Dear sir we bought a tata mega vehicle from your dealer on 31/110/2015 on the day of purchasing we facing several problem on the vehicle we complained three times before to your dealer no response from them .we are not satisfied with the service provided by your service provider yesterday also we complained about the problem the vehicle is fan is not running because of that over heat will be produced due to this the vehicle is OFF during driving itself on the road because of this facing several problem. we complained yesterday and your service provider provided the service and our person taken the vehicle after service from your office but the problem was not recovered again on the way to our office from your office the vehicle again stops on the way near mint our person is handling a very big problem with the vehicle .kindly take some corrective action immediately.and then kindly recover our problem or else please replace the new vehicle .we very much disappointed with the service please take the vehicle we will surrender the vehicle . details of the vehicle make - TATA MOTORS LTD model - Mega year of mfg -2015 chassis no -MAT535002FZJ35372 engine no -0.8LTDUCRAIL06JUYS77886 thank you REGARDS E.MARIMUTHU No.19 vazhuthigai medu, vazhuthigai (post) ponneri-601204 Ph.no:[protected]

    SIR, I dr sankey kumar baidya would like to ask you that i own your tata indigo sx car and i have a battery issue that get discharged within 2 1 or 2 days, i have asked the authorised shoroom named grover motor, u.p bareilly to diagnose the problem but it was not very clear than i filled a online complain with the complaint ref no: 1-[protected] now finally they are asking me to change ECM which they dont have in stock ..and giving me aproximate price of rs 23500... now sir if i change this and again this problem remains than who is going to take responsibility..because every time i go there they charge me for some or the other thing and my problem remains as it is... sir kindly confirm me the price of ECM? and please make it a note that it is horrible to hear that such a big company service centre the parts of the car is out of stock... thank you hope you will get back to me soon

      Tata nano with reg no AS 01 AZ 3743, tmf loan for 4 years till january 2016. loan foreclosed on 15th nov 2015. unfortunately till today ( 11th dec) i have not recieved the noc. while contact with guwahati branch ( abhishek motors, guwahati) they ask to contact head office about delay and while contact with head office over toll free help line no they ask that fault is on guwahati branch as they are not sending request in time and asked me to contact branch again and to request them. guwahati branch ask me to complaint against head office. what should i do now? on delay in emi for one day they fined customer but in return they are playing customer as football! please provide me justice.

        Faulty Parts in my TATA Manza has led me to spend 18 thousand, and spoiled our Christmas The coolant has got mixed with my oil, and has caused me to replace the full timing belt set and coolant set - My car is just 3 years - bought in Nov 2012- and had run only 45000 km ( TN22 CH 4488). the car is a part of our family and is also maintained with care . I had given my car for the general service to RF motors in Edapally on the 4th Dec 2015. by afternoon they had come back saying the Timing belt set has to be changed then later they came back and informed the coolant is mixing with the oil and both had to be changed . and it will cost around 15 thousand . I had initially denied, and asked them to return my car in as it is condition as it was a shock to me and wanted to consult other`s. but they had told me they had already stated the work and had dismantlement the bumper and the parts around . with no other go i had to say ok as I was in a dilemma as I understand these maintenance usually happens around 1lack KMs . I have got the vehicle today and an bill for nearly 18000 rs- where i had to spend max 6000 rs. I would like to point out it was due to the faulty part which led to the coolant to mix with oil and due to which these maintenance had happened, confirmed by the service engineer . I would like Tata Motors to investigate this issue, and my please help me with getting my hard earned money . This was what I had saved for the Christmas and now we had to give it. to bring our car home . there is no Christmas now for us .. Bill summary - Regular service change parts - Rs 4500 Labor -Rs 6000 Approximate rest ( Due to faulty parts ) -Rs 7500 approximate Note : the labor is around 6000 rs, which is what I say robbing in front of you.- this is insane . Please save my Christmas, I need a general service at 6000rs - please do not rob me with 18000 rs bill Save me and my Christmas Bills ready to be sent ... on request .

Problem is car water washing after come white shade alredy complaint your service pepole but your service pepole irresponsible answer. Sir i have so happy first time purchase tata car but your people is very bigg cheated with me. They pepole sale in accidental car. Kindly inform your information.             I have purchased Tata Indica Ev2 on 31st march 2015 from Wasan Motors borivali Showroom. My clutch plate got damaged at 11000 km in just 2 months after the second free service. I took my car at Wasan motor workshop & they said your clutch plate got damaged & need to replace it with new one. for this you will have to pay charge of 7500 rs because its not covered under warrenty & it may damaged due to how your driver runs the car. I Paid 7500 at that time. Now after 5 months again my clutch plate got damaged & tow person took my car at nearest workshop where my car broke down at thane George Motors. They again saying same thing your clutch plate got damaged & we need to replace it with new one. for this you will have to pay charge of 10000 to 12000rs. Car is under warrenty & i am suffering from all this stuff. This time my driver was different from previous one. Also my CAR AC is not working after 2 time ac service at wasan motor workshop & they are not able to find the fault. So this proves that Tata car parts are not reliable at all. I am not going to recommend anyone to buy tata vehicle. I want my money back. I do not want this car now. I am totally fed up with all this things.

                My name is Shahrukh Sayed. I am from Port Blair. I am a tours and travel agent. I give my vehicle on hire to tourist who come to visit Port Blair. I own a Tata Safari Dicor 2.2EX 4X2 BS III. The vehicle was doing good until October 2015 when a minor problem crept out. I noticed some strange noise coming from the left side of the vehicle and the gear lever was not shifting smoothly. So I took it to the only authorised Tata Motors service centre at Port Blair situated at Haddo Sea Shore Road. And that was on 30th Oct 2015, and till now the vehicle has been lying in the service centre till date. I was in constant contact with the service centre, and every time i called up, they would give me lame excuses stating that mechanic was on leave or the spare parts were not available. Today after more than one month ( i.e. on 08.12.2015) I got a call from the service centre stating that my vehicle was ready. I went to pick my vehicle and went for a test drive. But to my utter dismay the problem for which I had given my vehicle was not rectified at all instead it has increased. The strange rattling sound has become louder. And above all, they gave me a bill to the tune of Rs. 40, 000/- (approx.). Now when I asked them why have they changed all those spare parts stated on the bill without rectifying the actual problem, they have no answer. The Supervisor is giving an excuse that he was not present on the day I handed over the vehicle, and there is nothing that he knows or he can do. I have incurred a huge loss as my vehicle is lying in the service centre from the past one month from which I could have earned at least Rs. 1000/- per day. I feel like I have been mentally harassed and now I am planning to take this matter to legal authorities (court). Please guide me from where to start.

The story start with booking of new TATA NANO (CNG). I am allready using TATA NANO (Special Addition) (MH 46 – W- 2721)since Three and Half year. Performance of NANO is excellent which made me to buy one more NANO. I have visited to book NANO vehicle to my nearest TATA deler FOURTUNE MOTORS at Palaspe, Dist Raigad. Being as old customer welcome was very poor as they were not must intrested. They should guid us in details but only they reply as what I asked. I booked New TATA NANO (CNG) in month of August 2015 after paying Rs 10000/- and apply for loan in SBI Bank. Bank also given sanction letter on next day to me which one I have handed over to deler. Still they have not proceded to book and give me chessis no which one required for bank loan purpose. There after total Rs One Lakh I handed over to deler, still they says untill unless bank can not transfer fund amount we can not proceed further. Atlast bank has transfer full amount to deler. Along with that I have paid extra amount for assesories which they told me to pay for fixing Fog Lamp, central locking and Keyless entry. They have given me all assosories except FOG LAMP. Money I have given to fix FOG LAMP but they are not bother to do the work. As my money is still with them. For all this I have to call many times but never got satisfactory answer. Everytime I have called them 10 times for one work. I never received any call from deler for any information or updates. My bank started deducting my EMI regularly even they have not handedover my vehicle to me. I was behand them telling that why I should pay my intrest to bank without using vehicle. One day they promise me that they will bear the EMI amount but so far no one is intrested to contact me. Another big story is lastly they handedover a vehicle to me (MH 46 – AP - 1955). When I started using my car I found that it's gear box is defective. I have shown vehicle to them and they told me that it will be Ok after first servicing. When I done first servicing than also the problem is not solved. It was very hard for me to be behand them. No one is doing satisfactory work. Lastly I told them if you will not help me to get gear box changed I will donate my vehicle back to TATA MOTORS. I also do not know that how many times I have visited to Fortune Motors to Palaspe & Nerul (Navi Mumbai). After inspecting by TATA adviser also they were not happy to do the job. When I threateen them that I will report this matter to higher authority they done the job which is still not satisfatory. After doing this job not even two week passed my vehicle got suddenly breakdown on the road in running condition. Again I took my vehicle to worshop of Fortune Motors. They have taken one more day to rectify and handedover to me after doing job. As soon as I reached near to my home not even 5 kms drive my vehicle got breakdown. Now I have handed over my car to Fortune Motors for rectifing the problem. Now my car is still in their workshop. Sir, after this story my question is that why TATA MOTORS is giving faulty car to customer. Sir as I am Ex Defence solder its my hard earing money and that is also paying loan intrest without using this faulty car. Kindly if you can help me to change my car it will be greatful. Now the battery of my car is dead. i contacted the tata moter service center of "concerd moters" located at mohan estate, nathura road on 1 december. they told me to deposite the car at service centre and they will replace the battery in 2 days. after 2 days i contacted them, they told to hold for more days.today is the 6th day and when i contactd, they replyed that your request is under process. i am unable to understand that how many days they require to replace my batter. my contact no. is [protected] & [protected] please solve my issue as quickly as possible

                        Sir, I had some problem of vibrations in my safari storm. They changed center bearing, but of wrong size, On driving, vehicle was vibrating to much and was making noise, I was delayed bcoz of non availability of labour outside of service station. Still they didn't delivered the vehicle, Item service pro added but work is not done yet.

                          I have given my Tata Nano car for servicing at Concorde motors and got my vehicle after 7 days. It took 7 days to complete the servicing and moreover the manufacturing defect in the vehicle they could not able to rectify. Inspite of this they charged heftily on the customer rather than resolving this issue. As a customer I don't recommend this Concorde service Center and even Tata motors company where inferior quality product are sold to customers. Company is not ready to recall the product and rectify it.

                            Hi, Very worst service got from TATA MOTORS SERVICE (PRERANA MOTORS BANGALORE). First I gave my tata nano KA01 MJ 5311 on 14/09/2015 to Prerana Motors (P) Ltd - Hosur Raod. Some service adviser ([protected]) was taking my vehicle complaints and never listen what i was telling and not written anything in Job Slip. (See the attachment Jobslip1) My Complaints were 1. Rain water coming inside ( Big problem ) 2. Starting problem 3. Brake was less When went for delivery, no one cared and i took my vehicle myself. After driving i come to know no work has been done ( while driving back itself rain coming inside ). But they charged Rs. 6115 ( See the attachment Bill ). Job slip he haven't note anything how bill become Rs. 6115? After giving feedback or called nothing happened. Again I gave car to Prerana Motors Peenya Branch for same complaints. This time atleast he listen what was my complaint and taken notes. (See the attachment Job Slip 2). Now almost 2 weeks over no call from shop. Whenever i call to service they will say will call back in five minutes. After long struggle Yesterday, I follow up one guy Cheten [protected]. Surprise, He never know car given for service after two weeks. Again he asked about complaints, No response still. If you are in my situation what would be your reaction?                               I already request to mr. Sanjay Maehta Chandigarh Tata motors head warranty for this issue but he did not to solve any issue and my safari warranty is ending in July12, 2016. Tata dealer in Sirsa Haryana RPJ TATA MOTORS also refused to give warranty because of their issue with global administrative services. The dealer said that Global admni.Services do not provide their services to us. We are customers of tata not global . Its the duty of TATA to provide us solution. I ask to Mr. Sanjay Mehta for Contact no. of warranty head India TATA MOTORS Mr. Bhasin . HE refused to give his contact no. also. there is so harassment done by tata RPJ Sirsa Haryana. Is there any mistake i purchased tata safari. Very bad experience with TATA which i never think.

                              There is not only issue regarding the lights now but there is an issue regarding Mobil oil consume by my car.
                              Engine performance is effected now.
                              It consumed two litter of Mobil oil with in 10, 000KM after the service.But Tata motors warranty head of north india Mr. Sanjay Mehta, chandigarh donot want to resolve my issue but make excuses every time.
                              Once again i want to TATA Motors Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
                              I want a solution not any excuse.
                              It is a genuine problem thats why i complaint.

                                This is totally fake thing. If you get any mail of recruiting company which is asking for security deposit then always consider it as spam. Not a single company ask for deposit money. So be aware of such scum. Such types of spam you will received when you fill information on ONLINE JOB PORTAL.

                                  Dear Sir, Vehicle No -MH-04 -GD-3482 Owner - Payable Tours and Travels Contact person - Rakesh Ghadi Contact Number - [protected] This is to bring to your notice the pathetic customer service received from TATA Motors. I went to TATA Wasan to service my vehicle, were I requested them to set vehicle RPM along with servicing. When I gave the vehicle they did not inform me about vehicle problem. Once the servicing was done, they asked me to go to Devgiri motors as they have registered the RPM and fuel pump problem in Worli Lucas service center. I accepted what they advised and paid 10, 000/- for service charges. (31st Oct to 3rd Nov). Same day I went to Devgiri Motores and discussed the above matters with them. All they did is some manual settings on the car and gave me the car. The very next day, the vehicle started giving me the same problem (RPM) and hence I decided to visit Lucas worli for the RPM and Fuel pump problem. They checked and informed me, there is no problem with RPM and Fuel pump. They said its air problem and hence asked me to go back to Devgiri. I went back to Devgiri on 5th November and they kept my vehicle for 2 days. I got my car back on evening of 7th November. Same day I went to work (pick up drop (transportation work)) and after the first pick up, I realized the same problem in the car and the car stopped on the road. I called Devgiri and they took back the car on 7th Nov night. They called me on Monday evening and they said the car is not yet ready and will take a day more. I considered whatever they had to say. On 10th Nov they delivered the car to my place and I found that the problem is not yet fixed. Till date no one is there who can solved this problem. Nither Devgiri’s Engineers nor Wasan’s Engineers. Who will help me to fix this problem? Where should I go? Devgiri or Wasan? I am helpless?? I don't have money to spend on this..! I am a simple middle class person living on rent. I need someone who can fix this problems. My vehicle is idle from last 15 days, which is my source of income and I cannot even celebrate my festival as well due to this. I want my mony back from Wasan Motors and 15 days Income income amount which was affected while delay in servicing. (per days 2000 Rs.)                                     Tata-Indigo-LX Model. We have seach the Key Lock Board in more than 10 days. still we have not received the Parts. Our Service Center (Tafe reach limited-Chennai) People told we have sent a mail to Tata Motors. Still they are not send a Parts.

                                      I V. Madhu Sudan, through your dealer ( Tejaswi Motors, Hi-tec City, Madhapur Branch) purchased TATA SAFARI STORME bearing registration number: TS07ER9597 on 15th October 2015.

                                      Having spent a whopping 14 Lac towards this transaction, my experience has been horrible..

                                      I wish to bring to your notice for urgent action with regards to the defective car that was delivered to me.

                                      My 4 week old vehicle suddenly stopped on the highway while I was travelling to Srisailam along with my business associates which is 200km from Hyderabad.

                                      I alerted the showroom staff besides other emergency service numbers that were given to me at the time of delivery.

                                      I made close to 30 calls for help service, as I was completely stranded in a forest area, but unfortunately I did not get satisfying support which is inhuman on your part.

                                      The response of the emergency break down service staff was more than six hours and other than towing the vehicle to the workshop, they were not equipped with any tools to rectify the defect in the engine.

                                      After reaching Hyderabad, I personally paid a visit to the workshop to enquire the status of my vehicle and to my utter dismay I found it lying along with some other automobiles unattended for more than 40 hours.
                                      They are yet to give a vehicle inspection status to ascertain the root cause of the problem.

                                      In this context, I am in a shattered state of mind and I am not going to accept the vehicle as I suspect that a defective product has been delivered to me.

                                      I will escalate and if need be proceed legally to claim exchange/compensation for the lapses from your end, as quality checks were not done properly, otherwise engine breakdown would have been impossible for a new vehicle.

                                      Although it is a new vehicle, it is evident that I became a victim of the rosy talk of your sales force, who promise and fail to serve the customers when they need your crucial support.

                                      Having been in the IT Industry in a leadership role, I always had loyalty for Indian made cars. I am rethinking this philosophy and shall not recommend your product to any of my friends/colleagues who are contemplating to buy a new vehicle.

                                      Basing on my aforesaid complaint number: 1-[protected], I got an SMS today stating Query no: ‘1-[protected]’ is Resolved when I am totally disgusted with my purchase.

                                        (A) Above car logged about 31, 000Kms in three years since purchase, and under AMC with authorised dealer Bhatti Motors, Nerul, since purchase to date. (B) Engine stalling suddenly, while driving, without any, warning or indication, it has been towed to their dealers half a dozen times. (C) Have told them this is a design problem that can kill a driver and its occupants, put this on mail to their Customer Support Manager Mr.M.Ashraff;absolutely ZERO response. (D) Can I hope for any compensation for my Family from Tata Motors, if this problem kills me in an accident;I have been extremely lucky till date, to be alive. (E) All dealers have been taught to keep mum about this problem, not to say anything about it, forget getting anything in writing. (F) Not all Nano cars have this problem, and on those cars which have it Tatas are never able to sort it out even after 6 to 8 attempts. (G) Please Help before this problem kills me!!
