It is really unfortunate for tata motors to have shakthi motors as a dealer in madurai dist, tamil nadu.

There is no fair dealing, tiago was booked on 29.06.17 and yet not been delivered. While booking, it was promised for a maximum of 3 days for delivery.

Pds card was held at the office for more than a month, the team was unaware of neft failure (Part payment), customer when updated the bank passbook, re-initiated the neft.

There was no status update to the customer and not informed about registration, inspite it was asked for.

I have bought tata tiago from R f motors alleppey after one week my front tyre got puncture ..Tyre is of from good year..Puncture is a minute one and in a side so it's surely a manufacturing complaint ..I don't know why his happens with in a short period
Parbhat motors is charging 5to 6 %more than MRP against MRP of 1035 he is demanding 1090 for thermostat, he is demanding 5 to 6%extra over MRP in the name of GST pl check and refund my money.or I'll take this matter to court.

    I have purchased tata tigor on monday[protected]
    From concorde motors malad, colour berry red
    Diesel xt version. Very poor workmanship and service from tata. On date[protected] engine broke down with odometer at 550 km total running from manufacturing, called 24 x 7 cus care and towed the car to vijay motors vasai, they told team from pune will come for inspection, after inspection they decided to change the engine,
    I have also asked for an alternate car still no reply received from tata service and asking more than one week for replacement of engine.
    Haven't expected this from tata cars,

      Dear sir/madam

      I am complaining about booked commercial car. I have applied for commercial vehicle in june 2015 through gatidhara scheme in west bengal and that time i have paid 12000/-. As per showroom tata motors situated in salab santragachi informed us that your request has been cancelled.

      As i did wait for 1 year i am looking for compensation for 5000/- during this period i have been harassed very badly by your showroom within 1 year.

      If i will not get compensation i will go to the court.

      I asked him to refund money asap after following up 1 month they have returned me 8000/- still i have not received 4000/-.

      I am tired now doing followup hence request you to take necessary action.

      I had worst experience with tata motors.
      I bought new Tiago xz : color- Brown at 8 April 2017, but in 2 months, car paint get out automatically (please check image).

      I visit Tata showroom for Tata bolt petrol with abs and ebd they give the bolt xm petrol and assured me that it has equipped with abs and ebd but when I went for regular check up then I came to know that that car is not equipped with abs and ebd i. What should I do now

        Dear AlI

        I'm totally disappointed with service provided to me from Tata Motors that's why i'm sending this mail to raise an Complaint.

        My vehicle no : TN 22 DB 5672
        Owner name : R Akila
        Battery serial no : [protected]

        Continuously i'm facing issue with my battery. And during Nov'17, had issue and was not able to start my car. And at that time as per my Battery warranty card was having 2 more month's warranty hence didn't approach for replacement. Wherein on Sunday (11th Jun) it was totally dead and i tried to call all the services of Tata but unable to get any support. At last on Monday went to Guru dev motor service arumbakkam and explained them the issue and they confirmed it may be due to Battery.

        And after my personal request they raised an Job card and when i approached Tata Green along with Job card they checked my battery and confirmed that issue is with Battery but my battery won't get covered under Warranty. At that time only i noticed that in my Battery warranty card Date of sale is "29/12/2015" and as per that my warranty of 18 month is valid till Jun'17end. But Tata Green was validating the date of Invoice which was updated in my Job card as "28/11/2015" and according to that my warranty was expired last month itself, hence refused to replace my battery.

        There is an difference of 1 year and 1 month.

        I have two query:-

        1) My Invoice date has to be the date on which i took my Car delivery. According to that it has to be 2015 December end.
        2) Battery warranty card is the actual one which need to be followed. But why Invoice date is been followed (or) my delivery date and Invoice date has to be same.

        I spend my whole day (12th Jun) at Tata Green but unable get any response.

        Then on 13th called my sales person and Tafe showroom manager and explained everything. Again i approached them on 14th in person to Tafe Reach with my concern and explain things with Mr. Senthil and after long time we went to Deliver section where we meet Ms. Yamini and we explained things to her and she was convinced with our point and she had confirmed to get it replaced and after spending my half day i returned back expecting for solution. Wherein next day after continuous call at evening i got confirmation from Yamini as the request was got rejected and they will follow Invoice date only.

        Response was not satisfactory hence again went to Tafe on 15th Jun around 4pm and nobody was their to attain us. And after request we met one of the manager who's approach was totally ridiculous he told us that Battery warrant is only for 1 year and if we want we can go and take required legal action. He doesn't even knows how to approach an customer and what is the actual issue and what is the warranty period of an battery.

        Then we meet Mr. Ajai the sales guy who sole the car to us. And he told me will help me in getting this issue resolved. And requested us to wait till 16th Jun. But till now i have not received any update from anyone.

        After continuous chasing and request on 21st Jun 17, Tafe gave me another invoice where it was dated as 29/12/2015. And when I approached back to Tata Green again for Battery replacement on 22nd Jun 17 and they simply told me that Mfg. date of battery was expired as on date. i.e. Battery Mfg date was 16 Sep 15. I Told tata green that when I came to them with complain at that time Warranty was valid under Mfg date and Sale date. But due to Invoice issue it was not covered.

        After this much of struggle I didn't got my battery warranty covered.

        I'm not clear as an customer where i'm wrong,

        Have attached my battery warranty card copy and Invoice copy for your briefing.

        Kindly investigate and let me know the reason for 1 month difference between my deliver date and Invoice date and help to get my battery replaced.

        My simple request is Tata Green is suppose to follow Battery warranty date, why they are following Invoice date.

        The Claim was rejected under the clause of Out of warranty. And A week before we have supplied a new battery on a very discounted price (Net Costed Rs 4200.00 with 18months warranty).

        And WRT to the above Consumer complaint,

        We notify that we have received the battery under complaint on 14th June with a Vendor Job Card, and the Date of Purchase was 28-11-15, Hence the claim was rejected and updated the Respective OEM Dealer (But, Invain that the Dealer Person says that the Warranty of the Product starts from Date of Vehicle Dispatch and not from Vehicle Purchase). They were Arguing that the customer has purchased the battery on 29th Dec 2015 only. After my interference and explanation we confirmed that we cannot process this under warranty, hence I suggested her to get in touch with the principle.

        Later on 22nd, the customer has walked in with a New Invoice Copy from Tafe in which the Date of Purchase is[protected]refer attached Invoice), But to our observation, It s noticed that the Vehicle has been registered on[protected]Is it possible to register before the sale invoice). This shows that the Second Invoice may not be the correct and the TML DMS Shows the DOS of Vehicle as 28-11-15 only. Hence Our Team has taken a stand of Rejecting the Claim under the term of Out of Warranty.[removed]

        Thanks for your response. Your revert is already been updated in my query itself.
        I didn't get any clarity on below points:-

        1) My Invoice date is the date on which i took my Car delivery. According to that it has to be 2015 December end.
        2) Battery warranty card is the actual one which need to be followed. But why Invoice date is been followed (or) my delivery date and Invoice date has to be same.
        3) Why battery warranty card is sealed as my date of delivery, when its not correct?

        As above mentioned, after my continuous request and loss of business i got an discount and purchased new battery for Rs. 4200/-. This was paid from my pocket, nobody gave me free of cost.
        How this becomes an solution to my problem.

        Why Tafe Reach Limited and Tata Motors is silent on this issue. I bought car from Tafe Reach not from Tata Green.

        I have some questions with Tafe and Tata Motors :-
        a) Why warranty starts with the date of Invoice. What in case i go for finance or there is delay in taking delivery of the car.
        b) Why on date of delivery it was not mentioned that all warranty will be covered from the date of Invoice.
        c) On what basis warranty date in 'Battery warranty' card is been updated by sales person as date of delivery.
        d) Why no clarity is given on Invoice and Purchase date to customer.
        e) Invoice is closed for sales target not for customers requirement.

        Kindly help to list out which all parts from my car are still under warranty and till when??

        Till date i have not received any response from Tata Motors and Tafe Reach. Is it how they handled customers.

        This is worst experience on part of customer. When i went to buy the car everyone approached me. Today i was made to move cabin to cabin and nobody is ready to take responsibility.

        When TATA can't give solutions to this kind of small issues, how we can expect your support when it comes to major issues.

          I have a brake down with my tata bolt reg no fn26tpgp on the 09 june 2017. This vehicle is only 1year old and have the 25 january 2017 it thirst service and have 3200 km on.

          Road asst tow the tata from bremer str to tata wonderboom. On monday 12 june the sales manager mr bohoff confirm it is the gearbox and stater. He told me that the tata will be fixed on the warranty and will be fixed before friday. He told me it is not necessary for a loan vehicle because it will fix before friday. I phone every day what is the progress but the service provider is not available. I asked to call me back. He do not come back to me.

          Today 26 june i call again, they told me they still waiting for parts to fix the tata.

          I am 74 years and my husband 86.

          I need urgent transport to buy food and medication.

He took 3 min phonic interview and said that you r selected for get post in production department and 3 month training in pant nagar uttarkhand campus. He gave me his account number and told me to transfer rs5000. He introduced me as vikram sharma (Hr head)

            My car was service on 07/06/2017 at rathod motors vapi. which has no proper solution. i have already compiled about jesus at least twice.either get a solution or give back the money and accessories.i got lost in tata's car.

            I received one call from a number [protected]. They offered me a supervisor job in tata motors and asked me to pay 8500/-. I knew it is fake so I did not make any payment or anything. Kindly be aware and I request tata motors to take actions against these calls.

                Mai ek vehicle loan me co-brower ke rop me registerd hu. Company loan ke installment ka paisa har mahine account se late debit kar raha hai. Aue coplain karne par bank ko galt bata raha hai.
                Yahi coplain sbi bank ko jab bataya ja raha hai to wo finance comp. Ki laparwahi bata raha hai.
                Is dono ke bich me mera credit repot (Cibil report) ganda hote ja raha hai. Hamesha cibil me loan instalment ko late payment so kar raha hai.
                Tata comp. Ko call karne par waha se koi santosh janka jabab nahi mil raha hai. Iske viprit humse bola ja raha hai ki sara agreement sig. Kara liya gaya hai. Aap kahi bhi complain kar mera kuch nahi kar sakte hai.

                  Most of tata vista is having this clutch problem from beginning. Those who didn't have any issue till now, don't worry u ll get it very soon. I have driven 110000 kms in 3 years. Changed main cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch assembly two times. Just within 10000 after changing entire assembly clutch will become hard. It's very common. No proper reply either from service centres n from tata motors head office. I have been servicing only with tata authorised service centres.

                    I hv done my complaint regarding the faluare of cluch system of our tata neno automatic vehicle no. Mo 04 cr 1724 on 17/6/17 on ur customer care no [protected]. My vehicle is standing at veer motors hoshangabad road bhopal since 7 june for rectification of faluare of automatic gear shifting, till now i have not get any proper respons and rectification of my vehicle complaint.
                    Vehicle has run only around 6000 km.
                    Ur customer care officer told me on 17 june that he will arrange a call back from tata to me but sorry to say nothing happen.
                    Do need full immediately and up date me.

                    Whenever I give my car to solve one problem they sent the car back with additional problem to it. This had happened 6 to 7 times in a row and still the service engineer are not able to do anything fed up with the car and Tata service

                      सबसे खराब सर्विस... एक ac को 3 बार ठीक किया ...हर बार ac में नया पार्ट लगा कर बिलिंग की गई । लेकिन ac 3 सर्विसेज के बॉद भी ठीक नही हुआ । गाड़ी में वायरिंग प्रॉब्लम ओर स्टार्ट हो गई । हर बार गाड़ी में एक नई परेशानी । कुछ दिन पहले गाड़ी स्टार्ट होना बंद हो गई । आज 17/06/2017 को बन्द ac सर्विस सेंटर पर फिर दिखाया, आज फैन खराब बता दिया ।

                        Warranty service; last saturday (10.6.17) my half car was under water. Then call service centre. Shreeji auto, surat (Guj) picked my car and asked for chares to clean it. I agreed. After a week (Yesterday 16.6.17) my car was ready for delivered (Nera about 11 am) after completion of all work even i got message too. But 12 pm service centre representative asked me that there is a motor starter problem. I asked how it happened everything is going well and i get my delivery too. But he asked it was happen when we delivered your car. I asked its on warranty period so change it. But he asked me not changed it in warranty period. My car number is gj 05 jq 5257. I have tata tiago car purchased in sept'16. Kindly resolve my querry and do the favourable

                          Kept my car indigo cs for seat belt replacement on 14 june 2017 got my car back on 15 june 2017 at 6pm from miles motors atladara baroda. Car taken my me. On 16 june 2017 at 10.00am informed them that the seat belt u have installed is defective and torn on the left of driver seat but they refused to accept. Said no replacement could be given. My fault was only that i did not pull out the seat belt completely and checked.

                            Hi team,

                            I have purchased a tata tiago xt from grover motors bareilly.
                            First of all i would like to say that the service and response of this agency is very poor. Before depositing the down payment they committed that the vehicle would be available within one week but after depositing the down payment they took more than 15 days to get the vehicle available. Also while booking the car they committed to pride "bodycover and matting" with the car but its been more than 3 weeks but we still struggling for getting these things. Everytime we call them they keep giving different excuses each time, they keep saying that both accessories is not in stock. I am seriously pissed of this. I keep calling "himanshu and virender" as they are the sales executives of grover motors who keeps connecting with me till the time i purchased thsi car but now they are not even picking up my call..
                            Such kind of behaviour leaves a very bad impression of tata motors.
                            So request you to kindly provide the pending accessories as soon as possible

                              I am holding this 6th tata car and member of this co since last 15 years.
                              I had discussion with manager service station regarding paid servicing of my car. I have been quoted max rs. 3500.00 for changing fuel and oil filter and change of oil (Castrol). But when my car reaches at station i received a call that it will be rs 4200.00. I request to give me the material i will get it change in my known workshop. But manager denied whereas yesterday he was agreed.
                              And stated that we cannot give you exact quote over phone.

                              We do not understand how one can avail the services of tata motors where such people have been appointed. Kindly revert with your views and action thereof.

                                I have purchased dream car tata zest xt on 16 may 2017, last night that is on 13 june 2017 i have called helpline and registered emergency breakdown. Since the car is in warranty period customer care assure me i didn't have to pay any money for the service and the car have been towed to khamla service station nagpur. Today i received call from khamla service station and they told me that the clutch plate has been burnt and i have to pay money for the repair. I had a bad experience about tata motors service, they do not provide any assistance to the customer after the purchase of car. The helpline of tatamotors is useless and had person on helpline with insufficient knowledge. For any question helpline answer is "sorry for inconvenience" or "contact to dealer". Very sadly i came to the conclusion the company does not care for their customer.

                                  I had booked tata tiago car from hitech satluj motors didwin tikker hamirpur himachal pradesh on 24/12/2016, and paid rupees 5000 as booking amount. But i purchased grand i10. When i asked for refund they refunded only 3000 and remaining 2000 is still not refunded. Kindly refund my remaining amount, otherwise i'll move to consumer forum and all the responsibility will be yours

                                    And we got the bus by 12 june. The two buses are of 912 chassis. The school management is extremely felt very bad to see the quality of the two buses. Though the company representatives had given number of promises and guarantees
                                    There are lots of drawbacks found in the bus
                                    1. The flooring of bus is done with cheep ply which will be damaged in short term
                                    2 painting is not perfect. The layer is already bulging
                                    3. Driver side doors are not fixed properly
                                    4. Front bonnet also is made with some cheap material. Not strong.

                                    Because the school has taken huge loans to meet the expenses .therefore its our humble request to the company to compensate. The supporting documents if you demand we will send.

                                      I have purchased 1 bolt xe car from metro motors, karnal on 20 may 2017 in exchange of a 2009 model tata indigo manza. I was given the ty. Number, insurance papers and money receipt for rs. 2 lakhs. I had a gear lock in my manza car which shri ravinder singh, the salesperson, assured me i shall receive shortly. I was also requested to provide noc from the bank who had provided the loan to me for buying the manza car.
                                      I immediately applied for noc from state bank of india, new delhi where i served before retirement i have yet to receive the noc.
                                      Yesterday, 12th june, i went to the vehicle registering authority who scrutinised my papers and told me i do not have invoice, forms 20, 21, 22 without which vehicle cannot be registered. I went back to the dealer who promised they will provide these and requested me to pursue the noc from the bank.
                                      I spoke to shri ravinder singh, the salesperson, today morning who told me these papers cannot be given without my producing noc from the bank. This was a shock to me as it was never revealed that i cannot register my vehicle without giving noc. Had i known it earlier, i would have gone to new delhi and obtained the noc personally.
                                      I request the following actions immediately by metro motors on two counts:
                                      (I) my gear lock in the manza car should be returned as per the promise;
                                      (Ii) i should be given invoice etc. Papers. I shall provide the noc as early as early as possible.
                                      My grievance must be resolved. I promise to pursue for noc from the bank.

                                        Dear team,
                                        I own a tata manza aura abs bearing registration number as 01 bj 4541 which is under 4 years extended warrenty.
                                        From last one and a half years the car stops suddnly while in a run and dosent get start and the check engine light gets on.
                                        Now this problem have been discussed with your dealers in guwahati, assam namly - sbm motors and batra motors where they have identified the problem as a faulty fuel pump but each and every time they repair it and do not replace the same due to which the problem is not getting resolved and due to which i and my family have experinced many risky and life threthning events.
                                        On 1st of june 2017 the same problem occured while i was travelling from gossaigaon to bongaigaon which happens to be one of the most disturbed area of assam due to insurgents at arround 9:00 pm and was stucked there till next morning 10:00 am and then i had to tow my car to your nearest dealer at nalbari bhagyashree motors which was 150 kms from the place of incedence and remitted for fixing up the car.

                                        Now, the said delar needs a personel assurance from me to undertake any finincial libility which will be occured during the fixing of my car for the said problem, totaly ignoring the fact that my car is under warrenty.
                                        So, kindly resolve my car problem as soon as possible for which i will be very great full to tata motors or otherwise i have to knock the doors of consumer court to protect my interests against such cheating and mental herasment and faulty service provided which have led to life threth.
