I have purchased 2 tata bolt commercial car from tata motors rajarhat kolkata. When i have made the full payment of both the cars as given me as a quotation mr. Naresh jha sales leader he asked me to pay rs 6000 per vehicle as cash. When we refused to pay he shamefully told ok i am giving u that amt as discount. Further my sales executive kabir rahul with coordination to naresh jha took rs 3000 cash from me. When i asked about the payment he said it will be adjusted with the dues. And now they claim the due amt from me extra. They are not giving my smart card. This kind of cheating cannot be tolerated. Kindly take serious action so that i get back my documents. I have been harrased in this manner from the day i have made the booking.

    I have bought tiago (Xt) last year in the month of july. Since then every week i use to push for start, also sent divyani workshop at-least 4 times for same reason but till the date not resolved. Every time technician assures that by next time it will not happen but again i had to call back.
    I an badly fed up with my new car and it is very much bad experience for me to try tata car. I wish to exchange the car.

      This is kishan venkatesh. I had booked tiago xza 1.2p sunburst orange on 15th of july and was promised delivery on or before 30th of july (+or-2days). And later on i was told that sunburst orange isnt available, instead i had to choose berry red along with the delivery date being pushed to 7th of august.         This is kishore from tirupur. I thought of test driving hexa and contact the showroom in coimbatore they transfer the call to salesperson. Salesperson got my number he told me he wil send the test drive vehicle to my place in tirupur still now i didn't get the vehicle. This is not the first time more than 5 time it had happen. If you have this kind of showroom even a good car cannot reach to consumers. I'm complaining because i love tata car.

          Sir/madam i yashwanth kumar agrawal i had purchased a car from ur dealer national garage which is at raipur chhatisgarh andi haven't received the invoice of the vehicle and not even the rc ur dealer had told me that they will give me the documents within 4 to5 days bt i havent received it yet i had called to the branch today as they said me that they will give me on tuesday on 25 of july i had a reply from them that i will get the things the next month why is it taking such a long time and without regestration how can i take the vehicle where ever i go if some thing happens who will be responsible for the issue kindly if i get such type of responce i will loose the intrest from tata and never think of purchasing any other vehicle the next time i hadn't thought to have this much of worst service from ur company.

            Had my hexa 1st service done at 5500 km at m/s surbhi associates, bharatpur (Raj.) three days back. Vehicle registration no. Is rj05ua7262. Reported abnormal noise from right front side at the time of accelerating, which was also noticed by the service expert of the tasc. The problem still persists and the noise is still coming which is beyond the control of the said tasc mechanic. Kindly depute a service team to attend to this challenge

              I have tha tata vista quadrajet 2013 model car. While returning from my hometown i had an accident at richhawa, distt. Jhalawar on 20 th of june 2017. At the same time i called the toll free service and shifted to chambal motors, kota on the same day.
              They made the estimate around 4, 37, 000/- so i asked them not to repair the car i wiill repair it at other workshop. But the sr. Manager at tata motors mr. Sunil thakur gauranteed me not to worry about the estimate and it is not the bill. Further he assured that the cost will be only around 70000/- to 80000/- and he asked me that the car will be ready upto 8th to 10th of july 2017. So i agreed to left the car at tata motors for repair.
              Now its been 26th july 2017 and still they are playing hide and seek with me. No response is from their side. All the time i have to follow up for the same.
              I have only a car with me and now i am forced for the left right waiting from 40 days.

                I have purchased tata hexa, registered number mh 14 gh 0023 on date 27/6/2017 from shridha motors chakan. Since then, i have came across problem as started burning from engine and coolant getting dry, twice, first on date 8/7/2017 and second on date 22/7/2017.

                I have not received any positive reply from your end for my demand of refund of my money for supplying me such a car which is having manufacturing defect and due to which me and my family not only extremely suffered inconvenience at remote place but also same caused us mental agony and same is continuing till this date.

                I purchased the said car due to my belief and faith in the brand of tata motors, despite of many contrary suggestions made in advance by many of my friends and family members. Due the such earlier breakdown of said car, now i have become a topic of joke for them, as i did not listened to their suggestions and believed in the brand of tata motors.

                This is to inform you that i have registered complaint against you at national consumer help line and complaint number is 359848.

                  My car tata zest has been over 1 year old. The mileage of the car is giving 6kmpl. I want to have a 100% refund of the car soon. The car as promised should give at least 10 kmpl but it isn't. Please get the issue soon, as i will strengthen my complain further. I have the papers of the car and the petrol slip and the kilometres travelled by the car which i will disclose next time.

                      I purchased tata safari lx4x2 bsiv/2.2ldicor on[protected]. I have gone for service and vehicle checked twice till the day. The mileage of vehicle is 17400 only. On[protected] i visited the jp motors solan to get my vehicle checked for a noise coming from the left side of the vehicle. The service centre people checked the vehicle and told me that its suspension system is defected and they told me that it will cost about 31250=00. They gave me a paper to sign of customer's satisfaction, yes service centre them self detected the fault, but they gave feed back to company that customer is not interested to repair. My vehicle is under warranty period as per the warranty policy 24 months and 75000 kms. Kindly
                      Resolve the matter and get my vehicle repaired without cost. Oteherwise i have to for legal course of action. The complaint may be treated as notice.

                          Hi,
                          I purchased tata taigo on 29th june, 2017 due to wrong information provided by dealer regarding gst laws. I booked the car on 11th june in a hope that after gst laws the small and medium segment cars are getting expensive by 2%. However, no body was sure regarding these norms and due to some personal issues i asked the dealer (Tuli motors, north delhi area) to take the delivery of car in the month of july. But the dealer just asked me to take the delivery in june only as they have to close the june month bookings in the same month itself which was very rude and not at all tolerable from my perspective. But still i took the delivery on 29th june. But since, the gst rules are finally implemented now and all segment cars have become cheaper so now i feel cheated as i requested the dealer to give the delivery in the month of july but he (Sumant-sales agent) forced me to take it in june.

                          Now, due to all this issue i have faced a loss of at least rs.20, 000 as per the latest rates of tiago after gst rules being incorporated. I am really dissapointed with your sales and marketing department as how they fool people and earn profit out of people's pocket. I would urge to take this matter seriously as other automobile companies like 'honda' are also providing 'price protection plan' as if the car rates are cheaper now after gst rules the honda company are refunding the balance amount. However, i have not seen any kind of policy in tata motors. So, i think its high time now to learn from your competitors to learn how to do customer service and do marketing as tata always lack in these areas.

                          I expect a positive reply from your team asap regarding my concern & to provide a compensation for this loss faced by me.
                          I, Tanmoy, have a nano twist xe.somedays ago my car faced a prob of wheel lock.i informed JUST SEVICE of Kolkata to repair the prob in my house as the prob was minor.bt they forced me to toe up my car.i refused them.lastly local mistry repaired it in just 45 min.this kind of silly bussiness mind is nt appropriate for TATA.

                            I bought tiago (Gj06kh5807) from miles motor vadodara five month back and since that time there are numerous issues with the car such as
                            1. Head light beam adjustment problem
                            2. Rear right door glass loose and noise in it
                            3. Poor pick up,
                            4. Poor average much lower than company claims,
                            5. Alot of nois sound in dash board, 6. Jurk in stearing on ruff road (Stearing colum replaced by dealer),
                            7. Blue shade on front wind shield (Replaced by dealer),
                            And top of that
                            8. Shaking vibration..

                            I am continuously follwing up with the service center at miles motors vadodara for mileage but they only check in short range of mileage testing and said no problem in mileage, i checked 9 times of 400km highway running "vadodara (Gujarat) to indore (M. P)"with company's riding condition (1. No sudden acceleration and no sudden breaking, 2. Constant 80km/h speed, 3. Gear shift on[protected]rpm, 4. Fill the tank to the end of the neck then reset the trip meter and ride around 100km on high way and after fill tank like before,, and calculate for example you ride 100km and car use 5.5ltr fuel so calculation is 100/5.5= so you get mileage of 18.18
                            But i still get mileage of 16 kmpl
                            But this is nowhere resolving the issue and i am now frustrated with tata vehicle. It is also downmarkting tata's goodwill.

                            Really frustrated with tiago and dealer...
                            Air noise from left front window, I went many time in agency but no response.plz solve the problem

                                  I am new owner of tata tiago xz petrol, i live in bangalore.

                                  I bought tata tiago on 29th june, 2017 from one of dealer of tata motors in bangalore, when i went to purchase car to showroom i was told that overall prices are going to be increased after gst. I was confident by believing the showroom representative as they are tata motors employee and never fake news to customer for increasing sale in june, 2017.

                                  Tiago is my first car and i has so much excitement to buy this car and couldn't wait to buy it later as my first car and i believed showroom representative and they were confident.

                                  After gst the price difference reduced come out to be around 22k for the tiago petrol xz variant and the price difference is too much for the person like me.

                                  Request you to please look into this and can you do something in favour of me.

And next day he called and take my interview and offer me 3.5 lpa for networking profile in patananagar uttarakhand, also he said u have to deposited 7000 security amount that will refunded after u join the company. He sent me cornfimation mail on my mail id.

                                      I have recently purchased a tata tigor from perena motor lalbagh road. The test drive vehicle is cleverly tuned so that customer does not get noise and vibration in first test drive also the sales guy will cleverly describe only the music system and insist the customer increase the song volume so that other noise and vibration automatically ignored. Technically there is a lot fit and finish issues in the car for ex. Head lamps are not equally placed. Please check carefully the two sides of the bonnet and carefully check the gap between the head lamps. I have raised a complaint against the dealership and the tata motor service. This is the reason why tata vehicle does not stand out with its competitor in the market. I will never buy any car from tata motor in my entire life.
