My name is MAYANK PANDEY from LUCKNOW (UTTAR PRADESH). I purchased a tata indigo ecs e-max cng car on 19/06/2015 and i got 4 coupons of free service but for first service i have run the vehichle from 1000 k.m. to 1500 k.m. or after 1 month but sir my car run only 350 k.m. on 1 august 2015 and i forgot the days that is 1 month because of some family issues happened in my home i.e. no matter but sir when i remember that my first service date came i go to the SRM MOTORS VIKASNAGAR LUCKNOW (UTTAR PRADESH).On 1st of August 2015 i went to my dealers service centre but there i will be paid for my first service in which they will do nothing...You all know that in first service nothing to do but i will be paid for my first service.I consult from Manager of that service centre but he would say that you will be paid because your vehichle time period is expired and the tata motors did not give claim for that service so sir my first service is paid service. I want my money refund from tata motors because only tata motors understand my things that i expressed in my complaint.So i requested to tata motors that please refund my money of my first service indigo ecs.I already complaint also to tata motors call centre but from there also i could not found anything...My complain numbers are - 1st AUGUST 2015 : 1-[protected] 6th AUGUST 2015 : 1-[protected] 9th AUGUST 2015 : 1-[protected] So please help me, in starting dealers and advisors request to buy car but after when you purchased a car they will becomes king and do the things that are be very wrong.     purchase a new indigo ecs TDI TA-65 on 21 April 15 in the name of sanjeev kumar singh.the commercial registration was sought from the dealer and the amount was paid .presently fourth month is running but the dealer is neither responding the phone call nor giving the satisfactory reply.you are requested to intervene in the matter for immediate action.

    We have major problem with service center at Arvind Motors Pvt Ltd, Kanakapura Main Road, J.P. Nagar, 6th Phase Bangalore more details are attached scan copy of Bill Invoice accordingly, irresponsible labours and managers lake of ignores, since we have given vehicle service twice a week in the Aug-2015 month and the vehicle number (KA05AD7544 Model TATA ACE ITON) the vehicle had major issue repeatedly twice break failure in the alternate weeks, but our vehicle driver was take safety percussion to avoid major incident and given the vehicle service as per the Bill invoice attached dated for your reference.

    And again today 25th Aug-2015 our vehicle driver had faced the same issue (break failure by using both hand & Leg break) while heading towards our office premises after the unload vehicle in the very busy residential area and event an hit road side corporation browel vehicle speed at 20 to 30 KM and majorly avoid public & driver accidents. Since we request your sincere resolution action again the team and fix the issue at the earliest.

      I, vikram dhingra, am owner of a tata safari 2. 2 vtt, 4 x 2 ex, 2010 model (Details mentioned below) . I had a life threating instance which is a clearly a result of serious quality issues of parts used in your product - tata safari.

      On 12th july 2015, i was driving towards my home at janak puri, new delhi from saket in my tata safari with my 2 year old son at the rear seat. While i was on ring road, new delhi, at a point near moti bagh crossing, at about 6:00 pm, the tata safari suddenly nose dived towards the left side (Towards road divider) . As a reflex action i turned the steering towards right in order to avoid hitting the road divider; the vehicle swayed wildly from one side to other and within seconds it was grounded (Refer attached pics) . After the vehicle stopped in few meters, i came out immediately and realised that the nut connecting the tyre and tie rod was broken which had resulted into this terrible incident; since the front right side of the safari had hit the ground and had got dragged for about 2 - 3 meters, the massive weight of the suv had completely ripped off the tyre into peices.

      As the vehicles was completed halted and could not move, i has to use thetata motors emergency breakdown service to tow the vehicle to tata service station - auto vikas, moti nagar, new delhi.

      The safari has been grounded at the service station since then and is under inspection for repair. While the service advisor and the service team at auto vikas have been forthcoming and helpful, the incident has completely shaken my confidence in the quality of parts used by tata in their vehicles. The service team has inspected the vehicle and informed me that the tie rod, upper arm, lower arm and the knuckles need replacement.

      I and my family nearly escaped death; the incidence has completely shocked me. I had great respect for the brand tata and took pride in owing in the suv, which has been completely destroyed by this incident. The awful quality of such critical parts had resulted in vehicle breakdown and made me and my family, nearly loose our lives. I am fortunate that i was driving extremely slow and was therefore able to control the vehicle in such a disastrous situation.

      I have no hesitation in stating that despite numerous posts on various websites and forums such as team - bhp regarding the issues and breakdowns on tata vehicles, it seems that the quality team has missed to ensure some of the very basic essentials / must haves in some of the most critical parts otherwise incidence such as these would not occur.

      I have owned vehicles from brands such as maruti suzuki, ford in past and also currently own cars from vw and gm stable. Incidences, as mentioned above are unheard of in such other brands.

      After going though such harrowing experience myself, i now understand and realise why numerous people still have negative views on quality of tata motors vehicles.

      I would urge and ask that this instance is taken seriously by the tata motors quality / customer care team and that they inspect, analyse and ensure quality of cricital parts such as tie rods, knuckles etc in all their vehicles including the vehicle i own. Poor quality of such critical items not only create performance issues but also create life threating situations, as above, for customers of tata motors vehicles.

      I would also ask that the tata motors team takes responsiblilty of this life threating incident which i had to undergo and which resulting from the inferior quality of the parts used in their vehicles.

      While nothing can be done to alleviate the trauma and mental stess i have undergone, i ask that tata motors team bears the full cost of repairs of my damaged vehicle and confirm that the same has been fully inspected and that no further instances shall happen due to inferior quality parts in the vehicle.

      I have been a loyal tata customer for years now, this incidence has shaken and traumatised me.

      I believe that tata team will handle the matter with utmost importance, care, urgency and criticality to reinstate my faith in the decades old brand and its products and that it will not treat me as just another disgruntled customer who looses hope and confidence and is left with no options but to fight for its consumer rights.

        I have been using tata indica since november, 2006. I recommend everyone to buy tata cars due to two factors : 1. indian company and 2. space management in the car. I now made up my mind to buy tata zest in exchange my my tata indica. My brother went to concorde paschim vihar. They valued their own brand rs. 25000 without even see the vehicle. When I valued my car at carwale. com it has been valued at 87000. Thus car was undervalued and when i call to customer care, they said they dont have nay solution, if I dont like their value you can go to other retailer in your city for valuation. This is the approach of tata mptors, concorde. They dont have any valuation criteria for their own vehicle. 25000 me to scooter bhi nahi milega.
        My friends say " Go to hyuindai" for good professional services. I love tata due to my own Indian Company..but they dont have any respect for their own old tata vehicle.

          Inclusion of Spare Parts charge in Labour Charges

          Sir/ Madam, I am writing this to show my concern and displeasure about the fact that happened today, the 23rd July'2015. There has been some spare parts change of my 4 wheeler, Indica Vista from K.B.Motors (authorized dealer of TATA), Rameshwar Shaw Road, Kolkata- 700 014. They provided us with a Tax Invoice wherein, Spare Parts details, rate etc was shown as Rs. 23.81 and the VAT charged was 5% on this Rs. 23.81 along with Labour...

          My vehicle Tata Vista DL CG 2561 was heating .I give my vehicle for repair same problem at Raghuvansi Enterprises Pvt Ltd Dilshad garden Delhi. The radiator was cleaned but the problem remain same, I went again the Radiator was replaced which was covered in guarantee as per Policy No[protected] P-9 .I have also lodge complaint vide No; 1-[protected] dated 15/7/2015 and No1-[protected] dated 10/7/2015 but the complaint informed attended and closed without proper reply that under which reason the part not covered under warranty when there is no external damage.The dismantled Radiator has also not returned.Therefore, I request that payment of Rs 6482/ may pl be refunded.

            my car tata maza Dl3cbb4463, gone through service and after the service they have first wrongly assembly the silencer due to that all black smoke comes inside the car. Then I have shown my car them to again they correct the silencer assembly. However still the black smoke was coming from the car. They said it will be alright after some time, they I travel my car for two days and found black smoke is still coming from the car. Also car is not taking pickup. They I went again to dingra motors. I have submitted my car in the morning and they said it will be done at 4:00 pm. When I went in the evening for collecting my car, I found they have not even touch my car. Then after race the voice they started working and found all these problems is because of not assembling one wire in the engine during the service. I did not understand how could first dingra motors first wrongly assembly the silencer and then forgot to assemble one wire in the engine. Also they asked me to drive the car and problems will be automatically solve. Due to all their un experience now my car gears become very jam and clutch plates are not working the way the suppose to...

Motors, Ground floor, City Heights, AS/213/BLOCK B, Major Arterial Rd, Noapara, Sukanta Pally, Newtown, Rajarhat, West Bengal 700157 Ph[protected]. From T.C. Motor, they informed me that please come and collect your EDR.and Aslo PAy 2500rs.alongwith on 10th June. Just 20th June a letter i had received that your EDR cheque will not given to you.so I called T.C Motors and they suggest to wait for one day to manage the matter after that they told to me by phone that if you expense 6000/- rs. for it then we may return your cheque.My question is that this is my EDR cheque and without any perior notice or date how is it possible to return?...OR they want money for my cheque..Are they not salaried persons? that they depend on customer. after that should I reffer to my friends circle to suggest to buy TATA car Products ??/?/? Please take necessary action .

                Sir, Two weeks before we given car for repair at Sakthi motors at Madurai. They said right side lower arm is damaged, so change it means only car become as good. And they said that part is not available with as so wait for 3 days, after 3 days they replied till the part is not receiving so wait another 3 days. Now more then 13 days past still they replaying the same answer. pls make an arrangement immediately. Car no Tn 64 J 0669.

                    Dear TATA Customer Care This mails is with reference to the legal notice that was sent to TATA Motors on 8th July 2015. Copy of the same is attached to the bottom of this mail. Representatives(3 Nos) from SUSEE AUTO LTD 109/6A, Ettayapuram Road, Thoothukudi - 628002 came to my house on saturday 18th July 2015 for a negotiation in connection with the legal notice. I clearly mentioned to them that my ignorance was exploited to the core in buying the Tata Indica LX and I demand a refund for of price paid towards AMC, Extended Warranty, difference amount in the billing and Insurance policy which was overpaid by Susee Auto in greed for commission from the insurance supplier. The representatives left my house stating that they will discuss the case with their higher management and come back with a solution. Today(20 July 2015) at 5pm I received a call from [protected]. This person claimed himself to be the Manager from Susee Tuticorin. He started to negotiate with me and later started bossing over me to accept the compensation that susee was willing to give me to withdraw the legal notice. I did not accept for his negotiation and he started to verbally abuse me and indirectly blackmailed me to face various consequences if i do not accept the negotiation. Kindly look into the matter and solve the same. Legal Notice as below. Legal Notice Date: 7th July 2015 1. TATA MOTORS Bombay House 24, Homi Mody Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400001 2. SUSEE AUTO LTD 109/6A, Ettayapuram Road, Thoothukudi - 628002 IN RE: Boosted High Insurance Premium, negligence of promise on AMC, Unethical sale of Extended Warranty and exploitation of ignorance in the registration process. Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I (Sugumar Paulraj - 65) had purchased Indica V2 LX Chasis No: MAT600175FTE07204 from Susee Auto Ltd., Thoothukudi - Invoice No:SuseAt[protected] dated 30.05.2015. The payment details are elaborated below-: Indica V2 LX Payment Details Receipts Received from Susee Payment Made by Sugumar Difference to be Reimbursed Details Amount Details Amount Vehicle Cost 458000 Cash Advance 1000 Insurance Value 19116 Paid Cheque 100000 AMC 6699.98 Paid Cheque 17500 Extended Warranty 5949.48 Loan Amount 378000 Temporary Registration 1170 Document Charges for Loan 3770 Total 494705.5 496500 1794.54 I am a 65 year old retired man with little knowledge of cars, insurance, AMC, Extended Warranty and Registration. Understanding my ignorance and my innocent nature, I was exploited to the core in the purchase of my new car. After the purchase I realized that I have been cheated by the seller in the following ways:- 1. Payments The total amount paid to the Susee Auto inclusive of my down payment and loan amount from TATA Motor Finance is INR4, 96, 500/-. The receipts received from Susee Auto sums up to INR4, 94, 705.5. The difference of INR1794.54 is not refunded. 2. Insurance The premium charged for this vehicle is INR19, 116/- for IDV value of INR4, 59, 738/-. According to the stipulation of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) the vehicle value is to be depreciated minimum by 5% before calculating the Insurance premium. But in this case I am surprised to know the fact that the vehicle cost is boosted and the IDV is calculated at INR4, 59, 738 which is higher than the actual exshowroom price of this car which is INR4, 58, 926 as stated in the invoice No:SuseAt[protected]. Also comparing the insurance quote from many leading insurance providers in the market, I have learnt that for a similar insurance policy with same benefits during unforeseen happenings, the premium value is much lesser than what has been charged for me. The customer should have been given the freedom to choose the Insurance policy of their choice, which was declined in this case. Also if Susee Auto would insure the car on behalf of the owner, it is their prime responsibility to negotiate the best deal for the customer and not the most expensive one. This evidently proves that this policy was chosen for the customer not based on the benefits that the customer will receive rather for a hidden motive. This is negligence of duty and exploitation of the customer, where the motive is suspected for a greedy share of commission from the Insurance provider. 3. Extended Warranty As per the purchase agreement the car comes with the warranty for 2 years or 75, 000 kilometers. An extended warranty covers the vehicle for the 3rd and the 4th year or 1, 50, 000 Kilometers. However the purchase of extended warranty was forced upon me at the cost of INR5949.48/- during the initial purchase of the car. This means that the money is locked with the seller for 2 years for the benefit which is expected to be enjoyed in the 3rd and 4th year. The extended warranty should have been sold to the customer during the completion of the 2nd year or 75, 000 kilometer and also it should have been explained to the customer that purchase of Extended Warranty is not compulsory. Purchase of extended warranty was portrayed as mandatory for purchase of new car and the deliverables are not given to the buyer in a written format. This is unethical sales practices which is highly disappointing and frustrating. 4. Annual Maintenance Contract When briefed by your representative about AMC, the representative did not inform that AMC is optional. It was portrayed in such a fashion that AMC was compulsory. I was forced to purchase AMC at the cost of INR6699.98. The deliverables for AMC was briefed verbally and no written document was given except for the payment receipt. As verbally informed AMC covers labor charges, oil cost, and wheel alignment during the free services offered by TATA service center. However during the 1st free service, I was charged INR399/- towards wheel alignment which ought to be free (Invoice No:KumAuP-TP[protected] dated 04.07.2015) which I was forced to pay. This is considered as false promise by the seller which is regrettable. 5. Document Charges Document Charges of INR3370 was verbally informed by the representative and no payment receipt is received for this amount yet. TATA finance is the financier for this car, according to the regulations of RBI, documents charges for any loan should not be forced upon the buyer and it is the responsibility of the seller to bear the cost. However without any receipt INR3370/- was deducted towards Document Charges. This is highly objected and can be classified as day light robbery. I have reported the above matter to your Customer Care call center (Reference No:1-[protected]), but despite all my pleadings you have not rectified the loss I suffered because of the deficiency in services. This is indeed regrettable and highly unethical business. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty, failure of promised service and neglecting to rectify the same, I have suffered financial losses, psychological turmoil, time wastage and sleeplessness. This loss I suffered is huge, and therefore you are liable to compensate for the same. You are hereby finally called upon to (i) Return the overcharged price/charges paid (ii) Pay compensation for time and financial loss due to your negligence (iii) Pay compensation for exploiting my old age and ignorance To compensate this loss I claim a sum of INR100000/- within 15 days from receipt of this notice. Failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount. Please note that I will also file a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer 'Protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequence.                         I own Tata - Manza-registered Under KL 26 B 9731 under Adoor Thaluk. I have registered for extended warranty and break down assistance. Since 2015 we had 4 break downs and Still we have the same starting trouble. I purchased car for mt parents, who are old and even senior citizen, which is making them to suffer a lot. They are been left in road with car not able to start and getting the break down department is another pain. They will make you to wait for 30 mints in call to get assistance. It has been repaired 3 times and still i am facing the same problem.

                            Respected sir, my indica vista t board car no.Tn 39 bm 2768.My car porblem nearly 6 months headlight blub fused repeatedly. I have left my car for service last month for the same problem they have kept my car 3 days for this problem but the next day again my car bulb get fused they are not answering me properly they fixing the problem temprorily i have doing the call taxi buisness my income is depend upon this car only i have very much disappointed with this problem and the service of the tata showroom @tirupur. . .Again i have faced thiis (head light often getting fused) problem since from this monday 13.07.2015 again i left my car for fixing this problem on yesterday 14.07.2015 at 12.30 pm till there was no response from the tata showroom. . Till i have not received any correct information about my car. . . . .I have attached job slip of my car with this complaint please take an immediate action and recover this problem... . . . . .(job slip enclosed)

                              complaint regarding my service Job no.- JC-SASpld-BP[protected] DT 06/06/2015. 1.The right side back door that you have changed, is very thin and create sound during handling .Also found some washer in handle is misplaced or not fixed. 2.Rear door chrome strip damaged during servicing &yet not changed. 3.Door painting uncompleted . 4Quality of supervision is very poor . During my 1st servicing of car I saw 1.They even not washed the vehicle during the servicing . 2.There are so many dust inside the bonut and inside the car. 3.wiper is not working properly.
