped working. Do something in this regard.

      Complaint against tata service - prerana motors bangalore

      I have tata zest car with reg no. Ka 01 mm 1910. I have booked it for pick up on 9th may 2017 for the 2nd free service. I was informed that on 27th may the car will be picked up from my address. I have also shared alternate contact number with tata motors customer support as i am not in country.

      On 27th may, tata motor person calls and informs that they will pick car in a week as they have some work going on in service centre....

      Hi,
      I have recently given my Tata Safari VXi 2010 model car in Thrissur Hyson for multiple repairs. I knew one of my window glass was not working properly and came to know from the service centre that the issue is with the motor. But they insisted to replace the entire motor-binder-glass assembly for Rs 6500 as they dont have a window glass motor alone for replacement as it is coming from Tata in such a way.
      Why it is so. Why cant TATA deliver individual parts to its service dealers. Why i have to pay extra money for all ghe things which are working in good condition still!?
      A motor maybe costing near to 1500 is enough, but why i want to change the binder assembly and the entire glass too.. !?Is this all for business development?
      I myself being an automobile engineer passed out from a premier Kerala Institution had told him not to do anything with the window glass issue and will try to sort it out myself as i knew the issue is with the motor and nothing to do with binder and glass.
      I am so dissapointed by the way Hyson motors ability to repair this type of car not only by Thrissur dealer bit also by Chalakudy dealer too.
      Chalakudy Hyson had adviced me too replace my starter motor for 13000 Rs, 2 months before when my ignition was slow. I replied no and got it replaced with a new brush and solved the issue for Rs 1200 instead of 13000..
      This is the way business done by Tata dealers in Kerala.I almost lost faith on the quality of works rendered.Replacing, replacing.. And replacing a bunch of things for a single thing.I disagree with that.
      And for the reverse camers non functioning issue for the last 14 days they are waiting for another safari to identify which part has gone wrong, whether the camera or the display.They dont have a spare kit or parts to check that.I have to wait till another same model Safari reach the dealer for service.

      I have bought tata tiago petrol version after 1st service it should give the mileage of 18kmpl
      But only gives 15kmpl
      Till now 12600 kms i have driven still the mileage is same 15kmpl and 1st service has completed at 5000kms
      Rest every thing is superb

        Denis Gonsalves owner of Vijay Autoworks Vasai refuses to refund our down payment of 5 lacs. Repeatedly made false commitments and till date haven't refunded our money. He is extremely rude and adamant and doesn't care about customers at all. Every time he asked for a new date to refund money and when we use to call or visit the dealer, he use to change the date. Such dealers are spoiling name of tata brand and should be terminated

          Hi,

          My name is raj mohan, and ive bought tata tiago xt diesel from concorde motors, guindy on sep, 2016.
          Everything is fine as expected with the car, except mileage. The initial first month when i used the car, i used to get 25-27 kmpl mileage, as my driving style is very professional, and i have learnt tips n tricks to get the best mileage from the car, as per the companys user manuals and suggestions from tata service guys.

          However, after 2-3 months, mileage started to deteriorate very badly, and also i felt there is something wrong with the engine, or fuel transmission, and despite many attempts, i was not getting mileage more than 15-16, that too in highway conditions.

          When i complained to service guys, they said this will get fixed after third service, so i waited for many months, after 2nd and 3rd service, and finally the day arrived, when i got my car after 3rd service, performance and everything was gr8, then finally time came to test the mileage, i drove from hyd to chennai, keeping tank full, and didn cross speed above 110 and always mainted 5th gear, but i still got 16 kmpl mileage, this is way too bad and terrible, considering this is a diesel car, petrol car will actually give that figures.

          Again i had another long trip, and still i got the same figures, im getting exact 16 kmpl, not less or more.
          Please treat this as a complaint with high priority, there are also other major issues with the car, which i would like to get fixed, but i will tell those in detail, when the servicing is actually happening.

          To whomsoever concerned, i feel this issue can be fixed from your end, but the service guys whom im giving to fix the issue, either do not understand me or are not technically incapable i feel, so please look into this at any cost.

              I have been trying to book a test drive of tata tiago for the past one week but i am not able to get any response from the dealer. I have tried calling them a number of times but no one picks up the calls or talks properly. I am interested in buying the car. Very poor customer service. The manager had asked me to tell him when can i take the test drive but when i tried informing him he had switched off his phone. The person picking up the landline is always speaking in tamil and not giving the phone to someone​who knows english

                I had a booked a tata tiago dz with tata motors dealer cama motors (Khanpur, ahmedabad). They have taken the full amount 10 days back and now they say that there is a problem with the rto's temporary registration so can vehicle without registration. If we want the registration then we have to wait.
                1. While taking the money cheques on may 23, 2017, nothing of this was mentioned
                2. I have to call everytime to know of the status. They never call on the day they say the issue will be resolved. They have credited the entire amount to their account within 2 days and earning interest on our money. Today is june 5 and no news from them!
                My Tata zest petrol car does not get eject for open after the engine is put off and the key is removed and only can be opened manually. There is no fault in remote key as the remote key works well for opening the car.and neither the cae does not close remotely. Suggest solution

                  Tata has sold us a vehicle which had lots of manufacturing defects and after mentioning them repeatedly on all our servicings still they never ever resolved our problems. I wonder why? Why they never listened? Why their mansgement is so bad, why their cars have so many defects it id because they only sell car after that they dont give a damn to anything at all. This is the reason indian car company can never rise. Because they are too lazy or they dont have suficient knowledge or workskill. Zero customer satisfaction and tottally fraud case in my situation. Selling a defected car and moreover never listened. Anywaz karma will speak they have took our hard work money and so one day tata motors will see bad day in coming future. Never go for tata motora. Better to go for tata salt.

                    Hiii guys please don't trust any messages that u receive from tata motors informing you that ua got selected for some o other reason like, u have updated ua resume in nairobi, monster, indeed o any other site.. Then ull get a mail n please do check that mail is correct o not thn proceed max ull get. Fake i got one no [protected].. And they ask u to deposit so amount as security and if i case ua not selected they promise u that they will return it bt as soon they get money they will no response with them.. So please ma brothers and sisters don't get looted.. If more i have proofs call me [protected], [protected]..

                      I was purchase tata manza second hand car in chennai jee jay car dealer june 2016. Now i am facing some time engine off problem. But i can start immediately. sill i was spend around 7500 TATA concorde motors, Pokma automobiles both are tata motors authorized service center only, still my problem not solved, so I can't run the vehicle in city. Please take any solution and action immediately.

                      My indigo manza some time engine off running or idle. Still I am checking concorde motors, pokma. They can't find out . One person told injector problem. one person told fuel pump problem. Still I was spend the money around 8500. But problem not solve. Only km running 62000

                        Sir, i purchase tata tiago from jabalpur motors indore 5th of may 2017. After one month my first vehicle servicing experience on jabalpur motors is terrible. It is just like nightmare. When i meet service adviser i told him 4 problems in my car. When i received my car back. I was shocked. There was not a single problem solved. When we complaint service adviser he told me come tomorrow. I request him that i have to go to pune tomorrow but they did not respond. He and other staff not interested to listen my problem. I had left the car for 6 hours but still did not do anything in the car. My pen drive has also missed. There is terrible experience. Few days ago. I ask registration department to organize my vehicle registration no. Because i had to go to mumbai one day later. But the concern staff not entertain my problem. They did not answer when i repeatedly requested. I had to go to mumbai without the registration number where i had to face problem several times.

                          I bought this car from vijay auto (Vasai) dated 25/10/16 and since then have visited the service center concorde motor service center (Worli) 4 times regarding the bad performance of my car and still the issue continues, wherein your representatives amol and dinesh have no answers to it.
                          My car was in the same service center for a week almost and still the problem is not solved, being high time now... This is not expected form tata customer services.
                          Kindly look in to the matter asap

                              Dear all,

                              Tata motors is hiring employee on contract basis.
                              If an employee has covered total service period 5.5 years with different vendor but under same management.
                              Then it is liable for Tata motors that he takes initiate and give him all compensation by deducting the amount from Vendors for unfair Labour practices.
                              But Now Tata motors telling that the Employee is not liable for any compensation..
                              Please share this as much as possible so that no one in near future should not join or alert before joining..
                              I have heard about that Tata Group is HR policy is the best policy, But The manager level people is playing with newcomer' s life..
                              I think all manager level people has already fix with the vendor for unfair practices..

                                Since more than one month i have not received bill, service book, and rto papers of my commercial vehicle tata megha
                                Reg no rj27gc4247. Which i have purchased from ck motors near railway station udaipur rajasthan. I have visited many times to showroom but not satisfied with the employee every time they were not coperating me as they were saying that the bill was submitted to rto office and we are trying to get it and we will call you as earlier as the paper come to us. After a long time when no call was come to me i was very disappointed and decided to complain.

                                  Dear team, i have purchase a new vechicle tata indico mh49 f 1663 for tours and travells perpose and attached with uber.in only 12000km my vechicle cant start by self so i call to more person they puch my new vechile and than i have submit my vechicle at tata authorised service station on dt 25/05/17 at night.in 26/05/17 the service team checked and said that problem in altinator and still dt 29/5/17, my vechicle at in safeway motors in breakdown condition…i was complaint for my breakdown, the team says me it was resolved in 48 hours but they can not resolve. My complaint no 1-[protected]. Again they request me that this part will be available in 4 to 5 working days. My question is only for who will be paid to me per day whatever time if you needed. I want rebate for my new vechicle was in breakdown because unavailability of spare and my vechicle it is in warranty period.
                                  TATA Safari Dicor of 2010 Model while running at speed of 140 km/h, suddenly the service indicator light glows and the speed of the vehicle decreases to 20 to 40 km/h.

                                    This january i am buy tata tiago xt (Petrol) model from saniya motors aurangabad.
                                    My tiago number is mh 20 ee 2696,
                                    First 3 month vehicle is working good, we goes to trip, and so many places,
                                    But last 15 days i have an issued in my tiago,
                                    First is we are paked in parking after a week car battery is automatically discharged, we call to serivice centar, they we come after 3 hour, then vehicle is charged,, after that my vehicle is not giving me pickup,, i am drives on 1 gear vehicle not moving,, then i am tried second gear, then vehicle is moved,, after that i used 3rd & 4th gear vehicle goes on 20-30 kmphr speed on 4th gaer,
                                    We are shift from city mode to eco mode, but stiil the same issued occured,
                                    After that we are called log to service canter, dhule (Maharashtra), they gives us and stupid excuse,, we are waiting for one day the next day we going to dhule and show them the car they checked the prob but still some issed occuerd,
                                    Like gear leavar noise, dash bord noise, wheel noise, after dhuliya cervice centar my vehicle pickup prob is not solved but some more prob creat, like right side back door is not open from in side, vehicle not taking any pickup,,
                                    Please look in to matter,
                                    Coz of this issued, me and my family spend one night on highway on dhuliya coz of vehicle is not moving,,

                                      We are royal customer of Tata from last 11 years. This is our second Tata car first we had Tata sumo and now we have Tata Indigo ecs. We always give our car in Tata authorised service center. But this time we had very bad experience with Rihcard Garage Andheri Mumbai. We had a engine over heat issue so we taken the car to garage on 12th May 17 and we received the car from garage on 15th May 17 after 4 days charging me Rs. 4699/- Bill amount. I dont know why it took 4 days I am not sure if they used my car for their personal use. But After receiving car within one our we reported that our issue is not resolved still leakage is there so their mechnics came to check as the garagae is at distancve of 5 minutes and they said its a ac water draining even when we insisted its a collant and vehicle was driven for 5 minutes and it was draining water for one hour after it was parked I was not sure but they insisted. but when I checked the coolant level after 12 days again the coolant box was leaked and my ac which was working from last 5 years and only 32000km which is the distance my car is driven in 5 years but it also stopeed working I dont know what they repaired and why I was charge Rs.4699/- But my issue is not resolved and Now they are saying after we took the within one hour and travelling 5 min distance again it started leakage its not their fault now I have to pay them again to get issue fixed.

I only got pathetic sticker of this Richard garage on my car which they applied without my consent which I will through in garbage . Rally did not expect this from brand like Tata. Will never go for Tata again.
